A Letter of Great Cheer

My dear loved brother in Christ... Allow a little bit of encouragement in your advanced years. I was reading in John’s Gospel, 1st ch., 40th 5. “Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother” — he first finds his own brother Simon, and brought him to JESUS. We don’t hear very much about Andrew, but what do we not learn about Peter as a result of Andrew being used by God in Peter’s conversion. You may not see what the outcome of your labors are, but it may take all eternity to explore. Job says: “My witness is in heaven, my record is on high.” God keeps a true register, let us seek grace to walk worthy of His name — till He come. The Lord bless you and your work for His name’s sake.
