Heavenly Father, I come to you by the blood and name of thy dear son Jesus. I ask you Lord to disturb folks here today who are deceived and pull back the devil's wool from their eyes and reveal to them they are heading for hell and not heaven. Open hearts I pray and bring conviction of sin by your spirit.

Reveal a bloodstained savior who saves sinners. I pray these things in the strong name of Jesus. Amen.

Well I've done jail ministry in the past friends and if say for instance you go preach in a woman's jail and 80% of the women there are prostitutes and you preach a message on heaven and you offer them forgiveness of sin by Jesus Christ you'd be amazed at how many of those women will raise their hands to accept your Jesus. It seems like they all want that Jesus but if you draw a line and say you can't have Jesus as Savior unless you take him as Lord and that means quitting your current profession of being a prostitute then no hands go up. Nobody wants that kind of Jesus.

They want the other one who let them into heaven and leave them alone in their sins but they don't want them if that means quitting their prostitution and if you are an evangelist and you go into a typical church today that is comprised of adulterers who are cheating on their spouses and other church members who are in love and engaged to be married but who are living together and committing fornication and if you have church members who are businessmen who win their business lie and cheat their customers because money is their God and you have others who name the name of Christ yet damn him with their lips every time they open their filthy mouth and you have the rest of the congregation who spends a good deal of their free time on the internet looking at pornography and you preach a message on heaven and forgiveness of sin by Christ Jesus all hands go up and many folks are walking now to accept your Jesus but if you draw a line in the sand and you say you can't have Jesus as Savior unless you submit to him as Lord and stop being an adulterer stop being a fornicator stop your lying cease deceiving folks in your business dealings stop damning God in your speech and stop looking at pornography either on Netflix or on the internet and come out for an utter surrender to him as Lord and turn from your sin forsake it relinquish it break off from it then nobody wants that and that's the reason hell fills by the hour with unconverted church members who are religious and lost I never forget the Baptist deacon I knew who was a work associate of mine whom I often had lunch with and he never failed to position his chair in a restaurant facing a woman in a short dress so he could look up her skirt he did this all the time he was married with college-age kids and active in his church but he was filled with sexual lust for other women and Jesus caused that adultery Jesus never preached a sin and religion but rather he told folks go and sin no more lest the worst thing befall you meaning hell itself but in our modern church today we've broadened the way of salvation in ways Jesus never did today we'd slap the rich young ruler on the back and make him chairman of the deacons well I'm going to be honest with you people here today because I care about your souls I don't care if you like me or if you like my message but I like was saying the south I'm going to give you the oil straight from the can meaning I preach an undiluted gospel that preaches man's duty of repentance and his utter necessity of regeneration and I preach Christ on the cross and the cross in the life of a believer because that's what Jesus taught the gospel of the son of God has rights and claims on all followers of his you can't accept Jesus as your savior and deny him as your lord even if your pastor tells you so if you do you may still be able to go to church but you sure can't go to heaven listen to how God feels about sin as seen in Proverbs 28 13 he that covereth his sins shall not prosper but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy God's word is clear friend you can't have him and hang on to your sins Jesus had strict warnings to religious hypocrites he knew there'd come a day down yonder when society got so evil that modern inventions of the internet and the iPhone would allow a person to instantly gaze at pop pornography in their hand he warned ye have heard that it was said by them of old time thou shall not commit adultery but I say unto you that whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart and if thy right eye within thee pluck it out and cast it from thee for it is profitable for thee that one of the members should perish and not that the whole body should be cast into hell and if thy right hand within thee cut it off and cast it from thee for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish and not that the whole body should be cast into hell I believe what Jesus said I believe it'd be better to be a one-handed baptist in heaven than one with two hands in hell you better stop playing church friend and claiming to be a Christian when you live like the devil Jesus is Lord if you want him you must turn from and forsake your sins and break off from them and surrender to the lordship of Christ in your daily living if you keep on in your sins and refuse to repent the prophet Isaiah has an announcement for you from God the sinners in Zion are afraid fearfulness have surprised the hypocrites who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings
