1 source
International Standard Bible Encyclopedia by James Orr (ed.) (1915)

wı̄n´bib-ẽr: In Pro 23:20, ייּן סבא, ṣōbhē’ yayin; in Mat 11:19 = Luk 7:34, οἰνπότης, oinopótēs, of habitual wine-drinkers. The accusation was falsely brought against Jesus of being “a gluttonous man and a winebibber,” because, unlike John, He ate and drank with others.
