27If anyone speaks in a tongue, two, or at most three, should speak in turn, and someone must interpret.28But if there is no interpreter, he should remain silent in the church and speak only to himself and God.

Translation for Translators
If those who want to speak in a language that they have not learned realize that there is no one there who will be able to explain the meaning of what they will say, they should not speak in that language during the meeting. Instead, they should speak to God by themselves, somewhere else.
