You see, where is the testimony if you run away from your loan responsibilities, borrowings? I hope not. But, you see, where is the testimony if you run away from your obligation? Something is wrong. By now, the Indian government and the National Treasury, they should have known it as almost a law.
You don't expect a single Christian to be a cheat or a thief or a bribe taker. On the contrary, someone told me recently, He said, I was in the divorce court. And, to my shame, I saw red before the court all the cases of the day.
Most of those names were Christian names. I was shocked to hear that. I said, what? Is that true? Yes, he said, you know that some of these churches are full of it.
Broken walls. Solid altars. My beloved people, that is what is happening.
Be zealous therefore and repent. Shall we say, I am okay, Jack? Oh, we are wonderful. We don't have such a big record of these things.
No. We will say, I am responsible. I have not been the salt that salts society.
I will be zealous in my repentance. Never mind, that church has a different name, different title, different denomination. But what have I been doing? What have I been doing? Forgive me, Lord.
I will be zealous. And I will repent. For the sins of this nation.
The blindness that makes people worship snakes, cows, monkeys, elephants. Will you worship a monkey and call it a god? Suppose four monkeys were born in your family, out of your wedlock. And you say, hey, what have I done? What? I thought I will have a pretty baby.
But I see a long tail coming. My wife has given birth to a monkey. Because I am a very righteous and religious man.
God is born in my family. Because I am a very righteous and religious man. God is born in my family.
Will you say that? No. Let us be zealous. I will stop there.
And repent. Let us pray. O loving Father, forgive us.
Monkeys have been born to us. Forgive us, Lord. We have not produced Christ-like men and women.
Forgive us, Lord. We have not been the salt of society. Forgive us, Lord.
Wash us in your blood. Do not cast us off from your presence. Come back to us, Lord.
Give us that beautiful, humble spirit. And let us be people led by the Holy Spirit. And not with an unclean spirit.
Cleanse us. You want to elevate us to the throne. O Lord, help us to be worthy.
Help us to be worthy. We ask in Jesus' holy name. Amen.
And now may the grace of our Lord Jesus and the love of God and the fellowship and power of the Holy Spirit be with you, dear people. Amen.
