Sermon Transcription
At 10 o'clock is a service in Nungambakkam High Road, 9B, behind Ranjith Hotel. And here at 9.30, and we want you to invite your neighbors and your friends for that service. Now, we all know that God's promise is, call on me and I will answer you. Basic. You have just heard the testimony of one of our brothers. It was sight to me. My father had a particular love for lepers. And the way lepers are treated, it's a disease like any other disease. But today, leprosy is being treated even in America. Some people have carried all kinds of diseases to America. And some of the diseases, which are common in the tropics, are unknown there. So, when I asked a doctor where he had been working, I was surprised for him to tell me, this was at one of our retreats in America. I have worked among the leprosy patients. There are very few, however. But, this brother told you how the Lord healed him. Now, the Lord Jesus makes us whole. However, we put such an emphasis on the healing of the body. But, when God heals you, He wants to heal your spirit first. Because, a new disease you can pick up anywhere, anytime. But, when you are strong within, you know, you are able to resist a lot of diseases. I praise God that there are so many of you that were used in healing. But, however, I see a lot of declension in faith. Some of you go to a brother to pray for you. You know, most of the time I travel alone. To whom shall I go? I go to my Lord. My father always used to teach people, Go to the Lord. You call on the Savior. Ask Him for faith. He will speak to you. So, in a way, you know, someone told me today, I bought my property after many robberies in which I was a part. So, I said, I don't want this stolen stuff anymore. I sold it off, gave it to God. Yes, many of you have done so. Removed unjust things. Cleansed your conscience. God purified your heart. My father used to say very emphatically, Sin and faith will not dwell together. And when you confess your sins, Faith comes into your heart. Faith in the living Savior. The Bible says, The just shall live by faith. Call on me. I will answer you. I will show you great and mighty things. You know, we like little things for self. We are not interested in great and mighty things. But, my heart cries out for great things. I say, Lord, I am a small man. I see only very little. But, you with your great heart of love, It is just normal for you to do great things. And do it. Don't let me lie.
