Sermon Summary
In this sermon, the preacher talks about how many people are spending their money on things that do not satisfy their spiritual hunger. He emphasizes that God is gathering his scattered sheep back into the fold and raising up pastors, overseers, elders, and shepherds to lead them. The preacher then references a verse from the Book of Isaiah, where it is prophesied that in the future, seven women will seek one man for protection and provision. He predicts that many people will forsake traditional churches and TV ministries and begin seeking a place of safety and rest. The preacher also mentions the importance of unity in the body of Christ and believes that there will be a time of great manifestation of the ministry of Jesus Christ through the church before his return.
Sermon Transcription
Now, I would really like to change the direction of this revival. I'd like to go towards Tarsus, but I must keep going towards Nineveh. Now, it would be easy to go towards Tarsus, because that word means the route of least resistance. But lest I wind up in the belly of the whale, we're going to keep going the direction we're going. Now, you know, we're living in a time in the church, and even in the world, of a great transition period. And when the time of change, the winds of change are blowing, some of it's good, and some of it's bad. Even the wind of bad change is taking place. And there's a scripture in Proverbs that says, Don't fool around with those that's given the change. Which that's speaking in a negative sense. The change for the bad. And I don't know why it is, but a lot of God's people are horrified at the word change. And they use the scripture in Malachi 3 and 6 where it says, I'm the Lord and I change not. But see, the problem is, God don't need any changing. There's nothing wrong with Him. Amen? We're the ones that got all messed up in the fall. You're right, God is not changing. He never changes. But there is a change going on in the church tonight. You might as well get ready. And get willing to change. Amen? Now, all of the promises. You look in Matthew 16 and 13, which is one of the greatest prophecies of promises. I guess both. Where Jesus said that He was going to build a church. You know, where He said, who do men say that I am? They said, some say you're John the Baptist, some Elijah, and some Jeremiah. You know, then He looked at His disciples and said, who do you say that I am? And Peter said, thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. And He said, Peter, flesh and blood didn't give this to you, show this to you, but my Father which is in heaven. And I say also unto you that thou, Peter, and upon this rock, I'm going to build my church. And the gates of hell is not going to overcome the church. And then He gave some great promises to that church. He said, I'm going to give you the keys to the kingdom. What you bind on earth will be bound in heaven. What you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. And then if you'll, I don't know if you've ever seen this or not, but in chapter 18, He picks the story back up again. And He says to the church, talking directly in the same language. He says to the church, you know, He says, I'm going to give you the keys to the kingdom of heaven. What you bind on earth will be bound in heaven. Then He said to the church a great promise. He said, two of you shall agree as touching anything, it'll be done of my Father. Amen. And then He said, where two or three of you will gather together in my name, I'll show up. I'll be there. Amen. But all of God's promises, as far as the church is concerned, is given to the overcomer. Now, I want you to just flip real quick with me to the book of Revelation. I just want to, I want to point this out because we're going somewhere tonight. In the book of Revelation, and let's look at chapter number two and verse number seven. To him that overcometh, this is to the church at Ephesus. To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God. Verse number 11. To another church, he that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death. Verse 17. To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone. And in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth since he that receiveth. Verse number 26. And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works in the end, to him will I give power over the nations, and he shall rule them with a rod of iron. As the vessels of a potter shall be broken to shivers, even as I have received of my Father, and I will give him the morning star. Chapter three, verse five. He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment. And I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels. Verse number 12. He that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God. He shall go no more out, and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is New Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from God. And I will write upon him my new name. Verse number 21. To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame and am set down with my Father in his throne. All of God's future promises are to the overcomer. Now, the rankest sinner walking the streets of this county and this city tonight is enjoying the blessings of the Lord. Because the Bible said he sends his rain on the just and the unjust. The Bible said that he causes his sun to shine or to rise on the good and the bad. Is that true? But there's a little difference, though, folks, in the promises as God, as I just mentioned, than there is the promises of future blessings of the Lord. They are all made to the overcomer. You've got to be a part of that overcoming crowd. If you're going to sit down with him, if you're going to have a new name, you've been heard all your life about ruling and reigning with him, but who's going to rule and reign with him? The overcomers. How many believe there's going to be some overcomers? How many wants to be an overcomer? Now, you'll either be an overcomer or be overcome. You've got to be in one of them. Amen? And that's what we've been talking about this week. Being overcomers. Getting victory over yourself. Getting victory over your flesh. Amen? If you don't, he'll overcome you. Amen? If you don't overcome your flesh by the power of the Spirit and overcome the desires of your body, it will overcome you. Now, whether you overcome or not, and I'll prove this by the Scripture, is inseparably tied to the overseer. That's why I got on the overseer first. Now, it looked like I was going to preach this whole revival to the overseer. I want you to turn with me now to the book of Joel. Chapter 1 and verse number 18. Just going to break right in here, right in the middle of the... Well, he is changing a little bit here because he starts talking about another subject, but it's, you know... Verse 18, How do the beasts groan? The herds of cattle are perplexed because they have no pasture. Yea, the flocks of sheep are made desolate. O Lord, to Thee will I cry, for the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness, and the flame hath burned all the trees of the field. The beasts of the field cry also unto Thee, for the rivers of the waters are dried up, and the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness. Chapter 2, verse 22. We've moved out of the destruction, the devouring end of it, over into the restoration. Verse 22, Be not afraid, you beasts of the field, for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree-bath of fruit, the fig tree, and the vine do yield their strength. Now, we've got a situation here in this church that we're running into all over the country. You do not have a unique situation in the Stone Mountain Church of God. Here's what we've got here. We've got one pastor. P-A-S-T-O-R. We've got one flock. That's pretty good so far, isn't it? One pastor and one flock. You say, well, ain't no problem there. Yeah, we've still got a problem. The problem is we've got two pastors. P-A-S-T-U-R-E. One pastor, one flock, and two pastors. So that creates a problem. Now, the problem is the flock's divided. Now, here's how they're divided. There's a few of the flock would like to change pastors. P-A-S-T-O-R. And stay in the P-A-S-T-U-R-E they're in. Hallelujah. But the Lord and the rest of the flock wants to keep the same P-A-S-T-O-R and get out of the P-A-S-T-U-R they're in and get in another one. Now, we've got a problem. All over this country, I know a church not too far from here, it just happens to be a church of God. They've got the same situation we've got here. The only problem is they have had five pastors in six years. That means they don't hold one very long. My uncle said to me, who's a big shot in that church, he said, I just don't understand why we can't keep a pastor. I said, has it ever occurred to you and to you folks that it may not be the pastor? It could be you folks. Well, I've given it a little thought. I said, I believe if I was in a church that in six years I'd done had five different pastors, I believe I'd quit looking at that. I'd start seeing ain't there a problem somewhere else. Amen? But see, here's where the problem's at. God's calling the church to get out of the flesh and get in the spirit. To get out of law and get into grace. To get out of works and get in faith. Hallelujah. To get out of the man-made and get into the God-made. Hallelujah. Now, in this book of Joel, I use the term, and Joel used this term, pastor, P-A-S-T-U-R-E. He only used it four times. I just want to tell you what it means. It means a home, a habitation, a pleasant place, a residence, a shepherd's hut, the lair of animals, the temple, the tabernacle, the dwelling, the tent, and a lodging. The word P-A-S-T-U-R-E means all of those words. A place to lodge, a place to dwell. Now, in this same passage of Scripture that Joel used, the word pastor, here's what you get for the purpose of a pastor. Now, pastor is just the act of feeding. The pastor is the place of feeding. But that word there, the purpose of it given in the Hebrew says, a pastor is a place to lie down. I'm going to remember reading Psalms 23 where David said, the Lord is my shepherd. He's making me to lie down in green pastures. Okay, now this is going to blow your mind. It means a place to lie down. Number one, you lie down, lay down to rest. The pastor that God would lead us into and the pastor that He's trying to lead the church into is a place to rest. Hallelujah. It's a place of rest. Aren't you tired of laboring in the flesh? Wouldn't you like to get into a place of rest where you cease from your labors and enter into His rest? Amen. So the pastor that God seeks to take His people in is a place of rest. The one that we've been in in the last few years is producing burnt out preachers, burnt out church folks. Say amen. It has not been a pasture of rest. It's not been a pasture to lay down and rest. And God is calling the church and saying, if you will follow the shepherd, I will lead you into a pasture of rest. Hallelujah. Thou remain the rest to the people of God. Oh, some more meanings it means. It means to lie down for sexual connection. Now, let me ask you folks something. Well, let me explain that first. It means that the pasture that God has ordained for His flock to live in is a place where the sheep, the male sheep and the female sheep can mate and produce offspring. Now, let me ask you folks up here at Stone Mountain. How many offspring have you all produced since this church has been here? Well, it's because we got the wrong pastor. The pastor is not the flock. He don't produce the sheep, the offspring. The pastor is where the sheep lie down for sexual connection and produce offspring. Isn't that something? Now, God's going to take the Stone Mountain church where they can start producing some offspring. That means birth and some young ones. Wouldn't you all like to see some birth ones around here? Wouldn't you all like to see some folks get born again in the church again? I know churches have been for years and haven't had a soul saved. You know why? They ain't got the wrong pastor. They're in the wrong pasture. How long has it been since you heard of a revival where the altars get filled with repentant sinners? I'm not talking about kids getting recapped again, got saved in the last revival. I'm talking about cold-blooded, rank-hard sinners getting saved and born again into the kingdom of God and get out of the altar and get up and start walking right. It's a rarity now. I said it's a rarity now. But brother, God has got a hold of the church. Amen. Where she follows is yet to be seen. To take that church into a pastor, praise God, where there can be some sexual connection made between sheep to sheep and produce some offspring and some little ones and nourish them and bring them forth into the kingdom of God. How many would like to go into that kind of pasture? Huh? Is that what y'all looking for? Okay, it's to lie down in peace, even in decease. It's the place where the old are supposed to be able to lie down in peace and even die, but die in peace. It's the place where the sheep, for reasons whatever, come in heavy burdened with burdens on their shoulders. The pasture that God would have His people to be in tonight, His flock in, is where you can come in with a load and a burden on your shoulder and leave it there. Don't take it home with you. Leave it there. Amen. It's the place to unload your burdens. It's the place to unload your heavy loads. Jesus said, come and learn of me. My yoke is easy and my burdens are light. Hallelujah. It's the place, praise God, where you're to be able to get the right direction for your life. The word here used in Hebrew means to start out right early in the morning. It's like starting your day right. It's directing your life right. It's like coming into a pasture where you're led by the Spirit. Ain't that what we've been dealing with? Ain't that what we've been dealing with? Getting back to the place where you don't get up every morning and do your thing. You get up every morning and say, Lord, what would you have me to do today? Which direction do you want me to go? Amen. Not get up and do your thing and go your direction, but start out right. Hallelujah. Start out the way that God wants you to start out and your day will turn out right. If you'll start it right, it'll end right. But if you start it wrong, it's going to end wrong. And God is trying to take, He's already took this pastor and let him see the pastor that this church, that He wants this church to graze in. I'm not through, buddy. I've got some things to say tonight. I'm going to show you some things that you've never seen in God's Word. Now, I don't know when this happened. I'm only 23 years old in God. Now, the word pastor, P-A-S-T-U-R-E, can also mean a wall. It can also mean a sheep coat. It can also mean a sheep fold. You get it? It can also mean a shield. It can also mean a hedge. We was in Dallas. Brother G.W. was out there with us back last February. Mr. Wilkinson came out with a message. You might have heard it. On the wall, the walls are down. I just heard Mr. Wilkinson's message. Oh, the wall is down. I began to do, I was preaching along that line too. I began to do a survey in the Word of God concerning the wall. Here's what I found. I found and I preached this a lot in the 13th chapter of the book of Ezekiel. I preached this a lot where the foolish prophets do not prepare the people. They do not stand in the gap and make up the hedge. For the people stand in the battle in the day of the Lord. But what you, okay, that word hedge and the word wall and the word shield and the word pastor and the word sheep coat and the word sheep fold are synonymous terms. Now, in the 13th chapter of the book of Ezekiel, they were building Mark. They had built a wall. Read it from verse 5 on down. The foolish prophets followed their own spirit. Something had happened to the prophets. They had quit following the Holy Spirit, was following their own spirit. They were building a wall. Not only were the men building the wall, the women were backing up the wall with prophecy. You listen to me. But the problem with this building that they were building was not a wall of protection. It was not a sheep fold. It was not a, it was a pastor, but it was, it was not a pastor or sheep fold or sheep coat or shield or hedge to protect the people from the beast of the field. To protect the flock from the beast of the field. It was two things. Number one, it was a wall to separate. And number two, it was a wall for a boundary to keep the sheep from going too far. Hello? But God never builds a wall. God never builds a pastor. God never builds a sheep fold. God never builds a sheep coat. God never puts a hedge around. God never puts a shield around to separate His sheep. He never puts these things around to, to, to keep the sheep from going just so far. It's always the wall that God builds, the sheep fold that God builds, the pastor that God builds is for protection. It's to protect the sheep. Amen. A land where the beast of the wild cannot come in and devour the sheep. Now somewhere, somewhere back in the history of the church, here's what happened. The leaders quit being led by the Spirit. They didn't quit building a wall, but they started building walls of separation. Not only that, they went through the Bible, picked out Scriptures, wrote them down, and said, This is as far as you can go. Any revelation beyond this is heresy. And they corralled the sheep and said, Don't go beyond this, pastor. You see that, Phoenix? As far as you can go. It don't matter how green the grass is, as far as you can go. And men built pastors, not to protect, not a wall marked to shield God's people, because all you've got to do to have to agree with me is look how the devil has run rampant through our churches. Look at our offspring. There's no other church on this earth with any more things going on in it that shouldn't be going in than the Pentecostal group of people. Our kids is going astray, just like the world's kids. Hello? We've been open target to the enemy. You know why? Because the wall that was built by men to separate and to put a boundary around God's people will not keep the beast out. It takes a wall built by God, a shield. It's like the pastor prophesied last night. God's wall is a wall of fire that the beast can't come through. If they try, they'll get burned and be devoured. Hallelujah. We're in a day that God, whether you do or not, this is a very precarious situation you're in here, which means dangerous and yet to be seen what you're going to do. But I'm here to tell you what God's doing. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. First of all, He's waking up a few overseers. Amen? That word overseer in Acts 20 that I preached from one night, an elder and shepherd are the same meaning there. The shepherd, the overseer and the elder has got the same meaning. So He's waking up a few overseers. Amen? With a scope to see that the beast is out there and they're on the way coming. It could even be the mark of the beast. To devour. Amen? But you know what they've seen? They've seen a sheep coat, a sheep fold, a fence, an enclosure, a hiding place, a secret place. Amen? And they're trying to get the sheep in. I said they're trying to get the sheep in. Come out of that man-made pasture. God's got a pasture for you where you can lay down in safety. Lay down in rest. Lay down. Hallelujah. How many wants to go to the pasture where in the enclosure, that wall of fire, there's safety and protection from all the beasts of the wild? Somewhere back somewhere, somebody replaced the wall of fire with the whitewashed walls of Ezekiel 13. And the walls are not keeping the beast, the devouring beast, off of the flock. Brother, I preached in every kind of Pentecostal church. I preached in the United Methodist Church. I preached in the Missionary Baptist Church. I preached in the Free Will Baptist Church in the Carolinas. And my next, probably my next time I'll preach, because this sickness has just come up in our family, will be in a Southern Baptist Church down in Mississippi. And there's not a dime's worth of difference when it comes to how the devil is walking in, devouring the sheep, devouring our offspring, devouring the flock. Is that true? Is that true? You know why? Because the wall, Mr. Wilkins said the wall's been torn down. And what he was saying is true. The wall has been torn down, but really the correct meaning of the wall of fire has been replaced with a wall of separation and a boundary line. We're breaking out. I said we're breaking out of those walls. Hallelujah. I said we're breaking out of those walls. Praise God. Getting back to the leadership of the Spirit. Why? Because He's going to lead us beside not troubled waters, still waters. Hallelujah. He's going to lead us and restore our soul. Amen. Somebody say amen. He's going to lead us where we can produce offspring. Ain't you folks tired of being barren? Ain't you tired of not producing? Of course, I said to myself and the Lord a few years ago, I don't want to produce no more like me. Wait until I get straightened out and then let me reproduce. Say amen. Ain't you ready to reproduce and have some spiritual offspring? Ain't you tired of being barren? Wouldn't you like to move into an enclosure that God built that you can lay down in safety and in peace and in rest and at the same time be producing offspring? What a pasture. What a pasture. What an enclosure. What a place. Now all the walls, the walls of separation are coming down. How many believe that tonight? They're already falling. I said they're already falling. I said they're already falling. Folks, it's jumping them walls. I said they're jumping them walls. Inside them walls, they're starving to death. They're jumping them walls. You're going to see thousands. Now you listen to me. You listen to me. The Lord told me in February, a year ago, that in three years, I saw thousands of people forsaken the TV type ministry and forsaken the churches. We know it. And they begin to walk through the land seeking. Hallelujah. I'm not talking about a bunch of wild-eyed fanatics. I'm not talking about a bunch of Revelation hounds. I'm talking about God's sheep. I'm talking about real lambs. I'm talking about sheep looking. I want a place of safety. I see the storm coming. I want a place of rest. I'm tired of walking the flesh. I want a place to reproduce. I'm tired of spending my money for that which is not right. Somebody say amen. Thousands go forsake. Hallelujah. And begin to look. Here's what God's doing. Here's what He said He would do. He said my sheep that was scattered, that was scattered by the leaders, He said what I'm going to do is gather them back in and put P-A-S-T-O-R's over them. I'm going to raise up pastors. I'm going to raise up overseers. I'm going to raise up elders. I'm going to raise up shepherds. My sheep's coming back into the fold. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. They're going to be safe again. And they're going to reproduce again. Can you say amen? That's where we are. Now, I want you to turn with me to the fourth chapter of the book of Isaiah. Fourth chapter of the book of Isaiah. One verse. In that day, seven women shall take hold of one man saying, we will eat our own bread, our own apparel, only let us be called by thy name to take away our reproach. I won't take time. One night I wished the Lord, well, I probably won't get to though, preach on the rest of that chapter. Because oh, there was some revelation right there in that chapter. But here is the day in that day, verse two. He's focused in on a day. He's talking about the day of the Lord. When God begins to cleanse Zion and wash Zion, get the daughters of Zion with the spirit of burning and of judgment. It's the day that God begins to purge the church. It's the day that God begins to clean up the church. It's the day when God begins to take the church from the man-made enclosures into the passion that God has made. Now, here's what happens in that day to those that don't follow on. Now, you notice here, these women are already under reproach. Why are they under reproach? What was reproach in the Old Testament? What brought the reproach on a woman in the Old Testament? Why was Hannah praying before God so desperately until Eli thought she was drunk? Why was she praying so hard, Mark? She was barren. She could not reproduce offspring. Okay? Now, here the Bible said, in that day, these women are barren. There's reproach on them. They're going to run and say, you won't have to keep us up. We'll buy our own clothes, furnish our own groceries, make our own way. Just take away our reproach. We are barren. Now, I want you to turn with me to Zechariah, chapter 8. The devil hates what I'm saying. Let's look at Zechariah 8 and 1. And the Word of the Lord of Hosts came to me, saying, Thus saith the Lord of Hosts, I was jealous for Zion with great jealousy. I was jealous for her with great fury. Thus saith the Lord, I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem. And Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth, and the mountain of the Lord of Hosts. The holy mountain, saith the Lord of Hosts. Let your hands be strong, you that hear in these days these words by the mouth of the prophets, which were in the day that the foundation of the house of the Lord of Hosts was laid, that the temple might be built. You remember I told you that the word P-A-S-T-U-R-E in the book of Joel is the same word for temple. Here's God come back to Zion. Here's the prophets going through the land, saying, God's returning us back to the foundation. In the days when these prophets go through the land, returning us back to the foundation, there's going to be a people. He said, in these days, when you hear the words of the prophets, as the foundation of the pastor begins to be laid. What's going to happen after it's built? After God gets the pastor, and the P-A-S-T-U-R-E, and the flock, and gets them back into the pastor that God wants them to. Look at verse 23. Thus saith the Lord of Hosts, in those days it shall come to pass, ten men. Back over here it was seven women taking hold of a man. Here it is, ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations. That word nations can mean denominations. Even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, where do you go to church? Where did you say you go to church? How long's it been? Since you had somebody grab you by the skirt. Say, where did you say you go to church? I've heard that God's over there. That's all they ask. That's all they say they've heard. They ain't heard where you got a Christian school. They ain't heard what your building looks like. You know what they heard? You know why they grabbed your skirt? Ten of them. Rings your telephone number and says, hey, where do you go to church? All we've heard about you is, is where you go to church, God's there. Amen. Amen. Wouldn't that be something if everybody tomorrow night got ten telephone calls in the Stone Mountain Church of God and said, I hear God is in y'all's church. Will you tell me how to get there? And some of them's going to say, I don't have no way. Will you come by and get me? I want to go to church where you go to church. Wouldn't that be something? Hey, it's going to happen, brothers and sisters, when the pastor gets back and the Lord restores Zion and puts the pastor back where people can come in and unload their burdens, where the people can come in and find rest for their souls. Brother, when God restores this thing, you ain't going to have to sell secondhand bicycles to get folks to come to Sunday school. You ain't going to have to put on some kind of drive. There's a cry in the heart across this nation. We are looking for God. We are searching for reality. We are tired of religion. We are tired of the flesh. We are tired of junk. We are tired of man. We are looking for God. Hallelujah. Where do y'all go to church? I want to go to church with you. Hallelujah. Amen. You say, he's talking about Jews. Well, who do you think Jews are? They over yonder? Uh-uh. Them's Ishmaelites. I'll prove they are. That's Jerusalem, which is in bondage with her children. Jews. See, the promise was not made to Abraham and his seeds, plural. The promise was made to Abraham and his seed, singular. The seed in Galatians is Christ. Hallelujah. Well, who are Jews? The offspring of Christ. The promise that counted was made with Christ. If you're born of him, hallelujah, of his seed, that makes you a Jew. That makes you a Jew. A spiritual Jew. Hallelujah. That God one day will bless you. If you'll go on to knowing the people will want to go to church where you go to church. It's been a long time. Since I had anybody tell me I'd like to be like you. I've had a few say, I don't want nothing you got. But isn't it strange? I guarantee if I asked you folks tonight, how many of you would like to be like Jesus? Now, one of you, raise your hand. There's something about him that makes you want to be like him. Is that right? Well, see, that's the way we're supposed to be. There's supposed to be something about us that makes folks want to be like we be. We are, amen? How many of these folks out there is looking for peace? How many of these ain't looking for rest? How many of these ain't looking for a place to lay down, hallelujah, to unload their heavy burns and find a church that can minister to their problems? You know what God's going to do with this church? He's going to raise it up, amen, and send folks down here with problems galore. Hallelujah. It's like, please God, don't send them now. That's true. Amen. But he's going to send them down here with problems. But see, if you'll follow the P-A-S-T-O-R that God's placed here and going into the P-A-S-T-U-R that God's got provided for you and getting that wall of fire in that enclosure where there's peace and green pastures, amen, and reproduction, amen, you can take the vilest of sinners and I don't care how crippled a man is, I don't care what a sheep looks like, if he comes in that place, he can find what he's looking for. But see, they're not finding it in our man-made enclosures. Why? Well, that's why they're made by man. They operate in the flesh. Oh, they can find a warm, friendly welcome in a few places. These folks are looking for more than just a warm, friendly welcome. They're looking for a place to unload their heavy load. Say amen! They're looking for a place to get that thing off their shoulder, that monkey that's on their back. Hallelujah! How are they going to do it? If this church will follow what God's trying to do for it, brother, there'll be a time that there'll be hundreds walk through those doors and possibly thousands with a monkey on their back. You reach up and grab that monkey, bless God, and cut a hole in his tongue, stick his tail through his tongue, and tie a knot in it and hang him on the clothesline. Can you say amen? See? Hey! This is a matter of whether you survive or overcome or not. Your survival's at stake. Whether you overcome or overcome's at stake. Mm-hmm! How many believe you're a sheep tonight? How many would like to pasture in a safe-hole? How many would like to go to pasture where you can reproduce? Say amen! Oh, they're going to be folks running together, all kind of comings together. There's a cry in this land now for unity. That's not the cry of the Lord. The cry of the unity that's in this land now is not a cry from God. It's a man-made unity. It's what everybody does, just like these seven women does. You get in and you don't have to change your clothes. You can wear your own clothes. Is that true? I mean, if you're a Baptist, just come on, keep preaching eternal security. That's all right. Just listen. Let's get together. If you're a Catholic, that's all right. You can still say the Rosary, pray to the Queen of Heaven. Just come on, let's get together. That'll be all right. Amen. Just come on. We want unity. Seven women's going to take hold. To one man, one head. Come together. Stay Catholic, stay Protestant, stay Mormon, stay Jehovah's Witness. Teach your own doctrine. Do your own thing. Just come together. Hey, brother and sister, let me tell you something. The church ain't this dumb. They know we're barren. They know we're losing this generation. They know the American public's slipping through our hands like a slimy eel. They know our children's slipping through our hands. They know drugs and alcohol is the order of the day. They know perversion's taking this land over. They know age is in the land. They can't do nothing about it. The church knows it. Even that false church knows it. They know it. So what they're going to do? Come together. They know we're barren. They know we've lost the salt. They know we're not getting the job done. So they know they're barren. They're going to come together and cry unity. There's fixed to be in the City of New Orleans in the month, this coming year, in October. They're going to start out with 15,000 preachers of every religion in America to meet. They're going to shoot for a goal. Charles is going to be one of the speakers. Wim is going to be one of the speakers. And the Catholic priest is going to be a true Catholic priest. He's going to be speaking to cry. He's going to be for unity. They're going to shoot in two years for a goal. The Superdome will hold 90,000. They're going to shoot for 100,000 in two years. Preachers and folks from every denomination, every religion, to come to the Superdome. And the cry is going to be unity. After they come together, if they can get that many, you know what they're going to do? They're going to have a Christian Mardi Gras through the streets of New Orleans. The most repulsive, the most demon-possessed, the most perverted parade that's ever been. But the church is going to mock that parade. And they're going to talk signs of, we are one, we are one. This proves that we love one another. And we are the disciples of the Lord because we are together. But Jesus never did say that. He said, Father, make them one as we are one. What is oneness with the Lord is walking in total union with Christ. Acknowledging Him. Doing nothing but what you see Him do. Going nowhere but where He goes. And that's the full film of seven women taking hold of one man. It's beginning to happen everywhere. A cry for unity. But brother, the cry of the Spirit is, get out of the flesh. Hallelujah. Glory to God. Begin to be led by my Spirit. I'll follow you. Amen. While that unity's coming forth, there's a unity being brought forth by the Holy Spirit. It's not men getting together. Hey brother, when God brings Zion back together, you know what we're going to do? The watchman's going to see. It ain't just coincidental that I haven't talked to this preacher for months or weeks. And I come right in here preaching the very Scriptures he's reading to you. Jim Hyde didn't call me and say, hey brother, let's get together now. Here's the Scriptures the Lord's dealing with me. What's He dealing with you? Let's make sure they jive. Not in your life. The same Holy Ghost in Stone Mountain as in Mississippi and North Carolina. Hey, but where I go. Hallelujah. Here's how you're going to tell when the Lord's restoring Zion and the men that God's using, they're going to start seeing the same thing. Thank God I can't wait. I said I can't wait until the watchman begin to see. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Say man, say man. I mean, it's ready. Praise God. For the Lord starts speaking to Mark. The same thing He speaks to Jim. And starts speaking to GW. The same thing He speaks to me. And starts speaking to you women. The same thing He's speaking to the pastor's wife. That'll be the unity of the Spirit. Hallelujah. Brother, God's people, if they're truly God's people, they're going to quit worshiping the Queen of Heaven. Amen. They're going to start worshiping the King of Heaven. Amen. Ten women. Ten men. Taking hold of the skirt of a Jew. Now that messes some of you folks up that a man's got on a skirt. I hope God don't ever tell me to wear one. Because I don't believe nobody will take hold of mine. Say man. So see, we got a problem here. We got one pastor. One flock. And two pastors. And it's everywhere. It's everywhere. Everywhere. Happening everywhere. Praise God. I've made the Lord my shepherd. And David said, I ain't gonna want. I shall not want. That don't mean he's going to let me splurge on the desires of my flesh. Brother, when you get right with God, you'll desire the right things. Say man, the right amount of things too. Somebody say man. And that shepherd begins to lead me beside the steel, the cool, into the paths of righteousness for His name's sake. What does he mean by that? It means so His name will be glorified. So His name will get the glory. Flesh is coming down. Amen. Joel saw the pastors. The herds of cattle groaning. For the pastors did not produce the things that would feed the flock. But praise God, he didn't close this prophecy out until he prophesied. And so don't fear beast of the field. Talking about the flock. The pastors are going to produce again. They're going to come again. There'll be grass, green grass in the pastures again. The Lord will restore that pasture that He had in the beginning. And my sheep's going to get back in that enclosure. And they're going to find rest for their souls. Amen. It's ready for God to lead you into something higher, something greater. Glory to God. Hallelujah. We need a wall of protection tonight, brother and sister. Can't you see the things coming on the world? Well, did you know since we've been in this revival, my wife's first cousin in Thomaston, two days ago, we didn't, might have should have went, but we didn't. Five-year-old grandson, just as perfect a child as you would want. Two days ago, took sick and rushed to the hospital. And they buried him today. You know why? There's an outbreak of meningitis in Georgia. It had been off the scene for years. Y'all listening? Five-years-old, perfectly healthy child. And an outbreak of meningitis is breaking loose back in the state of Georgia. Well, what you going to do about it? Get afraid? No, I found a hiding place. That no plague's going to come down my dwelling. Hallelujah. You better get your kids in there, folks. You better come on in now. God's calling you. He's got a leader before you trying to lead you into a place of safety where the powers of darkness can't touch you or your family. Hey, you're gambling with something more serious than you realize. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Praise God. Safe. Secure. Preserved. At rest. Entered into rest. Reproducing again. My God, how can anybody shake their head at that? How can anybody keep holding on to a system that's losing a whole generation? How can anybody keep holding on to that which is not getting the job done? How can any sheep want to stay in a pasture that's done dried up? Why would anybody want to stay into that that does not produce offspring? No birth going on. How can anybody want to do that? Not me. I see a better place, brother and sister. How many bleeds? Glory to God. How many bleeds in the Lord? There's deeper depths. Higher heights. Hallelujah. There's a sword in God that there's no limit. Praise God to how high you can soar. There's no limit in God. See, man's enclosure puts a limit on where you can go, but in God there's no limit. You can soar like an eagle. Hallelujah. Glory to God. Can you say amen? There's no limit in God. I believe before Jesus returns, there'll be at least three and a half years on this earth of the manifestation of the complete ministry of Jesus Christ through the body of Christ. I believe that with all my heart, brother Jim. I believe there'll be at least three and a half years of the ministry of Jesus Christ begin to flow through the church. Amen. How? Why do you believe that? Because he was cut off. Amen. After three and a half years of ministry. Amen. And I believe there's a church in the last day will fulfill that ministry. A seed that's going to declare his generation. Praise God. A seed walking this earth with the peace of Jesus. The love of Jesus. The power of Jesus. The compassion of Jesus. The peace of Jesus. And all that Jesus was. I believe it with all my heart. Glory to God. Not run around running from the devil. Begging the devil. Saying, turn him loose, Satan. Let loose of him, devil. Can you say, man? Menacing to the heavy burden. Menacing to those that's in trouble. Menacing to the hurting. It's a fact today we're not menacing to the hurting. But Jesus when he was moved, Mark, by the hurting, the pain. Pain directed him to the well of Samaria. Pain directed him to the country of the Gadarenes. Pain directed him. Not money. Not crowds. Not big. Not prime property. But hurting people. Once again, God's taken his pastors and his flock that will go into a pasture where the shepherd becomes the shepherd again. Praise God. Amen. And in that sheepfold, tomorrow night, the Lord helping me, I want you to pray for me. I'm going to preach on the house of prayer. It's a revelation God has showed me. Something that the Lord has showed me in the four chapters of Isaiah. On the house of prayer. Oh, where we are today, church. We're in a critical time. We're in a critical time. Ain't you ready to go? Ain't you ready? Let's go and let's move. Let's get productive. Let's get out of the flesh and get in the spirit. Get up on these laws. Praise God. And get under grace. Get out from under all this mess. The government of the flesh and the government of the letter. And get into the spirit of God. And let the spirit of God put a wall around us that the powers of darkness can't touch us. Ain't you ready? Ain't you ready? Are you ready? Are you ready? Then let's go. Let's go. Bow your head with me, please. Lord, Holy Spirit. I followed you tonight. In the face of a principality, I still followed you. Lord, you're building a wall around your people again, but it's a wall of fire. It's not built by the whitewash of men. Propped up by the prophecies of women. But, Lord, it's a wall of fire that the powers of darkness can't get through. Oh, God, tonight, AIDS can't come through that wall of fire. Meningitis can't come through that wall of fire. Demons can't come through that wall of fire. Sickness and disease can't come through that wall of fire. Oh, God. God, if we can get our children inside that wall of fire, they'll be saved. And that's your pasture. That's your enclosure. That's the fence you're putting up. That's the sheepfold that you're putting up. That's the shepherd's hut that you're building. That's the residence that you're putting together. That's the structure, Lord, that you're bringing together. Where the heavy burden can come and be delivered for that load they're carrying. Where the broken homes can be mended back. Broken hearts can be welded back. Broken lives. Burnouts. Wrecks. Wretches. Tramps. Harlots. Drug heads. No bodies. Societies reject. And let hell and high water come. We're safe. We're safe. Let the devil rage. Let the devil howl. Let him do what he pleases. Inside that wall of fire, nothing can come but the redeemed. Can you raise your hands out there and say, Lord, take me there. Can you raise your hand and say, Lord, take me there. Take us there, Lord, tonight. Take us there, Lord, tonight. Lord, we don't know. This is a secret place. This is a place the vulture's eyes never seen. This is a place that the vulture's eyes never seen. It's a place where you hide your people, Lord. And the devil can't find them. Disease can't find them. The enemy can't find them. It's a place, Lord, that nobody has the key to but you. Take us there tonight, Lord. You know, people are so afraid today they're going to get in something and get deceived. Hey, folks, the church has already been deceived. If you've fallen flesh, you've been deceived. So afraid we'll eat some bread that's got poison in it. We don't eat bread that's got poison in it. What God's doing now is purifying the bread. Somebody's put some poison gourds in the stew pot. But God's throwing some meal back in it now and getting the poison out of the pot. We can eat again a bread that gives life.
