Like that right and so it's a new albums only been out about a week or two or something like that So there you have it the wheat in the tares Okay, let's look at the notes Isaiah chapter 44 we're gonna look at just a quick snapshot of who Cyrus is father. We ask you in the name of Jesus for the spirit of wisdom and revelation Father I ask you for impartation. I ask you for living understanding for modern-day Cyrus's Joseph's Daniels those called to the marketplace Those called as ambassadors to transform society with the glory of God And I ask you the name of Jesus for a fresh commissioning tonight for new marching orders for the realigning of the heart and And these sessions that would follow on Friday and Saturday with the other speakers in Jesus name. Amen Well Cyrus is a most interesting person in the Old Testament, but more than interesting very strategic and Significant for this hour of history as well Let's give a quick overview of Cyrus Isaiah 44 I am the Lord verse 24 I am the Lord who makes all things Who stretches out the heavens? Then on to verse 28 who says of Cyrus so he names him kind of as a complete surprise Who Cyrus? Because Cyrus isn't even even going to be born for another hundred years So Isaiah's prophesying I am the Lord who says of Cyrus He is my shepherd He will perform all of my pleasure Specifically this is what Cyrus will say because he will understand this is his mandate He will say to Jerusalem You shall be built He will say to the temple Your foundations shall be laid Thus says the Lord to his anointed to Cyrus I Will give you the hidden riches of secret places That you may know that I who call you by your name a hundred years before you're born. I Am the God of Israel Now Cyrus This is a very unusual passage and again it relates to us It's the extreme example of what will happen in a in a lesser way all over the body of Christ Although I do believe that the the greatest Cyrus's in history are yet to appear on the stage of history This passage is very Unusual on a number of levels. Let's read this again Verse 28 who says of Cyrus he is my shepherd. Well first Cyrus though he is not yet born for a hundred years. He's a Persian king Modern-day Iran an Iranian king now Think of the president of Iran That you're getting the context and a prophet in Jerusalem says You are God's shepherd. Whoa That's intense now the mercy that I see in this passage is that Isaiah said it a hundred years before the kid was born So he never had to live to see the outworking of this, but it was intense an Iranian king Is God's shepherd for Israel like right? Here is what this Iranian King Persian, let's say Persian, but to get it really in the context of how strange it is today This man will do all of God's pleasure. He's a complete heathen But God is going to so move on him that he will do all the will of God Beloved God is moving on people now and he's giving them great assignments and some of them are Even born again yet, but the Lord has plans to reveal himself to them They will do all of God's will before it's over for their life He's gonna say to Jerusalem you shall be built now, here's the problem with that sentence Jerusalem had not been destroyed yet They're saying Jerusalem be built it's like saying 20 years ago and when they rebuild the towers in New York City The World Trade Center we'd say rebuild it. What do you mean rebuild it? That's what was being said here when they rebuild Jerusalem. This man will like whoa Is something going to happen? We don't understand and the Cyrus of old Was introduced on the world stage in one of the greatest in the greatest Crisis in Israel's history in the Old Testament and the Cyrus is again Will he appear on the world stage in the greatest crisis in Israel's history in these days in all of their history The Cyrus is God is raising them up and it's going to be in context to crisis not just in Israel But that's what we're talking about right now, but even world crisis Well, not only will you rebuild the city Which in Isaiah's day hadn't been torn down yet. It wasn't torn down for another hundred fifty years Rebuild it That's interesting But you have another Commission Cyrus. You're gonna build the temple You mean the temple is going to be destroyed too. Yes, it will be reduced But this Iranian Persian king will finance it himself this is a miracle to the extreme and Again, this is a such an extreme example, but we gain inspiration from it at many levels of Assignment and responsibility because it's a revelation of what God's hearts like and it's in the word as an Instruction as the of the sort of thing God does because he has all power and he has the ability to do this Again, I believe the greatest meaning the most Influential Cyrus's are yet in the future, but I believe that this calling has multitudes of expressions throughout the body of Christ worldwide You're gonna lay the foundation of the of the destroyed temple you're gonna rebuild it you're gonna pay for it Now this is a tall order Because it's everything contrary to nature Now the next verse Isaiah 45 verse 1 which there's a chapter division there shouldn't be because he's in the same flow of conversation Thus says the Lord now he brings it up a notch that's unthinkable. I Mean for God to say this he has authority this troubled Israel. He's my anointed a Gentile Persian Would be one day Iranian is God's anointed Isaiah did you say anointed because the word anointed is the same word Messiah The same word I have the notes there. You can read it on your own Isaiah you've gone too far Isaiah said I haven't You'll see He is the anointed of the Lord Then it goes on in verse 3 Here's what God says to Cyrus and here's what God is going to say to some of you in a fresh way I believe even tonight I Will give you the hidden riches of secret places. I will give you riches of wealth Finance, I'll give you riches of wisdom creative ideas I'll give you riches unexpected of alliances With kings and rulers of the nations at various levels of society Because I don't only think of the king of a nation think of the Kings in there in the arena of commerce and media and military government and education and all those arenas The Lord says I have surprises. I have hidden riches. I have riches, you know, not up You're not even born but I've ordained that you would have them so you'll never be confused if you earn them or not let there be no confusion as The man said God's going to do something that can't be blamed on man He's got to do something so powerful that man can't get any credit for it whatsoever the hidden riches God has secret plans Those riches will be financial surprises and the financial arena Surprises in the creative wisdom ideas. You could never ever have imagined Surprises in alliances with people you could never have made a way into that relationship Solomon I mean he says it really something he goes with how Marvelous how intriguing how strange? When a lizard gets in the king's palace When the lizard who is easy to catch gets in the most noble palace, how could this happen? Well all kinds of people are not lizards are going to get into Kings palaces That have no way they have no protocol They have no resume to get in and that's what the the idea of the lizard was when Solomon said that the book of Proverbs Then the Lord says to Isaiah tell Cyrus this look at verse 3 still the very end You Cyrus you will know that I am God when this is all done You will know that I am God and it will touch you and it will change you So that's kind of a quick overview of who Cyrus is Let's look at paragraph B, and I'll just say this because it's important for this hour of history That when Cyrus was to build the temple Isaiah went on to define the temple about ten chapters later He said the temple I have it right here Isaiah 56 7 he went on to say understand this The house of God is and the temple is synonymous that all agree on that it is called from heaven the house of prayer it's not just a building for religious institutions in the economy of God and the ideal of God it always is mostly meant to be a house of prayer and Even in the in the Old Testament they had night and day worship going on in the temple from the days of David onward It was a house of worship and temple, I mean prayer, but they had other dimensions that ended up Overtaking the prayer dimension and then Jesus came along in Matthew 21 And he said it is written and he's referring to Isaiah actually in other words. He's saying Isaiah Said it, right? Isaiah said it right it is written. Well, you know why Isaiah said it, right? Because Jesus was a part of the Godhead who told Isaiah I mean, it's almost like Jesus could say when I first told Isaiah and he wrote it Well, I can I'm here in the flesh to tell you he was right It is a house of prayer the temple is Paragraph C Cyrus was so moved this pagan Persian King that would be naturally adversarial to Israel he was so moved and He understood the purpose of God so clear. I mean it became crystal clear that he he made a worldwide proclamation Look at this in 2nd Chronicles 36 He made a worldwide proclamation and the first year of Cyrus king of Persia The Lord stirred up the spirit of Cyrus and he made a proclamation throughout all the kingdoms saying this The Lord commanded me to build him a house. So he makes this worldwide proclamation That he was mandated by the God of Israel to build that house of prayer and he went on we look at the next verse You can read that on your own He went on to finance it himself He paid the money for it Paragraph D. I give you just a little bit of info on him. You can read on your own. Do you want paragraph E? Cyrus now we're getting kind of tuning into you zoning into to your application of this Cyrus is a picture of people today. I mean he's an extreme Example like David is an extreme example of the worshiper But also David is an extreme example of the marketplace ministry. I mean David was a king David was the head of the army. He was in the military David was not just a guitar player He actually ran the government as you know He had a marketplace calling but he also had that priestly calling David was one of those unusual ones that put the thing together And a in a rare way very few put it together like David did but David was more in terms of his time He was much more involved in the government and the military than he was in the prayer room But he valued the prayer room and he paid for the prayer room and he attended the prayer room But his hands were occupied in running the government in the military though. His heart was preoccupied with God I mean, he's the ideal picture of bringing the two worlds together going on in paragraph E as God's anointed He received Cyrus supernatural wisdom, here's what we're gonna believing for Supernatural wisdom creative ideas Beloved you're one divine idea away Joseph Was a poor Jewish boy in an Egyptian prison I mean think of the odds are stacked against him. He's not only in prison He's a Jewish boy in prison with no family in the land at all. I mean, nobody is on his side. Nobody Can you imagine being a Jewish orphan? All but an orphan in a foreign land in an Egyptian prison. I mean talking about despair We look at our life and they manage going tough Beloved look at Joseph. Did you understand you came to a Joseph company conference? This is what this is about Joseph. No, I Hope that many of you get the wisdom of Joseph, but I hope that you don't have the same journey to it But anyway, this young boys in this prison. He's one divine idea away He's one divine idea away from being the wealthiest man in all of Egypt and he has the dream one night He has the dream about the future of the agriculture and the way that it it is set up by the Lord so perfectly, it's a dream that is believed and understood and he has the understanding and So because of this one dream Some years pass. He becomes the wealthiest man in all of Egypt besides Pharaoh one dream away one divine idea away. I always like to say your one divine idea a Little blood sweat and tears and Maybe one or two prison sentences away and then you'll be the richest man in the world If you're like Joseph But as a picture They are a picture of receiving supernatural wisdom the creative wisdom but more than creative wisdom more than creative wisdom favor You can't make favor happen. You can't make Pharaoh like you and believe you don't even try It's given or it's not given. But when it is given you can't ever take credit for it That's how it's set up. God has appointed seasons of favor and divine Alliances with a number of you in the days some very soon and others just down the road a little bit He has this already decreed and ordained divine alliances like he did Cyrus like he did Joseph Like he did Daniel. Well, this will result in making wealth Not only that Influencing nations and we don't only influence nations by wealth wealth is important But wealth isn't all there is to influencing a nation Influencing one of the spheres of society that God's called you to Bringing deliverance to captives and Making the name of the Lord known to them That's kind of a synopsis that's a little synopsis of the Cyrus calling let's go through it again receiving supernatural wisdom Receiving favor these divine alliances the way the Lord sets it up that causes wealth and influence Bringing Deliverance to people who are in need. They're captives in various ways. They're needy. They can't deliver themselves and Making the name of the Lord known It's not just good works, but it's making the name of God known the name of the Lord and his name is Jesus Meaning the reason I say that we believe Father Son Holy Spirit the three are one But everybody talks about God the generic God and we love God the Father he is the greatest But it's not enough just to say God we like to say Jesus More specific. Well, I believe in God. I said he believe in Jesus. Why wouldn't go that far whether you don't believe in God then Jesus said if you hate me you hate my father So We like to just throw Jesus in the middle of this He's the stumbling stone in all of this God generic doesn't trouble people God specific As long as he's tolerant then we'll take God specific your own religion God named Jesus now, that's a burden But that's a stumbling stone that we consider it it is our Privilege because worthy is the Lamb it is it is our destiny to stand loyal We pledge our allegiance to Jesus So that's I just want to throw that in a little side trail there on making the name of God known We're talking about Jesus paragraph F those with the Cyrus calling They need prophetic insight of the times look at this the children of Issachar They had understanding of the times They had understanding of the times to know what Israel ought to do Now the sons of Issachar they had unusual Prophetic insight into what God was thinking and what the people should do Well these Cyrus's they may not get it all direct They may get it from the prophetic ministries Some will get a direct and some they will get from others the prophets But either way they must have it Because the Cyrus's like the Cyrus of old cannot go forward just hit and miss It's not just kind of like taking their best shot. We need Understanding we need the eyes of the prophets and Many of these Cyrus's will have prophetic insight But that prophetic insight will be completed and enhanced by those whom their primary assignment is that of a prophet They were people who will understand the times To know what Israel ought to do. They will know what's God's agenda is and what people ought to do. It's not enough to just Have a Positive idea that everything's going to get better beloved. Everything isn't going to get better Some things are going to get better and some things are going to get really really bad The bad and the good are going to increase at a level Surpassing any time in human history, and I believe we're in the early days of the unfolding of that. I believe we are in the days We're going to see glory beyond any time in history Even the book of Acts and we're going to see trouble beyond any time history happening in the same generation Some people when they speak for God They only talk positive But that isn't the complete message of God that's not all that God's saying God is saying many positive things But the whole counsel of God is the positive and the negative Rightly discerned We don't overstate it. We don't understate it But we discern it according to the Spirit. You say well, how can we do that beloved? We need to see the prophetic ministry valued and prospering in the land One guy says well, I don't even believe in that stuff and I don't want to be smart alike, but I typically slip out You will Meaning I don't have any debate I don't have any energy to argue with people who don't believe in that and I understand why they don't there's been so So much of a mess over the last hundred years and so many circles and cycles and whatever But that's no reason to throw the thing out because it's in the word But the where where history is going there will be no Chance of success without the eyes of the prophet in their rightful place and the Cyrus's cannot succeed without the prophets Cyrus without Isaiah and Jeremiah and then Daniel in Cyrus's own generation. I got a little bit on that I don't think we'll get to it, but he had the prophets backing him up The prophetic word from Isaiah and Jeremiah. I mean the scripture and then he had a prophet in his own day Daniel interceding for him there was a connection to the prophets and So the Cyrus's some say I love the Cyrus Calling and I say what you mean you love the breakthrough idea and who doesn't love the breakthrough I've never met a person who who wants the downfall Instead of the breakthrough everybody loves the breakthrough doesn't take a ton of discernment to love the breakthrough But I said that breakthrough isn't going to happen in a vacuum that breakthrough is going to happen in a particular context and that is with night and day prayer and I don't mean you need to have a Building where they do night and day prayer and that's not what I mean night and day prayer will happen in the cities of the Earth not just in a building. I'm not talking about our version of it. I'm talking about something much more Much bigger than that. God is raising up so many different expressions of prayer around the earth But these Cyrus's must be connected to the praying to people of prayer and they must be connected to prophetic Understanding the prophetic ministry has to be there's no way they can make it separate The prophets can't make it without the intercessors and the intercessors of prophets can't make it without the Cyrus's the whole thing was made to go together And God is setting up divine alliances even in this hour where he's joining them together And we've been seeing this in the last ten years. This thing is speeding up at a rapid growth there's a a radical paradigm shift where the marketplace people and the prophetic people and the intercessors are Finding one another because they value and honor each other in a way they didn't in years past the marketplace Assignment is not just the guys that make the money So they can fund the the next building program. That's not what that's about The marketplace assignment as you know is an assignment to walk in the wisdom of God to give godly Impartation into that sphere of society to actually make the name of God known to the people you work with and the people that that business affects it's far more than just becoming a Supply for the new church building if that's that's not what the Cyrus calling is about Yes, they will be a supply but that's not the biggest thing they offer They will bring wisdom and they will bring understanding and they will have Impartation because they have this calling in the marketplace. That's just as powerful as the calling in the pulpit is it's just different Who's that? What's the most powerful instrument in the symphony? I don't know. I want them all I don't want the symphony without the instruments in it What's the most important? Player on the football team. It's the quarterback Well, the quarterback does pretty bad if they don't have the other guys in place. I don't care how good he is He's a mess without the other people It's the same thing in the callings of the kingdom and we all know that I'm kind of preaching to the choir here But it's kind of fun. Okay top of page two And again, we're not going to get through all this but that's what the notes are for Let's look at this Now is what God promised to do in Preparing Cyrus and it's more than preparing Cyrus what he's going to do These were promises a hundred years before he was born meaning this is in God's heart Before Cyrus ever went to a prayer meeting before he ever learned business Cyrus did not earn this that's the reason one reason one of many reasons it was given a hundred years ahead of time Beloved God has a calling for you. You can't earn. Yes, you must mix with faith You must take the various risks You must have diligence, but even then that's not the main reason why it works. I Have to work hard here at IHOP. I put in long hours put in a lot of energy But that's not mostly why I hops working at all There's an invisible Dimension of the Spirit of God drawing and inspiring and giving ideas and aligning that no amount of work on my part Or a hundred other leaders could make it happen. It's an invisible hand moving and we understand it Does that mean I can now just be lazy? No But when I work diligent and even if I work in wisdom and skill, it's still just a fraction of why it's happening It's the invisible hand of God dimension that's at work And that's what the Cyrus calling is about though the work and the risk and the humility and the generosity is necessary But it's not mostly why Cyrus to succeed Here's what the Lord tells Cyrus let's read this chapter 45 verse 1 to 6 Thus says the Lord to his anointed again. This is unthinkable To call a Gentile pagan king the most the anointed it's the same word again He didn't say you're the Messiah, but it's the same work It's just like I just think I say it went all Lord this hurts this is a hard one man This is tough say it Isaiah. Okay, I'll say it but ouch. I think it even hurt the Prophet to say it. I Know it hurt the ears of the people when they heard it Thus says the Lord to his anointed to Cyrus Give this message to him and I believe Cyrus Again he wasn't born for another hundred years and then he was in an office for another hundred fifty years at the level that when he was ruling over Babylon and Daniel was the Prophet at the very top of the government in Babylon when Cyrus's armies came in and his government took over and I believe that Daniel got the word to Cyrus What the storyline was from the Hebrew prophets ugly Cyrus went like wow what? How prove that to me and it was all clear in the book His name everything and I tell you I just would have loved to been there when it connected with Cyrus even from I'm Assuming through the communication lines from Daniel at the top of the Babylonian government when Persia took over Babylon in Cyrus's day I and and and and Daniel was at the very top of that government I have no doubt there was a communication of information, but also God Communicator directly to Cyrus as well Tell this to Cyrus now I'm going to talk to you your Cyrus's many of you at various levels some of you will touch nation some cities some of you will touch neighborhoods Some of you you will have a different expression that nobody's even seen before thus says the Lord to you Whose right hand I will hold your right hand I? Will guide you along the way You will subdue nations you will have victory over your adversaries You will loose the armor of Kings To open before these Cyrus's the double doors So the gates will not be shut verse 2 I Will go before you I? Will make the crooked places straight I? Will break in pieces the gates of bronze I will cut in pieces the bars of iron Verse 3 I will give you the treasures of darkness. I will give you hidden riches in Places you can't see unexpected places And here's what's going to happen you Cyrus will know I am God You personally will be impacted Verse 4 but it's not only that Verse 4 it's for the sake of Jacob and Israel my elect That I'm doing this. I'm calling you not just for your sake Cyrus. I'm calling you for the sake of Israel as well and Not only that verse 5 I Will gorge you strengthen you you could put the word strength it Though you don't even know me. I'm making these promises to you I Will visit you before you've ever had a chance to earn any of it or be disqualified from it verse 6 That they may know From the rising of the Sun to its setting and in other words from one end of the earth to the other From the rising of the Sun to the place where it sets from one end of the earth to the other the nations will know That I am God So there's three things going on here that I have later on in the notes God says Cyrus I'm doing this so that you know, I'm God I'm doing this so that Israel knows I'm God and I'm doing this so that the ends of the earth know I am God I am bringing together a divine strategy with so many levels of impact and expression that I'm going to make myself known to the earth Now notice It isn't so that Cyrus is made known But that the name of the Lord is made known As one man said it's not the prophet of God, but it's the God of the prophet That is central to this it's not the Phenomenal marketplace success, but it's the God in whom orchestrated that success. We know that But the Lord really is serious about this It's easy to say it and then when the success begins to happen. We kind of get a little bit a Little bit shy we kind of get a little cold about the Lord being central Let's look at page 2 continue on page 2 paragraph a Well, he says he's the anointed Now When he's called the anointed again this shocks Israel when a Gentile is called the anointed, but it means in essence I'm going to release Supernatural ability to help them beloved God is going to give you something an assignment You cannot fulfill it without help if there's not an invisible hand helping you you can't make it happen But it's like the the preacher said It is safer to be with Jesus on the water than without Jesus in the boat We like to be in the boat and Jesus is out there. He says come out of the boat and Peter says I'll do it He gulped a few times But he walked on water. I tell you it is safer on The water in a storm with Jesus that in the boat without Jesus They're a real risk we really have to do it in the name of the Lord will be made known and the Lord will have an invisible Influence there'll be a working there'll be a stirring a joining of providing a giving of wisdom in that day day by day The solving of problems that we could never solve ourselves even by sitting around the table trying to solve them. I Remember when I first Said yes to the Lord to do I hop and I'm going to tell you this just take a minute or two to to Inspire you if you've not done the same sort of thing to the Lord To have the same kind of arrangement. I've been pastored 25 years and the Lord had spoken many years ago 1983 specifically that we would have 24-hour prayer with singers and musicians That did not interest me at all just so you know in the hour when he spoke and I thought 24-hour prayer with singers and musicians 1984 1983 he spoke it audibly. I won't tell the story But we put the sign on the wall We had that sign on the wall for 16 years in our prayer room 24-hour prayer Singers and musicians we called it in the spirit of the tabernacle David that means singers and musicians people would say for 16 years What's that? I don't have a clue No, I really I said I it's 24 hours. I don't know when I don't know how I don't know why I Mean I could guess a few points why but I Mean I wasn't when the Lord first said it. I was I was mystified not excited. I was like Because we were in a prayer time We're in a time of 21 days of fasting and prayer in 1983, I was 27 years old a young adult church and and We were meeting all day long and it was boring and oppressed and it was terrible And the Lord spoke this audibly And I thought wait, we're in a 24 I mean weren't what we did we met 6 in the morning to 8 to 12 at night 18 hours a day 21 days I thought we are doing this thing That we're laboring to have this baby the baby's revival and And all that you're telling me God is we're laboring to have this baby. There's a lot prayer fasting It was the it was terrible oppressed boring And the answer is to our laboring for the baby Yeah, he says the Lord you will have labor pains the rest your life That's what I heard when I heard 24-hour prayer I go I'm gonna do this no way there isn't a chance I'm gonna do this Lord. When am I gonna do this? I don't want to do this, but I will I Mean I it was a it was not a great thought not today I look back a while, but I couldn't picture a lot of things. So 16 years go by Got the sign on the wall Finally and I will say how the Lord because I don't take time on it, but we started doing it I said, okay Lord, here's the deal and The Lord is so nice He will actually let you wrestle with him and pin him down You know, it's like when I was uh, my sons were little they were two and four that we would wrestle and I would let Them pin me down. They were so excited when they pinned me. Well, the Lord lets you pin him sometimes And we go we got you and Lord says this is so fun So hey I said, okay, here's the deal Lord I Said you have to do your part I mean, he must have been smiling all the time little pee-wees telling him how to how this thing is gonna work. I Would be pee-wee he would be the boss. Okay, and I said, here's the deal. I will do this. Here's the arrangement I'm not going to raise money. I'm not gonna do it. I'm not gonna make one trip one time ever to raise money I'm just not gonna do it Number two, I'm not going to recruit leaders. I'm not gonna get on an airplane and go ask a leader to come and join us I'm not going to recruit leaders the leader comes here sits across my table says should I join I'll tell them how they can fit But I'm not gonna recruit leaders Number three, I'm not going to come up with any good ideas. I'm not even gonna think about them I'm not gonna rack my brain. I'm not gonna figure out nothing. I'm just not going to Those are that's your job you have to bring the money You have to send the people and you have to give ideas these these phrases here and there to different people I'm not gonna rack my brain to stay up all night try to figure this out because there's no possible way I can do It I'm not even try And I really don't I Said but here's the three things I will do you can't do Yes, I said that right you can't do Because God can't do man's part. I said I will work long hours in my physical body You can't do that. Only I can do that with my body. I Will do the long hours I will do that and I think Lords are good number two. I will Involve in the process of solving conflicts anytime you get a lot of people together. It's always conflict I will bear the burden of solving conflicts that are constant We got 85 departments and there's constantly somebody who doesn't get what should be theirs Thousand people 85 departments and it's like I think this is wearisome But this was my part of the deal and I said in number three, I will say unpopular things Said here's that's the arrangement. I'll work long hours I will sit at the table and work on conflicts and not quit and I will say things that make people mad unpopular things If you tell me to I do my part Because you can't do that part. You can't speak through a voice that won't say yes to you I'll do my part you do your part you bring leaders you bring money you give me ideas and I felt the pleasure of the Lord, I think he smiled and says, you know what? I'm gonna let you wrestle me down and I'm gonna let you have it that way But no matter how much effort I put in without that Oh those three parts of the Lord and he has many other parts as well. It doesn't work. It just does not work I don't care what you do That thing will fall apart in a moment if that invisible hand is lifted We need the favor of God Yesterday's success. I mean a month ago success doesn't mean anything about next month the minute that Invisible hand it's not holding it together. This thing will fall apart in 30 days So I said Lord I get it. I get it This thing is because people have visited and said man this thing is strong and it's growing I go we are so fragile Because there's an invisible hand if it lifts we're broken if it stays We succeed but we're not tricked about why it's working and God's doing the same thing in the marketplace and all kinds of different Assignments the Lord will do things and I he may he may not have the same arrangement with you but ask him what the arrangement is and You do your part and do it hard but I guarantee you and you know that if God doesn't do his part that business will just blow away like chaff in the wind It is everything is a minute away from caving in. I mean everything in the earth is governments are banks are businesses are Relationships are except for the hand of God sustaining it. I think I Lord we love you We need you but we need you for our breath right now and the Lord might answer something like this more than you know More than you know that Lord you we're little guys. You're the big one. You're the smart one We need mercy we fail we stumble but we push delete all the time It's called repentance and we re-sign back up again over and over and over again like I tell folks I said the the story of IHOP is not the story of Of this amazing this and that and the other I go the story of IHOP because I have Leaders from different places and they go. How do you do this? I go the story of IHOP is not how strong IHOP is it's opposite The story of IHOP is how weak IHOP is What I go no No I go you see our singers and musicians on this stage and you'll maybe see him at just the right time you think wow I said I see him off the stage. I've been here 12 years. Trust me We are fragile and weak in a minute from breaking at any given time. I The miracle is that they're not awesome, that's the miracle that we're folk it's just us but we keep on Signing back up day after day and when we fail we push delete and sign back up. That's the wisdom of it and If the awesome God says I could work with that and I can make something awesome out of something that's broken Individually and beloved that's the story of the body of Christ, but I love that story Because I have security in that storyline If the storyline is we're massively brilliant and dedicated and amazing. I am absolutely Terrified about falling apart next week But if the storyline is we're weak and broken and he's holding it up Beloved you can go to sleep with that kind of storyline because he gives to his beloved even in their sleep Well, I just I just talked ministry but it's the same thing in the marketplace It's the exact same mindset exact same mindset well when it says here paragraph a his anointed what I hear in that phrase is I will release the Invisible hand of God the anointing the invisible hand that sets things in order. I will sustain that That's what I hear when I see the word anointed. I think Lord don't have a chance without that Don't have a chance without that the worst thing possible is that the Lord Lifts his hand and the institution goes on another decade more bitter than death You know sometimes Jesus passes through the room and he's been long gone from that ministry and just the Fragrance that he released when he walked through years ago is still lingering in the air and they just keep Perpetuating all the religious motions. I know Lord. I don't want that. I don't want the memory of when you were with us I want the reality that in our weakness and brokenness we can encounter you day by day in the little ways together That's what the anointing to me means the invisible hand the favored dimension in the midst of our weakness and brokenness We must work hard. We must respond in humility. We must search it out We must hassle in the conflicts We must say unpopular things, but the Lord does the other part which is the really difficult part He keeps it together at every level. That would be true of a family. Not just a ministry a business. It's true of governments It's true of banks. It's true of everything Everything in life really it's his favor that it stays together paragraph B His right hand I have held The Lord says to you Cyrus I Will hold your hand in the process. I will I promise you I will if you'll make time You will find out I held your hand and led you You'll subdue nations paragraph C You'll conquer those that are adversarial towards you now most of you won't be in a position to conquer nation, but in the in the Symbolic sense there will be adversaries and the Lord will subdue them He will do it for you. But as you do your part Paragraph D You'll lose the armor of Kings now a king had a belt and that he had that leather belt He had the sword and he had blades in it or whatever Weapons and his robe and when he loosed his belt what he was saying is he was disarming himself He was giving up What the Lord is telling Cyrus I will cause those attacking you to give up They will take their belt off and they will surrender and they will back out of the conflict Mostly because they can't win but regardless they will back out of the conflict and I said Lord I need this I need this dimension. I need Enemies to be disarmed and to back out and I can't make them do it versus all do that. Trust me I will loose the armor of Kings. I will do this for my Cyrus's paragraph II I'll open before him the double doors The double doors of opportunity the double doors of blessing I mean you open one door and you bring in the cartload of the supplies the double door means you make double You know you bring double carts through it's the double opportunity that that that means the double provision Paragraph II I love this F. I love this one. I'll go before you and make the crooked places straight. I Will go ahead of you and this is what he's doing that many of you right now and you're gonna walk into to the plan In a year from now two years from now three years from now. He is setting up situations that you will step into and the mindset of the people the Arrangement of things will be set up if you walk into you'll say this was almost like it was organized for me. What is this? Though it will be new to you It will be clearly the handiwork of God will have been involved in it for many years ahead of you He says I'll set it up for you. That's my invisible hand. I'll go ahead of you He's setting up the businesses and the bankers that are going to give you favor in ten years from now I'm not saying it's gonna take ten years, but I'm saying there you will have favor many times But there's favor down the road that's being set up right now that you don't even have a clue that it's being set up. I Look at this I claim all of this Lord, I need all this. I can't I can't fulfill my assignment without this and again, there's various levels of this for everybody Some love some have larger measures of this and others lesser measures Gee, I'll break the gates of bronze Bronze gates those are hard to break The aren't bars of iron. I mean they got the gates Bronze, I mean you can't hard around then you got the iron bars laid down that fortify the gate How am we gonna get through this gate? Oh, no, that's not we're good. Oh, that's not working efforts not making this Let's ram the gate. That's not making it work either. It's fortified. The Lord says I will remove the strongest hindrances I'll do it for you It'll be my hand because I have a purpose H I'll give you treasures of darkness hidden treasures unexpected again unexpected divine ideas in our application unexpected wealth unexpected alliances just unexpected treasure in all of these ways I I will gird you I'll make you strong so that from the rising of the Sun to its setting to the ends of the earth My name will be go forth because of your labors now. These are all promises now These are not just promises that lie dormant. We actually speak these to God We need intercessors proclaiming these The Cyrus's they have to have a life of prayer, but they're not the full Engaged intercessor a Cyrus must have intercessors and intercessors must have Cyrus's top of page 3 Like I said in my home My wife's the Cyrus and I'm the Anna but it works, you know Okay, I'm looking at this. I've said it all. Let me see middle page 3 D. I Like D. I've said it twice, but I'll say the third time notice the progression that Cyrus will know God Israel will know God and the nations are no God. There's three dimensions going on of God's purpose Let's go to paragraph F Now I I guess that we have to hit II we're out of time, but I want to hit II anyway Harry S Truman President of the United States Matter of fact from here he Lived a half a mile from here so we could like Harry S Truman Everything around here is Truman named Truman He was the man that God used to us in the human sense to establish the nation of Israel after 2,000 years of not having a homeland and I have written here. This is this is a story that's been told it written up in many places The famous story when he went to the seminary in New York City the Jewish seminary He was introduced After he was president is right after he was out of office This is the man that helped create the state of Israel and Harry is true. It's a famous statement He replied. What do you mean help create? I am Cyrus And he wouldn't say that in a proud way that the story goes That as in his early days as a boy his Sunday school teacher told him Harry you are Cyrus. You will see that one day with your eyes and gave him Isaiah 45 and moved him all of his days and one of the reasons he said that there is because Before that event I should have said it in the right sequence the chief rabbi From Israel flew over 1949 the year after Israel became a nation Harry's Truman's president flew over to the White House chief rabbi and He read the story of Cyrus to Harry Truman and Harry Truman began to tears begin to flow down his eyes again It's written up in a number of places. He teared up and The rabbi told him you have been given the task of fulfilling The sort of thing that Cyrus did and you will go down in the history of Israel like a Cyrus and Harry S Truman reported that tears were flowing down his face because he already knew that now the next time when he's at the Theological Seminary after the rabbi said it and his Sunday school teacher told Him when he was a boy He said I know I know that's who I am, but I believe paragraph F. There are modern-day Cyrus's I mean Harry's Truman. There's none that more drew Dramatically would be a Cyrus role affecting the nation of Israel Becoming a modern-day Cyrus. Let's read it out we understand and Commit to seek to know what the Spirit is saying To the church the nation in terms of our own personal assignment meaning there's a bigger storyline than just our assignment Cyrus's are fulfilling their assignment But in context to a big storyline happening that the Spirit is orchestrating across the earth We want to be people that know what God is saying But along with this purpose in a very specific way Cyrus was to build the city of Jerusalem and Cyrus was to build the temple two things very specific and I believe that the modern-day Cyrus's will have Assignments in the church and the nations, but I believe that the Cyrus's that are even now the Lord has established they will begin to understand their relationship and their success to the city of Jerusalem and God's purpose And I don't want to go into what I think that is because I have imperfect understanding of it I have a little bit of understanding But we only know in part But here's what I say to Cyrus's Asked the Lord. What is this Israel thing because beloved it's critical to the Cyrus's Asked the Lord so I don't get the Israel thing and according to Isaiah 45. That's why he was given he was made the wealthiest man of the earth and the most powerful man of the earth not just so that he could show off and Lifestyle of power and influence the luxury so he could touch God's purpose for Israel And God is raising up Gentiles today. They will touch the church the nation's they'll have personal assignments They'll be involved in the larger storyline, but they will connect in different ways to God's purpose in Jerusalem building that city standing for what God says About that city not even for what the Jews say or even what different Christians say, but what God says about that city But it's more than that We lay the temple. We lay the foundation of the temple. We build the house of prayer Cyrus's must build the temple And I encourage all the Cyrus's everywhere Build the prayer movement in your part of the earth wherever you are. Ask the Lord. You don't have to do it tomorrow Figure out I mean what to do tomorrow just go on the next few months say Lord What's the Israel deal talk to me? And who are the intercessors? I want to get connected in my region. Who are they? And when we have talked to the intercessors, we tell them to begin to ask God who the Cyrus's are Roman number four top of page four Again, I've said it all so I'll just Say a point or two and then leave you to read the rest a Paragraph a the prophets they have the supernatural revelation the priest the continual Intercession and the Kings the marketplace calling they have to come together For the full purpose with supernatural favor power and wisdom to be released the prophets They fuel the intercessors the prophets give insight and inspiration Beloved without the prophets the intercessors will run out of fuel But then the intercessors they cry night and day and they release the favor on the Cyrus's Then the Cyrus's they have wisdom about issues of going on and the building of cities They have insight leadership and ship and economics and they use some of that to strengthen the prophets and the Intercessors and it's one great connection together. I Like to say what God has joined let no man separate God wants a deep relationship between these three ministries and you could put you could say it in different ways Paragraph B. I talk about how Daniel did that Daniel wasn't the prophet and the intercessor and he Literally labored for Cyrus. I I don't have time to develop that but he was Dynamically connected to Cyrus. I mean it's and crying out. It's quite remarkable, but that's for another time paragraph C There's coming a transfer of wealth in The in the end times but the transfer of wealth As well as the emergence of the Cyrus's is in conflict to in context to great conflict in Israel and in the nations Notice he says I will shake the nations and the gold is mine. You could read the verse on your own. I Will shake the nations of the gold is mine One group says the gold is God's and he's going to give it to his people in the other group says God's shaking the nations The two need to come together He's shaking the nations and there will be a transfer of wealth and the release of the great harvest the nations will come To the one who the Bible calls here the desire of all nations. That's Jesus the great harvest comes and the wealth transfer well, you can Look at paragraph D on your own. Let's look at F Marketplace breakthrough the Cyrus's I'll just say what we've already said now end with this They must receive prophetic direction the Cyrus's they can't even though they have prophetic insight themselves They need the enhancing and the strengthening of the prophets They must take the risks They must embrace the labor They must engage in the warfare Then they use their resources and their influence and their wisdom and impartation for kingdom purposes But beloved you get a man or a woman whether you're 20 years old or 80 does it matter God's calling Cyrus's at 20 and he's retooling Cyrus's at 80 You you become one of those guys or gals You will have a bullseye on you in the from the kingdom of darkness You will be targeted by the kingdom of darkness. You're a risk taker That's engaging in the warfare the labor and you're going to use the influence of the wisdom and the resource to build the kingdom You don't think the enemy will come against you but God says but don't worry. I've set you in context to prophets and intercessors But it needs to be real Some guy says how does this work? I says well, there's several different ways it works But what really matters? I mean several ways. I've heard of ask him just ask him say Lord I need some prophets and some intercessors and I'm a Cyrus I don't know what level and I want to meet some other Begin to call out for it and I guarantee you the Lord will begin to bring it together in a way That's different from the other place Amen Let's stand. Oh I love talking to Cyrus's. I Mean I'm really focused on being involved with other ministries raising up a million anise in the earth full-time intercessors all the earth I said I tell all these guys that we're connected in lots of nations a lot of different ministries and we're going we need to lock into The Cyrus's we need to be the most devoted focused ones of all to stand with them But I tell you we need to call forth the prophets but prayer calls forth the prophets and the prophets strengthen the prayer I mean it just works together well How do we respond to the Lord right now? Let's just close our eyes just for a moment. Just so we're not distracted. I'm gonna lead you in prayer Saying Lord, I just say yes, you don't have to know all this information right now. Just say yes I don't quite know for sure. You don't have to know for sure who you are right now But I just say yes, I want to play my part in the symphony I don't care if I'm half Cyrus half and I don't even care. I just want to know I want to do it hard. I Want to trust you when I do it. I Work hard. I want to trust the invisible hand Just all over the room just say yes to him Lord here we are Now if the Lord has talked to you about being a Cyrus even before this meeting You would like prayer. I mean it's something that he's spoke to you about some very manner of ways I'd like you to come up to these front lines Just come stand up here if you would like prayer Stand on the lines if you would just so we get we can have a chance to get people to come pray for you That doesn't mean the others aren't Cyrus's I just I just knew that I mean most of you in this room The Lord is talking to you about something related to this But I'm I just wanted to strengthen those that came here already with that word in their heart What what we want to do we want we want a transaction with God right now in our heart and you know you could have a powerful transaction with God without it being Without feeling a whole lot it's it's the agreement that happens in a moment like this that matters It's the agreement You're saying Lord. Let's let's do the risk-taking thing first Lord. I'll take any risks I'll take any risk. I'll do anything anything Just take 10 seconds and say that to him again. I know you've already said it but Lord anything. I mean anything Take on anything. I don't care how big it is how Impossible is I'll do it. Just make it clear now the next thing that I want you to do say Lord I Say yes to Jerusalem. I don't get it I don't really know what I'm supposed to do But I say yes in principle if you will tell me I will stand for that city your version Show me what that is and as a Cyrus I will build that city in my way the way that you give me Take 10 seconds with that. I will Lord Let's do the next one. I'll lay the temple the foundation of the temple I'll be involved in building the prayer movement in my region. I don't even know who they are I'm asking you starting tonight Show me a few intercessors Show me I don't even know what to do just but right now make a commitment It will it will happen It may take a few months, but you turn around someday and run right into one you say, oh my goodness This is like really set up This is real. I Tell you we do this the other way around with the other conferences we get the intercessors to cry out for the Cyrus's You're saying yes to the prophetic Lord I say yes I Say yes to the prophetic ministry. That doesn't mean you know exactly what to do But just a yes in your spirits what I'm saying Now here's what you need to do with the intercessors and the prophets you need to sow some finance Into them. I mean start small if you don't know what to do take $100 a month. So some of your seed into them It's important to do that Ask the Lord for but so into start little and just grow just test it Don't over commit yourself, but start sowing Like I tell the intercessor start praying for the Cyrus's before you even meet him start crying out 30 minutes a day two or three times even a day for the same two or three guys and just let the Lord bring them To you. He will bring them Be faithful so into the Cyrus's through prayer and fasting now you're saying Lord, I'm gonna make your name known Say that in your heart. I'm gonna make your name. No, not my business. Not my ministry. I'm gonna make your name known I'll make your name. No, this isn't about me being known. It's not you. I'm going to fulfill all your purposes I'm gonna give I'm gonna take risks. I'm gonna obey I'm gonna do difficult things if I need to I'm going to make your name known I tell you the Lord is pleased right now We're weak and broken We stumble all the time. We repent we push delete we start new again today Start again tomorrow morning. The Lord will take you just that way if you'll if you'll means if you'll be serious He will forget yesterday if you will forget it and move on first-class citizens Now that's the last thing we're going to do. I want you to take your failures Of yesterday and the year before and the year before and year before I want you to Offer them to the Lord. You say here they are Lord Never again. Am I gonna bring them up? I Have failed Your mercy is sufficient Your mercy is sufficient And I'm gonna be a first-class citizen in your kingdom with boldness Starting right now I'm not the failure hypocrite guy. I am sincere. I love you. I'm not this carnal Marketplace guy that doesn't know nothing. I'm gonna know you and I'm starting today in a new way I'm gonna be the real thing starting right now We're saying to the Lord I will not drop I Say no to my failure. I pushed the lead. It's a new day today. You will bring me to the end to complete my purpose I Am a Cyrus Lord, I trust in your mercy To your Faithfulness It's who you are It's your name It's all Marvelous God, I say yes in a new way. Today is a new day Yes I Want any in the room that will come pray for these to come on up if you will Any of the rest of you? Take a minute or two for each person. I say yes to what's in your heart I want to partner with your heart. I say yes Just lay hands on him and ask the Lord to release his grace in his glory open You don't have to feel anything just doing it. The Lord touches it shifts things Release your power Not Release creative wisdom. I ask you for creative understanding Prophetic wisdom or dreams visions Oh But we ask you for dreams and visions even in the night we ask you for prophetic encounters we ask you for clear Assignments and marching orders that come by your spirit directly to them We ask you for Prophetic encounters we ask you Dreams and visions Counter our hurts tonight Even longer in Kansas City these three days Speak in perfect words speak prophetic words I Will pray that for all of you not just the folks standing up here Lord everyone in this conference. I ask you for prophetic encounters Oh Lord release prophetic dreams and visions Oh Such a time I ask you for prophetic spirit even in the night You were Release the spirit of prophecy Release ideas Your divine strategies Oh Lord release your glory Lord touch us with your spirit
