SAVIOR

Is a term applied preeminently to our Lord Jesus Christ, because, as the angel expressed it, he came to "save his people from their sins," Mat 1:21 . He was therefore called JESUS, which signifies Savior, Joh 4:42 Mal 4:15 5:31.\par
