We want to thank God for this opportunity of this Corpus retreat. It will give us a good opportunity also to pray for our nation as Corpus.

Because the Bible told us in Matthew 18 and 18 and 19 that whatever two of us shall agree as touching anything, the Lord will do it for us. And so, this very first Median edition of this National Christian Corpus Retreat, the Lord will give us the privilege as Corpus to hold our hands. Since we are from various homes and the home make of the nation, we will be holding one another in union, in unity of faith to agree as touching our nation that the purpose of God will be established in this country.

Praise the Lord. I would like us to open our Bible to 2 Kings chapter 2. 2 Kings chapter 2. I would like to read verse 19 to 22. 2 Kings chapter 2, verse 19 to 22.

Then the men of the city said to Elisha, please notice the situation of this city is pleasant as my Lord sees that the water is bad and the ground barren. And he said, bring me a new bowl or a new cross and put salt in it. So they brought it to him.

Then he went out to the source of the water and cast in the salt there and said, thus says the Lord, I have healed this water. From it shall, from it there shall be no more debts or barrenness. So the water remained healed to this day, according to the word of Elisha, which he spoke.

This passage that we read just gives me a picture of the situation of this country. A great nation, a pleasant country that God himself have spoken and chosen to use for this end time move. But alas, the enemy, the wicked one and all kinds of vices have come to turn the situation of our country bad.

And even render the entire land barren with all kinds of vices, which is obvious to every one of us that is seated here. And it's even obvious to even those who are not even in this country, those of the outside. The situation of Nigeria is very, very painful to my own heart.

Because in this country should be what God want it to be. And by the grace of God, our prayers shall bring that to be this morning. Because we shall be using the power of unity of faiths to cry to God concerning this country.

Because everything that affects Nigeria affects us as individuals and affects us as couples. It affects our homes, affects our children, affects the church, affects everything. And for that reason, we'll be crying unto the Lord that the situation of this country will no longer be bad.

The water will no longer be bad and the land will no longer be barren. This is a land that anything that we put in this country, you know. In front of my house, there are stones that I just poured.

And I cut some leaves, some sticks and dropped on top of that stone. And I left some flowers that I cut, you know. And I dropped them on the stone.

I was surprised when I came. After a week, I saw those flowers sprouting from the stone. In fact, sometimes when you put some block on top of the house like this, you will see flowers growing.

That will tell you the kind of nation that God has blessed. This country is blessed. And by the grace of God, by our prayers, we shall be holding on to the hand of the Lord to return this country to the glory that the Lord has intended it to be.

We will no longer be a laughing stock of other nations. We will no longer be a stench in the mysteries of other nations of the world. And they are using this nation to make, you know, a laughing stock and make caricature.

And, you know, do all kinds of evil. Because some of our people have not been doing well. But that is not the will of God.

But I know, by the grace of God, as we rise up to pray in unity of oneness of faiths, our land shall be healed. Our land will no longer be barren. The water shall be healed.

And the land shall be healed. We shall be praying, even though this is the situation of the land that we read in 2 Kings 2. But I want to announce to you, brethren, that the Lord has a greater intention for this country. That Nigeria, as some of us are already part of it, we are going to spearhead the move of this end time.

Whether the devil likes it or not, the Lord will bring back the glory of this nation. The Lord will return Nigeria to its stand, no matter all the situation that the enemy have, first of all, gone ahead, to go and paint against this great nation, Nigeria. We shall be professing that.

We shall be professing over this nation. We will be praying against all kinds of corruption. All kinds of corruption in all sectors.

We know the corruption that happened in public sector, in private sector. We are all aware. But, by the grace of God, as we heard yesterday, that except the Lord builds the house, Nigeria is the house that God will build.

And it shall be built with our prayers. We know the issues of insecurity in this country, robbery, kidnapping of all sorts. This is a nation that many multinational companies that we used to know about, UTC, Leventis, all those great companies that used to have their extensions in Nigeria, many of them have gone.

Mercheline, we know them. Because of insecurity. Because of kidnapping.

Even people that are doing construction in some areas in this country, they are not even safe. They will be afraid that when they come to do construction, they will even kidnap them. Foreigners.

Brethren, this situation is not acceptable to us any longer. We shall be praying that the Lord will deliver this nation from such vices. We know about economic sabotage.

Where one man will carry all our money, put it inside a bag, and take it anywhere he likes. Thank God that the fortune of Nigeria, it seems to me that it is endless. Because the more they carry the money, the more the money multiplies.

I know that even this is affecting our economy. Our money is going down. Much money purchased little.

We shall be crying unto God for that. You and me know the situation in our schools, hospitals. We know the situation of roads, lights, water.

Brethren, I want to beg you that after this prayer, let's return back to our homes and continue to intercede for this nation. Even in our personal devotion, couple devotion, and family devotion. Because I want you to know that if it is well with Nigeria, it shall be well with you as an individual.

It shall be well with your home. And then we will arise to accomplish the purpose of God. Do you know that since, I think since the time of Awolowo, during the political era of those days, it is through the same political campaign that we have been hearing.

I will give you light. If you vote for me, I will give you light. I will give you good road.

I will give you water. You know, basic things that should not even be anything. And often now, after 50 years, 100 years, we have not been able to solve even one problem.

We have not been able to solve the problem of light. We have not been able to solve the problem of, look our roads. Anytime we are coming for meeting here, we are crying, we are fasting, we are praying.

We are saying, Lord, don't let our roads consume any of our people. Because our roads are bad. And often now, we have not solved the problem of road.

Even when we were small, we were shouting up Nepa. When we were small, we were shouting up Nepa. Now, even our grandchildren are still shouting up Nepa.

Till today. Brethren, this is not acceptable. We must cry unto God for all this.

So that the Lord will arise and turn this water that has gone sour and bitter to become good water. And our land will be healed. We shall be praying about politics in Nigeria.

Our politics is filled up with godfatherism. Filled up with occultism. We will not allow those that God has raised to walk.

This situation cannot continue. We shall be praying the issue of Islamic Jihadists. We know about this.

We know about the issue of Fulani Hestmen. We will not allow this vices to continue. Amen.

How can we allow one tribe to maltreat, overshadow, kill, maim the rest of us? They will not subdue us. Because Jesus Christ is on the throne of this nation. And only his cancer shall stand.

We shall be praying about that. All this issue of political instability. 2019 is coming.

Me, I don't even know the political situation now. Because we know about APC, BDP. I don't even know which one now.

They told us that there will be change the other day. I don't know what the change has become now. Change for the worst, of course.

So now, where do we stand? We don't even know. But we are going to be sorting out the matter here. We will sort it out, the political situation of this country.

That God will stabilize our politics. So that this nation will move forward. We shall be travelling.

That God will give birth to a new Nigeria. We will travel that God will give birth to a new Nigeria. Because it's in the scripture.

Isaiah 66 verse 7 and 8. The Lord has promised so that he will give birth to this a new Nigeria. It will be we that will bring it to come to pass. Praise the name of the Lord.

Thereafter we shall be prophesying. We will open our mouth as couples. And prophesy over every situation, over every sector of this country.

I don't want to be cataloguing all the rules that have befallen us. Because the Lord has a reason to have mercy on us. The Lord has a reason to deliver us from the hand of wickedness.

And everything that has made us to have peace in this nation. The Lord will arise to give us peace in the name of Jesus Christ. Therefore, we want to be praying right away.

I want to divide this prayer point according to different sections that we are seated here. So that you will help us to intercede very deeply. According to the prayer point I'm going to be raising for your own section.

Please read over the time this side. You will help us to pray against corruption. Corruption of all sorts.

In private sector, in public sector. You know what is happening in our schools, our hospital, our civil service. You will be helping us to pray.

That God will stamp out corruption at every sector of our country. And plant righteousness, plant peace, plant holiness, plant the prayer of God and bring stability. Is that okay this side? You will help us to pray against corruption.

Then get people here to help us to pray against robbery, kidnapping, insecurity. You will be helping us to pray. And ask God whatever you decree from your mouth concerning that it will come to pass.

Do you get your prayer point? Pray against kidnapping, insecurity. You know what is happening in the middle belt here. Every time we are hearing about middle belts in the news.

And those people that would have liked to come to program in Boko. They are telling us, ah Boko, Boko, ah. Is that not Boko Haram? That's what they are thinking.

Boko and Boko Haram. We, I want to trust God that those of you this side, you will help us to stand. Hold the hand of the Lord.

Raise a cry of mercy. That the Lord will help us to attend to that program. Is that okay? And those of you in this place, I want to pray.

Concerning our economy. Those of you in this side. Please help us to pray concerning our economy.

That the Lord will stabilize our economy. That everything that have brought down our economy, that the Lord will rise up our economy again. Do you understand your own prayer point? And those at this, that is opposite, just in front of me here.

I would like to pray for the situation in our schools. Our hospitals. Our, you know, our, all the infrastructures.

Those help us pray concerning our schools. Hospital. You know the corruption that have been, been, been falling in our schools.

All kinds of exam practices. Such that when our children carry the certificate from this country to leave for work, it will become like ordinary paper. Not recognized.

And that is because of unemployment everywhere. A child will leave for university, he cannot even make a correct statement. He cannot even write a letter.

Please, those of you here. May the Lord touch your heart to help us to pray concerning our schools. Do you get your prayer point? Alright? Then those on this row.

You will help us to pray for politics in Nigeria. The political situation. That the Lord will bring newness.

And let his will be done. You will be praying against occultism. And godfatherism.

Yeah. Nigeria you will rise again from the dungeon that the enemy have put you. We refuse you to remain there.

We prophesy that every sector of this country, the police, the military, the paramilitary, Oh God. Lord. Lord.

Raise righteousness men and women in this nation oh God. Raise righteousness men in our schools. Raise righteousness in our schools.

Father let righteous man come onto power. Oh god. Lord, we pray for the judiciary.

Father, we pray for the government, local government. We pray for the state governors. We pray for the state government.

We pray for the federal government. Oh god, in this nation. Let there Let there be righteousness.

Let let there be righteousness. Oh father, take over the political situation of Nigeria. Take over the political atmosphere here.

Father, let peace come upon this nation. Oh my god. everywhere.
