You know, I come here with a pretty serious message tonight. It's a message about where America's going, what's about to happen in this nation, how we can prepare for it. It's a prophetic message, not in the sense that we often hear the word prophetic used today. I'm pretty uncomfortable with the way prophetic has been used. I want to hear, the first thing I want to hear from a prophet is the word repent. If I don't hear that from a prophet, I say, well pal, you've got, you know, a quarter of an hour to impress me. If I'm not going to hear the word repent out of your mouth, I'm going to dismiss everything you say. In fact, I'll send you down and I'll, you know, I'm looking to be impressed by things that are going to make an impact on this culture, because this culture is desperate for a word from the Lord. This culture is desperate for a true word from a true prophet, not this prophetic candy floss that we've been thrown around in this nation. In fact, what are prophets so-called get taught to do in this land? What do we teach them to do? Well, we teach them to prophesy sweet things, lovely things, and nice things, and then we'll give them a bunch of money. That's what we've taught all our prophets. If you come into church, you just blow into town and stay in the five-star hotel and we're going to pay you a whole lot of money. And as long as you prophesy beautiful things and tell the pastor what a wonderful person he is and prophesy great things over him, pastor, you're going to have a great ministry. You're going to get millions of dollars. You're going to go to the nations, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. As long as we do all of that, we'll be rewarded handsomely with great offerings and blow out of town. That's what the prophetic has become in America because we love to have it so. We love to have it so. We love to have our ears tickled. We love to come down the front in a line and the prophet goes down the line saying wonderful things about us. That's what we want. Why do we want that? Because on television, they tell us the things we want to hear and every politician tells us the things we want to hear. And almost every minister in the country, we're paying them good money to tickle our ears. And if they don't tickle our ears, and if the worship ain't good enough, and if everything's not just how we like it, well, there's a church down the road that will do those things. So we'll go there, won't we? For these things, America is about to be judged. For these attitudes, America is about to be judged. Why? Because it's become a stench in the nostrils of God. Not only that, but we in America have spread this attitude to every nation on the earth. Every nation on the earth. And so if I'm in New Zealand, is it possible to just get the treble turned up on this mic? Can I have that? Is anybody there? Yeah, just turn the treble up. Thank you. Sorry. I feel like I'm preaching out of a cave or something like that. Just for a second. Checking, checking. Okay. So here we are in the church. God is trying to restore profits to the church. He's using the word apostolic. We don't know what these things really are, but I tell you what, a whole bunch of people get little business cards made and they get the word apostle written on it. A whole lot of people start using the word apostolic. A whole lot of people start using the word prophetic and start banding it around as though telling it on a little card makes it so. It ain't so. I want to hear from any true person calling themselves truly apostolic. The first thing I want to hear is the gospel as it was preached by the apostles. If you haven't got an anointing and a message at that level, well, you can forget calling yourself an apostle. I don't care what network you have. I don't care how many guys will all get together and clap you on the back and say, wow, you're an apostle of God. I'm not interested in that. I want to see like we see with John Wesley or George Whitfield or any of these guys. I want to see a gospel that truly transforms people's lives as it's being preached. Start there apostles. If you haven't got that, you are no apostle. This is the beginning of apostleship. The gospel you preach. Do we hear this gospel in America? No, it's long gone. America used to be the home of the greatest revival preachers in the world. We don't have many more. You want to hear a powerful gospel? You got to go to the third world country now. You can't see it on TBN no more. TBN is too busy begging for your money. They have a gospel of greed, which they're spreading around the world. I was in Nigeria. I want you to go there again. What do you find in Nigeria? You find that they have totally imbibed the American gospel. Why? Because we beam it to them by satellite. We send all our big prosperity guys over to Nigeria. So here's these guys in a poor country with all these poverty stricken people and many of the pastors, the big pastors around town have thoroughly taken on board the whole American gospel and they're all driving around in BMWs and Mercedes while the poverty stricken widows and orphans are virtually starving to death. That's what TBN gospel and evangelism does. We pay good money to TBN. We say, TBN, go and spread the word where we can't go. Beam it in the airwaves. You know, let's buy another satellite. Well, this is where it's going and this is what it's doing. I wouldn't mind a nuke, send it up and show TBN satellite what I really think about it. Do you know why? Because every country in Africa is being destroyed. The church all over the earth is being ruined by what we do. Totally rigged. Why? Because it becomes a gospel of money instead of a gospel of the cross comes a gospel of money. What did Jesus say about money? He said, you cannot serve God and mammon. You will either hate the one or hate the other. You cannot serve God and mammon says Jesus. What do we try and do? We mix the two things together. We invent a new gospel, a gospel of Jesus married to a gospel of mammon and we think it's okay. Then we get on satellite television and beam it around the world. And that's what we've done. We've beamed it around the world so I can go to Nigeria now and I hear the very things that are broadcast on TBN are being preached to every church in Nigeria. They even call some of their churches success arena and things like that. So what are we supposed to do? Are we going to God for our own success? Is that what we're supposed to be doing? What happens to the cross of Jesus? Here's what Jesus says, take up, deny yourself, take up your cross and follow me. The prosperity preachers are over here saying, if you come with this gospel, God will make you rich. God will prosper you and bless you and you'll have a better car and a better house. So I've got Jesus over here saying, take up your cross. Why do you take up your cross? Take up your cross because you're going to die on it. That's why you take up your cross. The success preacher over here is saying, come to me, you will be more successful. Send in a hundred dollars. You'll get a thousand back. I want to say to you, those two gospels are the opposite of one another. I just spoke to you what Jesus says over here. The other guy over here is preaching something that not only is it unscriptural, it's the opposite of that. The exact opposite. We've got to make a decision because God is about to judge this nation. He's going to judge this nation because of what we broadcast to the earth. Because of what we broadcast. Can I have just a bit more? Yeah, just push it right up there. Thank you. Sorry. That's better. Yeah. Because of what we're broadcasting in the earth, God is about to send massive judgment on this land. We're going to get there in a second. I know this is unpopular stuff to say, but I have a practical point with it because we've got to prepare for what is about to happen in America. We have to prepare ourselves because I want to say it's coming and it cannot be stopped. It's coming and it cannot be stopped. No amount of praying will stop it. It's already too late. We have one hope and one hope only of revival in America. And that is to have revival in the midst of judgments. It is too late to stop the judgments coming. They're on the way. I want to preach something to you tonight so you can prepare yourselves because God is going to judge America because of everything that we are broadcasting around the earth. It is sick beyond words. And I'm not just talking about Christian television. I'm talking about every form of media that America puts out is utterly corrupting and destroying the planet. And until you go outside of America, you don't see it. If you're raised in New Zealand, you see it. If you visit Australia, you go over to Europe, go to Africa, go to some of the other places. You start to see, well, American influence is massive. It's not just the military. The military is a tiny influence. The military is affecting Iraq and places like that. That's not the influence I'm talking about. I'm talking about what we broadcast in the earth. Films, television, music, MTV, everything. We're going to go there in a minute. Turn with me please to Genesis chapter 18. Genesis chapter 18. Please remember that this is not just a theoretical thing that we're talking about. It's a very practical because we have to take action over this. Okay. Genesis chapter 18 verse 20. Now this chapter is about Sodom and Gomorrah. Why are we looking at Sodom and Gomorrah? We're talking about America. Most people, if you talk to most Christians in this country, they'll say, well, America is the most blessed country in the world. America, some of us have the attitude, America is virtually God's country. Now, I think that used to be the case. 50 years ago, what was America fighting? America was fighting against communism. When America made television programs, when I was growing up in the 1970s, we were watching American shows on television when I was growing up. The Waltons and Little House on the Prairie and Wonderful World of Disney and Zorro and very harmless kind of stuff for children. And even the adult, more adult programs, they weren't that terrible. When did the huge change come about? 1980s. This began to change with the invention of cable television. Suddenly the adult programs were really adult. Suddenly they had sick stuff, flooding the airwaves. They invented reality television. They reinvented these talk shows where people go on and they talk about how many boyfriends they've had and how they slept with one and slept with the other. And then they bring the boyfriends on the talk show and everybody watches the kind of sick interplay that's going on or has gone on. And they'll bring on a rapist who is, you know, any number of things. It doesn't matter. Any number of things start to flood the airwaves. The television shows and the advertisements and everything gets sicker and sicker and sicker. And they invent MTV. What are they doing with MTV trying to sell to 14-year-olds? Well, this is the way they sell to 14-year-olds. They put the most beautiful models they can find and they strip them of most of their clothes and they know that if they get them to dance around in front of a camera that they've at least got the attention of a whole lot of 14-year-old kids. And so that starts to go out in the 1980s and 1990s. And it gets to the point pretty soon where the major promoters of sexual perversion and fornication and adultery and everything else, the major promoters of those things turns out to be America. Then it starts even getting worse than that. It starts turning out that the greatest promoter of homosexuality in the earth is America. How do we promote homosexuality? Well, we stick it in all our TV shows or at least some of the comedies have homosexual, you know, guys involved and are they being mocked? No, they're basically being celebrated. We start making movies like Brokeback Mountain and giving it special awards and sending it all around the world. What are we doing? Well, we've become the propaganda arm for the homosexual movement in the earth. We've become the propaganda arm. Genesis 18. Of course, Sodom and Gomorrah, this is the exact sin that they were guilty of. Genesis 18 verse 20. And the Lord said, because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, because their sin is very grievous, I'll go down now and see whether they've done all together according to the cry of it, which has come up unto me. And if not, I will know. And the men turned their faces from there and went towards Sodom. But Abraham stood yet before the Lord. Okay, Sodom and Gomorrah are about to be destroyed. They have literally hours to live. They don't know it yet, but they have one friend in the earth who happens to be a friend of God. And they're very fortunate to have this one guy that God kind of likes. He's not in Sodom and Gomorrah. He's outside of it. And he's standing in front of God and God is on his way to utterly destroy these two cities, completely wipe them off the face of the earth. And Abraham stands yet before the Lord. And God is not going to run over and smash Abraham to pieces in order to get there. He's going to listen for a little bit to Abraham because Abraham is his friend. So Abraham says to God, God, if there's 50 righteous people in those cities, will you destroy them? Maybe if there's 40, what about 30? Abraham's starting to bargain with God. I've got a good friend who preached on this passage. He said, he said, the future of these, of these two cities is like little straws in the wind. They can be, it can be blown either way that they don't even know that out of the clear blue sky is going to come utter destruction any moment. So there they are with their one guy. They don't even know about, he's literally bargaining for their lives. He's a friend of God. The two angels have already departed. They're walking into that city to see whether it is as bad as they have heard. And if it is, everyone will die. What are they guilty of? Well, why does God have to judge sin like that? Because it spreads. If you leave Sodom and Gomorrah alone, before you know it, all of the cities round about will be filled with this homosexual endlessly invading stuff. You find that there is no empire or no city state and no nation in the whole history of the world that has survived long doing this stuff because they've all been destroyed. Every one of them has been utterly annihilated. God doesn't leave them standing. The Roman empire just before it fell was just a morally corrupt into every form of perversion just before the end. They bankrupted themselves by lusting after money, lusting after one another, committing every perversion and they fell to the next invader. Why? Because they deserve to fall. What is America into today? There is no perversion too low. No perversion too low. The internet is full of it. America produces the lion's share, probably 80 to 90% of all pornography in the earth, puts it all over the internet. The most sick things you can imagine. Child porn, that's just the start of it. Stuff that if you saw it even for a minute you'd start throwing up. It's all over the internet. The sickest things you can imagine. America produces most of this. It's a multi-billion dollar industry. How is Hollywood making most of its money out of sex and violence? How is MTV and that type of thing? Why is America the one that's looked to in all of these things? Because America can spend $200,000 making a music video. It's three minutes long. It's got the music going and it's got fantastic production on it. Fantastic production. It costs $200,000. Only America can spend that kind of money on a music video. There's no other nation in the world that comes close to that. New Zealand would spend $5,000 on a music video if that was common. So this is why everything America produces is exported around the world. If they produce a film, a $75 or $100 million film, the entire earth is watching it. They keep an entire track just to dub it into Mandarin. They dub it into the language of Egypt. They dub it into the language of Israel. They dub it into the language of whatever, Korean. So everybody is going to the same movies all around the world. 95% of them surely are American movies. Hardly any other movies make it. What happens when one nation produces virtually everything that is watched around the world? Well, God starts to take a special interest in that nation. He takes a special interest in what's being broadcast. Takes a special interest in what is being propagandized all over the world. What's propaganda? Well, you know, Goebbels was Hitler's propaganda guy. What was he able to do in Germany? He was able to persuade slowly and gradually the people of Germany that the Jews were behind all of their troubles. That they were an ugly race, that they were money-grubbing, that they deserved to die. But slowly over time, Goebbels, just through the use of films and radio, just through films and radio, was able to persuade an entire nation that the Jews deserve death. That's what propaganda is. Whose propaganda are we producing? We're producing the devil's propaganda and we are pushing it on every youth culture of the whole world. Every youth culture. If I go to Korea, what are they listening to? They're listening to American gangster rap. If I go to Japan, what are they listening to? When I was in Nigeria, I managed to catch a little bit of Nigeria television. It was an MTV type produced by Nigerians and what were they having on? What was on it? It was American gangster rap. What's American gangster rap about? It's filled with swear words. Usually they delete those when they're putting it on television, but they keep all the themes going all through it. It's about how many people you've killed lately. It's about how much gold you've stolen. It's about how many girls you've virtually raped. A lot of it's about all this. I can even begin to use some of the words that are just commonly used in every gangster rap type song. Not even gangster raps, just all through that culture. Is this the only culture that's doing it? No. The white people have their version of it. It's called death metal or whatever. We produce it. We market it to all the youth of the earth. All of the youth of the earth are being utterly corrupted. Why around the world and every nation that's exposed to this stuff is it getting lower and lower and lower where children are starting to have sex and starting to be interested in that kind of stuff and children are being born out of wedlock. Why is that happening? Well, because of the propaganda. We sell it to them in the best packaging we can find. We hire our brightest guys to come up with the scripts for our sitcoms, which are just usually laden with sexual innuendo. It's laden with it. We hire the best and brightest guys we can to make the sickest, and every year it gets worse, the sickest, sickest stuff. Sex in the city, we arrive for the straight guy, big brother, you name it. We dredge the bottom of the barrel. Guys that are able to get on television and spend half an hour dredging your pockets for money. These are the guys that are successful on TV. We all know that. The guys that can get you to pick up a phone and dial that 1-800 number with your credit card. The guys that have this going on. Oh, the Lord's given me the figure of, you know, $777.77, and I believe he's said to me that this is like a first fruits offering, and it's a special offering, and if you'll only dial now, God's telling me that there's a special blessing, and every debt is going to be paid. You know the guys I'm talking about. These are the guys we put on television and send them as our ambassadors via satellite all over the earth to show the pastors in South America and African all across Asia how to raise money for their church. And so you go to Africa, and you go to South America, and you find multi-million dollar edifices that have been built by these complete thieves and rogues and vagabonds all over the earth who are sick enough to be fleecing poor starving people of their money, and we invented this, and we send it out. We invented this. This is who we pay to be on television. Do you know that there's revivals going on in third world countries all over the earth, and at a certain point, once the revival is at a certain point, the prosperity guys will start flooding in and teaching them how to do this stuff. So God is sending revivals all over the world hundreds of millions are being saved. Then we're going in and ruining it all, ruining it all. Okay, so Abraham is begging for the lives of these people. He's standing before the Lord. He bargains with God down to ten, and he's basically saying, God, if there's ten righteous people in Sodom and Gomorrah, will you utterly destroy it? God says, okay, no, I won't. I won't destroy it for ten righteous people. Sadly, in their case, Genesis chapter 19 verse 12. We're not going to read the whole story. It's quite lengthy, but of course, Lot, Abraham's nephew is the only righteous man in the whole city. And down in Genesis 19 verse 12. These are the angels, the men that God sent in there. The men said unto Lot, have you here any besides your son-in-law, your sons, your daughters, and whatever you have in the city, bring them out of this place, for we will destroy this place, because the cry of them has waxed great before the face of the Lord, and the Lord has sent us to destroy it. Lot went out and spoke to his sons-in-law, and so on, said, up, get you out of this place, for the Lord will destroy this city. And he seemed as one that mocked unto his sons-in-law. Turns out that Lot and his daughters managed to get out. His wife came with him part of the way, but her heart was back there in Sodom and Gomorrah, and she looked back and was utterly destroyed, just like the cities were. So Abraham, I mean, sorry, Lot escapes, basically with the clothes on his back, his two daughters, and as he's watching from a distance, the fire of God rains down on Sodom and Gomorrah, and they are completely destroyed, because the cry of them had waxed great before the Lord our God, the cry of it. I want to put it to you that there has never been a nation in the earth that has put up such a cry as America, never been. As I said, it used to be fairly innocent stuff, and America used to stand for some pretty righteous ideals, and in fact, America was the one nation that effectively stood against communism and pushed it back. Atheistic communism was really defeated by America. America, until the 1970s, was doing a tremendous amount of good, far outweighing, I believe, the harm it was doing. But in the last 30 years, 30 to 40 years, really starting in the late 60s, America invented a drug culture that went around the world. Suddenly, kids were getting strung out on heroin, and every new drug that came along was being glorified in our music and in our films, and sex became sicker and sicker and more and more common on films and television, and all of this degradation crept in, but it more than crept in. It gets to the point now where the cry of it is so loud before God. So you think of what Babylon stands for. What does Revelation say about Babylon? It says she's made the earth drunk on her fornications. Well, what do we do with fornication in America now? We splash it up on the silver screen, 25 by 15 feet or whatever, and stick it in front of the youth of the whole earth. Fornication is just the common stuff that we spread all over the planet. Homosexuality, well, we have marches on the streets, flaunting it. Here in Genesis, Sodom and Gomorrah are utterly destroyed for these things. But you know what? They didn't spread it around the whole earth. Sodom and Gomorrah had no opportunity to do what we do. No opportunity. We're destroying the planet. What is currently entrained for America? What has God decided to do? If you listen to a guy like David Wilkerson, there's two kinds of prophetic in America. There's the lesser listened to guys like David Wilkerson, who's been saying for years, listen, there's a great depression coming to this land. God is going to punish America and make her repent. God is going to take away her money. God is going to take away the idol that makes America be able to produce all this junk. Guys like David Wilkerson have been saying this kind of stuff for years. About 14 months ago, it was brought to my attention about the housing crisis in the United States. And I immediately saw that this was the fulfillment of those prophecies. In fact, we have general prophecies going, I'm in publishing, I'm in internet publishing. So we've been publishing over the years, general prophecies that go back years and years. I remember publishing 10 years ago, that there is one day going to be a massive depression in America. Why? Because God cannot stand what's going on in this country. And it's a country that he has blessed more than any other nation. I could even put it to you that through long periods of time, God has blessed America more than he did Israel. There's times and periods of time where Israel was not blessed by God, usually for the same reasons that America is about to be judged. Israel was being judged by God. And God would send prophets to the land. And the prophets were ignored because the people love their pleasures more than they love God. They wouldn't listen to the prophets, just like Wilkerson and Leonard Ravenhill and guys like that. Keith Green in their day had been ignored saying these kinds of things. And it becomes clearer and clearer to me that this depression is about to begin. And I've been saying it now for about 14 months. It's not going to be a recession. It's going to be a depression. This is the last good Christmas. Enjoy it. This is the last good Christmas America is going to have for years. And even this one shows all the signs already of recession, but it's very mild as yet. The terrible thing about depressions is this. They take an age to go into and an age to get out of. It's like watching a slow motion train wreck. Slow motion train wreck. America has only had one other great depression. Way back in the 1930s, nobody is hardly alive who remembers it. There was little children being dressed in sacks, potato sacks. There was queues around the streets at the Salvation Army for a cup of soup. This is the reality of what a depression is like. It's not a recession. People don't just go through a business cycle, lose a bit of money, and recover again in one or two years. America is going to have stripped from it everything. Everything. Why? Because of what she's doing in the earth. That's why. You know how proud we are, us conservative Christians? You know how proud and patriotic we are, happily sending people to war on the other side of the earth, and we think as Christians, that's the right thing to do. Just because the liberals are against it, we think we've got to be for it. Well, do you know what that war is going to do? It's draining the treasury of America. It's costing about $2 billion a day, I believe. $2 billion a day. And we think, oh yeah, patriotism is the way Christians ought to be. We're conservatives, so we should, just because the liberals hate America, we better take the opposite viewpoint, and we're going to totally support the war, and we're going to totally support all of this stuff. A lot of patriotism is pride. Listen, a lot of patriotism is pride, and by the time God is through with the Christians of this nation, they will see it. If I get on my email list and write that down and send it out there, do you know how many people will unsubscribe instantly? Unsubscribe off my email list. Why? Because Americans will not put up with someone coming along and questioning patriotism and saying, is it possible that America is no longer spreading good in the earth, but has started to spread evil? Is that possible? Is it possible that our patriotism is the blindest, foolish patriotism in the world, because we still think we're so good and glorious and God's on our side, and in fact he's about to turn against us, and to do so with such severity, we won't know what hit us. Do you know America has never had God against her? In the whole history of this nation, God has brought great awakenings to this land every 50 years for 250 years. Did you know that? 250 years of great awakenings. No other nation I've ever seen, no other nation I've ever studied has ever had anything like that. Only America. America is the most blessed country in the world by far. The richest nation that has ever been. If I go back to Greece, if I go back to Rome, at the height of their glory, they do not compare with America. America's middle class is the richest middle class that has existed on the face of the earth. It's never been matched. And America is about to find out what happens when they use their influence to spread evil, terrible evil. What do kids get together on the internet and talk about in some of these chat rooms now? Did you know there's whole websites devoted to cutting yourself, getting depressed, listening to sick music, and cutting yourself, harming yourself. How far are you willing to go? Egging one another on, confirming one another in these demonic things. That's just one little part of it. Listen. America's sick. America's a sick country. And the saddest thing is that unlike most other countries, we spread our sickness everywhere. I can go behind what used to be the Iron Curtain and I can walk down the street and hear American music blaring out of just about every apartment. They listen to it everywhere. To whom much is given, much is expected. God has given this country more than any other. If there's any place that has a hope of seeing revival in the midst of this judgment, it's the Midwest. If any place has a hope, it's the Midwest. But I want to say to you, the nation is going to be judged. The coasts are going to be judged worse than the interior. I believe God is not only going to send a depression, but he's already begun sending calamities to go with the depression to make it worse. Because when God turns around and starts opposing you, you suddenly start noticing that the nation goes into drought. Earthquakes will happen. Floods will happen. Storms will happen. Listen. The last seven years has been a few birth pangs of this. After 9-11, God raised the temperature. Why did he do that? Because he's trying to warn everybody and say, listen, I'm taking my hand off one finger at a time. Are you going to listen to my prophets or not? And the church, oblivious, walks on, pleasuring itself with the latest plasma television and the latest car and whatever have you. Orgy of house buying. That's what's caused the crisis. Total greed is what's caused it. Greed in the business world and greed in personal people's lives. Getting up to their eyeballs in debt by borrowing against your house. That's what's caused the crisis. And God let it happen, knowing full well this is going to end in disaster. Total disaster. What's the worst kind of economic crisis you can have in any nation? It's a housing crash. Why? Because everybody, most everyone owns a house. If it's a stock market crash, it affects the rich. If it's a housing crash, it affects everybody. And the money they thought they had saved up in their house, they stop spending because that money is no longer there. Look around you people, it's already underway. It's been underway for months, months and months. We're only starting to get to the crisis now. This is the last good Christmas America will have for years. And every bit of what's coming is thoroughly deserved. Thoroughly deserved. And the church, most of all, is guilty. But we have failed to bring to account. Do you know they just announced, and this had to be done by a congressman, not by us, a senator maybe, Grassley, I believe his name is, just announced that there's an investigation going on of six major ministries in America. Why is that investigation going on? Because we didn't bring them to account. That's why. Because we kept sending them money. We kept sending them millions of dollars. We kept believing the lies that they tell, that they really do need the jet for their ministry. They really need a personal jet. They really do need a house worth $5 million or three houses with $5 million each. They really do need to ride everywhere in a limo. They really need that stuff. We knew it all about these people. And yet we keep sending them money, pouring money into their ministries. So the six biggest prosperity preachers in America, they're going, they're going to be judged by the Senate, the American Senate. Praise God. As soon as I heard the news, I thought, praise God. At last someone has the guts to stand up and start doing what the church should have done years ago. We will not judge our own. The world will come along and judge him for us. We're as guilty as anything in the church. This church loves to have its ears tickled. We'll travel for miles and pay all kinds of money to go to conferences to have our ears tickled. I know people, I know people that will chase around from prophetic conference to prophetic conference with little bits of sticky tape so they can pick up off the ground, all the gold flakes in there and jewel stuff that's fallen. So we're chasing around after this junk and the prophets are speaking no word of repentance to a church that's about to go down in flames and a nation that's about to go through horrors it's never been through. Meanwhile, we're chasing around after little flakes. Why? Because we're flaky. That's why flaky people chase flakes. Is that a sign and a wonder from God? Well, I have my doubts. Might be a sign and a wonder from Mammon. Mammon is a Greek God, you know that? Mammon was a Greek God. God of money. Can you worship the God of money? Yes. Jesus said it was the most dangerous God of all. The most subtle. Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man loved the world, the love of the father is not in him, says the Bible. You ever hear that preached in church? Of course not. Because all of America is trying to worship God and Mammon at the same time. And in order to do it, we have invented for ourselves doctrines that enable us to do it. In fact, not only enable, but encourage us to do it. They say, if you do this, you will get that. We've learned how to preach success principles, Dale Carnegie Institute type of principles, how to win friends and influence people. And we just put some biblical terminology around it and we call it preaching. And we save our very biggest churches for the guys that can do it well. Joel Osteen, the perfect example. Joel Osteen, a guy that knows how to preach. What do we call it? Life enhancement principles, put biblical terminology on it and call it the gospel. Most of the people sitting in our churches, I don't believe are saved. I believe many of the spirit filled people in our churches are living in an unsaved state. Totally unsaved state. They show no evidence of being saved. Their lives are not utterly devoted to God. They're not committed to God in their private life. They're hanging on to secret sin in their lives behind their back, thinking God doesn't notice that worshiping Mammon as well as God, the preachers are encouraging them to do it. And many, many, many thousands and millions are going to hell while we whistle Dixie. Seriously. Well, the preachers preach nothing but candy floss while we hold conferences where you can just go and get rah, rah, rah all weekend. I've seen it done in prophetic meetings by the very biggest guys, just endless rah, rah, rah. You might as well just go to a football match. It's just a cheerleading exercise. That's all it is. But the great thing about those cheerleading exercises is you get to pay through the nose to be there, usually in the hundreds of dollars. You want a cheerleading exercise? Go to a big Christian conference with 2000 other people. Yay, cheering. Yay. Let's give lots of money in the offering. It's just an entire exercise of garbage. Beginning to end. You could hold a gun to their heads. Listen, I used to be part of this movement. I know it well. You could hold a gun to their head and say, preach repentance in a piercing way that convicts of sin, righteousness and judgment, and they wouldn't know where to begin. America is lost. This country is due for its next 50 year revival right now. I've studied American revivals. One of my specialist topics, I run a website called RevivalSchool.com. America is due for her next 50 year revival right now. And I believe all hope is lost. Why? Because revivals in America and everywhere require two things. They require prophets of God that will arise preaching repentance and preaching a piercing word like the Charles Finney's and the John Wesley's and the George Fields, the John the Baptist type of preachers. That's what's required. And the church doesn't want to hear those people today. In fact, we'll run a mile to get away from them. Second thing that's needed is agonizing prayer, agonizing prayer. Intercessors who will spend all night praying, beseeching God for an outpouring of the spirit. Do we have those people? We hardly have any. I know I've traveled all over America. I run prayer. We run phone prayer meetings. We've done prayer gatherings in all over the United States. Conclusion I came to is there's almost no spirit of prayer in this country. There are almost no prophets of God rising in this country to preach revival. And this country will not listen to such prophets anyhow. That's the conclusion I came to. My second conclusion is this. I need to get my family out of this country because I have five children here along with my wife. My next conclusion is this is America stands under imminent judgment from God. I've got to get my family out of here because we're in danger in this nation. And if I have to come back and preach, I will, but we need to get them out. Where do we live? We live in California, which is ground zero, the most likely place for the judgment of God to hit in the worst possible way. Will Wisconsin be untouched by this? No. Wisconsin will be utterly affected by this. The whole world is going to be affected by this. They say when America sneezes, the world catches a cold. I want to say God has become the enemy of this country and he is going to make sure that America catches the cold this time. Every time there's a sick television program, six in the city, straight onto New Zealand television, 8.30, 9 o'clock at night. There's 12, 13 year old kids staying up watching that. There's kids with televisions in their bedrooms, just like they have here. They're watching unsupervised these things. They're going out and having sex at younger and younger ages. The entire youth culture of the earth is being destroyed. God has set his face as flint against this nation. What are the preparations that you can make? There's going to be a fight back. It will have to come from the Midwest. It will not come from the coasts because they are corrupt beyond words. God is going to judge the coast of America, not the Southern, but especially the West and Eastern coasts. There will be disasters that strike the whole nation, I believe, but I see those places as more vulnerable. What can occur? What can be done? First thing is you need to prepare. Here's my scenario. You can test me. You can remember what I'm saying right now. In six months time, you can remember exactly what I said. See if it plays out how I say. Six months time, I expect recession in the United States. Twelve months time, I expect the beginning of a depression. What is a depression? It's just a worse recession that doesn't go away. It keeps getting worse and worse and worse. It doesn't go away for years. In a depression, typically 25% of the working population are thrown out of work. The entire nation goes down the toilet. Do I believe it's going to be bad in other countries? Yes. As I said before, God is going to make sure it is terribly bad in this country. Terribly bad. What can you do? Here's what I say. Do not store up for yourself gold and treasure. Do not. What did James say? He said, woe to you rich men, weep and howl for the miseries that have come upon you. You have hoarded for yourself gold for the last days. Don't hoard for yourself gold. There is one kind of people that is going to survive this and not only survive, they will thrive. When all the mega ministries are falling over, when these guys who rely on $10,000 a day just to keep their ministry running, when they all fall over one after the other, when people are too poor to be sending their money, when God shows them as being charlatans and thieves in front of the whole world and people stop sending the money, which should have happened years ago. When that happens, the little ministries that are feeding the poor will thrive. God will feed them with ravens if he has to. There's only one place and that is in the midst of a body of true believers that are feeding the poor and caring for the widows and the orphans. In the land, that is a place of safety. You need to pray about where God will have you situated. Do I believe this place is more safe than the coasts of America? Yes, I do. Especially the west coast. It's long been prophesied about a terrible earthquake coming to California. I totally believe that prophecy. Totally believe it. It'll be lucky if anything is left at the end. California is a spiritual hellhole and yet it has megachurches coming out of its ears. It's a spiritual hellhole with megachurches. There's something wrong with that picture. It's a sewer with megachurches. So you need to pray. You need to seek God. If you have a spare car that you don't use much, sell it. If you were going to go out and spend a thousand dollars on Christmas, don't. Nobody needs a thousand dollars spent on Christmas. Not one person. Not one family. Don't do it. Instead of behaving like typical Americans and catching up your credit card to the skies, get rid of all your credit card debt. You got six months. And even then, in the next six months, you will see the evidence of what I'm saying coming to pass. Watch for it. The housing is going to get worse. The prices are going to crash. They're not going to recover for years. There's parts of this country where the houses that people live in will be worth half what they're worth in 2006. Half. There's people living in $600,000 houses in California. Very common. Their house is going to be worth $300,000. If that gold will skyrocket eventually, that is no advocacy of buying it. I just said to you, the only safe place is in the midst of God's people. God's people are giving people their minister to the poor. That is the only safe place. People who are selfish, people who worship money in the church are not safe. They won't be safe anywhere they go. God will track them down. There's going to be preachers in this country. God's going to track them down and make sure they're obliterated. Do you know that? He's going to track them down and make sure they are bought to nothing. These people have been stealing money off the sheep for years. He's going to utterly destroy them. If you follow those men, you will be destroyed with them. If you follow their prosperity doctrine, you deserve everything that's coming to you. There's guys in this nation driving Bentleys, stealing money off widows to do it. He's going to take them apart. When I'm in Nigeria next, I've already started preaching this way, but I'm going to be even stronger on it next time I'm there. I'm going to say to them, God is about to make an example of America. He's going to show the whole world what happens when you follow those doctrines. He's going to make an example of those ministries. He's going to make an example of the selfish lifestyle that they lead. Watch and see, because it's the only way we can get rid of the prosperity stuff that's leaked into their countries. It has just leaked there. It's swarmed there. I have to go to Nigeria all the time. Basically, I'm going to have to be saying, forget everything that you ever heard from those ministries. Basically, the opposite is true. You've heard nothing but lies and garbage. Okay. So that's the practical thing. Get yourself out of debt. Reduce your credit cards, spend less, sell stuff, and give the money to the poor. Find a central storehouse situation where you can gather together and figure out ways that you're going to outreach to people when things are getting terribly bad. When things get terribly bad, most Christians in this country will be totally shattered. Totally shattered. Don't be one of them. There's nothing I'm saying that's not testable. In six months time, you'll clearly be able to see, is this starting to come to pass? In a year's time, it'll be too late. Don't wait a year. All the Christians are waiting a year. They'll wait until a disaster happens. They won't be ready. God leads you to store some stuff in your basement. Store it. God leads you to come to a place like this and fill that room over there with food and canned goods and water and stuff like that. Do it. Pray to God. He'll show you. When I was down after Katrina, we went down about two weeks after Katrina hit, I was down in Louisiana. No, Mississippi. Almost every church was just obliterated. Almost every pastor had left town. There was one church that was just thriving in the midst of it all. What were they doing? They had the whole place filled with the Red Cross and everything would give them stuff. Just like we started a base down there, Red Cross started giving us stuff as well. Why? Because they were pouring out to the community all around. The people would come for tens of miles to come go to this place, Christian and non-Christian, because the pastor there had decided, we are going to totally minister to the community through all of this. We're going to be a center for feeding the poor and passing out food and water and medical supplies and all that. Fantastic. That's what you need to be. That place thrived in the middle of a disaster. They thrived spiritually and physically in the middle of a disaster. They were like, I believe, 12 or 15 miles away from the coast and a four foot wave, even back there, a four foot wave washed through on the day Katrina hit. When I was about a mile away from the coast, we would go and talk with people and there was apartment buildings in which the entire bottom floor had filled with water and drowned the people. Dozens of these apartments, it had filled with water and drowned the people. We started our base inside a house which had a five foot water ring around the entire house. You could see where the water had been. Everything was ruined. Everything was ruined. A lot of people, they just lost it all. Everything, all their photos, all their furniture, rubbish, garbage. The equivalent of that is about to hit this country. It's not a physical storm. It's a spiritual storm from God. It's a financial storm. Accompanying it will be terrible disasters. You can watch. Lastly, the thing I want to emphasize in closing is this. By the way, tomorrow and the next day, I won't be talking on this subject anymore. This is it. Tomorrow and the next meeting, I want to be preaching on the apostolic gospel, the life transforming gospel that as it is preached, your life is transformed. That's what I'm going to be spending my time on. We've got to start preaching that. That's the gospel that gets preached in all the revivals. And then the church loses it again. Okay. Here's what needs to happen. If America is going to have any hope of coming out of this and being restored, there needs to be preachers arise and maybe someone in this room, maybe several in this room. There needs to be preachers arise with boldness who have prayed through to the throne room of God and lived with God there long enough to get a backbone and to stand up in front of the face of the church and say, repent. And when they bash you down, you say, no way I'm getting up and I'm going to preach it again. There's got to be preaching. You know what happened after 911? There's preachers that rose up saying, oh, this is not the judgment of God. God didn't cause this. God had nothing to do with this. God's fine with America. Let's go hunt those Iraqis and kill them all. Is that a response of a, of a humble nation of a nation that, that looked, you know, what most people felt the instant they saw it, they wanted to fall on their, on their knees and cry out to God for mercy. But all the leaders of the nation, including many pastors said, no, no, no, no, no, no. This is not the judgment of God. This is not God trying to bring a wake up call to America. Everything's fine. Let's go hunt the Iraqis and kill them all. Shall we let's get all patriotic wave flags, totally stupid because of that response. God has got to bring heavier judgment. So we get Katrina, basically the worst storm America's ever had. How many storms in America ever had that flooded an entire city? You know of any that city was so dangerous. I had a friend that would get, would go in there. Of course we are 40 miles away from it. Not a friend that would go in there. He got a terrible infection. Just walking around in that place. It was a place that God had given over to destruction. One of the most evil cities in America. What do you think is going to happen to San Francisco? Any moment. Los Angeles. I minister in Los Angeles every weekend. It's not, it's not that I want to say these things. Okay. So we need those preachers to arise. And I want to say to you, they have to be bold. They have to be forthright. They have to be piercing repentance preachers. They have to be John the Baptist, Charles Finney's. We don't have preachers like that, that I know of in America right now. They've all been turned into little zombies. We turn our promising young preachers into little play the game guys. He'll get up there with a smile on their face and tell everybody how blessed they all are. Now God wants to bless him more. This in the wealthiest nation in the world. God just wants to bless you more. Doesn't he? Oh God feels so sorry for your little pains and aches. I just feel like getting my boot, kicking all of them up the butt and saying, you're a pack of pansies. Start preaching the truth. Where are the prophets of God? This nation has never been sicker. The church has never been more lukewarm. We've never had so much money. We all think we're in terrible dire straits of some idiot parks beside us and bumps our car. What we should be owning is cars with so many bumps all over them. Nobody cares if we add another one. What would Jesus be driving? A Lamborghini? He'd be driving a 20 year old Jeep with dings all over it. Every preacher that preaches otherwise is a false prophet, a teacher of lies. So evil is it and so serious. I mean, we can joke about it. So serious is that exact lie, the lie we just told. Oh, Jesus would have a, oh, Jesus would have a mansion. Jesus would be totally successful. What are we thinking? Jesus would be some ultra rich guy, some businessman driving a beautiful new car. No, it's lies. It's sickness. That very sickness is getting this nation judged. Until we get over the sickness, God will keep judging. Until we rise up prophets that will actually tell it like it is and say, these guys are charlatans. They've got us into this mess because of them. We're being judged until we have prophets that rise up and tell it like it is and tell everybody to repent of their mammon orientation, their mammon worship. This country has no hope. This country will come out of its disasters. If profits can arise and people can pray, that's it. We don't have those things. The 50 years is up. Do you know the cycles that occur in America? They start way back in 1741 to 43, the first great awakening. And roughly every 50 years ever since there's been a massive awakening in America. And I just said earlier, we're due for the next one now. And God looks at the place and he goes, well, there's no profits and there's no prayers. So these people are ripe only for the other kind of revival, which is judgment. Flip side of revival is judgment. And we've got this terrible time to find out whether there is enough prayer going to go up from America, agonizing prayer. There's going to be people, we need to pray against this. I tell you, just in closing here, there's something we need to pray against. And that is there's going to be a lot of people want to raise their fists to God and say, God, how dare you do this to our country? I thought you were on our side. I thought you were for us. God, all our pastors told us that you were for us and that you would bless us and that we wouldn't go through this kind of thing. And look at what's happening to our country and to my family. There's going to be a lot of people wanting to shake their fist at God because this country is so spoiled. We're like a bunch of spoiled little kids that you take our toys away. And we throw a little tantrum on the floor, pound the ground with our fists and say, Oh God, why did you take away our toys? God's saying, you would not listen to me. You would not listen to me. And there will be nothing but heartache in this land until we can find the prophets and the prayers that God needs to bring another great awakening. Our only hope is this, that in the midst of judgment, God would remember mercy. I want to say to you again, that judgment is impossible to stop. It is coming. Our only hope is this, mercy in the midst of judgment, mercy in the midst of judgment. Amen. Amen. So I'm praying that people in this very room will turn into the prophets and the prayers that God desperately needs.
