How to Lay Down Your Life to Love Others - Part 1
Milton Green

Milton Green (1943 - 1987). American evangelist and Bible teacher born in Tennessee. Raised in a troubled home with an abusive father, he spiraled into alcoholism, drug addiction, and homelessness, suffering a major heart attack at 43 that left doctors predicting his death. Converted in 1972 after crying out to Jesus, he was miraculously healed and began studying Scripture intensely. A carpet cleaner by trade, Green preached across the U.S. from the late 1970s to 1987, often alongside James Robison and Leonard Ravenhill, focusing on repentance, holiness, and spiritual warfare. He authored The Great Falling Away Today (1986), warning against carnal Christianity, and recorded hundreds of sermons, widely shared online. Married to Joyce, a Christian who prayed for his salvation, they had no children. His teachings, emphasizing victory over sin through Christ, stirred thousands at seminars, though some criticized his focus on demonic influence. Green’s words, “God’s Word is the only standard for truth,” underscored his uncompromising style. His ministry, marked by humility, continues to influence evangelical circles globally

Sermon Summary
In this sermon, the preacher emphasizes the need for believers to align themselves with the Word of God rather than the traditions of men. He urges the audience to wake up from spiritual slumber and open their hearts to receive revelation from God. The preacher highlights the danger of following fleshly desires and worldly pursuits, urging believers to deny their selfish ambitions and live in love. He references Mark 8:34, where Jesus teaches about the necessity of denying oneself to follow Him, and John 12, where the people are described as not perceiving or understanding because their hearts are focused on worldly things.

Sermon Transcription
When anyone receives revelation in the Word of God, it sometimes conflicts with what he has previously been taught. This causes you to have to deal with old traditions or wrong teaching. These tapes may contain some new light from God's Word, and it may be opposed to some traditions you have previously learned. Therefore, follow through these messages in your Bible in sequence, in order that you may be able to make a choice for the Word of God, rather than the traditions of men. Well, the Lord lifted us above the pit of destruction, out of the mighty lake, and he put her feet upon a rock, making her footsteps firm. And he put a new song in her mouth, a song of praise to our God. And many are seeing fear and trust in the Lord. And blessed is a man whose trust is the Lord. And he has not turned to the proud, nor lapsed in the falsehood. Many, O Lord my God, are the wonders that thou hast done, and thy thoughts are toward us. There is none to compare to thee. Our ears are opened up, and then we say, Behold, Lord, we come to thee because in the scroll of the books it is written of us. We delight to do thy will, O my God, because thy law is written within our hearts. Because we've been born again into a living hope of the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance that's incorruptible, undefiled, fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for us. We're kept by the power of God through faith and through salvation, ready to be revealed in the last time. Although we've never seen you, Lord, we love you. And although we don't see you right now, we believe you, we trust you, we rejoice with the joy unspeakable, full of glory, receive the man of our faith, even the salvation of our soul, because we've been redeemed. We've been redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus, who without blemish, without spot. We've been born again, not a corruptible seed, but incorruptible seed by the word of God that liveth and abideth forever. Jesus Christ is our cornerstone. He's a living stone rejected, a member chosen of God and precious, and we're lively stones that make up a spiritual house to offer up spiritual sacrifice acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. We're a chosen generation. We're a royal priesthood. We're peculiar folks. To show forth praises unto him who has delivered us out of the darkness into the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption of all our sins. Who his own self has taken ever weakness, sickness, disease, infirmity, curse, and sin, and by the stripes of the Lord Jesus Christ, we are healed at Calvary. Do you receive that in Jesus' name? Father, in the name of Jesus, we just want to thank you for your presence. We want to thank you. We want to boast in you, Lord, that you're the one that makes things happen. Lord, you're just teaching us to just lay it down and lay aside this old strife and works of the flesh and helping you out, Lord, to get in on what you're doing in Jesus' name. We just, Lord, just want to boast in you. We glorify you and just thank you for your word. We thank you for your word forever settled in heaven. It's a final authority. It doesn't return void to accomplish what you desire, succeeding in the manner in which you sent it. As your word sanctifies us, renews our mind, separates us from the world into righteousness. That we rule in reign and life through the gift of righteousness, in the grace of God through the Lord Jesus Christ. And Lord, we just want to bless you. We just receive the finished works of Calvary. We just receive the proof of the spirit. We receive the weapons of our warfare. We receive the word and anointing. And Lord, I just pray that you give enlightening and revelation, as you've already been doing here, Lord, in just a special way. I pray it healing and deliverance and hopes of just being conformed to your image here tonight. Every one of us, Lord, we need you, Lord Jesus. And we look to you, Lord Jesus. And you're our help. We thank you, Lord. If you disarm the ruling authority, if you've given us authority over all the works of darkness in your covenant word and covenant name, we receive grace, the word, and the blood, and every work of oppression is removed here. I bind and seal with the blood ever stronghold, ever religious stronghold, and all religious spirits and error and harlotry are removed here in the name. Doctrinal obsession is bound and removed in Jesus' name. In the name of Jesus, all tiredness, fatigue, heaviness, worry, confusion, mind-binding, mind-wandering, doubt, unbelief, skepticism, and all these works are removed now in the name of Jesus. Lord, I just thank you we just received clarity of the word. Hallelujah to Jesus. Praise the name of Jesus. Let's just praise it. Praise God forevermore. Hallelujah to Jesus. We thank you, Lord. You dwell in the midst of your praise. Praise the name of Jesus. Hallelujah to your name. Praise the name of Jesus. Bless the name of the Lord forevermore. We praise you, Lord. Hallelujah to your name. Praise you, Lord. Thank you, Lord Jesus. Praise your name, Lord. Praise God forevermore. Folks, I had a wonderful time with some wonderful pastors this morning. Boy, I'll tell you what's the truth. I was just so blessed. And boy, I'll tell you what, that's just the thing that God is doing here. Now, he just, boy, these pastors came from all different denominations and things. We came together and we got in the word of God. And what we were talking about this morning is the fact that we haven't, you know, the Church of Acts was hit at one heart and one mind. Now, let me tell you something. They knew something we don't know right now. Is that correct? So now, we talked about instead of getting locked in and having our hearts to be like the Pharisees where we get locked in and our hearts love the doctrine better than it does the Lord, you see. See, it's an amazing thing. We're all going to the same place. We're all speaking a different language, you know. Now, God is doing something today. And, you know, the real reason that we're not one heart and one mind is because we have not been perfected in love. Now, we say it while we speak blessings and curses. It's all in James 3. We bless the Lord and we turn around and curse men. And see, the cursing men is the very thing of not loving your neighbor is what we repented from. You remember we saw it on the screen here last night, right? As a matter of fact, I'd just like to have that nature up there so that I can make reference to it tonight whenever we, whenever we come to it. See, we repented from this old cursed nature that our heart loves, the nature of Satan that caused anger, hate, unforgiveness, and all these things that we feel toward our neighbor and speak toward our neighbor. That's what we're repenting from. And then we saw that message in the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus came here. See, we fell in the first Adam and became like Satan. Amen? All right, the last Adam came, and his name is the Lord Jesus Christ. And he came with a word. And he is a light shining to people in darkness and a shadow of death. And he has come to restore our hearts to God Almighty. He's calling us. He's our lamp is shining. And he's saying, repent and return to God. And so what does he do? He gives us his word of God. But he's reconciled. The word of God washes all of these things. Now you can look over here. All of these things out of our heart. Now see, all of these things, all of this jealousy, malice, all this anger, wrath, and envy, all worry, greed, and grumbling, and boasting, all hatred, barbarian, stinginess, and criticism, stubbornness, all of these things, the word of God washes from our heart. How does the word of God wash these things in my heart? Because we love Jesus. We love the Lord more than we do anything else. And when we go to the word of God, we want all our deeds have been manifested in God. Can I tell you once again that this week, as you sit in these seats right here, your life will totally change. Now let me say this one more time. There are things on you that's going to come off of you. As your heart is turning to the word of God, and this word of God washes you and everything, strongholds and things are just going to come off of you sitting right there. I mean, that's good, isn't it? And every night, more peace is going to come into your life right here. And because the word of God is washing you, you see the word of God, and the spirit of God shows you things in your heart that doesn't line up with the word. And you sit there and you make choices with your will. Say, well, Lord, I choose against this. I choose you. Lord, I choose against this. You don't even consider this. You say, oh my, I've got, you know, I've got to give that up. And if you do it, you're repenting in your heart. And if you're repenting in your heart, the word is washing and removing these things. Now that's it. And if you turn from these things, all these things are washing your heart. And then when they're washing your heart, what replaces it? See, all of this is hate the nature of faith and love. And then you're being conformed to the image of Jesus. And as you're being conformed to the image of Jesus, this is how Jesus came to remove all the nature of Satan. The love of the nature of Satan. Selfishness, self-love and self-worship. And to conform you, reconcile you back to God. You're supposed to overcome. You are supposed to endure to the end. Amen. What do you overcome? You overcome the world. You don't walk, talk and act like the world. You don't love the world, the things in the world. All that's in the world, the lust, the flesh, the lusty eye and the boastful pride of life. You don't let this have your heart. You let God have your heart. When you let the world have your heart, you get into idol and the word of God can't work in you no more. And you'll say, oh, how I love Jesus. That's why you destroy your neighbor. You're not perfected in love. Amen. Now, what I'm trying to tell you folks, as these pastors sat here today, I witnessed and they witnessed. It's just a supernatural thing that God is doing. That we can just throw it out there and say, hey, we've got different doctrines right here. Wrong. Hey, what does the Bible say? We're one heart, one mind, and there's only one church. And you will know them because this God kind of love is perfected in them. Now, I'm going to tell you something, folks. We've had some blinded souls. And we, I'm telling you what, the Lord has been showing us many things, but we're right in the front end of the glory of God right now is going to come up. He wants to perfect. He wants to get our hearts clean and get our heart spirit to where he can work to us. He hadn't seen too much of us. Motives are wrong that he can't do what he's wanting to do. They're hurting people all around us. He'll give you the desire to be hard. Only he wants you to give up this thing of not loving your neighbor. He wants you to love. You choose to love the Lord with all your heart and your neighbor yourself. And all heaven's going to be on you. Amen. That's where the peace of God is. Now, when you choose to agree with the devil and to not love your neighbor, then that's how the powers of darkness get to it. And it's how the strongholds get on us. Amen. Now, what did we see in Ephesians 4? That the pastor, teacher, evangelist, apostle, prophet, what did they do? They perfect the body of Christ in the unity of the faith and to the fullness and the maturity of the Lord Jesus Christ. Is that right? In other words, the same love that Jesus had in him is perfected in you and I. And that can only be the supernatural work of God. Now, see, we've been too much of this comparing ourself among ourself and measuring ourself by ourselves. And we haven't been measuring up the yardstick. Amen. Turn to John 13, please. John 13. John 13. In John 13, let me tell you one more time. I don't want you to look at me right now. I want to share something with you. Now, I'm not kidding you. I go from one place to another and I see it every place I go. As a matter of fact, I'm going to be honest with you. Pastors in some places, they're not sure of everything I'm going to say. And pastors, you know, shepherds have to protect their flock, don't they? And they really don't go all out to get people to come to the meeting because they don't know everything I'm saying. Is that right? Well, let me just share something with you. This is going to be one of the most life-changing weeks of your life. If you've been diligent about the Word of God and you've been diligent about repenting, I'm telling you, your lives are going to change tremendously this week. And it's not because of one thing, the Word of God. Have you noticed the difference in the spirit here since last night? See, now this God is just going to... And I want you to keep during the day, pray about this meeting and pray for me. Okay. Now, in John 13, verse 34, Jesus said, A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another even as I have loved you, that you love one another. Now, is the Lord Jesus Christ saying the commandment I give you, you're going to love one another as I've loved you? Now, is it there? Let's see, folks, let's quit reading through scriptures. Let's see what they say. Amen. Now, you're going to love one another as Jesus loved us. Do you understand what kind of excitement that involves? That when you, instead of, aren't you mindful of what's wrong with them? It's what's good about them. Isn't it something to run into someone instead of dodging them or going across the street there? It's, you know, to see someone weaker than yourself and say, you know, you know, he just doesn't look like he's loved. Wouldn't it be something here? How can I make him a success in Jesus? That is a kind of love that the Lord wants to manifest to you. Do you understand that's what religious folks resist? That's why they want to kill Jesus. They come teaching love. That carries down the kingdom of men when you do that. Amen. You get pushed off a cliff. Let's read the next verse, 35. By this, all this love, all men will know that you are my disciples. If, if, if, if, if you're my disciples, if you love one another, you're not a disciple of Jesus, if you don't love one another. Now remember the parable of the Word. He had all of those multitudes. One multitude is almost more than you can count. They had multitudes. And Jesus spoke the word in a parable. This whole Bible right here is a mystery. And Jesus let the disciples know what the parables were, the Word. He gave an example, said, if you don't understand this parable, how are you going to understand any of the parables? And he said, these folks right there, in this multitude, all these numbers, they're going to just keep on hearing, but they're not going to hear. They're going to keep on seeing, but they're not going to see. Their heart is dull of hearing and they have closed their eyes. That means they're asleep, like folks are today. There's a trumpet blowing today, I was telling the pastors. I mean the sleeping virgins. I mean they've got wise hearts and they got foolish hearts. They don't even know the Lord. They haven't even got all. But he's telling that old one, the whole bunch went to sleep, waiting on the Lord to return. And right now he's telling them to wake up. The trumpet's blowing, the lamp's shining out there. You better come to the light. Hey, there's a lamp shining in Jerusalem right now. And you better come to the light. Anyway, the disciples, he said, those disciples are the ones that do the will of God. And he lets disciples know what this word is saying. You can have, you could know every historical event in this Bible and recount it in any way and be holding a dead book in your hands. There's no life in it. You understand what I mean? And then be puffed up because of knowledge. But see if it's not a lie. Now, folks, I want you to join me in getting excited because see, folks, we've been hating one another. God is going to cleanse these things out of our hearts right here. He's showing us the deception and blindness that we've had. We're going to love one another. And I'm going to tell you what, the only thing that's going to matter is the gospel. The only thing that we're going to be tied to is Jesus. And the only thing we're going to want to talk about is Jesus. And then we wake up in the morning and it's just going to be, oh, well, what? I told him this morning, I had the phone ringing. Well, wonder what he's done now. Haven't you had short periods of time where it's those kind of conversation? You know, had days where it's just, you know, well, God did this and you turn around. Well, God did this and God did this. Isn't that some kind of life to live? Isn't that better than sitting around counting each other? Huh? Okay. Okay. Well, I think it is myself. John 15. John 15. Now the disciples can hear it. Now, who is a disciple? The one disciple that comes to the Lord with the whole heart. Amen. Now verse 8. By this is my Father glorified that you bear much love. That fruit is love. Where does fruit come out of your mouth? Ain't that right? And so listen, if a Lord is watching your heart, what's in your heart comes out your mouth. Is that right? All right. That you bear much love. And then you're going to prove to be a disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ. Isn't that good? Verse 12. This is my commandment that you love one another just as I have loved you. Now, folks, I want you to get this picture. You cannot love with the love of the Lord Jesus Christ until this love for rebellion, criticism, sarcasm, and slander, and gossip, and jealousy, and anger, and envy. All of these things are the old satanic that you have removed. That is what the real pastor does. That is what the real teacher does. That is what the real evangelist does. That is what the real prophet does. That is what the real apostle does that we saw in Ephesians 4. He perfects the body and brings them into the fullness of Christ. That is what they do. They work together to get that flock. One heart, one mind, and a unity of faith to be mature. The full stature of the Lord Jesus Christ so that they will love one another. Just as the Lord loved us. And I'm telling you what, when this you're dealing with sin and cleansing within a congregation, I'm going to tell you what, you'll soon know who the Lord has in their hearts and who they know. Brother Pastor, I want to tell you something. If anyone does not love the word of God, I'm going to tell you, those folks are not with you. Let me say this one more time. If they don't love the word of God, they're not with you. If anyone doesn't love the word of God, they don't even know Jesus. I don't care. Are you hearing what I'm saying? You don't know him. I mean, your heart's still in another world. You can't even be changed. And come on, hell be born again by the word of God. You pick yourself up a false security and go to hell. You won't endure a sound knock and you won't have your ears tickled. You don't want to be conformed to the image of God because you love the image of the devil better. And you want to justify it. And you go find someone to tell you that's okay. But did we see this in Ephesians 4? That's what the craftsman is going to do. Perfect you in the God kind of love. Ain't that good, huh? Folks, that's where peace is. That's where the joy is. Everything that God has created, hey, he created us to have a good time, folks. Not to go around in these chains. You know, one of the curses, all gladness and all joy is going to leave the house of the Lord. Brother, it's done it. Now, don't act like it's there. See, we've been manipulating flesh long enough to act like, make God, make it look like God's there. Now, I'm telling you what, folks, the way to get him there is start overcoming it. Now, I'm going to tell you something. You're going to suffer when you give up anger. You're going to suffer when you give up greed. You're going to suffer when you give up pride. You're going to suffer when you give up slander. You're going to suffer when you give up gossip. You're going to suffer when you give up. But you prove you love Jesus more than you do the nature of Satan. And every time you do these things, you get promoted. I'm going to tell you something, folks. Let me tell you something. Every time you do it, God's going to get all over you. He encourages it. He'll squeeze the fire out of you. And let me tell you something. It's during these times if you suffer that the comforter comforts. I mean, he comforts. I mean, God moves in on you. When he sees you're striving and everybody, folks, you're going to go through this valley of Jesus Christ and you'll be led by the Spirit of God. You're going to go through and you're going to think you're the only one left. Now, let me tell you why you have to go through that valley. You have to go through that thing to find out that it's not you doing it. It's God. I mean, you have to go ahead and do that. And then God's going to raise you back up. And you're going to know you didn't raise yourself up. Amen. Did your Bible say we're going to love one another as Jesus loved us? See any of you want to fight that? You get destroyed if you do. Because that's what you're going to see. You'll be destroyed. Everybody that fights loving one another. The gospel says either love one another. Either walk in love or be destroyed. Amen. Now, let's just go on and see. You're going to love one another just as I love you. Now, verse 13. Greater love has no one than this. That one laid down his life for his friends. Folks, now once again, look at me. Somebody's not looking. It's exciting. You know that, don't you? The only way you can ever love with the love of the Lord Jesus Christ. The only way you can obey the commandments. The only way you can obey the gospel. You've got to lay down your life. Now, how do I lay down my life? Folks, when you make Jesus Christ Lord of your whole heart. Now, your whole heart is what you're saying. Jesus, I love you more than I do anything else. And when he does this, that's when the word of God perfects it. The word of God is perfectly perfect. And so when you come to look in that mirror, which is the word of God, the mirror shows things in there. It's not like God. And so when you know if you love God more than you do anything else, you give these things up. You don't hold to them anymore. You give them up because you want all your deeds to be wrought by Christ. Lord be the God forevermore. Now, how do you lay down your life, folks? You let the word of God remove jealousy. You let the word of God remove anger. You let the spirit and the word of God remove wrath, remove envy, remove greed, remove worry, remove scoffing, remove slander, remove hatred, remove stinginess, remove slander. These are all the nature of Satan. Remove sarcasm, remove rebellion, remove bitterness, remove unforgiveness, remove covetousness, remove hate, remove these things in your heart. Do you know why? Because when you look in the mirror, which is the word of God, the spirit of God shows you these things in your life. And you love God more than anything else. And you give them up. You turn from them. You don't want them because you love the nature of God more than you do the nature of Satan. Are you hearing what I'm saying? Now, folks, when all of these things are removed, the nature of Satan in your heart no longer, and all of these are removed, what kind of heart are you going to have then? A pure heart. You know what a pure heart is? A pure, something pure. It's something that's not mixed. That's the reason it says that you don't sow two kind of seed in your vineyard right here. You only sow the seed of God. You put the seed of God in there and you take it to heart. What kind of fruit comes out? Whatever seed you put in. If you put the seed of hate up here and you don't resist the devil in your mind, you let it go down into your field right here. When you plant hate in your field, hate's going to come out your mouth. You plant unforgiveness. You let it get down in your field. You're supposed to stop it up here. That's your weapons. You stop it in your mind. Your weapons are mighty in God to turn down strongholds, casting down imaginations and every thought here that exalts itself against the word of God, which is against love. And you bring every thought captive to be defeated for the Lord Jesus Christ. Does that get in your model to do or analyze? That's it. That's a war. You don't let the seeds of Satan get down in your field because when it's planted in your field, the fruit of it's going to come out of your mouth. What kind of seeds in your field? You don't always know what kind of seeds you plant, what kind of fruit you bear. Is that right? And so what do we know? We're talking about a supernatural love where we love our neighbors as self. And the only way you can do that is plant a seed that's not in there. Well, the only seed in that world to do this is the word of God. That's a God kind of love. It's a love so foreign to this world they can't even comprehend. The world hates people. It convicts them because you won't talk about gossip with them. You won't. You won't. You won't slander with them. You won't. You'll convict them other greedy ways when you get around. You won't participate in lying. You won't laugh about ungodliness. You won't enjoy the things against the name. You won't participate in these things because you're peculiar people. You're godly people. You're your holy priesthood. You're like God. You don't rejoice. You only rejoice in truth and love and kindness. And that's the reason the world hates you. The world don't hate the world in the church. They just hiss at them, mock them. They know it's phony. They know it's phony as a $3 bill. How many see a place that God's taking us right now? How many know it's not somebody's doctrine? Lord be to God. How many know it's headquarters in heaven? I want you to turn back John 12. Boy, I'm just so thankful to the Lord. I want to tell you something, folks. There could be about 4,000 demons per square inch in here if it wasn't for the grace of God. We couldn't even communicate this thing. I'm telling you what, this boasting days are about over, folks. We're about to learn to get on our face like it's talking about Joel and repent between the porch and all this. Like Isaiah says, I'm among a people of unclean lips. They're talking like the devil. So they just keep on seeing, but they don't see. Keep on hearing, they don't hear. They don't perceive, nor do they understand. Because they're smarter than God. They built some things. They have their hearts. They don't need God anymore. Know something, folks, I share the day of these pastors. Our ancestors did not expose, nor oppose, nor even understand. They understood a little about the powers of doctrines. As a matter of fact, most of our doctrines, you even leave it out. Leave out anything in the Bible that makes your structure look bad. For God's sakes, we got to look good. Appear good, at least on the outside, while our inside is full of self-indulgence. Now, it's come time, let's don't call things what our fathers and ancestors called them. Let's call things what God called them, amen? Back in Benton, we said, if it quacks like a duck and walks like a duck, it's a duck. Amen? So, now we're back up there in John 12, verse 24. Truly, I say to you, 12, 24, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth. Now, you and I are the wheat, is that right? Shake your head. It falls into the earth and what? Dies. It has to die. If the wheat doesn't die, then it remains by itself, alone. But, if it dies, it's going to what? Bear fruit. Now, look at me, folks, look here. You, if the wheat has the outer part that dies, isn't that right? So, the inner can come forth, is that right? Amen? Now, what kind of fruit are you talking about here, Barron? What fruit is love? All right, now look right here. Now, here's a grain of wheat. This is what's on the outside. This is the flesh nature. You see what I mean? All of this anger, wrath, worry, malice, scoffing, slander, temper, boasting, stealing, sarcasm, bitterness, self-idol, all of that stuff is the outer. It has to die. And, when that dies, then this kind of fruit, you're going to bear much fruit. This is how you're going to love your neighbor as yourself. Or, you see what I'm saying? This is the only way you can love with a God kind of love. And, this is what pastor, teacher, evangelist, perfectionist. It's a lot of difference than reading two scriptures and hearing four nice stories every two weeks, huh? Now, see, this is what God's showing us. Because, I mean, you know, really, huh? And, it's only the word of God. So, we've got to develop some new habits, folks, and not be bored by the word of God. You understand that, don't you? Because, the enemies deceive us, you know. Oh, dear God, my attention span's not but 30 minutes, you know. It better be longer than that. If your heart loves heaven, it will be. Now, unless it dies, it bears. But, if it dies, it bears much fruit. Now, verse 25. He who loves the flesh, he who loves his life and his world, this world of flesh, is going to what? Lose it. But, he who hates his life and his world, that means your mindset on heaven is going to keep it to life and faith. Is that plain? I mean, it's just right there, isn't it? Now, let's go back over where we were in John 15. Now, I'll tell you what, before we do that, I want you to just hold your place right there and let's turn up. John 15, we're going to look at Mark 8 in just a minute. I want to show you something in Mark 8. Now, we made a rule here last night, if any of you knew, when we see something in the Bible, we're not going to act like it's not there. Amen? Okay. Even if it, you know what I told these pastors this morning? I said, pastor, I want you to see what kind of place I'm in. Now, all of you got different doctrines. Only thing I have to do is just, I stand up here and just read the Bible and I'm going to, I'm going to eventually strike a nerve with each one of you. Isn't that right? Isn't that the way we are? Isn't that right? That's the way we are, isn't it? All right, see, now what the Lord is going to bring us through the unity of faith. Is that right? Now, all right. Now, in Mark 8, I want you to look with me. Let's start in verse 34, please. Verse 34. Now, and he, Jesus summoned the multitude with his disciples. He said to them, if anyone wishes to follow the Lord Jesus Christ, if he wants to come after me, he's going to have to deny his flesh. Are you what I'm saying? Listen, you're going to have to deny that selfish ambition, living for yourself. You can't live for yourself and walk in love. Forget it. And he said again, you can't live for yourself and walk in love. Satan wants you to live for yourself. That's the thought. All of this stuff on the screen up there, the nature of Satan, these thoughts that come to your mind with the power of the doctrine is to get you to live for yourself. And anyone who lives for himself will not walk in love. So this is the reason the Lord says you have to deny yourself. Now, this is what the pastor teaching evangelists perfected in the congregation. If anyone wished to come after me, let him deny himself. He's going to take up his cause. How do you take up your cause? You're going to suffer when you give up anger. You're going to suffer when you give up resentment. You're going to suffer when you give up unforgiveness. You're going to suffer when you give up bitterness. You're going to suffer when you give up criticism. You're going to suffer when you give up jealousy. And each one of these things is the spirit of God leads you to right there. You're going to suffer as you give up each one of them. And that's how you're going to take your cross. Because this is how you lay down your life and die. And you do it all because you love God more than you do anything else. And folks, when we start walking that, let me get close to say this. When we start this thing, he'll put a hedge around us. He'll put a hedge around the church. He'll deal with people. This is, you know, disciplines left out of the Bible too. Church disciplines. And people that don't want to come and honor the Lord and don't want to love their neighbor, you know, and they don't want to repent. They're not part of the body of Christ. I don't care how much they tithe or what their credentials are. You understand what I mean? And God, I'm telling you what, folks, he is wanting to turn loose. I mean, God's worth wanting to turn loose all over us. This love that he has, he's only once. But he can't turn it loose on us until we want to be like him instead of like the devil. You understand what I mean? Right? He can't bless us with the motives of the devil. He can't consume it on us. If we want things to help other people, he can do it. But if we want to get it to make us look good, our reputation, our image, our career, our name, build a name like a world out there, he can't do nothing. He doesn't cooperate with the devil. And everything is the flesh is Satan is. Amen? Everything. Now, look here. If anyone wishes to come after me, let him deny himself, deny your flesh, and then take up your cross, separate the flesh, and then, if you want to do that, that's the only way you're going to follow the Lord Jesus Christ. You understand that? Is that plain? Okay, now, for whoever wishes to save his life, he wants to hang on to the old flesh, self-centered nature, selfish nature. He's going to lose it. He's going to lose your life. Do you know why you're going to lose your life? Because you're fixing to see in the world of God that God has the laws of sin and death already. The flesh is hostile to God. It will not subject itself to the law of God. If you don't put it to death, you're breaking the law. Because the law stands against everyone it doesn't want and love. And the law brings a curse. The law brings wrath. The law brings condemnation. And the law brings death. And all of those, you know who fulfills all that? He just lowers the hedge and the powers of darkness is already destroyed. The world destroys everybody. Everyone is kept under the custody and judgment and curse of the law before faith comes. See, the law leads you to Christ, and then you're justified by faith. Is that plain? You're going to do it if he's Lord. And if you and faith is being led by Jesus the Lord, he's going to be in control of your life. Do you follow what I'm saying? Okay, now, verse 35. For whoever wishes to save his life, he won't give up the flesh, he's going to lose it. But whoever loses his life for my sake and the gospel, he's the one that's going to save it. Right? Now, that's just real plain, isn't it? Well, while we're close by, I just want to look at Mark 10 right there. Matthew 10, rather. Look back at Matthew 10. I want you to see one other thing right here. Matthew 10, verse 34. Jesus says, verse 34, do not think that I came to bring peace on the earth. I didn't come to bring peace, but what? A sword. Now, I'm going to tell you, when you come to the Lord with a whole heart, you need to wait for nice folks and good old boys and good old girls. Either you go or you don't go. You've got to love God more than nice folks and good old boys and good old girls and family. If you don't, you won't go. You've got idolatry in your heart. You have to go. I mean, you have to put everything second to God. Wife, husband, children, everything else. Amen? World, things in the world, everything comes second to God. If it doesn't come second to God, this word of God can't work in you. How many of you see that? Hold up your hands. Now, that's the reason. The Bible's not working in you if something else got your heart. You hear it? Love can't be perfected in you. All right, now. So, he didn't come to bring a priest on the earth with a sword. Now, listen, verse 35. For I came to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law, and a man's enemies going to be members of his own household. Now, folks, look at me. If you want approval of your family, if you want approval of your friends, if you want approval of anyone more than God, you never will walk with God. All you're going to get is religion. Is that plain? That's all you get is. You get your good old case of religion while you're destroyed. Now, verse 37. He who loves his father or mother more than me, he is not worthy of me. Is that plain? Is it there? Don't act like it's not there. It's there, isn't it? Everything comes second to God. And he who loves his son and daughter more than me is not worthy of me. It sounds like you're going to come to the Lord with all your heart, doesn't it? He's going to have it all, right? You're going to love your son and daughter second, but you have to love God the most. Amen? And he who does not take up his cross and follow me, he is not worthy of me. Is that plain? Now, now, folks, I want to tell you something. Wouldn't it be much easier if I had, let's just say if I love pride and greed and I never did repent from it when I come to the Lord, you know, and you do repent of it. That's what you turn from. And let's say, well, you know, pride and greed wants to help God out. So I believe, you know, I'd read scripture like that. And, you know, anybody loves pride and greed are not going to, they're not going to follow the Lord. You know what I'm saying? You know what I mean? So what are you going to do? I want you, I want you to listen. I want you pastors particularly to hear what I'm saying. So what do you do? You'll come to places like that and you'll read that and see pride and greed's a lot smarter than God is. The very nature and character of Satan is pride and greed. You don't see what pride and Satan looks like. You look at pride and greed. So pride and greed helps God out. They help God out. I mean, they just help him out. And so pride and greed looks at that Bible and said, you have to suffer, you have to die and you have to love him more. And, you know, pride and greed looks at that and he'll just say, well, you know, God couldn't mean that. He just means be willing to. God knows we can't do that. Not him. No, sir. No, you got Satan in your hand. You'll never, never, never, ever, Mr. Pride and Greed do that. So since I'm so smart and I have so much intellect, what I really need to do. These other smart folks out there, we need to get together and kind of explain this to these people that's not smart like us. What we need to do is write a doctrine. These verses worry people. And so let's just write a doctrine. And so, oh, pride and greed. That's a doctrine. And oh, pride and greed just gets to be king over Lord, over God's heritage. They get to be a Lord over it. And everybody, of course, attaches himself to this doctrine, gets to be king and Lord too. That's the reason they like it. And then the folks get their ears tickled and say, oh, pride and greed, you know who's approval he wants? He's not looking for God's approval. He's looking for the approval of man because it fulfills selfish ambitions in his life. The powers of darkness had been doing to a sleeping church. And so, men, so then like the Pharisees, there is doctrines that do not conform you to godliness explains away this kind of love. And then you build yourself a structure. The structure gets your heart. And then the word of God can never work in your heart. And like the Pharisees, you can come and read the word of God. And over here, they become offended, offended. We don't like that part of the Bible offended. And Jesus becomes a stumbling stone and a rock of offense. Because see, if God had the heart, you can take them anywhere in here. They love every jot and tittle in this Bible, but they built the religious structure and taken only part of the word of God. And that is the trick and the snare and the trap of the devil to keep people from being perfected in love. And then he has them divided and can destroy him, which he's doing right now. And God is changing that right now. He's assuring us. He's showing smart folks that they don't have the wisdom that God's wisdom is smarter than our wisdom. He's teaching us smart folks that we get our eyes on Jesus. He says, don't you curse it is a man who puts his trust in man or the arm of flesh. You curse it. I'm not your source right here. You hear Jesus through me or you don't receive it. You become like your teacher. You want to come like a man? No, you want to come like Jesus. You say the words of Jesus. You only follow Jesus. You hear my sheep follow me in a stranger's voice. They are not going to follow it. They know his voice right there. And so after you get fully trained, you're going to be like your teacher. When you follow Jesus, amen, you'll be like him. That's what we all are. Amen. So, so see, and this is what has happened since reformation. I tell them today, Luther got a little light. Luther died to gather around the light, called it it. It's still gathered there. Calvin got some light and he gathered around and called himself Calvin. But Luther's light wouldn't have anything to do with Calvin's light and light. Calvin's light wouldn't have anything to do with Luther's light, but they both call it it. You understand what I mean? Then since reformation, somebody else gets more light and they build a structure. They call it it. And here they build another structure and call it it. They build another structure and they call it it. Somebody gets more light and they call it it. And here you've got 430 something different denominations in the United States at least. Somebody's wrong. Now, let me ask you something. You'll know them because they love one another. Now, let me ask you something. Where do you see the body of Christ at? Oh, we talk to hate one another. James 3 talks about a people there who speak blessings to God. Oh, how I love Jesus and curse their neighbors. They'll go out different doors for God's forgiveness and bitterness in their heart and anger, things like that. And they'll speak blessings and curses. And these are the things I want to show you this week. I want to show you that God said they play these things. I mean, they're going to be a great falling away from the faith in the last days. That's the apostasy. And then over here, we're going to drift away from the word of God and going to be calling something over here church. It's not church. We're going to be calling something Christian. It's not Christian. And that's the very thing that the Lord's trying to show us is wake up, sleeping virgins. You're asleep. You're dull of hearing. You see, but you don't hear. You hear, but you don't hear. You don't hear and you can't see because I haven't got your heart. You can't see. And you've got blindness in front of your wife and your own eyes. You know what flesh likes to do? Flesh likes to follow flesh. Now, let me just show you a little example. So what do you do when you encounter something in the word of God where you've got to die? What are you going to do with this scripture right here? And you just, man, you've got things going for you out here, building your treasures in this world. You've got things going. I mean, you've got your little reputation, a little career and a little name. And what about all those nice folks you know? Well, what about God? And what about all these things? And then you get up, actually, you've read something very plainly in the Bible. Where does the power of darkness lead you to? He leads you to someone who's been in the same trap you have, who loves these things like here, jealousy and anger and wrath and all these things in their life. And you go up and say, well, you know, what do you think about that fellow down there? You know what he's saying down there? And you know what this old fella, that's just going like going and asking the devil what he thinks about the message of God. And that's what, and you go into, well, of course, that's Jim Jones. That's a cult. Anybody knows that? You don't do things like that. Since going, you ask anyone with the nature of Satan and go vote on, he'll get you about three or four votes from about three or four people that love Satan. That's what you do. And say, yeah, and go back into the marketplace and make the bushel smaller and the shackle bigger. Just live for yourself. Go get folks votes. They'll find out what God said. They'll be perfected in love. God, don't, don't, don't give up a love for selfishness and self-centeredness. The Lord wasn't right there. Are you in one thing? That's where we all are right now. This is what we're working out of folks. Don't try to fit in no box. It won't fit. We're coming out of darkness. Now, I want you to know it's pitch black. And I want to tell you something right here. We're not going to gather around what light shared this. We can start another denomination. Let me be your king. Do you hear what I'm saying? No, we've got about a thimble full of truth here this week. God's opening up things. We hadn't even thought of. I'm telling you in Jesus name, folks. I'll give a little testimony this morning to pastors to try to make them see to get them to see where somebody like myself is coming from. You talk about a zero, and I'm not going to get into it. But I want to tell you something. That somebody like me could have a part. There's no way for you to sit there and conceive in your seats what kind of depth of despair and hell that I took from. It's one of the biggest miracles you've ever seen in your life if you saw what God took me out of and give me a part like I have right now. I could even read the Bible much less. That's the most off the wall thing that you've ever seen in your life. If you knew the true facts that I'm even teaching the Bible, some people don't even see it. They don't even recognize it like I've been doing it all my life. You're going to see God doing a lot of things. You better know it's the voice. And folks, we're not going to. Why are we going to have any problem with it? Jesus gets all the glory. See anything wrong with that? What you and I need is Jesus. Amen. And we're looking. You know what a disciple is a learner. We're all learners. Amen. We'll pray this name. Isn't that wonderful? Just think things are going to be different than what they've been. That's for those that fix your eyes over the Lord. Amen. So now let's just continue. Are you are you back over in John 15 now? John 15. I wasn't even going to get in this night, but I'm glad I did. Now we might start Genesis one about midnight. Now, do you have to die to bear fruit? Does everyone here understand what you have to die to to bear the fruit of love? Amen. Now, now, now, folks, I want you to see something right here. And boy, this is a precious verse, and you always go to it. Boy, this is where you're headed for. Are you hearing what I'm saying? Now, look in verse 16. You did not choose me. But I chose you. And appointed you that you should go and bear love. Love is going to come out of your mouth. Because I'm going to change your heart with my words. Amen. And that this love, this love, this love, this fruit is going to remain. And then if you're doing this, I want you to watch right here, folks. You're walking in righteousness. And so what does God say you do? Whatever you ask of the Father in my name, He's going to give it to you. You know why? You don't have no self-centered, selfish, self-worshipped, self-loved satanic motives. All you want to do is just love and help one another. Just come together and have a flipping fit. To the glory of Jesus. You're not coming here to honor some man, have some man just stand in the center. You know, Mr. Intellect, Mr. Academics, Greeks or whatever, they're going to bow before Jesus and say, we're having a bit here because Jesus is here. That's why. Amen. Isn't that right? Boy, that's good. I'm telling you, he's something, isn't he? Do you understand, folks, the judgment of God? And if you understand the judgment of God, then you understand the grace of God that we can even see this, folks. It's a tremendous change in people that God don't have the heart. He's going to pass them right on by. He's got enough phony signs and wonders and everything else going on today. That's not to say everything's phony and signs and wonders. But I'm telling you, he's got enough phoniness of everything. He's left the devil created all a whole bunch of stuff. So when the real thing comes along right now, people not even going to see it. All right, brother. Let me hug you in that. Boy, I love you. Praise God. Isn't that something? Huh? And I'm going to tell you something, folks. We're all the time wanting to go somewhere to get somebody to pray for their son and get them to pray for this and that family. When you see this truth, you're hurting for some people that you love and you know. Folks, when we start walking in this, what do you say? Whatever you ask in my name, I'm going to watch. Get your whole family saved. Get these hurting people around you. He's not answering their prayers until we start walking in covenant with them. Amen. I see little old pastors. As you know, I told you, I shared with you last night. Do you stay in my house? Little boy, I watched them. I just absolutely tore the heart out of me. I see pastors today. I see some that go by the name of pastor and they phone you as a $3 bill. They don't love God. They live with himself and how people with their straw and milk brick out there helping to build him a reputation. But there's some pastors and I saw some today. Some here tonight. That boy is just seeking God. And I'll tell you what. And to see them get out there, I see a half of what they, most of what they do is just serving those things with flesh. They don't even have time to get in the word of God because of all this system that's made up and then all this thing of just serving flesh. I'm going to tell you, pastor, it's going to be different, brother. I'm going to tell you, they're going to make things a lot of difference. And people who turn to God with a whole heart are going to see it. Everybody else is not. They're going to be destroyed. And it might be your daughter. It might be your son. It might be your sister. It might be your father. It might be your mother. I don't know who it is. But I'm going to tell you what, you're going to choose whether you love family or anything else more than God. If you do, this Bible won't work for you. Now, I want you to just write it down in your little book. If you don't understand this right now, this word has to conform you to the image of Jesus. Perfect love is right here. God's wrote it down. Here's how you have this kind of love. If you don't do it, the laws and the commandments stand right there to destroy you. And I'm going to tell you something. This is going to come together if I can get started here. And you're going to see it. You're going to get a picture. It's just going to be so plain. Some of these scriptures are going to change. And I'm going to tell you what's true. You're going to want to stay in this Bible so much, you say, well, I've got to work. Quit. No, really, you're not going to want to work. If you talk with this greed and this slander and temper and stealing and unforgiveness and stubbornness and boasting and all this kind of thing, if you act like that, they'd love you. Are you seeing what I mean? But you're not going to act like that. You're not going to please the world because you know every one of them that's walking that way, you've already seen it. Honey, they're being torn all to pieces and tormented in hell by the powers of darkness. They've been destroyed. Now, let's just read this. They've been destroyed right there in your stand. And look, I don't care which family, friend, whoever it is. They are being destroyed like rotten, like a moth. They've been destroyed. Everything in rebellion that God has destroyed this earth. God's already put up his laws. They stand right there. Sin and death is one of them right there. You've got the law of Jesus. Christ, but sin and death and you sin, death, wrath, condemnation and a curse and judgment comes against you. And the only way if you're going to get cleansed from it and get free from it is to be in Christ. And it won't be one stinking thing you can boast about anymore. Except the cross. Amen. Glory be to God. That's good. And Jesus gets all the glory. Amen. I'm ready for some of that. Now, if you were of the world, the world would love its own. They love people that act like them. But because you are not of the world. But the Lord Jesus Christ has told you, come out of the world. Therefore, the world is going to hate you. Because when, listen to me, look at me. Because when family or friend calls and wants to talk about something or do something to a neighbor, anger, none of the good, all this foolishness, you won't participate in it. And when you won't participate in it, they look pretty silly and they think you're square. And if you've got that much ambition in your life, well, you just, you just be, act like the devil with them because you don't want your reputation hurt. But if you're really wanting to please the Lord, you'd be like a little old lamb there. Everything's right out on the table. You don't have nothing to hide from nobody. You've got it right out there. You don't have no motive. You don't have no secrets. You don't have to hide nothing. You're walking in peace. Now, I want to tell you something. I want you to be encouraged. Don't you be condemned over any of this because it's the Lord that's going to bring that to pass in your life. Oh, we're going to love each other. We're going to bite a chunk out of each other. You'll find out what it's like. You know, I used to see this thing when I was a steel rigger and I read that Bible there and I saw it just go up and they kiss each other. Holy kiss. I've got where I do that. A lot. I'm doing it more all the time. There must be something happening to me. See, when I was an old steel rigger, you know, I walked and talked like the devil. You know, words changing me. And now, where do we go? Now, let me ask you something. I want you to get this picture. I don't know how in the world out there they're all like the devil. You know what you do? What that was? Don't you remember that? The strong gather together and lord it over the weak. And the strong hoard everything for themselves. And they let the weak, the lame, the ones whose minds are not something. They may have less intellect. They may not be as strong physically. That's the way of the devil. The strong throw the weak out in the cold. Let them die. That's how you have murder in your heart. And then you want to hang around to those who are strong like you. To fulfill your own selfishness and self-worship. How many are seeing that? Hold up your hand. So now, the Lord's, oh dear God. Folks, do you understand what it is for us to begin to get our eyes opened now? We've been wearing ourselves out. And God is really meaning it for us to enter into a rest. I'm going to tell you something. He's in total control of every person and all the powers of darkness. I mean, he can have you to do anything. He could make your heart change. He can make you do anything he wants you to do. Don't fear man. Don't fear what anybody's going to say. Don't fear nothing except God. Don't get your mind around on the powers of darkness or criticism or judging or whatever. But we judge for righteousness sake. If something doesn't line up with this word, we say that's the devil. Amen? Say, that's the devil. Now, when I started to think if I'd let the devil run over me, I'm telling you what's the truth. If I'd let the devil come in, he would have run me off. I could get into stories and things in these meetings right here. I'm telling you what the devil run me off. And I don't let the devil move in and take over nothing. Amen? Okay. Well, now I'm just changing directions right here again now. I'm not going to go the way. I thought I was going to get into that law and everything, but I'm not going to do it. I'm going to just share something else. Now, I want to put on that pride right there, brother, if you will, please. I want to be sharing. I just want to show you how people's motives can get perverted right here. And all right. Now, if a man loves pride, I think I showed this to you last night. Honey, now that's a very nature. That's the heart of Satan. And selfishness. Anyone who loves pride is deceitful. They'll use you in a New York second. Now, can you hear pride coming out of someone's mouth? Did we say we're going to know them by the fruit? Now, folks, before I want to caution you about something. We're starting to get our eyes open about some things, all right? That means we got a lot more to learn. Don't you get in judgment. And kind of think, but you don't compromise. You understand what? Don't go over here about 25 miles too far. In other words, when we're dealing with the Church of Jesus Christ, we're coming to a place. We're just the ones that can receive this part of the word of God. Do you understand how many people are going to hang around for you to teach two hours in the word of God with this kind of teaching? How many people are going to hang around there? They're going to find him another place to go with that, right? Because really, they don't love the word of God. You know that? And pastor, they're not with you. They don't love it. They're not with you. And you get the people that's left, whoever that remnant is, and you'd be surprised how many good people around and wanting a place to go to, you know, that were, I mean, just, you know, it's just a bother word. So if this pride is there, folks, that's what Matthew 7 taught me. That's just a symptom of a whole bunch of other things that's in this person's heart. And here's part of it right there. There's boasting. There's arrogance. There's, now see, this is one fortress right here. The root pride. And in that thing is destroying a person. And these sins get in a person's life. He's being destroyed. Oh, he might look healthy and smiling and laughing and tap dancing on one foot and all these things, but you watch him for a little while and you'll just even watch him deteriorate and come to him. And then you're going to look for him a little later on and you won't be able to find him. See, that's the wisdom of God. He just slowly, God just moves them off the way. They're gone. They're gone. And right there is acceptance. Now, I want you to, now here I'm going to hold my Bible right over here. And I want you to ask, I want you just to figure out what a man's going to do with this word of God when these things are in his life of self-love. Now, here it stands that they're the root of its pride. There's rebellion. There's self-glory. There's control. There's making a name for himself. There's selfish ambition, self-righteousness, arrogance, boasting ego. These are all part of pride. There's selfishness. There's unloving, man-pleaser. Now, tell me what that man is going to do with this Bible when he teaches you. Now, then tell me where you should look to intellect or should you hear the word of, be able to hear the voice of Jesus? See, in the world you pull them up to, to, to, to, to bow to the intellectual because they're stronger. The man with the money gets the floor because he's stronger. That's how the weak come to the strong. Are you hear what I'm saying? And you move that into the church and what you got? You got man in the center instead of Jesus. Do you think he's going to teach you the whole word of God right there, the man with these things in his life? Can I tell you? He will not because the power of the gospel backs him up because he can't fulfill selfish ambition and self-glory and selfishness and arrogance and making a name for himself and selfish ambition. Who can't fulfill these things? If he preaches all the word of God through it, he'll water down back off, explain away for the Bible. You'll never hear it and never know it. You know what parts you'll get out? You'll, you'll, you won't get. I hear it comes. Listen to me. You will not get the part that perfects you in love. You will not get the part of the Bible that makes you holy and righteous because that part of the Bible tells flesh to die. And a man with selfish ambition, he comes along to tickle your ear while he uses you to fulfill selfish ambition and the powers of darkness work with him. Anyone that loves pride and greed, they start helping them to fulfill that selfish ambition. And while he fulfills selfish ambitions, the powers of darkness can intimidate the congregation with fear and guilt and keep them in lie. Come here. Do you see what I'm saying? Hold up your hand right there. Can I tell you what we're Lord's teaching us right now? It's not the wisdom of man. Can I say this one more time? What the Lord is teaching right now is not that wisdom of man. And you know what you and I need is a wisdom of God. The only place you get that is through Jesus. Amen. And nothing boast about no more. You needn't to count each other and go brag about it anymore. Yes. All right. Let me ask you something. Five right here. Figures the more Nichols knows the numbers he has, the better he's helping God out for him. Now, what does it do? If you have 200 in the church and they don't love each other, then it grows and it becomes 400 that don't love one another. Then it grows and grows and you get a bigger building. And you have 800 and they don't love one another. And it grows and grows and it comes the biggest one in the district. It got up to 1500 repetition and they still don't love each other. Because the only thing that pride and greed knows how to do is make folks just like him. And after you're fully trained, you become just like your teacher. I want to tell you something, folks. If anybody gets any spiritual pride about this, I want to tell the whole rock bunch of us have been deceived. Ever the last one of us. So we're coming out of Babylon. The wise virgins will. The foolish virgins will never hear what we're saying right now. Now, let me give you an example. Have what I've been sharing in the word of God? Have I stayed with the word of God what I've been sharing these last two nights? Now, I want to ask you something. How many churches do you know would want me to come in and share this? What I've shared the last two nights. Tell me. Think about it. Well, now, that's interesting. If what I'm sharing is in the word of God, they surely wouldn't want it. And they're talking about these things. Wow. It'll tear this down. It tears down selfish ambition and reputation. Then, if they don't want it to be in there, they're not being perfected in love. And if they're not being perfected in love, they're not preaching the word. And if they're not preaching the word, there's some folks in captivity there. In Babylon. Let me get my eyes open. I'm going to be honest with you. I see God doing more here than I do in most places because I see it with the pastors. Shepherds. I go to places, I don't think I see one shepherd that'll receive any part of this. Can you believe that? You've got a bunch of them here. At least I think you do. It won't take you very long to tell, but you know something, folks? What we're sharing here is not centered around man. It's around the Lord. It's the move of God. I may sense a presence of God in here confirming this all over the place. So let me ask you something. Who is the only one that can really communicate this as a spirit of God? He's pleased. He's pleased with you. You know what you're doing right there sitting in your seat? He's looking in your heart and you're repenting. You're turning from things that had your heart. The word of God's turned down strongholds in your heart right now. The Lord is pleased. He's pleased with you. He's the one that's going to perfect it in you. He's going to lead you in all truth. He just wants you to love him with all your heart and stay in his word and don't let your heart go to anything else.
