Purity & Intimacy
Brian Guerin

Brian Guerin (birth year unknown–present). Brian Guerin is an American pastor, author, and founder of Bridal Glory International and Ascend Church in Atlanta, Georgia. Raised in a non-religious home, he became a Christian in college after a profound spiritual experience he described as a divine encounter with a falcon, which ignited his pursuit of intimacy with God. Guerin serves as the senior leader of Ascend Church, where his preaching emphasizes a deep relationship with Jesus, the power of God’s presence, and preparing believers for Christ’s return. He founded Ascend Academy, a ministry school, and travels globally, speaking at conferences and on platforms like TBN and GOD-TV, often highlighting signs, wonders, and prophetic insights. His books, including God of Wonders: Experiencing God’s Voice Through Signs, Wonders, and Miracles, To Know Him: Discovering Experiential Intimacy with God, The Altar: Preparing for the Return of Jesus Christ, and Divine Encounter, focus on spiritual growth and encountering God. Known for sermons like “Mary’s at His Feet” and “The Secret Place,” he encourages distraction-free prayer and devotion, drawing from Scriptures like Luke 10:41–42 and Matthew 6:6. Guerin’s ministry seeks to draw the Church into closeness with Christ, which he calls the “highest prize in life.” He said, “Your heart can burn, and you still not know Him.”

Anyway, let's give a big welcome to Brian Grimm. Good morning, everyone. How are you? Wow, don't hurt us. Oh, come on, Jesus. Everybody have their coffee or whatever you do? No? Oh my goodness. Everybody sleep good, somewhat. Awesome. Well, yeah, excited to be back again. Thank you all for having me. Can we give a hand for Pastor John and Linda, the whole team? They're amazing. Yeah, it's such an honor to be here. So this is only my second time, and I just want to let you guys know you already feel like family and home. Judah was telling me last night, and this is his first time actually, we got to go eat buffalo wild wings last night with him, which is incredible. I went lemon pepper half and chipotle something the other half. And he was like, man, you know, sometimes it takes you a little bit to kind of just warm up and get used to people socially. He's like, it just clicked right away and just fell in love with you guys. And so, so appreciate you. Is there something that happens in the spirit? I don't know what it is. It often can surpass even blood and family. Do you know what I'm talking about? The spirit, and it's just amazing. Doesn't matter where you're from, but it just feels like home here. It's an honor to be here. I want to share a funny story and we'll jump in. I'm glad you, I know it's always free here. We'll just see wherever the Holy Spirit leads us. There were some prophetic things I saw, Judah saw one, and we'll share that as well. We'll make sure we squeeze that in. But I was reminded this is not spiritual. This is just funny. I was remembering. He said, uh, is that okay? Or do we got to do everything? I've learned sometimes God's into the things that aren't always seemingly obviously spiritual. Do you know what I'm talking about? Typically with me, the, even encounters break in things that haven't set me up on. I was doing something that had nothing to do with, it's just like him and his goodness. You know, I remember I was packing presents for my children one time and full out wonder manifest that connected to my daughter, like the same night, seeing two angels. And he just ran in on us, you know, and I was like, man, I was trying to, I was trying to work in excellence and wrap these presents, which I'm not excellent at. It's bad. Jesus helped me. I just, it's the thought that counts on that. But he always remembering, he said, set your GPS is a funny story. Bring you into our real world that you may enjoy, uh, of this recent, it was just, this is what quarantine will get you into, you know, met home and we just moved up to Georgia. So a lot of you guys know I'm originally from Louisiana. All we do is move like eight hour drive up to Atlanta. My mom's crying, like we're moving to China. You know, I'm like, wow, like we're an hour flight away. You know what I mean? She's like, but we're never going to see you. And I'm like, we didn't move countries. You know, we're like right here. But so we moved up to Georgia and just so happens where we live is on a good piece of land. We're grateful that it just, it was all the Lord, how that worked out. Well, we're backed up to, I didn't, I didn't know any of this. I literally heard the Lord recon the area for about two days with a realtor blew through 11 houses fast and just prayed. And I had a full out picture and wonder happened with this one house. I knew we were supposed to be a tight into the County and I knew all this forgot what it looked like to everything. Don't, I wouldn't advise doing this, moving your whole family, but it's just how it worked with us. And so I knew it. So we went to close on the house. I couldn't remember the floor plan or anything. I just knew this is the one to that County. Okay. This is the Lord. And I see now where he's got us. It's, it's seamless because I have to travel a lot and how I get to the airport. Cause as many of you know, Atlanta has got crazy traffic. And, uh, but it's so funny. I've been there a year now and I was like, getting the traffic crazy. And I was like, I don't know, I don't see it. I don't know what roads I'm taking, but, and I, it just so happened where he put us. I can get back and forth to the airport and I missed all the crazy traffic. And so it's such a blessing. And so people were saying that I was like, man, I don't know what, you know, but then I've seen it if you go different ways. So we get there, I'm in the closing and don't know anything. I don't even know. There's a Creek back on the land there that the homeowners and buying from like, yeah, it was a beautiful Creek. I'm like, praise God bonus. You know, I don't know anything. And I couldn't remember. The only kicker was my kids having their own bathroom. Now, man, let me tell you, my daughter's 18. Now she's like a grown woman driving around, running the house. She's a precious. Hopefully I get to bring her next time. Zoe, Judah's 17. And how many of you know, when they get older and have the same bathroom, you women just dominate the bathroom. You know what I'm saying? Rightfully so. Yeah. I mean, you just, you gotta have your space. So we kind of assess the situation growing up. I was like, babe, Zoe, I'm like, babe, okay, this is your bathroom. Just take, take that one. And Judah would come shower and we'd function out of mine. And so I was like, if we move, the Lord's telling us to their own bathrooms would be quite, quite nice. You know, Judah's like, man, I just need your restroom real quick. You're blow drying your hair. There's makeup, you know, and it's like, she's in there. And so that's all I really knew much, but we get there and I kind of Google earth and I see actually we're, we're not only on a decent amount of land, which is great, but we're backed up to like endless hundreds of acres that just keep going. Right. So I love to fish and I'm, I'm kind of scanning out. And I said, Oh, there's a big lake out there. I said, man, it's a private, I just see it out in the middle of nowhere. It's like, I was like, Judah, we got to find that thing. And mind you, I moved to the house, maybe the first two weeks I'm in there and I go into a crystal clear prophetic dream. And this is what I'm so grateful. You all are open to it. Cause you get it pictures and dreams and how many know God's he's a blast actually this whole journey of his voice and how he works. Started looking at scripture. He's quite unique and we've got four living creatures flying around the throne. If, if that's what's near him, he enjoys this stuff. Six wings, they fly open. There's eyes in the wings. I mean, you know, if we were like two starts religious, you'd be like, what kind of horror movie is this or whatever, but this is nearest the throne four headed that turn you turn at you. One day it's an Eagle in flight turned back this way. It's an ox. I mean, this is crazy and I kind of love it. And so he's very gnarly ish, but, but much more in a fun way, but very calculated. Everything he does is very precise and through love and, and to point everything back to Jesus. So I'm actually bent the other way. I'm very practical, logical, and I've got to move that out of the way sometimes to fully hear God. Cause he's, he rushed in on this so prophetic thing. When I went to Bible college, I was like drawn to it still am. I'm drawn to all of it, but the John G lakes, you know, the Wigglesworth, the mantles of power and the, you know, and take nations and we still are and go for all of it. But he thumped me in oh four with his prophetic encounter and it rocked. It just opened my whole world up to this, this realm that I've learned to follow. And it's a lot of fun. So I'm two weeks in the house. I go into this crystal clear dream where an Indian chief comes up to me full out. It was cool to see him like this, like the full out Indian you'd see with the long hair and it's like his chief. I knew, and I could tell he was very bitter towards our people and I'm pleading with him in this dream. So strange. And I don't know anything just so you know, I'm not a historian buff at all. I love it, but I just don't, I'm very limited geographically, super challenged, you know, never forget. I went into a vision one time and I see the father as the ancient of days. You know, it says in the book of Daniel, the father's puts on the depiction of the ancient of days and the son comes into his presence, Jesus. Well, I saw him hovering over the earth. Like you'd be sitting over a coffee table or something like this and the earth spinning very slowly. And he's so full of power and calculated the ancient of days. I'm just blown away. I'm off at the side, staring at him and he's taking his index finger and the earth spinning and he's just touching parts of the earth when fires would start. Blew me away and see, it would wait super calculated, not rushed, super secure. Learned so much from his character just in that it would spin again. He'd touch it again. Fire would start earth. The horse was spinning before him. So I just thought it was a real kind of encounter type vision. Some of these are kind of like a trans Peter fell into. They have a more of an encounter substance to them where you're in the spirit as well, not just a visionary deal. And I thought in this vision, all I did was think it, I didn't pray it or anything. I thought, Lord, I want to see where you're touching. Right when I thought that I'm in his lap and I'm seeing the earth spinning before me, I didn't know I was going to go here. And I see his finger come up in front of me and touch South America, the continent, which reminds me of something I saw. And I didn't know I was going to go here, but this big part down in South America, he touches it and fire starts. And then I came out of the vision and I was like, Oh wow, that's crazy. That's Spanish speaking. Then that's South America gotta be Spanish. And, uh, but I looked it up. Thank the Lord. Cause I'm so geographically challenged. I mean, I don't know where anything is. So it's that big section down there. I look it up. It's Brazil. Actually, it was Brazil where he was, his heart was. And, uh, of course we know it's in the whole earth, but during this window, he was really focusing on and, uh, is Portuguese actually when Spanish at all. So now I'm in this dream and, uh, this Indian chief, just so you know, none of this is ever in my radar. I don't know anything. You know what I mean? It was just totally like I picked up on something in the region is what happened. I've now found out. And I believe also in the heart of God, but I'm pleading with him. I'm saying, look, if you forgive our people, the blessing of God will unlock on this land. Like you ain't never seen. I'm telling you unforgiveness. You want nothing to do with it. Listen to me. It'll hinder your world up and everything you touch. And it really, you're the only one going to pay for it. How many of you ever been done wrong? Like fully? Wow. Not many people. Okay. I love Maine and Maine's awesome. Like nobody gets done wrong up here. Uh, but, um, but yeah, you know, sometimes it's just, you're justified in keeping that, you know, being, you know, just keeping that anger because you're really done wrong. I've been there before, but unforgiveness, it's just, uh, yeah, it's, it's not for you. There's no place for love keeps no record of Rome. So, well, but the level and the depth of wrong was so deep and hurtful. No wrong. God keeps man. Listen, I just heard this recently. A fresh, I knew it, but, um, there's a man named Roland Buck. I don't know if you guys have heard of this guy minister from a generation before powerful man of God. I encourage you to look him up full of humility. I'll find YouTube videos on him when I can and just hear audio and you can hear the anointing on his voice. I love it. Just like pastor John and Linda care. You can sense presence on people like, yep. They've been with Jesus acts four 13, except they're also studied and trained, but as for 13 says, these are common untrained men, Peter and John, they didn't get it. He said, how in the world, then the light bulb went off. He said, oh, these men have been with Jesus. And that's what you want to be known for in life. The substance of him upon you. Cause you've been with him is an oil and substance on people that know him, have been in his abide in me and that my words abide in you. And that's how you bear fruit. Still study to show yourself approved. I'm into all of it, but not at the neglect of first being with him intimately. And so, uh, Roland Buck pastor, just a regular, you know, a solid pastor, the Lord decides to encounter. Um, I want to say back in the maybe sixties or so seventies and he, uh, got taken into this heavenly experience. He wrote the book angels on assignment. Have you guys ever heard of that book? Uh, angels on assignment, Roland Buck full of humility, truth, which I love. Cause sometimes you get into the supernatural. I'm like, Whoa, you get a little bit off the word, super solid theological take on everything. And, uh, but one part of it that I love is he goes into this heavenly atmosphere, the books of the generals in heaven, and he starts going through them supernaturally. He'd go to them really fast in this heavenly encounter. He sees Abraham in his, his account in records was flawless as a general, David, no flaws. This is in heaven. Now we know them here, but heavens take on things. He's reading these generals going. Yeah. But what about when Abraham lied about Sarah, the shortcomings to get through, you know, and David, you know, but she, but all these things are not in there. And God's like, I don't record that. Love keeps no record of wrong. And you look at Hebrews 11 is blown. He blew me away. Of course he knows, but he also removes your transgressions as far East is from the West. He doesn't remember him. He didn't see him in that. Awesome. He's such a loving God. They're not there again. I make no, you know, room for compromise, but also truly repentant heart that loves Jesus. He just wipes them. He's good like that. So if you say, well, where's that also, how's that prove new Testament, new covenant, go to Hebrews 11. He mentions all of them and never in there. Sarah, remember she laughed in doubt. Try and find that Hebrews 11, Samson too. Yeah. Is he in there? Wow. Yeah. Samson. Yeah. But it's like Hebrews 11, like, hold on. Paul or I know it's debatable who wrote it, but you know, a lot think Paul either way, whoever wrote Hebrews, it's like chapter 11, like where's the hiccups in there? Like, where are the speed bumps? They're not in there. And that's the God who was, he keeps no record of wrong. Isn't that amazing. And so you start fresh. I mean, he's thank God for me. I've made so many mistakes. Pretty produce ishmael's you ever done that? You're like, I'm going to make this happen, boy. This is going to be real good. God's like, yeah, brilliant son. You know what I mean? There goes another ishmael. This is your 50th one this week. You know? Yeah, that's awesome. Yeah, no, it's so true, man. So, um, but it's so awesome. He keeps no record of wrong. He's so full of love, compassion, mercy, and fresh new day. And so, um, anyway, so this, uh, Indian chief bleeding with him, look, man, you got to forgive our people. And I don't know anything about other than like cowboys and Indians when I was a kid or something with a little rubber band guns and whatever. I don't know anything about the Indian here. I should no more. I just don't. And, uh, nowadays too, I'm just so caught up with Jesus and however he wants to lead it. I don't really care. I just love you. You're everything to me. And, uh, so I'm pleading, I could tell he's really overtaken with, uh, bitterness, unforgiveness and things like this. Mind you, I just come up from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, straight up Cajun town, crawfish and people talking in half. Like you ever seen reality TV shows from people who was in, I have to put subtitles like they're speaking English, but you don't understand them. And that's the, that's real. Those people are another breed, man. I was in, uh, and I'm, I can say it cause I'm from there, but I, uh, yeah, I'm from, uh, so I'm from Baton Rouge, right? It's the capital city of Louisiana. It's not saying a whole lot, but it is. And so we were a little more dignified if you will, but you go, all you had to do is get a little bit outskirts of the city and boy, you run into another breed. They're called Cajuns. Have you heard of them? Bare feet talking. You can't even understand the slang slash French English slur, which I am Gary and my last name is French. So we're full out Louisiana. And, uh, I mean, they'll eat anything, turtles, all kinds of crazy stuff. I don't, I don't go that far. So, uh, I'll tell you a funny story. I'm gonna, I'm gonna remember the Indian one and, uh, Oh, what time were we doing here? Maybe I just want to be honored. Maybe noon or a little before. Okay. Yeah. I won't, I won't give you guys too long. Um, Oh yeah. Any books too. I totally forgot that. If anybody needs me to sign them, it would be honored to, I don't know which all ones are here, but, um, so we're built, I used to build custom homes. Many of you guys know that, uh, for about a decade and I was doing ministry simultaneously until ministry got so busy and the Lord told me to go out full time. And I didn't want to, to be honest with you, because I was, it was a big faith step. You're used to financial cushion and you got to step out into nonprofit. You know how it is. You're like, yeah, but there's no, there's no bridge there. You know what I'm saying? It's called faith. I call it the Indiana Jones bridge. You can't see it. And the Lord's like, no, no, go ahead. I told you, you know, it's like the Peter out of the, out of the boat. And, um, and you just got to step and all of a sudden there's substance there. And then you got to step again, there's substance and you just, after a while I'll just start doing this. I just don't even want to look, you know, and, um, but we roll up on a job site one day, me and my father building custom homes and where this one development was, it was super nice. Um, but it just so happened. It was close enough to the framers we used in that area where Cajun's full out. So we roll up a big berm, big Hill next to the job sites, full of grown overgrown weeds. And we roll up right in time where these framers have a two, one of them's got a two by four in his hand. They're all just mobbing through the woods. We're like, what are they doing in these bushes and cornering something? And we're like, oh my gosh, man, these guys. And, uh, all of a sudden one just jumps into the bushes, these tall weeds. And he comes out and he's got a full out alligator, barehanded got him. But I'm like, what are y'all doing? We can lose your hand right now. And it was like a big trophy to them, you know? And so, uh, they'll, oh, anyway, I'll keep going on there. They're wild. So I move up from Cajun town into Atlanta. I don't even know where I'm at. Anything about the region just obeyed the Lord going to this dream, this Indian. Well, just so happens. I, um, was at the store and somebody knew where we were at and he goes, oh yeah, right behind you over in those acreages. It's just endless hundreds of acres that keep going. He said, are these, he thought there was just three. Apparently nobody's been back there. Three burial mounds of Indians. And they're really unique. I was kind of intrigued. I know stuff. Doesn't some of it may be eerie to some of you guys, but it doesn't bother me. I think it's kind of cool. And just to think way back before our nation and before George Washington, all this stuff, way, way back Indians. So me and Judah, I'm more concerned though about the lake. I'm like fish. I'm thinking fish. So we've had this ATV to get around the land and Judah's like, bro, let's get a water and let's just hike it. I told my Zoe, I said, babe, we'll be back. I don't know how long it'll take us. Cause that lake was way through dense woods. And so with the GPS is funny, reminding me, we get to as far as we could get with our ATV. We've got machetes. I don't know what we had just roughing at big boots. We just go, we'll do cut firewood down. And I don't even know. Sometimes it's good to just work and sweat. You know what I'm saying? Good old man, be men go out in the woods. I would just, I don't know. I want to encourage that more and more, uh, women be women. You know what I mean? Zoe, I let her be a lady, but some of the men you need to sweat work with your hands. And Paul, I was reading it recently. He built tents, baddest apostle in the land. Just have a good, strong work ethic. Be a person of integrity is we need this in this hour. And so raising my kids up that way. So we go, although I'm trying to finish now and uh, got as far as we could. And then it's dense woods now. So we're hiking through the woods and all of a sudden I said, you know, that is strange. I don't know anything about the whole Indian, nothing, but you're going through dense uncharted area. You can tell nobody's been back here in forever. It's just dense woods. It changes into pine patch trees and the Oaks and creeks or whatever. We just keep going. There's one other Creek and all of a sudden you just see this organized stack of stones that is like this high, perfectly organized that, you know, the mountain couldn't produce the wrong mountain terrain and all this. And I'm like, that wasn't that they just didn't fall together in a pile right there from the mountain, you know? And I was like, and then I saw another one and another, and then we saw three. I said, bro, I bet those are Judah. I'm like, man, those I think are the Indian mountains. We kept going. There's like 30 back there. So I go home. I look on the internet. I said, Indian mounds like burial mounds. And sure enough, what you see is that's how they would market. Like we would a cemetery with a stone. They would, as a memorial, they stack up stones real high. So I said, that must've been what was picking up on the region. So I look up and sure enough, it's the Creek Indians in our area, way back, way back before, you know, when America's first being founded. Not that this matters. The funny part though, is the GPS, I'll tell you in a second, but I just thought it was interesting. And what sometimes is in the land that you can pick up on spiritually and so forth. But we came in and had an agreement with the Indians and they would sell us deer and deer hides and things like this. It was a bartering agreement until the deer ran scarce in this certain season. And we as Americans ran them out because they couldn't meet our agreement and we ran them out of their own land up to Oklahoma. And it was a big disagreement skiff that happened in the area. And that's where I was picking up on this head chief and the unforgiveness in the land, something like this. But anyway, the funny part is at that point we got to the ATV and I'm thinking genius, man, I'm going to mark the spot. I'm going to GPS this. I'm going to mark it. So I told you to let's not forget because it's so dense. You can literally go 50 yards and not even know where you parked it at. Have you ever been in deep woods and you're walking around and everything looks the same? Like, yeah, we've had, we've seen that tree before. And we have it in for, you know, you're going in circles and we're talking two miles deep into the woods. And so I thought this will be brilliant. Let me mark it. Like you said, that's a reminder of me. I marked the spot. So I thought I had brought it up and the dot showed me. I thought the dot showed me, I marked it, but apparently I'm not, I'm technically challenged big time. So I put my phone back in my pocket. We get to hiking all little that I know the dots still following us. And my ATV is off in the middle of the woods somewhere. And I'm thinking, sweet, we got it marked right there. And we're going through all patches, woods. We spooked some deer in this pine thing. And, and, uh, we get to the lake. It's beautiful. I want to go back and try it, but, uh, it's a private deal. And even saw a cow out there at some point. So we, uh, we come back and I'm like, I'm looking, I'm like, oh Judah, buddy weed. I don't know where our ATV is. I don't even know our, I think our house is that way, you know? And, uh, so thank goodness instinct kicked in. We just started following terrain. You had to go terrain at that point. So I'm grateful when times get rough in the end times, you got to learn survival and I'm teasing, but, uh, and it's kind of camouflaged to our ATV. So it'll blend in through that thick brush. And, uh, but we found it. Thank the Lord made it back later. It was always like, what took y'all so long? Well, you don't want to know, babe. So, you know, cause you know, you, man, you can't admit you got lost. I'm teasing, but, uh, but I thought that's funny with the GPS isn't. And, uh, and so let's jump in. Okay. Can we get spiritual now? I don't tease it. So yeah, a few things we saw in then, uh, and I want to share something from the word obviously, and then make, make time to pray. If that's okay. If you knew you guys want a fresh touch of the Holy spirit and come Holy spirit, let's do that now. Shall we just look to Jesus, Lord, we love you. We say be glorified and a Holy spirit have your way in Jesus name. Amen. Awesome. Well, one of the first things I saw was, um, I was the pursuit of the Holy coming up or is that just, Oh, nice. Yeah. Yeah. It's so good. I love that. Yeah. And that's, that's wild. Cause that's, that's part of one of the things, um, I saw I made the banner too. You saw such an honor. Thank you guys. She told me I was over on this one. No, but it's probably best to hide me actually on that one. But, uh, but let's be honest, Julian looks sharp. Doesn't he? I was, I leaned over to him. I said, man, good thing you had a good fade going. He heard the Lord on that and pastor John and then Abby right there. What's that? Yeah, exactly. He's, I think he's deliverance or I don't know. That's awesome. But, um, yeah, I was in prayer this morning. You guys understand prophetic pictures and symbolisms and how that works. Uh, Jeremiah chapter one, the Lord says, Jeremiah, what do you see? There was a picture, you know, visions are mobile often, but sometimes you'll even see pictures. And he said, I see, uh, an almond branch. Lord basically says, correct. You've seen, right. I'm watching over my word to perform it or fulfill it. And so there's symbols and things like this. So, uh, but one of the things I saw, this didn't need prophetic interpretation at all. It was those, uh, international plug converters for outlets, but it was the two pronged ones for South America. And, uh, they, they're the temporary ones. Sometimes you have a permanent device. I've had those two that you use in other countries, but this was the converter, which shows me somebody here. The Lord, I believe is calling to go to South, possibly Central America. Um, I'll show, I have some of my bag, actually. I'll get them if that's okay. And, uh, show you guys, maybe give one out as a sign or something, but, um, they're real quick. Cause I travel so much. Oh yeah. Here's one. I've got a bunch, a couple of maybe hand these out. Um, but so the two prongs, how many of you guys have been to South America? Who's your hands front only front rows. Okay. Marsha and the cameras. So you see this two pronged one, it's a different outlet plugin. Um, these are here. I saw this and just want to release that as somebody I believe. And I know pastor John and them go to, these are the exact ones you use in, uh, Columbia. I know they go often. Do you all take teams there about to start Argentina? Okay. Yeah. So just pray about that. We go as well, but like if you're supposed to join them or something like that, but I've seen what the Lord will highlight these things. And, uh, to basically you plug the us plug into the back of it and it transfers into that international outlet system or whatever. And so just want to encourage you guys to pray into that. I believe something will really, uh, spark with destiny with South America and it's essential America as well. The same one. I can't remember. Okay. Okay. I didn't know that. Thanks, man. But yeah, I think more South America on this, on this specific plug. And yeah, a lot of the hotels we go to now have the American one, but it just is a way for me to know temporarily. So not like a permanent call. That's another thing to know. It was the converter that would be a temporary trip, but something with that. Just want to encourage you guys to pray into, cause you can really see something happen that the Lord wants to do. And if that's coming up and the Lord speaking to you on that, um, we, we go twice a year as well. Um, but again, if, if pastor John has trips or whatever, whatever that is to whoever pray about it, the, really everything can shift on trips like this. If the Lord speaks to you, it's funny. We, um, we're we'll be in Columbia actually in a few months, but that, that trip's full, but we were at, uh, El Salvador. Were you at that one? El Salvador? Oh, this one. Yeah. The spring got canceled. So we went to El Salvador before that. And, uh, this gang opened up to us. It's the most dangerous gang in the world. We were there. And, uh, it's the, the funny backside to it is we take teams of like 40, something like that, and just go for it. I'm sure that's what you guys do. Just let them rip, prophesy, lay hands on the sick and teach and train. And I just think it's going to be healthy for somebody in here. If the Lord's speaking to you to pray about it. And, um, you know, I don't know why the Lord does this, but sometimes it just takes whatever it does to, to thrust a new aspect of destiny on people's lives. So we're there. And, uh, I'm, this one got thrown on us pretty much. We had a trip preaching all week, teaching television shows, all this stuff in this gang opened up. We're in central America, El Salvador, most dangerous gang in the world. I won't say their name. Uh, this goes on YouTube and stuff, but I'm thinking I've got to hear the Lord on this. I've got like a team of 40 green goes, you know what I mean? We're down and, you know, and, uh, it's funny. Some people, they'll see you traveling in these circuits and conferences and they think, Oh, you just, you don't do the other stuff, but just so you know, that's what I love about them too. That we're talking about last night, given to the poor missions, widows, we do it all prisons. I don't encourage you guys just do the whole Bible, live it fully out, you know what I mean? As best as you can, or at least support it financially. So I've been doing this for India, bathe out of buckets. We we've seen it all. Do I, do I like the five-star hotels better? Oh yeah. You know what I'm saying? But we'll also be on the backwoods of no nowhere if the Lord spoke. So we just love it all wherever his grace is. So I'm in the hotel room. I've got to know by tomorrow morning and I'm like, Lord, please help me. Please speak to me because I don't want to, you know, I know we're looking like dollar bill signs down there in this area. We had a full, fully armed security guards with us already because the area we were at so, so dangerous and all throughout El Salvador. So this is, I'm talking, let you know in the back end of my world, because normally I want angelic picture, something crystal clear in the word, something on this notable. I need a clear, I need to hear God clearly. Nothing. He's totally silent. He's ever done that with you on something you feel like he should really be booming and he'll just give you the inner voice, the still small whisper. And I'm like, man. So I literally, I feel the Holy spirit say, look over at the picture in your hotel room, this beautiful flower with the amount, the exact, I counted them as the exact number of the gang. And I just felt peace. That's all I had, but I wanted something way more than that, like Gabriel or something, you know what I'm saying? Because I've got these people's lives on the line. So we threw it out there and said, you know, pick, if you want to go, if you're led, you can stay. And we had like people stay back too and that's fine. So we go in and it's super interesting. We're a mile out and our guards fully paid by the government. They stop about a mile out. They wouldn't even go in here because it's that dangerous. And then I knew I was like, man, we need angels, the Lord with us, whatever, because we don't have any protection or whatever. And we pull in there to what they call their colony. It'd be what we call their hood or their block, but it's a whole neighborhood called their colony. And they step out banana clips, some of them in camo. I mean, it's on, they're like, you're in our world now, you know? And, uh, but thank the Lord. It all went smooth and some words of knowledge happened. And, uh, but in the middle, does anybody speak Spanish in here? Oh, wow. That's amazing. Yeah. Yeah. Pero is that dogs or something like that? Yeah. So I'm sitting there preaching and in the gang members, they, they wouldn't sit down. I tried to honor them, give them, I told our team, move, give them the front seats. They wouldn't sit down. They're very stoic. Try preaching to that atmosphere. There's no angelic Holy ghost glory pads going on. Nothing dries a bone. They're staring at you all earpieces video on YouTube. And I would speak to video me with their phones because they didn't trust me. The Spanish speaking, they were fine. The phones would go down. I was like, man, why would I speak the video? But I later found out they wanted to show their head guys. And they, they also they're, they're calculated very, very orderly organized crime, not just trying to sell some Coke on a block. And, uh, and they check too, if you're tied into Trump or anything like that. And they, yeah, they don't like him. So, so anyway, so I'm thinking, well, sweet, I guess we're here. Maybe I hope the gospel will get to the leaders. Great. So we have an altar call, kept it real simple and sure enough, brought some groceries for the families you give to and, and laid hands on, on the six people got healed and it was awesome when we left. But, um, but trips like that, look, I was just reminded of it. Just want to encourage you guys to hear the Lord, whether the natural is there or make sense or not. And the Lord can do whatever he does. I just don't want to see that it really applies. And somebody that's temporary. It's not a long-term call, although I believe in that as well, but it was these right here. And, um, does anybody feel that I'll give them these, if they feel a call to that at all, if you want one for free, awesome, I'll throw it. Can you catch it? I'll throw it right in front of you. Yeah, I got a good, I used to play baseball. I'm not going to hurt you. Anybody else? You can come get this. And, but just, uh, as a token of just hear the Lord on that next one. Um, I saw, and these are, I want to bring in some verses a little bit. I'll say this, this one for last, and then we'll start landing it pretty quick. I saw a floss of all things. I know this is interesting, but it's just how I see at times. Uh, it was on one of those little devices though, like that you floss your teeth with the little preset up ones. I use the old school, like big wrap string. I don't know what you guys do, but I've, you know, pull a big string out, wrap around my fingers, super old school, but it was the little device ones. If that lands with somebody, but this shows me that I believe the Lord in the area of pursuing the Holy is trying to bring cleanliness, even to the deeper, more hidden places. And this is awesome because he gives a fresh grace for it. You know, it's one thing to brush your teeth, get the, the, the broad, obvious areas clean, but floss goes where you can't see it's the hidden place of the heart. Psalm 24 is real clear. It says, who may ascend the hill of God? He that has clean hands and a pure heart in the clean hands. I would look at as the brushing of teeth, the broader outward deeds and things you touch and involve yourself with in the body of Christ. Typically we're good at that. And this isn't a condemning thing. This is just again, to come higher in his grace and love there. But usually we're good at the outward things being clean there, but the heart, the floss, the inner hidden places, I'm noticing he's calling to a higher standard right now. Does that make sense to you guys? And he's given a fresh grace for it, which, you know, what's most important about that. You can ascend the hill higher, rich glory. You become like what you spend time with his holiness exudes possesses you. His voice becomes crystal clear intimacy. Conviction gets sharp again. See when the floss is lacked in those inner places are left alone. Conviction gets dull. His voice gets more blurry. Destiny gets more broad and less concise and precise. And so a verse I've been really enjoying on this, uh, that'll hopefully help is second Timothy chapter two. Starting like verse 19, maybe. So watch this. You don't have to turn there. You can Paul writes to Timothy second Timothy chapter two verse. We'll start in 19, but God's truth stands firm like a foundation stone with this inscription on it. He's really highlighting something here. And I love this. This inscription is written on basically a foundation stone. Number one is the most important stone there is. Like I told you guys, I used to build homes. And if you mess up the foundation, everything else is going to be off. It's the most important thing is the foundation. Then you start from there and build up. So God's truth stands firm, like a foundation stone with this inscription on it. The Lord knows those who are his and all who belong to the Lord must turn away from evil. Isn't that amazing? He didn't say anything else on the foundation stone in this passage, but he highlights turning away from evil, which is something I want to emphasize here. I believe of course, the purity of God is produced by his grace alone. We can't do it on our own. We know that, but also you see some crystal clear implications in scripture where there's a yieldedness and a choosing on our part to turn away from evil. You guys know what I mean? There's a cooperation and sometimes I see it gets sloppy. Well, but the sovereignty of God and I love him and it'll be fine. But also, you know, Paul's crystal clear saying, look, those that know they're his, you've got to turn away from evil. Listen, Revelation 2, I love that they're talking about. No, uh, 12, I think basically the spirit and the bridesmaid come in Revelation. The Bible says the spirit and the bridesmaid come, but also the bride makes herself ready. Isn't that interesting? But I thought it was all God's grace. It is. You can't do it outside of his power and grace and empowerment to live pure, but also there's a making yourself ready. There's a turning away from evil, a choosing. And, um, so he goes on, I love this, this description. He says in a wealthy home, Paul, some utensils are made of gold and silver. Some are made of wood and clay. The expensive utensils are used for special occasions and the cheap ones are for everyday use. If you keep yourself pure, that's all he said. The only prerequisite was keeping yourself pure. There it is again, right? But I thought the Lord does, and it's all sovereign and supernatural. It is, but also there's a keeping yourself. There's a yielding. There's a choosing in this day and that fine place of floss. I know it's an interesting, uh, analogy. This is just how I saw, but those hidden places I'm telling you, the Lord right now believes breathing upon and saying, look, that may have been permissible in the past, but you know, um, it's not beneficial anymore. Let's come higher. There's little foxes I'm looking at now, and I'm trying to take you higher and they can't go here. There's things that we're still allowing that will not go to that highway of holiness in the next phase of destiny. And people want to catapult step into that next launching place and be thrown, you know, thrust out into God's will, but they want to hang on to certain things. The Bible says, look, you throw off those sins that so easily entangle you. Yeah, that's another one for us to throw them off. But I thought God does. He does. He empowers you to throw them off. But a lot of times his grace is so vibrant and pure and true and present. And then we just keep hanging on to him. His grace and empowerment to throw them off is there. That's the only way you can do it. But also we just hang on to them and it's like a chain and ball. We keep dragging around. That's why we can't run the race at the pace we should. So anyway, I love this because he says basically fancy utensils, gold and silver or sporks. This is the way I love to bring this analogy. You ever seen sporks, the cheap plastic Taco Bell they bend there that you just trash them when they're done. Basically, he's saying if you want to be a special utensil ready for the master's use, if you keep reading, he says you've got to keep yourself pure. Isn't that awesome? And he's not pointing his finger, brow-beating, condemning. He's saying I love you. Get it, the mistakes. Don't see them anymore as soon as you repent like I told you guys earlier. But let's come higher now. Keep yourself pure. Those who know that the Lord's turned away from that which is evil. He says your life will be clean and you will be ready for the master to use for every good work. Isn't that awesome? So I want to encourage you guys, you know, as you go home and let the Lord in his love. He'll sit down there with you. Say, yep, not a big fan of this. My Holy Spirit can't rest fully on this because he's Holy. He's the Holy Spirit, pursuit of the Holy. And if you want the Holy Spirit to come, he can come, but he can't come fully. Because I'm telling you, who is the main one that for ran the way of Jesus Christ? John the Baptist and his whole message was purity. Repent because he was he was making crooked paths straight and the Lord's doing this right now in this hour. So that one I want to encourage you guys with. Praise God. And then this other one I saw actually, it's funny enough, but I saw one of the sleeves of these hoodies we have. We're out of them right now. It's not even season for hoodies, so I'm not promoting merchandise at all. But basically it's Psalm 27. We all know the verse, but I'm going to go there just for a second and hammer the combination of both. And so purity, intimacy, that's basically what we're hitting this morning. And I'm telling you, you say, well, man, give me something, a 12 point and step to this. If these two things are truly yielded into, this whole city will flip upside down. Jesus needed 12 or wherever you're from. Psalm 27, 4, watch this. David writes, one thing have I asked. So basically I saw the sleeve to our hoodie and it's Psalm 27. Oh, here it is. Yep. One thing have I asked. Mine's going to be a little different, but you can see it up on the screen. That will I seek after. New King James says that will I seek that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in his temple. I want to camp out here for a second and we'll start to land it. And so one other thing and Judah did as well. But first off, I love this. Basically, if you read all the versions, one thing I ask, first off, you see David's brilliant in the realm of intimacy. He says, one thing I ask that same thing I ask. I also seek. And I want to encourage you guys as a, just a momentum of prayer and pursuing the Lord. You ask and you seek. These are vital in prayer. Sometimes I see heavy camps that are into seeking, but they forget to ask. The Bible says you have not because you ask not. Psalm two, even the God to the Lord says, ask and I will give you the nations as your inheritance. You lack wisdom. James says, ask for it. And so sometimes I've even been guilty of this. We get so deep in the pursuing, which don't get me wrong. I know the other truth of the Lord knows what you need before you ask, but also Jesus has ask, seek, knock. James says, if you lack wisdom, ask for it. And so sometimes we ask though, this is another broad company that gets the big prayer list and God's a big concession stand to them. You ever seen that? And they just want to ask him for what they need, but they don't seek and pursue in intimacy. You guys tracking with me? You see two things here. David highlights this one thing. And under that umbrella says, I ask and seek the Bible says, seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, right? He's a rewarder of those who diligently seek him. The fervent prayer of the righteous availeth much. So I encourage you in prayer to don't forget to ask. Sometimes you simply don't have, because you, you ask not and to ask, but also seek there's something to a diligence and pursuit. But in this, I love how David's, he says one thing. So first off, he says this one thing I seek and he really means most. Okay. I just don't want to get it off. I've seen the other camp to get too far where it's like, okay, this is all I can do. Just Jesus only. But Paul says, earnestly covet the gifts. James, I just told you, said, ask for wisdom. So there are things you can ask for, but he just means basically, this is the number one. I ask seek most some versions say, right? And it's okay to ask other things in the, in the will of the Lord. But basically under that, I love it because he says this one thing I look at this with David. That's funny. He says, this one thing is all I want. Lord, this is all I ask. And then he named several things. It's super funny when I read it, I'm like, man, he says, look, I just want this one car, but I also want the trailer with the boat behind it. And then the jet skis too, with that package, I just need just that one thing. That's all I want. That one thing. And God loves it. And so do I. But he says, one thing have I asked that I may dwell in your house all the days of my life. There's one, we all know it's in the same context, but there's several things that I may gaze upon your beauty, which is the highlight of dwelling in his house all the days of our life. And also in to inquire in his temple, some versions say to meditate in his temple. And just want to encourage you guys. I saw that, that sleeve this morning of Psalm 27, and just want to reemphasize that would be a people. I was hammering it last night that we get back to this being the one thing we seek most. The one thing we seek to be in his presence all the days of our life, gaze upon his beauty, inquire in his temple. You guys see the verse, you can highlight it. We all know it. But sometimes I think if we're not careful, we know the verse, we know to quote it, but does our life really live out this thing? Do you guys know what I'm saying? Does it really, when you really start looking at how our time is spent, where our passion is and our heart, and this is not a condemning thing at all. I've been plenty of seasons where I look and reassess and I'm like, oh man, I got off track. Have you ever done that? Man, I've been totally distracted. I'll do that in prayer. I'm a master, especially waiting in silence. And I'm like, I'm like, Jesus, you're everything. And then I hear a motorcycle drive by and like, man, my brother was really good at riding motorcycles. And then I'm kidding you, not 15 minutes later, he could ride wheelies. I remember he would, and then I'll go like totally off from the Lord, distracted, and I got to pull it back in. So this isn't a condemning thing at all, but just want to encourage you guys, if we really want to excel, especially in the season, full of oil, living pure, and that one thing I ask, which is several things, to gaze upon it, it's all Him, falling madly in love with Him. So really chew on that verse, give you a little homework, verse four, just really, and pray into it, you know, that God would give us a heart again to make Him the one thing we ask. And sometimes practically, you may have to like print out your schedule. I have an app now, thank goodness, where you've got to be diligent with your time. You guys know what I mean? We're very busy, and thank goodness my assistants now have an app, and they set up my schedule, but even then they know certain days, I'm like, look, we don't, we block this out, this out, lock up days with the Lord, and just want to encourage you guys, time with Him, you have to make that the one thing you ask. It doesn't just happen, you know, and I'm not condoning diligence, and no, I am diligent, but I mean, legalism, things like this, but infatuation and protecting that time with Him in a very diligent way. And so sometimes you've got to set your schedule up, prioritize things, otherwise life's just going to outrun you. You guys know what I mean? That one thing of seeking Him. And so these last couple things, and we'll bring the worship team up and pray with you guys. I then saw a thumb pop the top off of a champagne bottle. I don't condone drinking, just so you know, but this is what I saw. So that would speak to me something with celebration, and I think even probably right now, here in a minute, some of you are going to be filled with the Holy Spirit in a fresh new way. Joy will hit, and there'll be liberation, but the thumb, the pop it off, is usually the thumb's apostolic, so there could be a fresh celebration and ascending as well. Apostle is basically a sent one, doesn't mean you have to be the office thereof, but something being sent, a fresh commissioning and a celebration of it. And yeah, and so, yeah, fresh sending and celebration in that. I'm trying to debate if I want to go here. Yeah. So anyway, last thing, Judah saw in worship a dead end, well a T, where you come to a T in a road, you have to go left or right. He saw it just in worship this morning, and he saw a sign on it that pointed right, and it had the number 195 on it, 195. So I think, pray into it how it lands with you, but I wouldn't doubt if around 195 days from now, some of you are going to come to, if not one of you, are going to come to a T in the road where you have to choose left or right, and there's something going to be before you that's the correct choice. Normally when we see things going right, it's right or correct, it's a wordplay. And 100, I looked it up, 195 days, it's right over six months, it'll be around December. So be watching for that around December, that something with life choices and your assignment are going to lead you to a choosing, and you'll have a couple of ways, but the obvious way will come before you that will be correct around probably mid-December, something like that, so pray into that. And thank you Lord. So yeah, if the worship team wants to comment, we'll begin to pray.
