11 Bible Verses on Yield

11 verses

In order to live a life pleasing to God, believers are called to surrender their will and desires to His guidance. According to Romans 12:1-2, this involves presenting one's body as a living sacrifice, while 2 Timothy 2:15 encourages believers to be diligent in their study and application of Scripture. The wisdom from above, as described in James 3:17, enables believers to yield to God's plan, prioritizing humility and gentleness over worldly desires, as warned against in Luke 12:15. By yielding to God, believers can experience the power of effective prayer, as seen in James 5:16.
