1 Chronicles 24:15 Summary

This verse is talking about the way the priests were divided to serve in the temple. The names Hezir and Happizzez are the heads of the seventeenth and eighteenth divisions of priests. This shows us that God is a God of order and organization, as seen in 1 Corinthians 14:33. Just like the priests had specific roles to play, we as believers also have specific roles to play in the body of Christ, and we should strive to serve God and others with unity and order, just like the priests in 1 Chronicles 24:15, and as seen in Ephesians 4:11-16.
