PEACE AND CONTENTMENT by Elder Joe Holder

Peace and contentment with self and with God never comes from outside circumstances, never comes from my pursuit of self-assurance of my salvation, never comes from the scales on which I weigh myself to see if I’m fully assured or not. Peace and contentment comes from within, from a heart that is at peace with God and is trusting in God.
