The Power of Prayer and Fasting
Herald Weitsz

Harold Weitsz (N/A – N/A) is a South African preacher and pastor whose ministry has centered on prophetic preaching and spiritual leadership within evangelical Christianity for over 25 years. Born in South Africa, specific details about his early life, including his parents and upbringing, are not widely documented, though his work suggests a Christian foundation. He holds a degree in Psychology from a South African university, initially pursuing a 17-year career in broadcasting under the pseudonym "Harold West" before transitioning to full-time ministry after a profound spiritual encounter that shifted his focus to pastoral calling. Weitsz’s preaching career began with founding Little Falls Christian Centre in Roodepoort, Gauteng, in the late 1980s, where he serves as senior pastor, growing it into a significant evangelical hub. Known for spending hours daily in prayer, his sermons emphasize discernment, prophecy, and intimacy with God, delivered with what associates describe as "razor-sharp accuracy and anointing." Beyond his local church, he has preached internationally as an apostolic leader, though specific sermon recordings are not featured on SermonIndex.net. Married to Maud, a co-leader noted for her wisdom and strength, with whom he has children (details unrecorded), he continues to minister from Roodepoort, extending his influence through networks like Joy Ministries.

Sermon Transcription
We just humble ourselves as we approach you this morning in the name of Jesus, and we pray for our land, our nation, and all the things that are so corrupted in the nation. We lift up this land that is backslidden away from God, and we pray your forgiveness and your mercy. Also, the word of the Lord that goes out this morning. Also, every person with a need here today. Father, I pray in the name of Jesus that everybody will receive breakthrough answers in their prayer requests, in what they so desire from God. We pray this morning, bless your word and bless your people, feed your people to the fullness of what you alone can do through the power of your spirit. We ask this in Jesus Christ's name, and all God's people said, Amen. You may all take your seats. Thank you very much this morning as we're here in the house of the Lord. Before I actually dig into this message, just spend just five minutes to make a statement that has been on my lips. Actually, yesterday I spoke it out here with the quite large, large prayer group that we had praying Saturday morning, and yesterday afternoon I was praying about it again. Now I pray for you, and some people actually responded saying, in this hour I actually got my breakthrough. I had an answer already. So, I believe if two of us agree on earth is touching anything, it shall come to pass. If we ask it to God the Father in the name of Jesus. But I've just made note to say that our nation over these past few years, our nation has gone, in a decade, have gone into an immorality landslide. Not just a little bit, big time, the biggest immoral landslide ever, and one of the biggest, I think, that the world has seen. Immorality has taken the nation. People outright are running these clubs, and there is just homosexuality, lesbianism, every kind of perversion, and the land is just, everything is just, everything goes under the guides of human rights. The moral landslide slide with pornography, with the perversion of the media, with the stuff that's being broadcast on internet and on the television networks. It is just shocking what is happening in the land. I wonder what God thinks of all of that. Furthermore, there is corruption, everywhere corruption, one after the other. We read in provinces, local governments, we read everywhere of corruption, of the top levels of government all the way through. We read about corruption, abuse of funds and finances, and people suddenly, money's disappearing. There's a lot of corruption that is happening. We have it in all systems everywhere. Crime is the next landslide with corruption landslide. Just a massive crime, and crime silicates, and drug silicates, and all of these things, a crime landslide. There's a drug landslide into the schools. Children are being bombed with drugs and pornography. There is still a hatred landslide. Don't you ever think that the land is healed of hatred? In fact, that thing is very much alive and well. There is a perversion of values landslide, things that people in times when I was a school child didn't even talk about such things, didn't even talk. You talk secretly about certain things, maybe to your best friend, but you wouldn't even mention it in public, because, you know, people wouldn't curse in front of women, people wouldn't tell foul jokes in front of women. It just, language just, there's a bad language landslide. All of these things, there's just a onslaught, a hell-driven, you know, it's a hell-inspired, hell-driven landslide in our nation. On the top of that, there is in the church world, in many churches, a compromise landslide. That's why I keep on saying, Little Falls Christian Center, welcome to Little Falls Christian Center, the no-compromise church. There is a immorality perversion. Just last night, a dear friend phoned me and he said, what do you say about this? What do you say about this? You're a leader of a church, of a whole group of churches. What do you say about this? This is busy happening in my church and they're very disturbed about it. There is a compromise landslide where church leaders are now ordaining, church leaders are now approving, church leaders are now giving sanction to perverted behavior, perverted things that are not based upon this yearbook I have in my hand. And they make decisions and they say, don't worry about those things, just carry on, just carry on. Having said that, to say this here before I actually minister the word for the day, to say this to you, that it's a very serious situation in South Africa and God looks, there's a strong anointing of the prophetic on me today and I can just tell you, in all weekend long already, God is looking with a very, very angry view at what is happening. And when it comes to the church and compromise, where everything is okay, fornicate, be immoral, live together, not be married, just stay together, don't be, don't bother about that. Marriage, which is an institution of almighty God, is not sanctified anymore. Men are sleeping around fornicating with secretaries. Listen to me carefully, God has given three years and to some people less to repent because the judgment of the Lord is at hand. Listen to me, God is going to cause a major shaking. Also, I need to say to you, in churches where, you know, we're just, we've got to be just people sensitive and not God sensitive. We've got to please people and not God. You know what? Someone leaves, he leaves and you've got form and there's no substance and there's no power. When people are ashamed of having the communion of the holy almighty God in the New Testament, blood covenant church, you know, it's got to be you don't baptize, you don't have communion, everything is just one big fat compromise and a perversion of the truth. It's happening everywhere. Churches are there, they got form, they haven't got substance. I send out this morning from this platform a serious, in the name of Jesus, beware to every church leader in this nation that is busy with personal compromise and compromise in the churches, for they have been appointed over the holy flocks of God and they're causing God's people, you know what happened in the church of theater, the church where there's a woman with the name of Jezebel that was teaching the godly people to compromise and she was fornicating and all of these things, you know what happened? God said, I give her over to a sick bed and the Jezebel spirit is going over into a bed of sickness now in this nation and those in the churches that are allowing blatant fornication shall be delivered over to sick beds and they shall learn the fear of the Lord. Judgment begins in the house of God. Now you can stand up, give the Lord a praise offering or say, oh my, come on, if you agree with me, say amen. If you agree with me, say hallelujah. If you agree with me, say Jesus. Amen. Come on, praise him, that's right. This morning, let there be a prophetic warning. The word of the Lord says, cry not, spare not, but warn, speak out, raise your voice as a trumpet and warn the body of Christ in this nation that if there's not deep repentance, a shaking will happen in this land for the preservation of this nation depends on the body of Christ in this nation. Therefore, a shaking will come and that Jezebel spirit will indeed cause the sickness, the say of the Lord and the death of ministers, even in the foreseeable future. Thus sayeth the Lord who judges all things in righteousness and truth and all God's people say, amen. Thank you very much. You may take your seats. Now, Acts chapter nine, man that began his life with fasting and prayer, that's nine one to twenty two. Then Saul, that's Paul, the apostle at his conversion, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest and asked letters from him to the synagogues of Damascus. So that if if he found just anywhere of the way that was the name of the early church, they were called the way in the book of Acts is that if he found anyone who were of the way, whether it be men or whether it be women, that he might bring them down to Jerusalem. Now, as he journeyed, he came near Damascus and suddenly a light shone around him from heaven. Then he fell to the ground and he heard a voice saying to him, Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me? Just a little while before that he was standing and they laid the clothes of a young martyr, the first martyr of the Christian church, Stephen, who was stoned outside what is today known in Jerusalem, St. Stephen's Gate. There they laid the clothes of Stephen there by that gate stood a young man, possibly in his early 30s. He was born approximately four years after Christ. So they say in the commentaries, maybe about four years after Christ, he was born. I do want to stop you on the one born out of time and stands there. They put the clothes of a man being stoned to death because of the testimony of Jesus, whose face was shining like an angel. And he stands there to prove all in approval of Stephen being now stoned, murdered. But Stephen did one thing that I was thinking in this weekend, if he didn't do that, my goodness, my goodness, as he's blowing out his breath and he says, Lord, receive my spirit. And he looks to heaven and he sees the son of God in a massive vision. The heavens are open to this no compromiser as he looks up to the heavens above this man called Stephen. He cries out a sentence, which if if he didn't say that, Paul would have been in trouble. He says, Father, do not account this sin unto them. He forgives. Among others, he forgives Paul. Paul receives the forgiveness of a saint and Paul hits the road to Damascus. Then he fell to the ground. He heard a voice saying, Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me? And he said, who are you, Lord? Then the Lord said, I am Jesus. Whom you are persecuting, it's hard for you to kick against the goats. So he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what do you want me to do? Immediate submission to the revelation of the Christ. Then the Lord said to him, arise and go into the city. You will be told what you must do. And the men who journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no one. Then Saul arose from the ground and when his eyes were opened, he saw no one. But they led him by the hand and they brought him to Damascus. And he was there for three days without sight. And he neither ate nor drank the start of one of the most phenomenal ministries of all mankind's history. Neither ate nor drank three days. There was a certain man, a disciple, he was living in Damascus. His name was Ananias. And to him, the Lord said in the vision, Ananias. And he said, hear to my Lord. So the Lord said to him, arise, go to the street called Strait and inquire at the house of Judas for one called Saul of Tarsus. For behold, he is praying now. He is praying now. And in a vision, he has seen a man named Ananias coming in and putting his hands on him. He's even had a vision now so that he might receive his sight. Then Ananias answered, Lord, I've heard from many about this man, how much, how much harm he's done to your saints in Jerusalem. And here he has authority from the chief priests to bind all who call upon your name. But the Lord said to him, God demands immediate obedience. Everybody say obedience. But the Lord said to him, now go, for he is a chosen vessel of mine to bear my name before the Gentiles, the kings and the children of Israel. And you will do that. For I will show him how many things that he must suffer for my name's sake. And Ananias went his way and he entered the house and laying hands on him, he said, Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you came, has sent me to you that you may receive your sight. And then the bill filled with the Holy Spirit. And immediately there fell from his eyes something like scales. He received his sight at once and he arose and he was baptized, baptized. That means baptism fully submerged in water. And so when he had received food, the fast was broken, he was strengthened. Then Saul spent some days with the disciples of Damascus and immediately preached the Christ in the synagogues that he is the son of God. Then all who heard him were amazed and said, Is this not he who destroyed those who called on this name in Jerusalem and has come here for that purpose so that he might bring them bound to the chief priests? But Saul increased all the more in strength and he confounded the Jews who dwelt in Damascus, proving that this Jesus of Nazareth is the Christ. If you do have a Bible, I don't have place on two pages to share everything, but I'm going to read from the book of Galatians, chapter number one, verse number 11, also all in totality together. And so that I go as far as I can with you this morning, but I make known to you Galatians chapter number one. If you have a Bible, Galatians chapter number 11. Galatians 1.11. But I make known to you brethren that the gospel, now it's Paul the apostle speaking, he's converted now. The gospel which I preached was preached by me and it's not according to man. This is a supernatural, holy ghost, fire driven from the throne of God message I received. It neither from a man nor was I taught it, but it came through the revelation of Jesus Christ. But you have heard of my former conduct in Judaism, how I persecuted the church of God beyond measure and even tried to destroy it. And I advanced in Judaism beyond many of my contemporaries in my own nation, being more exceedingly zealous for the traditions of my fathers. I'm not South Africa, but when it pleased God who separated me from my mother's womb, separation comes first. He takes you out of the flock and he takes you one side, my friend, one side. See that little sheep going there? I separate him for a purpose and called me, that was the second phase, through his grace, not because I deserved it. Even to stand here this morning, Paul goes on to say to reveal his son in me, to reveal his son in me. I am going to be a revelation of his son that I might preach him among the Gentiles. I did not immediately confer with flesh and with blood, nor did I go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me, but I went down to Arabia and then I returned again to Damascus. Then after three years, I went up to Jerusalem to see Peter and I remained with him, the chief of the apostles for 15 days, but I saw none of the other apostles except James, the Lord's brother. Now concerning the things which I write to you indeed before God, I do not lie. Afterward, I went into the regions of Syria and Cilicia and I was unknown by face to the churches of Judea which were in Christ, but they were hearing only. He who formerly persecuted us now preaches the faith which he once tried to destroy. They glorified God in me. Reveal Christ in me. Glorified God in me. Now after 14 years, I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas and I also took Titus with me. I went up by revelation and communicated to them that gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately to those who were of reputation, lest by any means I might run or had run in vain. The staggering peace of confrontation between a man and the Almighty God. I sometimes stand amazed as I pray to heavens above. Like yesterday, praying for all of you and I think, Lord, in fact, in that hour I said, Lord, we sometimes walk around ever sometimes a little bit boastful. Maybe I'm so very busy. I'm so busy. I'm so busy. But you ever thought about Almighty God, how busy he must be running this entire creation and universe. And then in the midst of it is a bunch of people and we all pray and say, Lord, hear, Lord, forgive. I pray God's forgiveness of all of the sins of your lives. I pray God's mercy over you. I pray God's blood over your lives. I pray God's blessing on you. God's providence and God's provision and God's protection. How busy must Almighty God be. When I talk about Paul, it's so close to my heart. I actually get very touched by this. He stands out. If I choose anyone after Jesus, he would be my first choice. If we take 14 of the books of the New Testament, then this man out of the 27 books of the New Testament, he wrote 14, include the book of Hebrews. I do believe he wrote the book of Hebrews. There's enough evidence in the book and the statements in the book that tells me this is Paul. This is the Hebrew man that wrote to the Hebrews. And he did it in such a way that the Hebrews would accept his writings. An amazing piece of scripture that tells you amazing things. This man that was sitting at the feet of Gamaliel or Gamaliel. And he was the most renowned teacher, Gamaliel, in all of Israel. And he came from the prime school of education. I also sometimes spoke to a precious friend of mine. He from time to time phones me, Professor David Block. We've been friends for years. And the professor was on the line and he had a few things he wanted me to pray for with him. And we when he phones me, it's like two hours. And we work through a lot of things together. And I think such a gifted man, such an intelligent man, such a wonderful man. And I think and I said, you know what? I said, David, I want to tell you something, my dear friend. I said, I think Paul was a greater man than than Einstein. I think he could match him any time in intelligence. Even Peter says the things that he writes are difficult to understand. Some of the things that Paul came out with, he was extremely intelligent, intelligent, like Moses, highly intelligent, very gifted and absolutely, can I use the word prized writer to try to describe it like a prince of authors, of writers. And this man was so well educated and then was so obedient to almighty God that really, if you think about Paul, the apostle, you really think about this man, you know, serving God so flat out, so intense that he didn't really see any need for repentance. Even if somebody was stoned, he'd come to a revelation, you know, later on he would call himself the chiefest of sinners, because he persecuted the house of the Lord. But he was so in the flow with Judaism and the law of Moses and the persecution of the way the Christian church of the early churches called the way he was so engrossed with trying to please almighty God. And he was so sincere that he was such in such a level of being in the ramus of what God was doing that Jesus Christ is Lord of all. But the man was void of the necessity to go through a deep repentance. What with even calling yourself the chiefest of sinners that the man stood and it was one beloved St. Stephen. While he's dying, his eyes must have caught the eyes. They must have locked eyes. And Paul must have been amazed at this man saying, I see the heavens open. I see the son of God. Father, receive my spirit. And Lord, looking perhaps in the eyes of Paul, do not account the sin to these people. You hear me, Paul, and he dies and the forgiven man walks away because a saint in the light with his face shining like that of an angel, the Bible says, oh, yes, a saint says, forgive. But if you retain men, their sins, they shall be retained. But if you remit men, their sins, they shall be remitted, sent away from them. The man would have a Damascus Road experience, a blast from heaven, almighty God appearing in fire and in glory. Now he's saying to saying to David, I said, David, my precious friend, I said, if anybody can write a book on the origins of the universe and creation, but take it from the biblical perspective and match it into the science, you've got the capacity, friend. The body of Christ needs such writings to tell the people from the astrophysics, from the laws of the universe, from the creation, how the universe actually developed according to scientists and scientific models. I said him, friend, you know, you one person that can really get in on this and blow the boat out of these, I come from a monkey people. We kind of agreed on that. I think I must help him with it. And I'm not finished with him on that score. But now we look at Paul. I said to David, I said, David, I said, my friend, these monkey people, they've got to be monkeys when they look at beautiful round planets, a beautifully orchestrated. He then started quoting laws of physics and mathematics to me over the phone. I said, these monkey people that the planets are all beautifully round. The Bible says the heavens declare the glory of God. The Bible says that the creation bears testimony. The Bible says of the existence of the Almighty God. The Bible says in the book of Romans chapter one, that they are therefore without excuse. Without excuse. He's the man that would rise up and say these words, my friend says, hey, you can stone me. That's okay. I'm going to get up and keep going again. You can take me out if you could. You can't because God's got a destiny for my life. He said, I'll appear before kings. I've got to get all the way to Caesar. And he did. You can do whatever you want to, but I'm going to be preaching Jesus because he moved beyond the barrier of fear. He would say these words, even converting the people in the palace of Caesar to become Christians in the Bible. You read about that. He would come to a point where he spoke these words. Listen to me now, for I know in whom I have believed and I am persuaded. Now, when I tackle Paul, even in college, I would spend a quarter of a year just on and I wouldn't be able to get through all of this. But, you know, just just I just sat down and I just said, OK, Lord, just show me, just take these two sections of scriptures and just quick, just give me help me now. And I literally prayed as I was writing, just give me a quick summary of the man's life. And here I have a brief summary of what happened. Number one, his conversion, say the Kieran, say whatever. He's conversion, but he was saved and born again, was complete, was full, was a total turnaround. We have this thing in the body of Christ that you do an altar call on a Sunday and on a Monday when you phone the person who is supposed to have given his life to Jesus says, you know, I don't really I'm not really interested. I just leave me alone. You know, I'm a very busy man. I can't come to a home sale. I'm a busy man. You know, I don't really am. I'm able to. I just happen to be at Little Falls on a Sunday. Make some some mealy mouth excuse. I say. What had to happen didn't really happen because he who meets up with Jesus has got to change. You've got to change. Then the complete turnaround. He was now turning away from persecuting the church to working for and serving the church. There's restitution. I just put that word in there and I actually put that word. You could almost put it in a little bit of a bracket because I'll be it not necessary that I can think of a scripture out of hand. Now, I just made that little summary and typed it as I was praying and I think it needs to be injected in that little sentence. The word restitution, because you know what? You know what? When people give their lives to God, because if you've been damaging lives because of an unrepentant lifestyle, if you've been fornicating, being aggressive, if you've been part of these things that I spoke about this morning and you say, I am guilty of it to the hatred in the nation, there's perversion, there's immorality. I have called out the 13th of May. I will be sending a letter out to some 6000 churches, plus some commercials were to go out on TBN. I am going to call this nation of churches to a day of fasting and prayer, Ascension Day, this nation. To ask almighty God, forgive us before the word of the Lord that you heard this morning comes to pass. To ask almighty God, have mercy. They don't care anymore. It doesn't matter anymore. Fornication, everything goes, everything goes, compromise goes, everything. And they cast away the Himmelvaardag. And I'm saying to you, whoever made the decision to cast away the Ascension to heaven, his portion shall be taken away also, because he's removed a portion from the book of life. Except he repents. There's always a way out and that's repentance and mercy. It's Sunday the 13th, the numeric value of 13 is disorder. We will be fasting against the disorder that's going on in this land and ask God for godly governance. Ask God to come into this land and to help us to stop the crime, the immorality and all the compromise in churches. Ask almighty God and humble the churches before the almighty God. I'm sending an invitation to every single church. We got some 6,000 or so churches on that list. If a man turns away from it, so be it. But we shall fast and we shall pray for a better day and a quiet and a peaceful life. And we shall not compromise at Littlefield Christian Center. I am determined with grinding my teeth. Give the Lord a praise of it right now. Hallelujah. Praise God. You got to make right. That's why I put the word restitution. Albeit not necessary in scripture form. I just feel that there's guts got to be put in there. Then after his conversion came his commitment. Paul's restitution was to make right with the body of Christ that he wronged. Commitment. He now to make commitment to what I call the four pillars. Listen to what I'm going to say now. I'm going to make a statement. This is a personal personal statement. Personal statement. I have four pillars in my private life. You have the four points directly below that. Number one, I commit myself to the will of God, the word of God, the prayer to God and the house of God. I say again, the will of God, the word of God, the prayer of God, the house of God. Everybody say it together, the will of God, the word of God, the prayer of God, the house of God. That's his commitment that would drive him on. But let's go on. Now he goes for communion with God in the desert of Arabia. Now, in Galatians 2 1, it says 14 years after I went up again to Jerusalem, we don't know various commentaries, but one commentary I'm still reading and trying to figure out how many days he actually was away. But one major commentary this morning said, most probably this tells you the total sum of his preparatory years that he was getting ready to be the minister that he was. You see, you never fly by night. If you're going to serve Jesus, you've got to be thorough about things. That's why, you know, we multiply Bible schools. Now we have multiplied many Bible schools. We now busy multiplying Bible schools into the nations. We're recording on DVD and we're giving Bible schools to nations far and near as far as New Zealand, as far as the Far East, the Philippines, as far as England. So we go on. We are now at a point in time where we are saying, if you multiply leaders, those properly trained up leaders will have the capacity, will be trained among other things in planting no compromise churches. It is a movement that we've begun and that movement will continue whether I'm here or not. That is the multiplication. Bob Mumford said the greatest need of the body of Christ is the need for leaders. Let me tell you something. We have so many leaders in the new movement of God that's worldwide in the cell church movement, and very few are properly trained up. And if you're not properly trained up, you're going to speak spook awesome. Spaghetti, little windy pipes, wind just goes through, no stake. Now came the commitment to the word of God. Have you committed yourself to the word of God for your life? The word of God, the prayer of God and the house of God. The communication with God now happens in the desert of Arabia and for sure he now studies everything you can find about Jesus, Old and New Testament for 14 years. This man is heavily busy. He's busy with point four preparation and God meets him there in Arabia with revelation that is knowledge ability dealing with ignorance. Ignorance means I don't know what's going on. Then he comes to the desert and there he's in separation for revelation. Then we have number five, which is the important point here. Connection with the leadership of the body of Christ. He goes up to Jerusalem by revelation. And now I have, you haven't got it there, but you might write these words accountability and covering down because we have a lot of lone rangers running around in the body of Christ. You have a lot of people with no covering whatsoever. They just, you know, I'll, you know, the, you know, that, that song of Frank Sinatra, I love it. I did it my way. You know, that sort of story, you know, I call it the Frank Sinatra way and they don't submit to nothing. And then comes flakiness. This man acknowledges the leadership, the leadership, the senior men and women in the body of Christ. He goes there under the covering of the apostle Peter. He shares in accountability to them. And now he says, fire off, fire away. He gets his status. They pray with him, obviously. And now he gets on the road. He begins with personal sharing, mentoring and coaching with the apostles, acknowledging them as God appointed leaders, going to fulfill the great commission was the next phase of his life. God, God sent him a rise and go. Now he's on the go for the rest of his life. He would be called the tireless man. You know, I was in, um, I spoke about this some time ago. I was in the city of Rome and there's a church, the church of the apostle John in it across the road. There is like a stairway that they say, Jesus was carrying the cross up there. It's like a wooden plank stairway that they brought in from the Holy land by ship or whatever means there's similar. So people go up that stairway where apparently the cross went up. And so most people, nobody walks up there. Everybody it's in Rome. I'm talking about Rome. Now they crawl up the stairways because Christ walked up there. According to the tradition, Jesus walked on that stairway. So people go on their knees and they crawl there where the cross apparently had gone up on that specific stairway. But across the roads, in my opinion, the most beautiful church in all of Rome, I like it above the Vatican, that huge St. Peter's church. And there's the, of course there's the Basilica of St. Paul, but this particular one of John is just absolutely amazing because inside it, it has 12 statues of the apostles, men and the most incredible artwork. You see people that would just without flickering an eye, just died for Jesus. They were so persuaded. That's it. That's it. They were so committed. That's it. When you go down, you see all these disciples, their statues, and you come to the very front of the church. On your left stands the Apostle Peter, and you can see it. You can see it with his almost with a lion-like hairstyle, like a lion, like a, just like a lion. He stands there proud and tall, the Apostle Peter. But right across him, there's another statue. It took the wind out of my sails. I'm looking, I'm going through these, I turn and study. Here's Paul's statue in front of me. The man stands slightly forward. He's smaller than the rest. He's a small man. Tradition says small man, and slightly bald-headed, and he's got a sword in his hand. He's standing like that, and he's looking. The statue looks straight at me. I got the goosebumps. I realized this is what it means to have an encounter with a father. Unstoppable, unshakable, indestructible, holy, ghost-driven, empowered, so powerful they would take his clothes and just drop it on somebody who was sick, and the demons would just say, I'm gone. Demons would depart, sick people were healed. The power of God would be a cloud along the holy man when he took a pen, and he said, I want to write a little letter to my young son Timothy. As his pen hit that piece of paper, the holy ghost took that pen, and that pen was being driven by the power of Almighty God, and we took it, and we said, Bible. He was so youthful of thought. He goes, come on, give the Lord a praise offering. Come on, everybody. Come on. Bible. Can you imagine 14 years in the desert of Arabia like that story I was telling, walking around, and in loneliness, in separation, called, separated to Almighty God with a consecration. He's broken with the world. He's broken with everything. Devotion. Devotion. Consecration. Holiness. Power. You know, I tell you what, what we must now do, we must now just ordain anything. I said to Professor David Block, no, don't worry about what I said to him. Now, he begins with going to fulfill the will of God for his life. Loving and strengthening of the believers. Fruitfulness comes. Production. The writing of the letters. Planting of churches. Endless journey never stops with three main missionary journeys. I believe there was a fourth one, and at the end of the fourth one, he actually got killed. In fact, there's much evidence of the fourth journey. I was reading all about that, and there is actually the place where they arrested him before they killed him and they decapitated him. But look at this consistency, endurance, regardless of resistance and persecution. I stand amazed at people. When I see the Norovicans, they plot on milliform meat. I don't know what they call it, mites, I suppose. Milliform meat. Millie with mites. And I see the millipop full meter for squinnons, what means a mark, because God has called them. You're in a dangerous place, man. We don't play games here. Are you going to present an excuse to the Lord when He calls you? I know not everybody's in this pulpit. Not everybody can preach, but you better believe it, that Almighty God has called you, wherever you are in society, to be a testimony and a witness of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. You might as well say, amen, or you're going to have to say, oh my. And may God in this 49 day encounter unzip every lip to speak with boldness like the apostle Paul. I had them call me when I was in the world system. The man said to me, you, this is one of the directors when I was working, he said, you, you're going around, you're advertising in every bathroom of our buildings, you're advertising Christian prayer meetings and Christian meetings and you, you know, all of these prayer meetings of yours, this whole thing and your whole thing about, talking about Jesus. It's got to stop now. And I let him just blow his horn. And when he was finished, I was sitting down listening to this guy. I stood up and I leaned over his table. I said, I don't want to be in your shoes, sir. Do you know that you are resisting the move of God in this place? And if you do so today, I'll walk out of this place and I will go and take my shoe and I will take the dust and shake it off in your office. And you must then take what comes to you. The man fell down and he ran straight to his dummy and his dummy said, you were looking for it. I said that I said, God, if I get fired here today, I'll be fine. That's fine. But I'm going in here and this man will not tell me not to speak about Jesus. I shall be without fear. I should be without compromise. I shall go to the lion's den. I shall go into the fiery oven, but I shall speak of Jesus of Nazareth as long as I live. And he won't stop me. And he didn't. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. And you know what? About three months later, I was called in and I was given promotion. And then I said, I don't want the promotion. I don't even want the salary increase. Sayonara, sir. He was called me as faithful as I know in whom I believed. I'm persuaded. Cherubi, keep it. You can't buy me. A cross on a lonely hill stands between me and you. I close. Endurance, regardless of resistance and persecution. And finally, these beautiful words only could cover one page. Hardly second only for six to eight. At the end of his life, I can just say, wow, as I study him and his journeys. But I am already being poured out as a drink offering at the time of my departure is at hand. Now, I have fought the good fight. I have finished the race. I have kept the faith and finally reward. There's laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord Jesus, the righteous judge will give me on that day and not to me only, but also to all who have loved his appearing. There you see his five motivating forces. There you also see the things to deal with in your personal life, a little bit lower emboldened. If you really want to follow Christ this year, if I can take you a step closer to the father, I want to tell you something. You complete that 49 days. And I say this as I close, if you might be a friend today have, but only, but only hear me, almighty God, as I speak this word, the stirring of the spirit of the Lord upon you to be in the Bible school, don't you dare remain in that seat. You be there.
