"I know that you can do all things; no plan of yours can be thwarted." (Job 42:2).
The bridegroom related how God lead him into marriage. God has kept him so that he could enter marriage as a pure young man, being 25 years old. He met the Lord Jesus as his personal Saviour at the age of 17.
When he felt that he should get married, he first resisted it and felt that he was too young. God started to speak to him in stronger ways, so that he even got sick. Eventually he bowed saying, "Forgive me Lord for I have been resisting your will". He went to Rev Stegen and shared the matter, who then spoke to the girl to go and pray about it. After she had prayed and been convinced in her heart that the matter was from the Lord she answered in the affirmative.
God has His will. If you go according to His will you will live but if you resist His will you only hurt yourself.
God has a plan, a blueprint for your life.
Do not resist His will. Seek His will for your life and do it.
The beauty of the Gospel is that even if you've lived an evil life, God makes all things new and renews your life if you come to Him to cleanse your life.
