Context — Sennacherib Threatens Jerusalem
14Who among all the gods of these nations that my fathers devoted to destruction has been able to deliver his people from my hand? How then can your God deliver you from my hand?
15So now, do not let Hezekiah deceive you, and do not let him mislead you like this. Do not believe him, for no god of any nation or kingdom has been able to deliver his people from my hand or from the hand of my fathers. How much less will your God deliver you from my hand!” 16And the servants of Sennacherib spoke further against the LORD God and against His servant Hezekiah.Cross References

2 Chronicles 32:14 Summary
In 2 Chronicles 32:14, Sennacherib is questioning the ability of the God of the Israelites to deliver them from his hand. He is saying that if the gods of other nations were unable to deliver their people from him, then how can the God of the Israelites do so. However, this statement neglects the fact that the God of the Israelites is the one true God, who is all-powerful and able to deliver His people, as seen in Jeremiah 32:17 and Psalm 115:3. As we face our own challenges and doubts, we can trust in God's power and deliverance, just like Hezekiah did, and remember that God is our rock and refuge, as seen in Psalm 46:1-3.
