For while princes [are] perplexed, And with their drink are drunken, They have been consumed as stubble fully dried.

For entangled like thorns, and drunken as with their drink, they are consumed utterly like dry stubble.

For while they are folded together as thorns, and while they are drunken as drunkards, they shall be devoured as stubble fully dry.

For as thorns embrace one another: so while they are feasting and drinking together, they shall be consumed as stubble that is fully dry.

It will be as though his enemies are tangled in thorns, and they will stagger like people who have drunk a lot of wine. They will be burned up like [SIM] a fire completely burns up stubble/straw.
