To Romans, chapter 6 again this evening. The letter to the Romans, and that's chapter 6. And we're going through from verse 15 to the end of the chapter this evening. From 15 to 23. Now I know that I have said this before, but I could never say this too often. As you study this letter to the Romans, I think that you must keep these early sections in clarity before your mind. In chapter 1 and 2, and then chapter 3, in the first 20 verses, Paul is laboring to bring the whole world in guilty before God. That is the real endeavor of the first chapter. You remember how he took primitive man, and he showed how he went away from God. Then he took the self-righteous man, and he showed that he too was away from God. And then you remember he took the religious Jew, who was only a Jew outwardly, a mere professor, and he proved that he too was away from God. And then in that third chapter, he has every mouth closed, and all the world guilty before God. And you just write over those verses, over that section, these words, the condemnation of sinners. They're condemned already, and there was a time when we were among them. Condemned already. Then beginning of the twenty-first verse of chapter 3, and right through chapter 4, and right through the end of chapter 5, Paul takes up the great subject and doctrine of justification by faith. You see, following on the condemnation of sinners, he brings in justification of believers. You see, when the glorious gospel is presented to those condemned already, and the light of the glorious gospel shines into their hearts, and they're led by the Spirit of God to place faith in this stage of the gospel present, then they become justified by faith. And what a subject that is. Justified before a holy God, just as if they had never sinned at all. And justified by faith alone. You remember the conclusion Paul came to? We conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. And this is the great story of the second section of Romans, the justification of believers. Now, when we come to chapter 6, right through chapter 7, and right to the end of chapter 8, it's another section altogether. It's the sanctification of faith now. Now, watch these sections. The condemnation of sinners. We were there once upon a time. Then we heard the gospel and we received the Christ, and we're into the second section, justified by faith. And now we're in the third section, we're at the feet of Christ, in the school of Christ, and we're learning now how to practically live for God. How to walk in newness of life. It's the sanctification, practical sanctification of the faith. And I put a title on that last week as we came to the commencement of the chapter. I said that in these chapters, 6 and 7 and 8, we were going to find God's good ways to godly living. You see, holiness or sanctification, which is the coequal term, it's something that comes out of justification. You see, we are justified by grace, I know that. That's wonderful. But what sometimes is missed is this, that the grace that saves us is the grace that teaches us that we should live soberly and righteously and godly in this present world. And so we're into practical sanctification of holiness, if you like. Practical holiness. Or walking in newness of life, if you like. Or going through gateways to live for God. And so we found some gateways last week in the commencement of the chapter. Remember how God sees believers, these eight, who face this tremendous and wonderful gateway, our identification with Christ. And we took them back to Christian religion. And we went through this and proved our faith. If it were still a part of them, what is it to do to let them? I'm getting to these points. And the Spirit always fights. It was the text. And so He sings. You know, that's something. Our people, you are king. But you know, the mistake that's made sometimes is teaching the same. Now, let me look back. Is that fight we got? Judicially. Now, let me think about that. I'm getting to these points. When it comes to this, it was the worship of Christ. It was the worship. It's just. Can't you make it? And then you lament. Neither is it. And I want to talk in the text to you. And I say, suppose you will get younger. And He's born again. He's the new creature. He's one of the believers now. And He's beginning to replace you. The best thing to do in temptation. Remember the others. You know, you just say to them, I've died. I've died for you. I'm finished. And when you get me, I say, I'm finished. And you say the same thing. And the moment you get me. And the moment you get me. What will happen is that the gateways to God's kingdom. And if we get through the gateways. Mine will find us. The future. Separated. But it takes 20 of life. Now, having all that. We're going to the other part of the chapter. We begin. We take the verse. But on the day. You see, it is by the grace. That you can identify it. And only by the grace. And only by the supernatural. Antidote. To all of us. Because this is a. And only by the grace. Can you continually present yourself. Now. We've got all that. It's not a law. And so it says you're not. And the moment we get saved. Paul was a great teacher. Do you remember how our teacher. Great teacher. And then the chapter started with. Shall we continue in the grace way. You see, Paul. Who didn't like the teaching. He anticipated them saying. Shall we not. That's a month ago. We are not. Shall we change. Because we are not under the law. That grace may continue. He's not saying that's not. He's saying shall we change. Because we are. Not under the law. You see. Under the legal law. Dr. Schaefer said. Even in a Christian church. The idea. And that works with all of us. But Paul's not letting anybody else. He has already seen it that way. And he's not giving any guidance. Shall we change. Because we are not under the law. Now what's this. Right through. Each verse. And. Each time there's seven verses. Now when you get the word. His. That he wears. But he hath a badge from God. And that's it. Not evil. When we were contained. When we were. Far away from God. We were seven. But we were seven. You see. He goes to what he wears. Now what's this. Well that was him. I mean. You know. There was something away down in. I understand Dr. Schaefer. I share his shame. I was a servant. And then he goes further with this. He says. But aren't we. You know we were servants. To uncleanness. Aren't we. I'm a servant to uncleanness. And then he points out. Me. I'm prostitute. He's like prostitute. So he's just blessing of the inn. That there are too much. And you know you can't share too much. No this is going to be the. You see he's showing the point. Because we are not under the law. We're under. Not such movement. Not of death. Or of. And that's what he is. He's God. And he's blessing us. And what we have not. I'm telling you. This is what you've got to get. It's all right. I'm telling you. And you know. You see sometimes with. That you are a. You know. But they don't. They put their arms. Around the Christ. To die. You know when they pray. And all saved man. Has a soul. To save. But he has no life of. He's got a soul. To save. But he has no life of. To save. But a saved man. He's got no soul. Because he's only saved. But he's got a life of soul. To save. You know. There are some people. Who don't understand. And their soul. Ah yes. There'll be everything. Luminous. You know. They can't drive their lockets. Bit like. When before. The Christ. Will I hang my head in shame. As I answer to my. Not a thing. That's my risk. Won't you understand. That you're a servant. Or you may be a knight. Or you may be a cross. Or you may be anything in the world. But let. This. Clinging and clinging. You have become. You know that's. Clinging and clinging. You need to. You need to be able to. You know really. I died for you. And today. I'm. Letting myself. Dead. And I'm. Getting back alive. This is the way. You live for God. But you want to live for God. This is the way. You live for God. This is it now. This is real. There's no conscience about it. This is what I've been through. God. This is not just. Saying hallelujah. This is not just. A lot of. We call it. A lot. This is. Remitting. The. Tempted. Dead. Arms. This is. Betrayed. Ruthless. This is. Godliness. Now. I want you to get. I want you to get this. You know. There is. Our. Mother. Are in. That's what we call God. And you could. You know all about it. And this is. This is. This is. Heal me. I'm going to tell you. I'm not telling you. God. And you know. If I was in heaven. You know this. You see. The Lord Jesus. Says. I'm ready to be prayed. These. Laws. Are. For the lost. To pray. Very. Very. Very. Very. Very. Very. Very. Very. Very. Very. Very. Very. Very. Very. Very. Just. on the teaching of the Diplomats, that was their salvation, to share the vision, and through God, that was their occupation. They weren't scared of anything. They weren't scared. They weren't scared. You remember the Jehoshaphat, the movie actor? Oh, let's get this clear with you. Let's get this clear. I'm yourself. I'm not my own anymore. You don't care. And this is to learn this every morning. Without thee, I can do nothing. It's what Christ does. He doesn't want me alive. No, not a year old. I want it. I do it. I love it. I lose it. It's all mine. Without me, you can do nothing. You believe this. You believe this. And I can forget all about it. Without me, the Lord, without me, you won't want me to live anymore. You can't prevent it. Without me, you won't want me to live anymore. Without me, you won't want me to live anymore. That is the answer of learning to preach. It's simple as that, and you know it. Because I can tell you that it's not worth the pain. If it's only the head, you're operating it. You know, you need to win. And that's my country. Oh, that I can get it over with. Oh, yes, I can feel it. Sometimes we just think it's the old man. If he just knew her doubts and wishes to preach it. You know, you're the one. You're all I am. And I've got the victory. You know, it would be wonderful if there was a new law of thought. And they don't think that they know somehow we can do it. Oh, yes. My dear friends, we are there. And all the time, there will always be a fight. I said, now, before I go, we've got something. I'll do one of the men that said that I should know. This nearly killed him on the other end of the phone. I want to go after this person. I said, you want me to be honest? I said, I never met him, he said. No, I said, you just go for it. Don't mind other people. Just mind your own business. That's what the Lord said. The Lord said, it came before I met the doctor, did it? And when the Lord around me, what exactly do we do? Not serve the news. Good Lord, no! Let's buy a new record. Oh, mentor, what will come of me? And now you need to say this. My, there are so many avenues. Lord, I'll tell you this. When you learn to please the Lord, you'll find out that you might be able to please the Lord. But never mind, you go on pleading the Lord. You see, that's the devil's plan. You're aggressive with me. You know, I listen to you. I'm not ready for the creation. He said this. Do I plead? For if I do... You know, I honestly think that pleading... Friend, this should be a prayer you'll need to remember. And you'll be together. And do you know the servant's part? The friend's part. Jesus said, if anyone tells me that... And I'll tell you this. He's coming, if he goes... It's his. And I'll tell you this. Oh, the Lord said this. Not when the Lord begins... He won't tell. Do you know friendliness? Friend of the end! Do you know friendliness? This is what we are. All we need to get... Identification with Christ. In Christ. And presentation of this. You know, friends, this is tremendous. I don't quite... You remember how it took a... And you know, it's this... Who wants to... And Christ! And you know, friends... You know... This servant... Will you just let the Lord... Will you just let Him show you? Will you just let Him... You know, the production... It's holy. It's... I'm just... I'm just saying that. It's tentatively... All we've done with it... Now, I think you can see all that... Now, I want to just say... Our bond draw... And our conclusion about sin... If we're prepared... I think we'll never see... We can't... Can't... The wages of sin... He comes out with you... And comes out... And then you hear our... He says the wages of... But the gift of God... Is eternal life. You think He's an ugly, stupid... God... And that He was God... And that... But you know, if you... Will pay your wage... You'll live eternal life. But you know, there's not only... He says... All through Jesus... Was healed... By His text... The names of our nations... As we see through... And it is the same... Blessed... Unto holiness... And the end... Which He gave the Christ to... Now... Have you got the gift of God? Can you go and buy a full day of... Confirmation... That's what He says... Oh, my friend... You thought you only came to provide... You're a servant... And when you're getting on the cross... You're a servant of the living... And when you stand by... You're a servant of the living... And when you sit on... You're a servant of the living God... What's that? If you're not saved... You're held in captivity... The wages... And sin always pays off... Bless you... God bless you... Oh, my friend... So is the Lord... Our hope... So is God... God...
