Joseph LoSardo (birth year unavailable–) is an American preacher and pastor whose ministry has centered on Reformed theology and expository preaching, primarily as the founding pastor of Bread of Life Fellowship in Wayne, New Jersey. Born and raised in New York, LoSardo was pursuing a career in scientific research, holding a PhD in Molecular Biology of Cancer from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, when he experienced a transformative conversion in 1986 after hearing the gospel from his brother. This led him to abandon his scientific path, and he was ordained into ministry in 1995. After serving over eight years as associate pastor of a large Messianic congregation, he co-founded Bread of Life Fellowship in July 2003 with William Poss. Married with a daughter, he resides with his family in Bergen County, New Jersey. LoSardo’s preaching career is marked by his leadership at Bread of Life Fellowship, a theologically Reformed and Baptistic congregation, where he has delivered sermons emphasizing biblical doctrine and practical Christian living, such as “The Grace of God in the Local Church” and “Choosing in the Dark” from 1 Samuel. His messages, available on SermonAudio, reflect a commitment to the sovereignty of God and the centrality of Christ, often drawing from his favorite verse, Galatians 2:20. Beyond the pulpit, he has engaged broader audiences through appearances on Iron Sharpens Iron radio in 2007, addressing topics like the rise of atheist ideology, and continues to pastor as of 2025, leaving a legacy as a preacher who bridges intellectual rigor with spiritual devotion within his community.
