In the midst of life's challenges, believers can find confidence in God's power to overcome them. According to Deuteronomy, the Lord fights alongside His people, giving them victory over their enemies. The New Testament reaffirms this promise, with Jesus declaring in John that He has overcome the world, and the apostle Paul stating in 1 Corinthians that believers can triumph through Christ. Additionally, Philippians and Psalms remind us that our strength comes from God, enabling us to achieve victory in all things, as expressed in Philippians 4:13 and celebrated in Psalms 108:13.

No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide an escape, so that you can stand up under it.
Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him. When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He tempt anyone. But each one is tempted when by his own evil desires he is lured away and enticed.
When you go out to war against your enemies and see horses, chariots, and an army larger than yours, do not be afraid of them; for the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, is with you. When you are about to go into battle, the priest is to come forward and address the army, saying to them, “Hear, O Israel, today you are going into battle with your enemies. Do not be fainthearted or afraid; do not be alarmed or terrified because of them. For the LORD your God goes with you to fight for you against your enemies, to give you the victory.”
But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly in my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest on me. because everyone born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world: our faith.
But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have told you.
