God lives and works today. Have you experienced his power in your life? Do you know the reality of his victory over your problems, over the sins which bind you, and over your failures? If not, today's meditation by Basilish Link can teach you how to call upon Jesus in present circumstances as well as in difficult times ahead. It is only one who has such might. It is Jesus who once won the fight and Satan's power defeated. And still he puts the foe to flight and takes from Satan every right, our living glorious champion. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Have we ever called upon Jesus as the redeemer, victor, and prince of victory over our sinful bondages, our fear, or our problems, even if for only ten minutes? Have we called upon him who alone has the might to break all these powers of darkness? The question as to whether or not we accept the offer of Jesus, the risen Lord, with all the wealth he's offering us, is not an insignificant one. It's a matter of whether we will share in his glory one day. It's also a matter of whether we will bring Jesus fruit or not. And thirdly, a very important decision hinges upon it. We can already begin to sense the horror of the approaching times. Violence and crime are on the increase. Lawlessness, apostasy, and rebellion characterize our times. Wars and persecutions of Christians are threatening to break out. We have to be strong when this horror begins to break out. Otherwise, we will be lost in despair and finally deny and betray Jesus. Therefore, we have to claim what Jesus Christ is offering us. Today is never before we need the risen, the living Lord. Let us say to our Lord Jesus Christ today, From now on, I want to give you my time. I want to make the most of the time left and to accept in faith what you've given me through your victory. I want to do this so that I'll be full of inner strength and can overcome and be at peace when the hour of great temptation comes over the earth. I want to do this so that I'll inherit the crown of eternal life. Therefore, come to Him. Come to the living Lord and claim His victory. Then your life will be filled with victory and joy. One name there is, one name in earth and heaven, One and alone has glorious power, Victorious might, it is the name of Jesus. Let praises ring aloud this day, That Jesus' name has power To break apart the fearful chains of sin that bind us. One name there is, one name in earth and heaven, One and alone, this name is now the key To paradise and gates of hell. Let praises ring aloud this day, That by this mighty name The powers of hell are put to flight and made to tremble.
