Isaiah 43 15 declares, I am the Lord, your Holy One, the Creator of Israel, your King. What do you do in the presence of a king? You bow to his majesty. How do you live as a subject of a king? By submission to his rule and authority.
A king reigns as a sovereign. A king rules as a monarch. Jesus, I take you as my king.
Reign on the throne of my life and rule there over everything. Gladly, I crown you my king. I kneel in subjection to your kingship.
I resign my rights and surrender my weapons of rebellion. Gladly, I crown you my king. Your power is mine.
Your victory is mine. From this day, may the royal scepter of your Holy Spirit hold sway. King Jesus, my sovereign Lord and King, and with you as my king, I don't have to worry about anything.
I am kept by my king.
