In God's plan, human existence finds its ultimate purpose and fulfillment. Jesus teaches that He is the bread of life, the light of the world, and that those who come to Him will never hunger or walk in darkness, as seen in John 6:35 and John 8:12. The pursuit of wealth and material possessions, however, can distract from this purpose, as warned in Luke 12:15. Instead, Jesus instructs His followers to seek first the kingdom of God, as stated in Matthew 6:33, and to understand that God's love, demonstrated through the gift of His Son, as expressed in John 3:16, is the foundation of a life of true meaning and significance.

For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.

When all has been heard, the conclusion of the matter is this: Fear God and keep His commandments, because this is the whole duty of man. For God will bring every deed into judgment, along with every hidden thing, whether good or evil.
