Leviticus 8:3

THe congregation] All the heads and chief of the people, representing the whole common-wealth of Israel: Leviticus 9:1.

Leviticus 8:19

And he killed it] The Italian hath it, And Moses killed it] Or it was killed, and Moses sprinkled the bloud.

Leviticus 8:31

The flesh] The Italian hath it, This flesh] Namely the rest of the flesh of the ramme of the consecration, Eat it] both the rest of the flesh, and of the bread was left in the baskets, Exodus 29:32.

Leviticus 8:34

As he hath] I have faithfully executed my office in your consecration, now do you fulfill yours, by standing in the holy place, in continuall exercises of piety, which sheweth, that the spirituall sanctification of the faithfull, is accomplished with time, and perseverance.
