Avi Lipkin

Avi Lipkin (1949 – N/A) was an Israeli-American preacher, author, and political activist whose ministry focused on fostering Judeo-Christian alliances and warning against Islamic extremism, drawing from his unique background as a Jewish immigrant and Israeli military veteran. Born Dennis Avi Lipkin in Flushing, New York, to a Jewish family, he grew up in the greater New York City area and moved to Israel at age 19 in 1968, driven by Zionist convictions. He studied at New York University and later Hebrew University in Jerusalem, earning a degree in Sovietology and Spanish/Latin American Studies by 1973, and served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) from 1972 to 1973 as a spokesman in Judea and Samaria, with reserve duty extending into the 1980s. His career also included stints in international commerce and real estate before transitioning to full-time ministry and political advocacy. Lipkin’s preaching career took off in the 1990s as he began speaking globally in churches and synagogues, often under the alias Victor Mordecai for security, warning of Islamic threats—a foresight validated by 9/11. He founded the Bible Bloc Party (Gush Hatanakhi) in Israel, promoting a Judeo-Christian political platform, and authored books like Is Fanatic Islam a Global Threat? (1997), Christian Revival for Israel’s Survival (1999), and Israel’s Bible Bloc (2006), blending biblical prophecy with geopolitical analysis. Married to Rachel, an Egyptian-born Jewess who worked for Israel Radio, he has two sons, Aaron and Jacob, and eight grandchildren. His media presence spans Fox News, the 700 Club, and over 1,000 speaking engagements worldwide, reflecting his mission to unite Jews and Christians against shared challenges.
