...into a prayer meeting because I had a conference for ministers. I hadn't gone out in years and the Lord released me to go to this conference in Springfield and a few thousand ministers and their wives and literally I felt the undergirding, the power of the presence of the Lord in my preaching as never before in my life and I promised the Lord I wouldn't try to make anything happen but it was the second night on a Tuesday night I had preached and there was a special time it was I prayed and said, Lord if you want me to speak to pastors once in a while like this you're going to have to show me or this is my last one and because I knew the word was getting through and then I said let's just wait on the Lord and there were three prophetic utterances one after another and the third prophetic utterance the man of God just broke down and started weeping and there was a absolutely holy weeping and brokenness that took place and they come begin to just flood the front and confessions before the Lord and I spent probably half hour just going up and down with ministers. There's a minister's wife on her knees just just crying her eyes out and she had just discovered her husband had had an affair, a minister, and wanting to forgive him and he's broken and one after another confessions of brokenness and emptiness and burdens and just falling on my shoulder weeping and it was the most incredible sight I've seen as far as the breaking power of the Holy Spirit that happened exactly the moment this church was praying exactly the moment this church was praying because they after I preached and just ran the Lord said folks back in New York right at this time I have a whole church praying for you that God will meet your need and touch you and you could feel the power of that and I want to thank all of you that were here and praying thank you for it very very much. Now I want to continue if you'll pardon I won't be screaming much tonight but don't don't worry about me I have the anointing so everything's fine. I've been talking to you about the glory of God in fact that was one of the messages I preached in to the pastors now we're talking about the glory of God this can become one of the most boring things that you've ever heard if you don't have a heart for God if you don't have a heart for intimacy and communion with God you won't pray for an understanding because you see the Holy Spirit has to open these truths unless the Holy Spirit does it it's just not so much nonsense to you because if you're Christian you want to learn but even though you love the Lord unless you pray that the Holy Ghost give you an understanding you won't see it and I want you to open your heart this is the third in a series and tonight I want to talk to you about walking in the glory walking in the glory. I spoke first about the glory of God second the effect of the glory of God and then the effects of the glory of God tonight walking in the glory. Heavenly Father I ask you to give me strength I know that you touched me this afternoon for a purpose Lord I want to bring this to this particular body tonight you knew who would be here tonight and you knew who needed this and Lord I pray that we ask you while that this is being preached tonight that you will give us an understanding ear and an understanding heart Lord that we would catch a glimpse of your glory and walk in it oh God I pray for a special touch from you tonight I thank you for this church Lord I love those men and women you surrounded me with that are intercessors and prayer warriors and godly people and I love this church for its heart for you Jesus a choir that's so dedicated in the orchestra and and and all of the workers Lord the officers and maintenance everyone here so given to you that Lord if we don't have a vision of your glory we're not going to be ready for the perilous times we won't have the spiritual strength so God by your spirit tonight open our eyes and our understanding I pray and quicken my body I pray in Jesus name amen I believe that the understanding of the glory of God its power and its strength is the only thing is going to keep us in the days ahead it's the only thing that's why I want God I want you to ask God to help you understand it I'll eventually be putting this in a small book especially for this church because I believe that that strongly that it's that important now remember the first message just to rehearse I'll go quickly through the first two messages just for foundation for what I want to share with you tonight first of all we learned that the glory of God as a revelation of the nature of God who he is remember Moses was sent out with no explanation of who God was other than I am and then he began to pray oh God show me who you are you say I am but what does that mean I want to see your glory and God took him aside in the cleft of a rock and he caused him to get a revelation of the glory of God and it was this I am what this is the God revealing the I am to us into Moses I'm the Lord God merciful and gracious long-suffering and abundant in goodness and truth keeping mercy for thousands forgiving iniquity and transgression and sins we learned that the glory of God is not just his splendor not just his dominion over the nations it that's that that is a special glory of his but that's not the glory that he wants us to know him by it's not the explanation he gives us an understanding of what he wants us to have in communion intimacy and relationship with him it's not a physical or or spiritual manifestation it's it's not the result of some high praises and some ecstasy now there can be manifestations once you get the vision once you see who he is you will weep I have been in my in in my study and when he begins to show me his love and his goodness and his mercy to such unworthiness I weep over it or there'll be manifestations that they come out of the womb of this understanding of the glory of God folks you and I don't have to pray for revelation now the glory of God it's been given absolutely given to us secondly we learned that this revelation of God's glory has a powerful effect on those who see it and those who pray for an understanding of it Moses at the first sight of the glory as soon as it dawned on him that God was not just a God of law and wrath and terror now up to this time even Moses said I trembled and was terrified he was terrified at God that he sees his glory and he sees now that God's not just law it's not just wrath it's not just the thunder of Sinai it's not the lightning and the piercing trumpet that made him tremble and shrivel and fear he's now seeing the love of God who God is that God is love now up to this time this man had prayed he petitioned this man had had a wonderful face-to-face relationship with God but it was one of this this great God of power and splendor and revenge and anger against sin but now for the first time immediately after gets it he worships the first time the Bible mentions that Moses worshiped God you see this is what happens all worship has to be based all true worship is based on a revelation of God that he has given himself of his goodness his mercy his grace his readiness to forgive that's all a part of worship you you cannot worship unless you have it's impossible to worship God unless you have this revelation that he wants us to have of who he is that he's a God of love he's a God that is tender and until you have that foundation under you you can't worship you see we're to worship in spirit a lot of people worship in spirit but they don't worship in truth and the truth is this revelation of glory of who he is so once you have that you're worshiping truly worshiping in spirit and in truth and we we we know that it changes your countenance the countenance has to do with everything the way you live it has to change the way you live you're not a materialist anymore you're not thinking of just yourself and then also we learned that when you get to glory one of the effects of it is that you you change in your relationship to others be you kind one to another tender-hearted forgiving one another even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you in other words you've seen and tasted the glory of God now you'd be a reflection of that glory to other people you see the revelation of the glory of God affects everything there is about us and you don't get this revelation by somebody laying hands on you you don't get it just by uh going to somebody's seminar some great teacher and getting your tapes you can't even get it in the bible school here unless you pray for an understanding you get you this revelation is given in one way laying hold of what he's already spoken it's the laying hold of the revelation that he's already given now that's the background i want to go now into the walk with God i call it communion with God because walking with God is nothing more nothing less than having intimacy or communion with him communing with the Lord is actually a love affair as between a husband and wife it is mutual affection now listen to me please i've i've heard christian talked about intimacy i hear that all the united states people talk about the intimacy boast about the intimacy the revelation of his or or they say i walk with God or i know him but let me tell you this and hear it good because it's the foundation of the word that i want to give to you tonight the revelation of God's glory to us has everything to do with communion with him if you don't have this revelation of his glory it is impossible to communion with God it's impossible to have intimacy with him now communion consists of two things receiving the love of the heavenly father and loving him back in return receiving this revelation into your heart laying hold of it you can spend hours daily telling the Lord how much you love him i mean you can just go all day long going on and on and on Lord i love you you know i love you i'll love you more tomorrow than i love you i've always loved you Lord i love you love you love you but if you've not received his love there can be no communion there is no intimacy until first you have become secure in the revelation of his love for you we are encouraged the bible said enter his gates courts with praise enter his gates with thanksgiving but why does he give such a bold invitation because he he takes it for granted that you have believed the revelation of who he said he is you know who you're coming to now you can come with praise and thanksgiving because you know you're not coming to a hard man you're not coming to a heavenly father who just wants to put a rod on your back you're not coming to one who is just trailing you waiting for you to fail and say i caught you you are coming to one who's revealed himself to you in all of his goodness that he's a tender-hearted loving caring forgiving father so that's why you come into my courts with praise and thanksgiving you're thanking me for who i am to you and folks i go into his courts with praise enter his gates with thanksgiving because i know who i'm going to i know who he is i know he'll never turn me down i know he cares about everything and he wants to take every burden i have i know that before i walk into his presence hallelujah yet so few believers have laid hold by faith on god's love for them they live with little or no concept of communion with god or they can read their bibles they they even say pastor i don't understand i pray but i have such confusion in my life i read my bible and and yet there's so much so many things going wrong in my life there's no order and i don't know what the problem is because i pray i read my bible i love the lord and the problem is that they have never laid hold of god's love for them they've never truly grasped this truth that i in my weakness in my failure he loves me he's a heavenly father who cares about everything that i'm going through this is the only way that a soul can be brought into rest the only way that you can have rest in your soul is to be so convinced and you live your life like this because i'm convinced that i come to a heavenly father no man has seen god at any time the only begotten son which is in the bosom of father he hath revealed him christ has revealed him as a heavenly loving father to us now not only does he love us he is in love with us there's a there's a difference i'm not talking about that general corporate love for all mankind i'm talking about god having objects of love that he is absolutely in love with as he looks upon you as the bride of christ there is an affection there is a love that is absolutely incredible it's not just the love that simply endures your mistakes it's much much more than that this love is manifest this love that god is is manifested in two ways it's manifested in his resting and in his rejoicing over us the lord thy god listen to it zephanah 317 now listen to me if you have if you're a husband or a wife a married person if you have known true love you're going to know what i'm talking about you understand this you understand that in true love there's a rest and there's a rejoicing zephaniah 317 the lord thy god in the midst of thee is mighty he will save he will rejoice over thee with joy he will rest in his love he will joy over you with singing now in this passage god is saying it said to rest in his love in fact in hebrew that means he shall be silent because of his love the real meaning he will be silent because of his love you know what he's saying i have found in you what i'm looking for it's settled i have no complaints i have no fault i am totally satisfied i'm not looking elsewhere i seek no other love i am settled in this relationship i am fulfilled by it i will not take it back i'll never remove it i found what i want i am settled now folks until you understand that that that is god's love for you when you come to the cross and you turn to him with all your heart god turns to you with such affection and such love and it's a love that is settled he says i found in you what i'm looking for this is what i created man for you bring a joy to my heart in fact the bible goes on to say he takes pleasure in you he rejoiceth with singing you put a song on his lips i know he's a spirit but he if he can speak he's got lips so to speak and you put a song in the heavenly father's very being and the word used here is tripadaria it means to leap as one overcome with joyful ecstasy to leap is one who's been overcome with ecstasy is anybody getting this i'm talking about you're sitting there and i'm talking about a god who's leaping all over heaven about you who's singing over you can you conceive of such love that he leaps with joy with his son over you can you receive in your soul that god himself is telling you about being in love with you can you conceive and accept that he loved you before the world was and before you were created he loved you in your mother's womb before you were born he counted every part in your body he found you he loved you even when you took on adam's ways he loved you even when you became his enemy he went out after you and he took you in his arms and he came back he said i knew what you'd be i knew what you'd be like before you were born i loved you in spite of that i've been with you through it all i brought you back i loved you then i love you now i always love you hallelujah now if god so loved you when you were so deep in sin enough to send his own son how can you even think that he would love you less when you're going through a hard and difficult time or even when you fail folks i believe i know why christians now i have asked this question so long i think i know now why christians don't pray a lot of christians don't pray and why they know so little about communion they have a sad and twisted view of the heavenly father to remember the man who hid his talent actually he was hiding himself and his talent he hid because of his twisted view of the heavenly father he said i knew you that you were a hard man and there are many christians who say there's no way he could be dancing over me and no way he could be singing and so in love with me because i i have so failed him i've got such reproach on his name at times only he knows what's in my heart how could he possibly sing over me how could he possibly love me during the struggle that i'm going through right now see this this is why so many don't pray because they have this twisted view that god is is is just the god of wrath he's a god of judgment and that's the only way they know him now i have been in homes over the years where i've seen a a happy child or two or three happy children playing in the kitchen and all of a sudden father walks in and i see i've been there where they run and grab mom's uh apron and they they run from him as though he were a tyrant evidently he was a mean father you will never ever see those children go near that father only when he demands it or he asks something of them you'll never see those children jump up in his lap and laugh with him and be embraced they would dare never embrace him some of you've had a father like that don't judge your heavenly father by that measure that's not your heavenly father and i think this is why many people pray they say i would like to pray i'd like to be in communion with them but you see you've never had this revelation of his love and every time you sin you have a tendency to run and hide and you say well i i've been forgiven so many times i'm afraid i've passed the point of ever being forgiven again and if you just reject me in no way he's ever going to reject you if you turn to him in repentance he will never reject the repentant heart how could you but run to a heavenly father and embrace him when he writes love letters to you that's what this is this is a love letter from the heavenly father how do you run from somebody who tells you he's in love with you that he yearns to be with you he's ready to embrace you he tells you that he has nothing but good thoughts about you he loves you in spite of your failures he's waiting to forgive your repentant cry who tells you he's settled in his love for you he is pleased he's happy in his love he gets pleasure just thinking of you he enjoys your company he never tires of something with you he sings about you he leaps and dances when you respond to his love he says to you satan tells you you're useless and worthless but i tell you you're my joy folks if you've ever been in love you would know something about what i want to tell you now suppose a man is away on a business trip and he calls home and he says honey i want you to know that just the thought that you're there loving me that you love me so much brings strength to me it's going to be my strength for the day i i have that letter that you wrote to me and i've read it twice already and what a joy and honey i'll tell you what i'm going to have a tough day today but just knowing that you're there thinking of me and you smile over me and i know i i'm just overflowing now because your love is so great to me that's the heavenly father he wants you to get up in the morning the first thing in the morning and call him folks you say oh you go back to that telephone to heaven jingle i'll show you a thousand places here where he says call me hallelujah here's where communion begins here's where communion begins right here lord i don't know why you love me i don't understand all of it but you yourself have told me that you are love that you are mercy your goodness your tenderness and your long-suffering and forgiving you said quote the rest of it brother dave the rest of it says and he would not acquit the guilty but the guilty party for those who simply do despite to that grace and mercy who frustrated who who in spite of knowing it and see it turn away from it says that's fine but i can't let go of my sin hallelujah glory to jesus you say well brother dave wait a minute it borders on blasphemy to me for you to think that he would love me in my sinning ways now listen closely please he does not love your sinning ways he loves you in spite of your sinning ways but listen closely please that our god is a loving god he's not just loving god he is love bible says you know you tell me i believe in god well then you have to believe he is love because the bible said he is love god is love but we have a god who knows he loves so much he chastens you when you sin you ever been spanked by the heavenly father i had a father who loved me so much he wouldn't let me get away with anything because he knew it would damn me you've heard me tell about my father spankings he had a big leather belt they used to sharpen straight edge razors with him and he hung it on a nine penny nail going down the basement when i did wrong he never spanked me that moment he waited the next day till he wouldn't be doing an anger and he said come on david and i knew i had a personnel meeting with my father he said no i'm not i'm not mad at you david but i see god's hand on you and i'm not going to let this go by the books you've sinned you did wrong to me you did wrong to god first of all i want you to know you've wronged the heavenly father and then he'd quote the scriptures spare the rod and damn the child then he'd say lean over the bed kneel and he didn't mean to pray and i would scream before he touched me we all do that even before god ever touches us we're screaming oh god let me out of this you haven't gotten in it yet down across my backside quoting scripture spare the rod and damn the child that wasn't the hardest part the hardest part always came next my dad with tears said come on hug me now he hugged me my dad died when he was 54 years old and uh i knew a loving father i know he spanked me because he loved me oh no he doesn't let you get away with sin he said i'm not gonna let it damn you i'm not gonna let it take you away from me i'm not gonna let it ruin your soul i love you too much i paid a price for you the blood of my own son he'll he the bible says he will reprove and rebuke with all authority but he said with long suffering with long suffering i wish i had met a prophet of god when i was a young preacher who would have taught me this there's nothing i want more for this congregation than to get this into your soul because until you're secure in knowing that he absolutely loves you and will not give up on you you're going to live in terror you can't grow there's no communion the lord said before you commune you with me you have to lay hold of this by faith it can't be had except by faith i laid this lord to you by faith i receive it by faith i get up every morning and i come into his courts of praise and thanksgiving knowing that i go to a just and holy god but one who's tender he loves me and i go to him every day and i just thank him for his love and that love is my strength throughout the whole day the past i was in bed for the past some past 40 hours and very very sick and i couldn't pray i couldn't read my bible but i was absolutely at rest in the love of god this is the only thing that can heal your soul this is the only thing that can come against the lies of the devil when he says no you're too unworthy to pray you're too unworthy you've gone too far you're not like other christians you've got a streak in you that is evil it could be your grandfather your great-grandfather you you had some passed down to you foolishness no i have a revelation god said he loves me now let's go to the other side before i close the other side of communion and walking in the glory is loving him back it's not only that i receive his love but i respond in like to him here oh israel the lord our god is one lord and thou shall love the lord thy god with all thy heart with all thy soul and with all thy might we give back to god the same thing we give back love my son give me thine heart when when somebody is said to be in love they say he gave his heart to her or she gave his heart to him you give your heart the lord says here i give you unmerited love you didn't earn it folks you didn't just one day decide to get up out of your sins and walk away and come to jesus no way the spirit of god the love of god reached down into your wilderness first showed your lostness that made you so miserable in your sin i call him holy ghost miseries and he gave you the holy ghost miseries and then he came to you and embraced you convicted you sent you the word he did it all he came after you you didn't go after him he found you i hear people say i found jesus well folks he's never been lost here in his love not that we loved god but he loved us and sent his son to be the propitiation for our sins we love him because he first loved us first john 4 19 our love is the same thing we give back when you truly love him you come into this rest and rejoicing this rest and rejoicing there must be a delight in him david said whom have i in heaven but thee and there is none upon earth i desire beside thee now till you come to that point you can't have communion or intimacy till you come to the point first he has loved me and i rest in that i'm convinced of his love i receive it i get up every day and i live in the strength of that now i give him my heart i i am i don't look any further i i am settled in it remember what it i told you it means that i look no further i'm not looking for anything else to give me satisfaction i don't look for it in a husband or wife i i get that on a fleshly earthly realm but the full satisfaction in every area of my being comes from loving and delighting my soul in him he's my delight coming to his house should be a delight reading his words should be a delight folks when you know how much he loves you that should put a delight in your soul god says you really don't respond to my love until you get happy in me until you get rejoicing in me until you rest in that for as the father loved me so have i loved you and i want you to listen closer to her just a moment this is speaking of christ this is christ speaking then i was by him as one brought up with him and i was his delight rejoicing always before him rejoicing in his love and in his love in the habitable part of his earth and listen and my delights were with the sons of men now let me tell you what that means and it's one of the most powerful verses in the scripture the lord is now speaking this time on earth this is written before he came to earth it's a prophetic word he said i come to give myself a sacrifice and my father delights in me i'm the joy of his being but he he he foresaw all of his sons that would be gathered into his own body bone of his bone and flesh of his flesh that's you that's me we are the sons mentioned here and jesus himself is telling you now listen to this he's telling you just as i was the delight of my father i always have been from the beginning do you know that jesus created the heavens and the earth he was there when the heavens and the other were created the bible said they were created by him and for him all things are in him it's all about jesus and he said i have been my father's delight and all the sons of man that come to me by faith and become part of my body as surely as god delights in me he delights in my body which is the church which is my bride he delights in you hallelujah he delights because this is the love of god that we keep his commandments and his commandments are not grievous you say well believe how can i really love him well there it is this is the love of god that we keep his commandments and his commandments are not grievous verse john 5 3 you say well brother david and i'll tell you what i did once i got so consumed by wanting to love him a number of years ago i went through the all in fact this is the bible and you'll see it all through the new testament all through matthew mark luke and john i dug out every commandment i think i found 50 some i said i finally gave up oh my goodness i can't begin to and these are just the words of jesus because every everything he said really a commandment but that's not what he's talking about his commandments are two thou shall love the lord thy god all their heart all their soul the mind and strength and your neighbors yourself in these he said this is the fulfillment of all the law and the prophets there are two commandments you love god with everything that's in you you hold nothing back from him and you love your neighbor as yourself now let me tell you something you cannot be in communion with god you cannot walk in the glory of god if you have a grudge against somebody if you're not forgiving somebody if you're holding somebody out if you have anything at all in your heart in the way of bitterness or unforgiveness there's no possibility of having communion with god or walking in his glory you can show i thank god he loves me i'll take you can put you can pray okay you're blue in the face you can shout all over the church and talk in tongues all you want but the bible says very clearly i you have to go there before i close first john i'm just standing here thanking god he's given me uh enough grace and strength tonight to complete this now first john four beloved may i ask you a question back here balcony whoever you shouldn't hear me now because you may think it's a childish question but it's not i'm going to truly want to walk in a revelation of his glory raise your hand and know that you're truly loving him with everything that's in you i think listen to verse 20 and 21 if you start verse 19 brother first john fourth chapter verse 19 20 we love him because he first loved us if a man say i love god and hated his brother what is he he's a liar for he that loveth not his brother whom he has seen how can he love god whom he has not seen this commandment have we from him that he that loved god love his brother also these are my closing words now excuse me if you have something against somebody you just don't run to god and say forgive me jesus i'm so sorry for that no first be reconciled to thy brother then come and offer your gift a lot of people say well oh i i took it to the cross i've forgiven no the bible says be reconciled be reconciled otherwise it's all a lie there's no communion it's a lie i thank god for his love i thank god that i can stand before this congregation look every one of you in the eye and say that if if you have even the desire you have for god has come from the holy spirit you don't have it in you you don't i don't have it in me we are not capable of loving god in the flesh it's all a gift of god how thankful we ought to be folks you talk about manifestations the manifestation that i'd like to see is just what i saw among those ministers when a melting spirit of the holy ghost came down the tears began to flow and the hands went up when the when suddenly it dawned on them in spite of the burdens i carry in spite of all my fears and guilt and everything else that life has thrown at me one thing does not change his love his love is not like our love our life is our love is like that of the disciple i'll never leave you and turn around and walk away from him it's not the love that says i love you jesus and then grows cold or lukewarm his love he said i'm the lord thy god i change not the only settled thing in your life can be this revelation of the glory of god in his love for you now folks i don't know whether you got it or not but i know i got it i i got it and it's healed my soul has brought peace to my life like i have never known and it'll bring peace to yours if you'll ask god to reveal it to you then what will happen everywhere you turn in in the word you'll see it you'll see jesus coming as an express image of his glory that christ is that glory you're not looking for some feeling you don't have to run off to some revival and get zapped no no no no no because you live in the glory you walk in the glory you're secure in the love of the heavenly father will you stand please thank you jesus thank you lord uh do you know that lord i receive your love your uh tenderness my unworthiness lord i receive your love lord i receive your love do we have any melting all my bitterness hallelujah i receive your love folks that's going to be my invitation tonight please hold steady there are some of you that so desperately love jesus you love him and you've been saying how can i i really love him with all my heart yes you deal with your bitterness but many of you don't have that bitterness you so pastor dave you know i wouldn't be coming so often to this church i wouldn't be seeking god and praying if i didn't want to have communion and intimacy with jesus but you have never yet laid hold of the reality of how much he loves you you've not let it take hold of your heart you still have that something god i'll never please you or a sense of unworthiness or rejection you've never entered into that you always have that tinge of fear that somehow down along the line you're going to lose out in spite of all that you want to do for him or love him that somewhere along the lines you go slip and fall away from him folks the only people who slip and fall away from him are those who reject his love reject his love if you just turn and that's all the bible it means what's this turn turn to his love turn to his revelation say lord please teach me how much you love me i remember years ago going through a very hard time in my ministry crushed well i felt that i couldn't go on feeling rejection everything else and lord instructed me get my bible bible concordance and just start reading every scripture on love there are hundreds of scriptures i didn't get one third through until i was healed just on the truth of his love for me some of you had walked with jesus in the past but you're here tonight and you've slipped away from that love your way out here somewhere and i'm telling you tonight this very message was jesus coming after you to embrace you and bring you back as a lost sheep when he found that lost sheep he didn't take a rod and beat him brought him home rejoicing he wants to rejoice over you there's not a hard word out of heaven or hell towards you right now there's a message of forgiving grace oh he's there's wrath in god there's anger in god but that's against the sinner who has rejected every offer of love and grace i want you to get out of your seat and come and let me pray for you tonight the lord wants to heal you tonight there's some husbands and wives that need to walk down here tonight for healing you may be new here you've never been here before perhaps and the lord sent you to hear this message because you have never ever someone listen to me up in the balcony go to the stairs you have never been secure in the father's love you've never been secure i want you to come and get secure in his love tonight you you don't look at me please look this way you don't have to go to or through somebody else to get to jesus he says you come you come by yourself you don't need any helps you don't need anything else to help you come to jesus you come directly to him now listen to me please you are accepted by the heavenly father not by any good thing you can do i don't care if you uh if you you were able through your willpower to conquer every lust and sin in your life you still couldn't be saved you still wouldn't have a clean heart you have to come now and receive what jesus did for you simply by dying for you and giving his life he said if you confess your sins to me you don't confess it to any man you don't confess it to your friends you confess your sins to jesus christ himself bible says there's no other media there's no no other go between between god and man except jesus christ so you come to jesus now you come to him and you say jesus i am so sorry you died for me and i've been going out trying to save myself and it's been a mess i can't do it how many know now you can't save yourself and you can't win any victory in your own power so you come to him now to say jesus love me out of my sins love me because i want to be sorry would you ask god first of all to put a godly sorrowful sin in your heart and the real sin look at me is when you hear a loving message like this and rather than receive it you turn and walk out the door that's rejection that's the real sin that's worse than any physical sin or any deed of the body that's to reject the only gift the only gift that can save you that's the love of christ i want you to pray this prayer with me now folks this prayer in itself won't save you but it's the faith behind the prayer so pray it in faith lord jesus i want to hate my sin and i don't know how i want to hate my sin not just because it hurts me not just because it makes me miserable but because it hurts you so forgive me lord lord i come to your grace i come to you heavenly father to receive your love holy spirit open my eyes give me this revelation of your glory wonderful glory that you love me just as i am and then you'll send the holy ghost and change me just as you are thank you jesus for loving me help me now to forgive everyone who's ever hurt me take the bitterness out of my heart help me to be reconciled to everyone that there be no enemy in my life that i hold a grudge against i love you jesus hallelujah i give you my heart now would you just lift up your hands and thank him in your own words just lift up your hands and tell him and you just say thank you jesus thank you lord that you love me that you cared for me right keep your hands raised church let's all just look the bible i
