Luauna Stines (N/A–N/A) is an American preacher, evangelist, and pastor whose ministry has spanned over 40 years, focusing on sharing the gospel and providing hope through her personal testimony of overcoming adversity. Born in the United States—specific details about her early life are not widely documented—she faced significant challenges, including time in an orphanage, the murder of her husband, betrayal in marriage, and struggles with drug addiction, which she recounts in her book A Woman Called of God: The Tangled Web. Her conversion to Christianity marked a turning point, leading her to found A Touch From Above LSM Inc., a ministry based in Ramona, California, aimed at reaching the world for Jesus. She holds an honorary Doctorate from the Interdenominational Ministries International Bible College & Seminary, a District Ministerial License from LIFE Bible College of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, and an education certificate in Ministry Training and Development from Oral Roberts University. Stines’s preaching career includes pastoring three churches, notably in San Diego, California, and establishing Victorious Homes for Men and Women, a discipleship program that has served over 500 individuals across Colorado, Oregon, and California for more than 20 years. She has preached in over a dozen countries, including South Korea, Australia, England, Germany, Mexico, and Central Africa, as well as throughout the United States, often sharing her story of resilience with the message, “When you are hardest hit, don’t quit.” Stines hosts a weekly radio program on KPRZ 1210 AM in San Diego, has appeared on television twice weekly in the same city, and writes a column for the East County Gazette. Author of four books—A Mother’s Story, Golden Nuggets, A Woman Called of God: The Tangled Web, and Mission America—she continues to lead A Touch From Above Prayer Mountain, leaving a legacy as a preacher dedicated to evangelism and spiritual renewal.
