Mark, what are you doing way back there, boy? Preaching all the way back on the back row. Boy, we're getting somewhere already. Amen. It's good to be back tonight. And my wife chewed me out preaching too long this morning, so, amen. It's good to have my sister and sister and sister, a sister in the Lord, Sister Ruth Marsh from down in Thomaston. And we're just glad they're here. Now, I'm not going to preach from this tonight, but I want you to flip with me. And I just want to refresh your memory on something. Ezekiel 13, just felt like I should read this. Ezekiel 13 and 1, And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel, that prophesy, and say thine to them that prophesy out of their own hearts. Hear ye the word of the Lord. Thus saith the Lord God, warn to the foolish prophets that follow their own spirit and have seen nothing. O Israel, thy prophets are like the foxes in the deserts. You have not gone up into the gulps, neither made up the hedge for the house of Israel to stand in the battle in the day of the Lord. Now, a lot of my preaching is around these five verses of scripture. And I felt led to say this tonight. The greatest thing that I could do for you while I'm here as a minister of the gospel is to prepare you for the day of the Lord. Because I don't care where you want to read it. I don't care. You can go where you want to go. Anywhere you want to go. Old and New Testament. And every writer that sounded the trumpet warned us that the day of the Lord was a day of battle. Amen. We're going to be preaching tonight. We're going to go to Isaiah. One of my favorite books of the word of the Bible, the book of Isaiah, because it's whether you believe it or not, it's the gospel prophet, the evangelical prophet, the good news book. And we're going to go tonight in chapter nine, chapter nine. We're going to read verse, start reading at verse number one. Now, when I get to a word that I can't pronounce, I just say anything. Okay. Because I've been in, I've been in Bible conferences where there'd be three different preachers use the same word and they'll want to be different. I said them dummies don't know more than I do. So I just say it. So I just want to tell you that nevertheless, a dimness shall not be as such as was in her vexation. When at the first, he liked, he likely afflicted the land of, is that Zebulun? Are you looking Jim? I think it was Zebulun, Georgia, is it? And the land of what's that next one? Okay. And I would then more grievously afflict her by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan and Galilee of the nations. The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light. They that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined. Thou has multiplied the nation and not increased the joy. They joy before thee according to the joy and harvest and as men rejoice when they divide the spoil. Thou has broken the yoke of his burden and the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor, as in the day of Midian. Notice there that he calls Midian to the front. Thou has broken the yoke of his burden, the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor, as in the day of Midian. For every battle of the warrior is with confused noise and garments rolled in blood, but this shall be with burning and fuel of fire. For unto us, the child is born and to us, the son is given and the government shall be upon his shoulder and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace. Verse seven, Of the increase of his government and peace no end there shall be has been added. Upon the throne of David and upon his kingdom to order it and to establish it with judgment and with justice. Now I want you to notice these two words. I'm going to come back to them another night, judgment and justice. They're very important words in God's word to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth, even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform it. Verse eight, The Lord sent a word unto Jacob and it hath alighted upon Israel. Now I'd like to read verse seven from the living Bible. It says his ever expanding peaceful government will never end. He will rule with perfect fairness and justice from the throne of his father, David. He will bring true justice and peace to all nations of the world. This is going to happen because the Lord of heaven's armies has dedicated himself to do it. I'm going to talk to you tonight on this thing called battle. Now this thing started out, all of man's problems started out with a battle. How many knows where the first battle ever took place? Took place in the heavens. It all took place because Lucifer, Lucifer wanted to control something that God never created him to control. And I don't know how he done it, but he preached his gospel through the heavens and was able to convince a third of the angels that he could take control of heaven. The Bible tells us in revelations 12, there was war in heaven. Is that right? So all of men's problems started out with a battle over control. Who's going to control? That's what we're going to talk about tonight. Who is going to control? Now, if you read in the 16th chapter of the book of revelation, you read in the third chapter of the book of Joel is the story of how this thing is going to end. It started with a battle in the heavens and it's going to end with a battle on this earth. Amen. 16th chapter of revelation says there's a three unclean spirits like frogs. And they come out, the Bible said, and they go through all the nations to deceive all the nations, to bring them down to a Valley, to the battle of almighty God. Joel 3 says, proclaim to you this among the Gentiles, wake up, you men of war, prepare for war, assemble all you nations, come down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat for there, God will plead with this people and that it will be settled on who is going to control. Now, how many is glad tonight? You're on the winning side. We already know who's going to control. Amen. We already know who's going to win the battle, but there's something else took place after that first battle in the heavens. Cause we know that the Bible teaches us that Satan lost Michael and his angels fault war was going on. Uh, the devil, his angels got thrown out and kicked out of heaven, kicked down to this earth. And then later on in the story, the Bible tells us in the book of Genesis, how that God in six days made this earth, all things pertaining to his creation on this earth. And the sixth day created man. And then right in there somewhere snatched out that man, a real made him a woman, a helper and turned around and gave that couple control and dominion over everything that he had created. Is that right? They even had control over the fish in the sea. They had control over the files that flew through the heavens. They had control over the beast that roamed through the woods. They had dominion over God's entire creation, but back in the shatters, there was somebody wanting control over God's creation, but to get to that control or to control the earth that God had created, he had to get to the man that had control of the earth. He had to control the man that controls the earth. Okay. You know, the story that we won't dwell too much here, but you know, the story, how that Satan disguised himself in work through the serpent, come in there and deceived even Adam and gained legally, legally, though through deception gained legal control over this earth. And he still controls it today. You find that this is true. When Jesus was being tempted in the wilderness before he went out to his public ministry, you'll find that the devil told him when he, in one of his temptations, if you'll fall down and worship me, I will give you control of all the nations for their mind and whosoever I desire to put over them, I can do that because they're mine. And I can, you know, I can put over who I want to put over. So you can't argue with the fact that the devil is in control of this earth tonight. He controls all nations. How many believes that tonight? Now there's a war going on tonight. I would be safe to say, in fact, I'd be, uh, you know, sure to say that there's not a person here tonight. There's not a person here tonight and probably not a person on this earth tonight that you are not in some kind of battle, either in your personal life, either in your family, in your home, on your job, in the church. You're in a battle. But now what is it all about? What is the battle all about? How can we boil this thing down and just, you know, bottom line this thing? And here it is, brother and sister. Here it is. All the wars from all the way from the first and in heaven to the last and on this earth is wars that's going, that's being fought over who controls. The war in Nicaragua tonight wasn't being fought over. The war in the Philippines tonight wasn't being fought over. The war in Afghanistan wasn't being fought over. The war in the Middle East tonight wasn't being fought over. The war everywhere you want to turn tonight, in Cambodia, anywhere you want to turn, what is the war over? It's over who controls. There's always been in the heart of a man since he fell, that same spirit that got Lucifer kicked out of heaven of wanting to control. There's a warfare going on tonight on who is going to control. Now my text tonight deals with the street three chapters. Now it won't take time to read them, but these three chapters deals with the government of the Lord. The government, the Bible said of his government, the increase of his government, there shall be no end. The government shall be upon his shoulder. He's going to establish that everlasting government, a government without any end. And I know he's going to do it because the Lord of all the heaven's armies is standing tonight ready to march, to enforce the government of God. Amen. And the next three chapters, chapter 9, chapter 10, excuse me, the next four chapters, chapter 9, chapter 10, chapter 11, and chapter 12, deals with, deals with the results of the government of God in control. Now, I don't know quite yet which direction we're going to go in this revival, but tonight, tonight I want to show you something. Now, anything that God promised, anything that God promised he would do in the future, and you find in the 11th chapter of the book of Isaiah, you'll find some promises that God made that I believe is dealing with the future. And when the rod comes out of the stem of Jesse and the seven spirits of God rest on him and he begins to rule through these seven spirits, here's what happens. Here's what happens. You begin to see the end of war. You begin to see the animal kingdom quit warring with one another. You begin to see the lamb and the lion lay down together. Is that right? You read down the 11th chapter of the book of, of the book of Isaiah, and when the Lord begins to govern, when the Lord begins to control, when the government of God is set up and he's in control, here is the end results of the Lord being in control. Peace begins to rule. How many would like to have peace to rule in your hearts tonight? Peace. Now, what is the main characteristic of the end time? Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21. There shall be a time of war. Is that true? Every writer, every writer, brother and sister, not one, but in harmony and in unison, spoke of the end time and the last day as a day of battle. So you got to deal with this thing, battle. You got to deal with it. You stick your head in the sand and pretend it's not here. But I want you to know from here on out, from here on out, the battle will not let up. It's going to intensify, but there's something that God is doing in the earth today that we're going to win the battle that we're in. Hallelujah. What happens? Now, I believe that Isaiah 11 is speaking of a time that Jesus will return. Now, I'm not in the kingdom message. I'm not a Paul disciple, okay? Y'all get that? But I believe there's coming one of these days. I believe as we're sharing this today at lunch, I believe the blessed hope and the only hope for this world tonight is the second return of Jesus Christ in glory. Hallelujah. I do not believe there will be any more peace left on this earth, because I don't know if you can tie this together or not, but if you'll read Matthew 24, you can tie the four horsemen into Matthew 24. And the first one is the man on the white horse with a bow, and he's going forth to conquer. How did Jesus start out Matthew 24? He started out with, don't be deceived. You're going to be at war with deception. That first horse in Revelation 6 is the spirit of Antichrist. He conquers. Is that true? He's got a boy in his hand. He goes forth to conquer. The next horse is the red horse. What does he do? He takes peace from the earth. What is the next thing Jesus said in Matthew 24? He said, there's going to be war. What does the third horse do? It's a black horse. He brings famine. What's the next thing that Jesus said was going to happen in Matthew 24? There's going to be famine and pestilence. And when you have deception, and when you have wars, as this horse brings wars and no peace from this earth, and then you have the riding of the black horse, which there's famine and pestilence and plagues like AIDS that's coming on the land, the next, the only horse that can follow these horses is the pale horse, which is death. Okay? Now let me remind you something. If you can't run with the footman, you ain't going to make it in the day of the horseman. If you can't run with the footman, if you can't do battle with the footman, you're going to lose out in the day of the horseman. And we're the day of the horseman. We're doing battle today, brother and sister. This is not 1950. This is not the turn of the century. This is 1987 when we are at war with the spirit of the Antichrist. We're not just fighting deception. We're fighting the very spirit of the Antichrist to deceive the very elect, the Bible says. The very elect, Jesus said. Amen. We are fighting a spirit, and you'll have to agree with me, as a Christian, you don't get over one battle until there's something else on your trail. Is that right? You know why? Because we live in a day that there's a spirit of the land to make sure there's no peace nowhere. And if you'll just, if you'll just look at this real close, I want you to tell me tonight where there's any peace. Somebody said it's down in the bars. Yeah, but they're all drunk. They done fought so much torment and so much pressure, they done stoned out. Amen. Why so much booze and so much drugs? Amen. Why is all of this stuff? I'll tell you why. Because there's a warfare going on in the soul and in the heart of men. And the only way out for a lost man without Jesus Christ is some kind of drug or some kind of booze or some kind of crutch. There is a war going on tonight, brother and sister, because there's a spirit to take peace from the earth. But I believe there's no end to wars. There's no solution to wars. I believe the ultimate answer is praise God that one day Jesus is going to return again and set up his righteous kingdom on this earth. How many believe that tonight? How many believe that's the hope? You're not going to see America straightened out. You're going to see America go down the tube. You're going, you're not going to see the, oh no, brother and sister, we'll never return back to the sanity of living in this country. We're going to get worse and we're going to get worse and we're going to get worse and the nations of the world are going to get worse. And one of these days, if it's not going to be long, at the heart of God's people, we're going to start praying. Come on back, Jesus. Come on back, Lord. We need you to come back and straighten this mess that we got on this earth out. Now listen to me. Now listen to me. Anything that God promises that he will do on the earth in the millennium, he wants to do it for you tonight individually first. You know what he wants to do? He wants to end all of your wars. Hallelujah. How many would like to enter into a time of peace? Well, you say, brother Lloyd, in 13th chapter of Ezekiel, the Bible calls them foolish prophets that prophesize peace. But see, they were prophesying peace and protection and security and safety in man-made walls. I know it's improper, but my coat's got to come off, okay? If you don't like that, I'll pull my vest off. I like to wear overalls this morning. I know the pastor would have been all right, I'd have worn my overalls this morning. Show you in preaching overalls just like you can these suits, these uniforms us preachers have to wear. But what God wants to do that he will do one day on this earth, how many believe there's coming a time on this earth that the groaning animals are going to quit groaning and growling at one another? How many believe that tonight? How many remembers reading in the eighth chapter of Romans where it says the whole creation groans and travail? What are they groaning for? The animal kingdom is groaning. The whole creation, the earth is groaning. What's it groaning for? A better order, a better government, a better time. Hallelujah. It's coming, brothers and sisters. It is coming just as sure as there's a God in heaven because the Lord of heaven's armies is already on their horses ready to march at the captain's command. But let's don't get into millennial yet because that's another age. We're still down here in this church age and we're going to be in it till Jesus returns. Amen. How many believes we're going to be in it till Jesus returns? Okay. Anything that he promised that he was going to do on this earth, number one, he wants to do it in your heart individually, of course. Let me tell you something. Let me tell you something. This is part of the earth. Stand up, brother, Jim. How big are you? How tall are you? How much you weigh? Two hundred twenty. Okay, that's a piece of real estate. Is six one high? God only knows how this wide. Amen. But that's part of the earth. And Satan's battle now is who controls that six foot one man. Hallelujah. And I'm going to tell you something else. God's concern is not about controlling the earth as we know the earth. That's coming. Hell can't do nothing about it. It's coming. You've got all the armies you want to gather. You gather what you want to gather in any valley you want to gather in. When the Lord of heaven's armies gives the command, he's going to take this thing over. You'd marshal all the armies. You'd fire all the missiles you want to fire. But when Jesus gets ready to take this earth over, he's going to take it over. It ain't nothing going to be able to stop him. Can you say amen? But right now, that's not the problem. God lost control of the man in the fall. Man lost control of the earth. And the devil took them both over. And the battle for six thousand years now, especially the first four thousand, and it's still going on tonight, who controls the man? There's a battle. Young people, you know what battle you're fighting? You know why you're in a warfare? The battle is over who controls your life. Is that true? And it's over real estate. This is an earthen vessel. This is part of that earth. Amen. How many, how many believes that Jesus redeemed us at Calvary? He redeemed the whole, he redeemed everything. And in his order, that redemption is going to take place. He redeemed his body. But that ain't what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the night Jesus wants to move and take control and rule. Jim Heights, six foot one. I'm only five, six, but my battle is who's, who's going to control my life. Now the Bible in Luke 21, especially records that in the end, everything on the earth is going to be out of control. Okay. On the earth, there's going to be perplexity, distress with perplexity. That means problems that are unsolvable and the, what the folks dealing with it, go into a quandary or a state of perplexity. And because of this, their hearts begins to faint for looking and seeing the results of the coming problems. And they do not have an answer. And it pictures the earth and the world out of control. But let me tell you another picture that's more, more serious or darker than that one. It pictures God's people out of control. Hmm. Okay. Now we get out. It shows God's people out of control. What does it say about God's people? He says, take heed that you don't overcharge your heart. You know where I'm headed with? Amen. Now God ain't going to focus on taking control of this earth. Here's the earth he's after right here. Every one of you here tonight, every one of you here tonight, what the Holy Spirit's doing is trying to get back control of you and I personally. Amen. Now, what we want to do is control and get other things like they ought to be without getting this old body back in order. Somebody say amen. And it shows God's people in the last day out of control. Their appetites is out of control. How many of y'all got your appetites under control? Don't answer that please. Huh? There's two things today that's totally out of control in God's people. I don't know what you know this not, but the Bible pictures in the end time that people's sexual appetites going to get out of control. We've had a sexual revolution. Hey, it's done gotten to church. Huh? You know why we're out of control? Somebody's controlling this piece of real estate. And God's word or God's divine purpose in the beginning was to have a man that he could control. How many ways the Lord wants to take control of your life and keep everything you got under control? How many believe that tonight? He said, take heed, Luke 21, take heed, take heed to yourself. Okay. We live in a day of dissatisfaction. Nobody's satisfied. Everybody's jumping the fence for something else. The grass is greener. Everything looks better across the street and down the road. We can just make things, but it ain't that way, brother and sister. You know, what we need to do is draw a circle and jump in that circle. Say, Lord, take control of that joke of this in that circle. Give me control over eating. Give me control over my appetites. Take control at the Holy Spirit. Take control of my life. And you know what? It's the most peaceful thing for the Holy Spirit to take control of your life. It brings peace to you. Now, look, brother Jim mentioned this. We live in a time that the Spirit of God is calling God's people to a feast. Now, here's what we are. If you notice in Luke 14, when he sent out his servants to call them to the feast, there were three reasons they could not come. They had bought some real estate, they had bought some oxen, and they had married a wife. Now, under the law, the man that married the wife was free for one year. He had a year's honeymoon. No work, no war, no nothing. But no law supersedes the call of the Spirit. Hallelujah. So the servants went out and called the people to a feast and says, come. Now, why didn't they come? Now, you got to be careful when you're dealing with telling folks to get rid of what they got materially. Okay? You got to be careful. Because let me tell you something. God don't care if you drove a gold chariot to this church. It ain't what you got he's concerned over. It's what's got you. Okay? It ain't what you got. It's what's got you. Lord, have a hard time calling some of you folks on a free day fast, because you're a foodaholic. You miss a meal and your head and eyes start bloodshot and your head starts hurting, your gut starts to feel like it's going to come out. You know why? You're out of control. What if the Holy Ghost said, go 10 days? Woman told me that night I was in the hospital. She just had an operation. She said, I can't fast. I said, why? She said, it gives me the headache. I said, the same thing happens to her. It used to happen to me when I couldn't get me a bottle of beer. The same thing happens to the drug addict when he can't get a fix. It's out of control. Okay? Our eating is out of control. Amen. And we'll never, we'll never, God ain't just like this church. You know, we got folks here tonight. Well, maybe they're not here tonight, but there may be. They want to control this church. They can't even control their self. That's right. They ain't got no control of their self, but they want to control everything. How many knows they spent through the church in the last, ever since there's been a Pentecostal church, we all want to run around controlling devils. And the promise of God is that the church could control devils. I give you authority over devils. I give you authority over demons. What you bind on earth, he'll be bound in heaven. What you loose on earth, I'll be loosed in heaven. God's plan for the church is we have the power to control the government of darkness. I mean, like to have authority over principalities and powers. Well, you'll never have authority over the heavens till you got control over this earth. Most people today, God can't call them to prayer. Holy ghost speak to you and say, I want you to get out of the bed every morning, an hour. Oh God, I can't do that. Why? Why? Because there's something got a hold of us, controlling our lives, controlling our appetites. How many knows what I'm talking about? You know why there's been so many ministers wound up with somebody else's wife? Cause they're out of control. Their sexual lust and desire is not controlled by the Holy ghost. Cause I've had several tell me, you know, it was all in God's plan. That's a bunch of garbage. It ain't in God's plan. How many believe that? How many believe that ain't the way God wanted it to be? So we're out of control. So what does the Lord want to do? First of all, he wants to get control of your piece of real estate. Brother, there's a warfare going on to control me. I fight a battle of controlling. How many has a battle when you fast? I've had folks tell me, well, it don't bother me. I have visions and dreams. I said, I do too. I was on a fast one time, had a vision of a, of a ball bat and I swang it turned to ice cream cone and I was a licking it. That's the truth. How many have got the battle? So bad. And I had another swing, the ball bat and it turned to a drumsticks. So I fight the, I fight a battle when I fast. How many knows what I'm talking about? But I'm going to tell you the reason I'm preaching this tonight, God is going to call this church as never before, if it survives to pray and fast it like you ain't never seen before. Get ready. Why? Because I'm going to tell you what's going to happen to this church. Not only this and all of them, they either going out of business or we're going back in business. Hallelujah. And you know what we're going to do? You know what God's, you know, the chosen fast, you know what the chosen fast is? It ain't to smite with the fist of wickedness. It ain't to argue over doctrine. Okay. You know what the chosen fast is for? That you can bring those that are cast out to your house. The naked, the cold, the lame, the blind, the whole, you know, who God's going to run through this church, the spiritual naked, the spiritually robbed, those laying by the roadside, those that need somebody to set them free. Oh, how many believes that tonight? And you listen to me, you listen to me. The Lord took me one night in the spirit and set me on skid row. And I believe I know where the city was. I believe it's Los Angeles, California, because I was stationed out there in the army. But in the spirit, I left, I don't know how I done it, but I done it. And God stood me on skid row. And I walked down skid row and I've walked down it in the natural, but I walked down that night in the spirit and I saw couched in the corner of the buildings in the back alleys of skid row. I saw this human being. He wore no clothes except the pair of slacks. And he has been exposed to the elements of the world. So, so long till his skin had become like the skin of an alligator. It was, it was flaky and scaly. And I saw him couched like an animal in the corner of skid row. He had no shoes. He had no shirt. He had nothing on, but a pair of slacks. And I saw him couched like an animal trying to stay warm from the elements, the wind, the cold and the rain back in the corner. I walked through skid row and something led me to this man. I walked to this man and I said to him, sir, I want to help you. He recognized that I was a minister or Christian. And his first reaction and response was he was afraid of me. He drew back from me and would not respond to my hand. And I reached out to him, but I finally convinced him, brother, that I had come down to help him. I said, I want to help you. And I reached out my hand, took him by the hand when I finally convinced him that I really meant, I really cared for him. I really wanted to help him. And I took him by the hand and we walked out of skid row. We walked down to a department store. I don't know what, which one it was. I walked in. I told the clerk, I said, put him on a suit or, you know, an outfit, fix him up, put him on some shoes, fix him up. And he did. He brought, he, boy, he just, he just decked him out with some good warm clothes. I looked at that man and I said, you go home and tell your family what great things the Lord has done for you. Hallelujah. As I come out of that vision off a skid row, I heard the Holy Ghost say to me, these are the kind of people that I've called the church to reach. These are the kind of people I've called the church to reach. We live in a wealthy nation, but every year the street folks are multiplying and it's going to get worse. As the economy falls, you're going to see folks on the streets. You're going to see the naked. You're going to see the hungry. You're going to see the down and out. And God's gearing up a church. God's getting the church ready to minister to the folks that need help. Now we've reached a place in the church. We can only minister to people in a social way. You say, I don't believe that. I'll tell you, will you believe it or not? I know what the Holy Spirit said to me. The church has reached a place. She can only minister to mankind in a social way. We can put natural clothes on their back, natural shoes on their feet. Amen. We can feed them a natural meal. But the church that Jesus said, I'm going to build my church and give that church the keys to the kingdom. It's a church that can minister to a man that's been stripped spiritually and robbed by the powers of darkness and laid for dead. Hallelujah. Can you say amen? Now I brought all of that around to say this, brother, the Holy Spirit is trying to get control of our lives. That when he calls you, but hey, brother and sister, we ain't seen no dedication left. You know what we're going to see? We're going to see the church like it was in the book of Acts again. We're going to see the church baptized with the love of Jesus again. We're going to see young people like you with the love of Jesus in your heart, like you ain't never seen before. You know what they're going to start doing? They're going to start laying down their lives. They're going to start laying in these houses all night. They're going to start fasting. Hallelujah. As the Spirit of God calls and when the lame comes in, you can give them what they need. You're going to do that or shut it down. It's over with as far as God's concerned. The system's got a curse on it. You can prop it up all you want to. God's going to pull it down. And I tell you who's going to use to pull it down. He's going to use the United States government. You mark her down. We're headed for hell with the United States government. And the preachers on TV is going to bring it in faster. They're coming down. I said they're coming down. They're coming down. And God has put in the heart of the leaders. Hey, why is it we got more folks going to church than we've ever had before? And we can't even get prayer back in our schools. I tell you why, because the hand of God. You vote Pat Robinson, you vote anybody you want to in the White House, and the government's still going to come down on the church of our time. And everybody's going to go out of business for those that's been ruled and took over by the Holy Ghost, because the government can't stop the Holy Ghost. How you know it can't? Read the book, brother, that's coming out of China. The government, the communists moved into China in 1949. I'm not sure that they're going to in this country, okay? They moved into China in 1949, took all the Bibles, closed all the churches, and forbid public worship, hung the preachers by the thousands, slew the Christians by the thousands. You can take the book, you can close the churches, amen, you can forbid public worship, but you cannot stop the Holy Ghost. You cannot stop the Holy Ghost. The government church is the only church that's going to operate in the last hour. Oh, you say, I don't believe that. Read the Word of God. The person that's been governed by the Holy Ghost, hallelujah, he'll never skip a beat, because when the communists moved into China in 1949, the Holy Spirit led that church on the ground. Hallelujah. They couldn't even, they couldn't even announce, we're going to meet here at 5 30 and pray at the Stone Mountain Church of God. They couldn't publicly announce where they was going to meet, but they lived so close to God that the Holy Ghost said, we're going to be at Jim Hyde's house tonight at nine o'clock. Everybody's going to be there. The church was underground, controlled and governed by the Holy Ghost. Let me tell you something, folks. You say, well, what are we going to do? Oh, hey, look, read, brother, the sixth chapter of the book of Proverbs, where the wise Solomon said, go to the little eight, go to the eight, having no guide, having no overseer, having nobody to lead it, brother. It don't have to have a natural, a natural leader, hallelujah. You say, what you're saying, are you doing away with them? No. The real leaders are going to survive, but every lead in Cleveland, Tennessee and Springfield, Missouri and Memphis, Tennessee is being called by the Holy Ghost to get right with God, hallelujah, and get under the supervision and the government of the Holy Ghost. Are you in serious trouble, leaders? We had it for work of the Spirit. Hallelujah. Going to be hell on this earth, but peace in your heart. I said I'd rather have peace in my heart, amen, and let hell be on this earth than I had hell in my heart and peace on this earth. You ever notice how many folks, they want to control the church. You know all the church's problems. You know what's over, who controls the real estate. Well, I tell you what, y'all have it all. We headed to skid row, brother. God's going to raise up a church from bums and winos and harlots and drug heads and the burnouts. He's going to take the burnouts, brother, we done cast aside and said there's no hope for him. He's the only one can take ashes and make something beautiful out of them. How many believe he can take a burnout and make something beautiful out of them? Don't you tell me what the Holy Ghost can't do. If we can let the Holy Ghost get back control of our lives. Oh, you say, what are you saying, brother? I'm saying before Jesus comes, oh, we got folks that can't hardly wait to walk this earth and control the earth, but them folks never realize before Jesus takes control of this earth, he wants to control this earth and vessel. How many of y'all this tonight will honestly say that I'm so one of subjections that anything the Lord should speak to me to do, I'm, I do it. Huh? Take heed of yourselves. Let your spirit be overcharged. The Greek says, what does it say? It slipped in my mind like an arrow, but anyway, it says it anyhow. Look it up when you get home. You don't want those wars among us and in our soul cause of lust. You know why you never got enough because of lust. Your lust is out of control. Amen. Your appetite, you got control over your appetite. Huh? What about your sexual appetite? Oh, let's don't talk about that, brother. Let's keep that in the toilets. That's the problem now. That's where it's been in the toilets. Let's get it out where it's supposed to be in the church. Why is so much mess going on? So many divorces in the church, God's people's out of control. Why so many young, young girls coming up pregnant? Huh? Without a, now they got a husband. They just eat anything illegal. Cause it takes two to tango. Well, why is so much of that mess going on? We're out of control. There's an appetite that cannot be satisfied. That's why the Holy Spirit man wants to get a control of this piece of real estate. It ain't that, Oh, uh, folks can't, we got folks going on to the Holy land, but the train loads. Oh, I fight the piece of real estate. Here's a piece of real estate God's concerned about. He, God don't care about that piece over yonder. This is Holy ground lady. Your body's the temple of the Holy spirit. Jesus ain't worried about that piece of land over yonder, them Jews and Arabs is fighting over. It's this piece standing right here in this stone mountain church of God. God's trying to get control of this Holy ground. This is Holy ground right here, man. And that's the Holy ground God's concerned about. And the Holy land. Can you say, man, I wouldn't give two cents to fly over there. Ain't nobody, but rocks. Everybody went over. I said, ain't nothing no bad. Wasn't that no bad. You took Jesus out. You take Jesus out. Ain't that no bad, but always it's in rocks and sand and, uh, and cactus. I don't want to see that. I've seen that in Mexico. You know what I want to see? I want to see a Holy land here. I want to see God's people get Holy right here. And if we'll get Holy right here, you say what Holy lands you coming back to the Holy church. That's a layer. Your real estate's where God's coming, man. But they fight over beyond the Catholics over there. We won't part of the Holy land. The promise is over where we got to have some Holy land and the Jews and the Arabs and the Israelites and the Israelites that ever I'd over there. We want to part this land. God's done forsook that land. He's done found him another piece of real estate. He wants to control you. Young lady, the Holy spirit wants to move in your life, become the governor of your life. Hallelujah. You'll never control and have authority over devils until you control your own spirit. Hallelujah. But the God's going to raise up a church with the keys to the kingdom of heaven with the keys to the powers of darkness. He gave the church authority over the demons and the devils and the powers of hell. Hallelujah. But you can't control that government and that world until this one's under control. And see, God don't care what you got. It's what's got you. Some of the poorest folks in the world is some of the folks doing the most devilment. I mean, you can be controlled by a little skinny woman or a big fat man or vice versa. No matter what's got you, God don't care where you live. Help me out of that one. I got to go home tonight, boys. And that's a small trailer we live in. Amen. Amen. But what, you know, you know what, you know what I see? I see the God bringing the church where the war's over. Praise God. Where the war ceases. The Bible said He'd make His wars to cease. Be still and know that I'm God. He breaks the arrow of the man that shoots it, breaks the bow of the bowman. Hallelujah. Causes wars to cease. He's not talking about the war in the Holy Land. He's talking about the war in your soul. There's a war in the soul of the church tonight. All of our wars and battles over is over one thing. Who controls? Right? The Holy Spirit or yourself. Who controls? We got folks teaching Sunday school right here in this church, but don't show back up on Sunday night, but they want to control the church. You know what they need? They need the boot put to them. They got no business controlling nothing. You say you hard. I've heard from heaven. Hey, the party is over. The party is over. We got thousands of people in this nation hurting tonight. Multiply thousands of people hurting tonight. Somebody say amen. Amen. TV preachers, most of the preachers, they, their game is money. Money. Send me your money. The hurting is forgotten, but God's going to raise up a church that cares about the hurting. Hallelujah. He's going to give you a house, brother, this house. He's going to give you a house where you can bring those that are broken, those that are cast out, those that are spiritually naked. Amen. You can call them with power from on high minister to the spiritual need of man. God never called the church to be a social club. I believe that Jesus fed the hunger. And I believe there's a possibility he might give clothes to the, to the needy, but that's not the, that's not the sole, sole focus in the, in the, in the, and the purpose of God. He came to call the man with himself. Amen. To take the broken and those laying by the roadside and the wayside that had been stripped and robbed the sin and the powers of darkness. We got thousands of young people today that drugs has robbed him of everything. And the church can't do nothing about it. We have no control over demons. And the very thing that Jesus promised his church, I give you power over all power. I sat in my desk the other day and the Lord said to me, I can give you the power and you can speak to any demon on this earth and he can't move. You give him permission to move, but he'll never give me that power to control devils till he first, he's got control of this piece of real estate right here. If God, oh, we talking about the rapture. You folks ain't no more ready for a rapture than a coon dog is. God can't call you to a prayer meeting. He ain't calling you no rapture. Dear God, the rapture is about to take place. You better hope to God it don't happen tonight. Cause ain't none of you folks just about to end up going, me included. We ain't ready for no rapture. God can't call you to a prayer meeting. He ain't going to call you to a home in heaven. You ain't made for heaven no way. You made for this earth, man. You got to stay down here a while before you get up yonder. He's going to bring heaven down here y'all. John saw heaven coming down. We ain't going, glory. Let me back out of that. That's far enough on that one. The government, it's on him. Let me ask you something tonight. Who's controlling your life? Are you out of control? The Bible pictures the last day, everybody out of control. Drunk. You don't have to drink Old Crow to be drunk. You didn't be drunk on the cares of this life, man. I don't know what you got, but you're in a place, you're going to have to be, get to the place where you have such control over everything you got, that if God says, lay her down, you got to lay her down. See the church. Isn't it amazing? The church ain't fighting over lost souls. They're fighting over real estate. Oh, Danielle, everybody's fighting over who controls the building. Hey, I ain't going to be shocked too much if God just lets the government just get these buildings, put us back on the trees and storefronts and seafronts and boats. I'm going to hold my boat because Jesus preached out of a boat. I guarantee you most church splits is over who controls the property, who controls the finances. I mean, let me ask you something. How many of y'all God's got control over your finances? Well, brother, Lord bless God, I paid my tithes. I didn't ask you that. You're doing that for your conscience. What if he told you to bring your whole paycheck and Jim, what if you didn't have a $1 left and the Holy Spirit said to you, give it to Raylo. I can't do that. Bless God. I won't get no Coke tomorrow. See, it's control. Are you under control of the Holy Spirit? What's controlling your life? It ain't what you got. God don't care what you got. What do you drive church? God don't care. He don't care if you walk. You need it anyhow. He's concerned over what's got you. What's got this generation? Their lust. Peace. What will bring all this about? First, God wants to bring peace in this piece of real estate here. You know why? There's no peace in our churches and there's fighting and squabbling and hair pulling and back biting going on. There's no peace in the hearts of those participating in it. Verse 9 of the Isaiah 11, they shall not hurt nor destroy in all of my holy kingdom a mountain for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. So that's talking about the millennial. But how would it be if the knowledge of the Lord covers this earth, this piece of real estate? Don't you think that could be peace from the top of your head to the sole of your feet? Let that world do what they want to do out there. How many believe they can be peace in your heart tonight? How many believe they could be a collective, a peace in this collective corporate body called the church of God here tonight? God's tired of fighting. God wants to fix this church where he can bring some people. I was preaching this up to an independent church in western North Carolina and a young lady and it was cold in them hills brother. I'm talking about cold. My skin is too thin for those mountains. But God brought, God brought a young lady and they went out, one lady went outside and there on the steps of that church sat a girl 20 years old, already had four babies and the children was almost froze to death. It was more, I didn't sleep any that night. I couldn't get those kids. It was almost impossible for me to slip on that electric blanket, nor those kids. There was four kids, one of them had done some cold, couldn't even move. You know where they lived? About two or three doors down from the church. God let her come there to prove to them folks something. There's folks out there now that have been stripped of the powers of the Lord. He said, why don't you have so many young ones? Sin? Why haven't you got no education below because sin cheated me out of it? Okay? Why don't you do a lot of things you've done because of sin? We need to quit kicking the sin and get something, get a hold of them. Bring them down here and minister God to them. They'll quit that foolishness. God wants to control this right here. He's seeking control. If God can ever get control of this right here, amen, and get control of this corporate body of Christ, I'm here to tell you, you can control the powers of darkness in this county. You either can or that book's a lie. If it's a lie, I don't want to read nothing else about it. He said, what you bind on earth, I'll bind it in heaven. If two or three shall agree as touching any one thing, it shall be done of my Father which is in heaven. He also said, were two or three gathered in my name, I'm going to be there. Hallelujah. He made us some precious promises, sister. He said, I'm going to build a church in the gates of hell. We'll never overcome that church. Somebody said, what do you need to get today? You need to get in Christ and get in the church because hell ain't going to do nothing with the church that God's raising up in this hour. What is the church? It's a spirit-led church. It's a spirit-controlled church. It's a church that Jesus Christ is the government of that church. Can you say amen? He becomes a controller of your life. He's not going to control this corporate body and get it where it needs to be until he first controls every individual in here. And then that he can't control and they continue to rebel, he's going to bring judgment on them. Peace. Peace. You know what the war's over tonight, young lady? Your body. Your body. There's a warfare going on. That's what your warfare is about, who controls you. How many wants peace tonight in a time of war? How many believes we can run with the horsemen? How many believes we can stand in the horsemen? How many believes we can stand in the horsemen? You know why we got AIDS? Sex out of control. Folks living like dogs. Or worse, there's a play date down the road. Okay? So you better let the Holy Spirit just take control of this piece of real estate. And I'll tell you what, it's tough sometimes for the Lord to take control of your life. How many knows it's tough sometimes for the Lord to take control of your life? How many wants the Lord to control? How many wants to be a spirit-led Christian? See, that's the key to all victory, is to be a spirit-led Christian. To be led by the Spirit. To be controlled by the Spirit. To do what you do because the Spirit leads you to do it. Hallelujah. And you gotta be to the place. What would happen? What would happen if Jim, the pastor, the angel of this church, is the pastor of this church? Revelations to all churches, to the angel of the church. John don't speak to the church, he speaks to the angel of the church, and the angel speaks to the church. What would happen? You know, we take it lightly when the if he spoke to this man to do it, it would be the same thing if God was here doing it. How many of you can lay down everything you've got and come to the prayer meeting the preacher calls? Very few. What if the preacher stands up and says, I'm gonna call this church on a three-day fast? Well, preacher, bless God, I just can't do it. I just gotta get cross-eyed and worn-eyed and knock-kneed and everything else when I try to fast. You know what's wrong with you? You're out of control. You're doped. Fools are doped. You're out of control. God can't call you to nothing. God can't do nothing for you. He wants to control this piece of real estate right here. One day, brother and sister, he's gonna control this whole earth. Don't you worry about the devil. The devil can't do nothing about it, and he can't fool with you if the Lord can ever take control of your life. The Lord makes wars to see. Wouldn't it be nice to have to quit trying to make things work? Wouldn't it be nice for things to just go to working? Wouldn't it be nice to have to quit having to put on all kinds of shedding diggers to get the church to grow? Wouldn't it be nice for God to just start adding to the church daily such as he wanted to save? Wouldn't that be nice? It can do it. It's going to happen again. When? When God gets control of his people and can call them to whatever he so desires to call them to. It's not your land God's against. It's not your oxen that you own. It's not the wife or the husband that you have. It's what's controlling you that counts. I want you to bow your heads with me. Lord, help these folks tonight to get honest and sincere before you. You're calling us. There's a call to get back to a spirit-controlled life. A spirit governed. Governed by the Spirit. Controlled. Governed by the Spirit. And Lord, when you are in control, wars cease for the soul of a man because a battle is the Lord's. Use the message tonight. Don't let the devil confuse it. Let it fall on good ground and let it bring forth the desired fruit. In Jesus' name, amen. I want you to stand with me, please. Hallelujah. Hallelujah, Jesus. Now, God desires truth in the inward parts. God don't want nothing phony, nothing covered, nothing hid. You know, some people have a problem admitting they've got a problem. It does something to their ego to confess, to let people, other people, might see the fact that they've got a problem. But the shame is not having a problem, the shame is not being willing to turn to the Lord and let Him help you with it. Hallelujah. There's some folks in this service tonight. You came to this service tonight with a war and a battle going on in your soul. You're battling. You're literally, some of you, I see several, that you're literally battling for your soul. There's a war going on. James told us why the war's going on. James explained it. You fight war. There's a constant warfare going on, James said. If you're here tonight, if you're here tonight, you say, Brother Lowell, I want Jesus to take control of my life. Brother and sister, there will be no more peace on this earth outside of Jesus Christ. When the horsemen ride, when the horsemen ride, there will be no more peace. Only death and destruction follows the day of the horsemen. Only death and destruction. No more peace. No more peace outside of Christ. No more peace outside of the Holy Spirit. No more. The man that don't turn to Christ now will have to turn to more drugs or more alcohol or more psychiatrists, that kind of help. He'll have to turn to crutches as never before because there's going to be no more peace on this earth. This thing will end in total war. War. War. War. All nations go into war. War. But there's a place in God you can have peace. If you're here tonight, you say, Preacher, I want to leave this church tonight submitted to the Holy Spirit. I'm going to give myself to the Lord to take control of my life. I want God to control. Take control. Help me to control my passions, my emotions, my desires, and whatever. I want the Holy Spirit to take control and from this night forward govern my life. Everything about me. If you're here, you're fighting a war. You're fighting a battle. I don't care what it's with. I want you to come. I want you to come. Be honest. Come on. See, the gospel is so simple. It's so simple. You know our last revival? We had in Carolinas, you know who the revival was among? Our young, the young people. I've never seen so many young people crying out to God for the Lord to help them. They're in a battle. These young people's in a struggle of all struggles. There's something in this world want to control their destinies, control their bodies, take their life over and make them a slave to whatever. But there's victory tonight in the Lord Jesus Christ. He makes wars to cease. Praise God. Now, this is every individual. I don't like to use the term for himself, but I want you to deal with yourself tonight, just you and God. Don't deal with you or God and somebody else. I want you to before God tonight. I want you to just you and God have a little a little session right there together and just just, you know, just invite him to, you know, all you got to do is say, Lord, that God will never be a dictator. Never, never, never will God be a dictator. The only thing that God wants out of you is submissive control. He'll never override and violate your will. He'll never knock you down and take things over. It's got to be submission. It's got to be you giving it to him. If you can give it to him tonight, give him your body. Somebody said we need to give God our soul. No, no, no, no. You need to give God your body. The Bible says glorify God in the spirit and in your body. It's your body. The devil wants to control because your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost, not your not your spiritual body. That natural body that came from the dust is the temple of the Holy Ghost. The one that's the piece of real estate that Satan wants to govern and control. But tonight the Lord Jesus sent his sent the Holy Spirit 2000 years ago into this earth to take control of my life and your life and then your family and then the church corporately and collectively and to govern that church and guide that church to high heights and deeper depths into victory and power over demonic and satanic powers to bind the forces of darkness. We can have it tonight. Lord, you see these people tonight. They're dealing with you on a one on a one basis. We're not praying for the church. We're not praying for the corporate body. We pray and we're dealing with you on our own, on us for ourself. Lord, take control of my life tonight. Lord, I'm a preacher that don't have control over everything. I need you to take control of my life tonight, Holy Spirit. I will power over demonic, satanic powers of hell that the men like the country in the country, the Gatorians that wore no clothes and I can minister and make Legion turn him loose. But we'll never rule with you till we first reigned by a rule by you. Before we can reign, we first must be ruled. Lord, we'll never follow you on white horses till we can follow the Holy Spirit on this earth. We'll never command demons until we can first command our own lives. Take control tonight, Holy Spirit. Move on this piece of real estate that I own tonight. I am the owner of this real estate. Lord, I have control of it. I can do. I have a will of my own. I can do with it. The choice is mine. You will not override. You will not dictate. You will not pull the strings. It's up to me, Lord, to submit myself to loving control of the Holy Spirit. He controls when the world and mankind is spinning out of control and wars is everywhere. Turmoil and uprisings. Oh, God, take control of your church and your people, Lord, in this day of lasciviousness and in this day of looseness and lewdness and all kind of sexual revolutions that we're having. Lord, take control of your people tonight that we'll not be overcharged in this hour, Lord, that we'll be watching. We'll be aware. We won't be drunken with the drunk, Lord, with the drunks, but we'll be sober minded, Lord, in this last hour. Dear God, help us tonight. Help us tonight, Holy Spirit. Make the line in our life lay down. Make that line lay down. Be at peace with the Lamb. Let the knowledge of the Lord cover this earth of mine as the waters cover the sea. Take control of this piece of real estate, Lord. My mind, my hands, my feet, my thoughts, my everything, Lord. You control everything, Lord. Take control of my appetites. Take control, Lord. Take control, Lord. Give me control, Lord. Hallelujah. Let the government be on your shoulder. Let the control. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Lord, make the wars to cease in this church and in these lives here tonight. This war has got to cease. This battle's got to come to a close. Make this war to cease. Strange that we're still tonight. That's what the Bible said, be still and know that I'm God. Be still and know that I'm God. God can deal with you in that stillness. Holy Spirit, we're still before you tonight. Make wars to cease. Bring peace on this earth. Let peace rule. Lord, you're bringing forth a spirit-controlled church. This last church is going to be spirit-led, spirit-born, spirit-baptized, and spirit-led, governed and controlled by the Holy Spirit. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. And the gates of hell will do nothing with that church. The government can't stop it. The powers of darkness can't stop it because we're following the Lord of heaven's armies. Hallelujah. Lord, take control of our lives. Take control of our lives. Take control of our lives. It's you and God now. It's you and the Lord. You're the earth the devil wants to control. The devil wants to control your life, brother and sister. It's that earthen vessel you own, you possess. Satan wants to control it. He wants to be the governor of your life. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
