Now this was once my situation, Wanting to be a sensation, In my fellows' estimation quite a guy! But all I met was great frustration, And the endless aggravation Of those unseen complications in myself.

And it made me want to say, " It's a raw deal!" And it made me want to think, " Only if. . . ." And I wonder everyday, " Is there anything to living, ' Cept to slowly die and dream of someday!"

But then I had a confrontation, With a joyful delegation, They were filled with great elation, Jesus too! And Jesus paid a visitation, By His new life germination, I became a new creation through and through.

Oh, He made me scream and shout, " Hallelujah!" Oh, He made me cry aloud, " O my Lord!" Oh, He flooded me with joy ' Cause the glory in my spirit Made me part of God's own family.

So, if you're craving liberation From your old life's degradation, You have found your destination here tonight! Just turn your heart in preparation, And proclaim your declaration, " Jesus, be my full salvation, be my life!"

Now you've touched Him, so cry out, " Hallelujah!" As He fills you, cry aloud, " Oh my Lord!" " Jesus Lord, You are much more Than I ever dreamed or longed for, Take my life, Lord, I belong to You!"
