Jason Bellard

Jason Bellard (N/A – N/A) is an American preacher, evangelist, and singer-songwriter whose calling from God has blended open-air gospel proclamation with heartfelt Christian music, inspiring repentance and faith for an unspecified duration. Born in Louisiana, specific details about his early life, including his parents and upbringing, are not widely documented, though his work suggests a deep evangelical foundation shaped by personal devotion. His education appears informal, rooted in self-directed biblical study and practical ministry experience rather than formal theological credentials, fueling both his preaching and musical expressions. Bellard’s calling from God unfolded through his dual ministry as a street preacher with Open Air Campaigners and a singer, based in Newport News, Virginia, after earlier efforts in Kentucky. Since around 2009, he has shared original songs online—reflecting themes of redemption and worship—while preaching sermons like "The Day God Shook the World," preserved on SermonIndex.net, calling listeners to holiness and biblical truth. Known as "Jesus Preacher," his music and messages.

Sermon Transcription
The word that is to be written on our hearts stays only on the page. We've been much too focused on how we look performing on the stage. Our lips might sing great praises, but still our hearts are far from faith and faith indeed. And the glory of the Lord has instead become delayed by vanity. So why do we sing for fame? And why do we live in vain? Instead of seeking to be holy under the power of His name. And why do we seek applause for such hypocrisy? Oh, the fire of God is kindled in our humility, humility indeed. Oh, humility indeed. Our hearts get overwhelmed and excitement sets the pace, yet we don't run the race. And all that truly matters is do we serve the Lord when we leave this place. Let us give no place to evil, but focus on the truth of the life, the way. Our pride has been our ruin, and it's time that we repent and turn away. Oh, why do we seek for fame? And why do we live in vain? Instead of seeking to be holy under the power of His name. Oh, why do we seek applause for such hypocrisy? Oh, the fire of God is kindled in our humility. Why do we sing for fame? And why do we live in vain? Instead of seeking to be holy under the power of His name. And why do we seek applause for such hypocrisy? Oh, the fire of God is kindled in our humility, humility indeed. Humility indeed. The word that is to be written on our hearts stays only on the page. And we've been much too focused on how we look performing on the stage.
