Ezekiel 30:1-26

Ezekiel 30:3 For the day is near, even the day of the LORD is near, a cloudy day; it shall be the time of the heathen. Ezekiel 30:3 — Comments - The phrase “the time of the heathen” (ςֵ ?ϊβֹּ ?ειִ ?ν) can be translated “the time of the Gentiles.” Jesus uses this phrase in Luke 21:24 to refer to a time when the Gentile nations will take center stage in God’s plan of redemption until the nation of Israel is reborn and the Second Coming takes place. Luke 21:24, “And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.”
