Well, thank you Global Vision and the National Deliverance Conference
family. Can we move this amazing pulpit, by the way? And there's a story
behind that thing down there. I want to be a little bit closer.

You'll know pretty quickly I don't stay behind that very long. So many
kind words. I am so grateful.

Let me just say I have known Pastor Greg for a long, long time. And what
impresses me the most, I mean, I say a lot of things, but having been
here is he's not hiding in a room away from his church family. I mean,
he's a great pastor.

Amen. Hey, well, I just say that because I've been around enough larger
church pastors that maybe unintentionally, given the benefit of the
doubt, no longer hang out with the sheep. All right.

And so I am grateful for Pastor Greg. And amen. Give him a round of
applause.

So just a few introductory comments, though, I do want to say a few
things to a few select group of people in the room. And I've been really
trying to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit, even to the invitation that I
really believe the unique one the Lord has laid on my heart. But if
you're a pastor or a church leader in this room, you may not be the
senior pastor, maybe the youth pastor, maybe the assistant pastor, maybe
the assistant to the assistant pastor.

I don't care. All right. If that's you, would you stand up for a second?
Stay standing.

Stay standing. Here is what I want to say to you. And I mean this with
all of my heart.

And here's what I know. Some of you came to this conference. And if God
doesn't do something, you're done.

There's a lot of people in ministry that if they could do something else
and make a little bit of money, they would get out of the ministry. And
I know some of you in this room that are in ministry, it's not looking
like you thought it would when you got into it. And I'm just going to
tell you that ministry is learning to live in constant pain, but giving
it to Jesus.

All right. All right. You say, all I do is put out fires.

Of course you do, because you're the leader. That's what leaders do. But
what I also want to speak to you is this in identity.

Success in ministry is not having a tent like this. If God gives you
that, great. Hallelujah.

But I promise you success in ministry is faithfulness to the Lord Jesus
Christ. It's loving Jesus with all that you have. See, I want to speak
to the pastors and leaders in the room.

Some of you are in this room and you love the ministry, but the ministry
has hurt your spouse. And you've not told anyone that. And you might
need to tell somebody that here today.

We got invitation day. We got invitation night. Some of you in this
room, you love Jesus.

You love the ministry, but your kids are no longer in the ministry. And
you feel like, well, maybe I should have been a better this. I should
have been better that.

We don't live in yesterday. We live in today. I want you to know that
the greatest pastors in the world, the greatest speakers in the world
are the ones you'll never hear.

They're the ones that probably do not have a YouTube channel. They
probably do not have a podcast. And they're probably ones preaching to
tens of tens.

But God loves them. And so I just want to say that ministry is unto
Jesus and Jesus alone. And I give you men and women of God a round of
applause.

You may be seated. You may be seated. I mean that with all of my heart.

We've got to be robbed of the idolatry of thanking the ministry
successes numbers in a building. If that was success, that's pretty easy
to do. Pastor Greg could offer people $100 to show up.

And we'd need three times this amount of tents. All right. It's not
about people.

It's about presence. It's about presence. Without God's presence, this
doesn't matter.

Without God's presence, shut this thing down. I mean, without God's
presence, we are a glorified Kiwanis club. All right.

I mean, without God's, I mean, if you went to McDonald's and ordered a
hamburger and they said, we don't got that. You're like, well, you're
McDonald's. Maybe you don't got hamburger.

You know, if the church doesn't have presence, we're nothing. But here's
I'm going to tell you right now. The church of Jesus Christ today lacks
the presence of God.

And here is why. And I don't say this as somebody for people watching
online as someone who has arrived, but someone who's learning. Most
pastors and leaders and people in churches do not pray.

And do not fast. Leonard Ravenhill told David Wilkerson one time, he
said, most pastors do not pray. So my heartbeat today is that God would
mark you with hunger.

He would strike your heart with the arrow of hunger. And you say, you
know what? I'm never going to be the same. I want to live in his
presence.

That's what I've got to have. You see, ladies and gentlemen, one of the
greatest callings in ministry. It has nothing to do with the titles that
you could get here on earth.

You see, the Lord Jesus said that we're prophets, priests and kings. We
like the prophets part and we like the kings part, but we neglect the
priestly part. And the priestly ministry is ministering to the Lord.

It's offering prayers of incense day and night, night and day. Let
incense arise. When was the last time that you spent an all night in
prayer? Because you just love Jesus.

You just loved him. It was said of John Hyde, praying Hyde, when revival
came to India in the early 1900s, that John Hyde had many foodless days
and sleepless nights. John Hyde.

He'd have a conference like this, but you couldn't find him because they
said he'd be in the prayer room. He'd be in the prayer room. God deliver
us from professional Christianity.

And God deliver us from a desire. Listen, God deliver us from a desire
of wanting to be known. Deliver us from that.

It doesn't matter if people know who we are. It doesn't. But it matters
a lot if Jesus does.

And I think it kind of matters if the demons that are in hell know who
we are. You know, like, I don't like that guy. I don't like that gal.

That's what we got to live for. It's idolatry to want people to. I'm
telling you, I say this because sometimes motive matters.

Why we say what we say. Why we post what we post matters. You know,
you're going, I mean, I got to preach.

I'll get nothing done. But it's funny, on Sunday mornings, you go on
Facebook and you start scrolling. How many pictures do you see of
churches empty? Like pastors are looking for the pictures of the pews
that aren't filled.

Pastors are taking pictures of the parking spots that aren't filled.
Pastors are taking pictures of the people that decided this was their
last Sunday. That never happens.

They normally got the camera guy. I'll figure, okay, I want you to get
this angle. And I want you to get making only when the hands are raised.

Only when the hands are raised. Oh, and when the altar is filled, you
got to get that picture. I'm just saying God may remove his glory if
we're not careful why we post what we post.

All right, there you go. I'll just say to the volunteers of Global
Vision, you guys are rock stars. Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow.

Absolutely amazing, amazing, amazing, amazing, amazing, amazing,
amazing, amazing, amazing. So I'll give you this today and I'll give you
a precursor to the invitation. I've really been praying about this.

I really sense this is from the Holy Spirit. I am praying that God, the
invitation is I'm going to invite all the young people to come to the
front and pray. I'm going to ask God to raise up a revival generation in
this day and in this hour.

And so if you're a child, a teenager, a young adult, or you want to
self-identify as a young adult, all right, I'm going to give you the
opportunity to come forward. That's what I sense the Lord speak in my
heart, but I've got to move on. I want to talk to you about prayer and
fasting, but I want to talk about the why behind prayer and fasting.

But if I give you a different title, it's this. Jesus, the deliverer.
Jesus, the reviver.

Jesus. Revival without Jesus is nothing. Deliverance without Jesus is
nothing.

If you know all the names of the demons, and I'm not against you knowing
those names, but you don't know the names of Jesus, you're in trouble.
You're in trouble. We need to be people passionately in love with Jesus,
the deliverer.

The entire entirety of scripture is that of deliverance. In the Garden
of Eden, when Adam and Eve fell, what did they need? They needed
deliverance. They needed deliverance.

What had to happen? God had to kill something. Actually, I believe
deliverance started before the Garden of Eden because the Bible says
that Jesus was the lamb that was slain before the foundation of the
world. The book of Exodus talks about deliverance when God's people had
to come out of Egypt.

The book of Judges talks about deliverance when God's people was
oppressed. The book of Psalms is about people that need to be delivered
from different things in their life, and so we learn the power of praise
and worship. It's a weapon.

It's a weapon. Did you know, listen, the way that God runs his kingdom
in heaven right now is there is non-stop, 24-7 prayer. Jesus ever lives
to what? To make intercession.

He just can't stop praying for you and for me. For those of you all
around the back and all of you in the front, he's praying. And you know
what else is happening in heaven? There are angels that can't stop
singing.

They can't stop singing, you know? And they sing, and you know, you've
heard the coined phrase before, the 7-11 songs, and same seven words, 11
times, you know, but listen, when you see him for who he is, you'll just
keep singing. You'll just keep singing. You'll keep singing.

You're like, church is 10 o'clock, I want to keep singing. Church is 11
o'clock, I want to keep singing. Midnight, I'm tired, get some coffee.

I'll keep singing. Why? Because I see him. I see him.

Listen, when you get into worship, you can choose to do one, two things.
Behold his beauty or be bored. All right? And maybe the breakthrough
that you need is to maybe do something for, when's the last time you did
something for the first time? If you've never raised your hands in
worship, I invite you to raise your hands in worship.

If you never danced in worship, I invite you to dance in worship. I
can't dance. I like to pretend I can, but I can't.

But I promise you, no one will out-energize me, all right? They won't.
Maybe you need to get on your face, face down. Maybe you need to get
outside this tent and walk with God, all right? God wants to, I'm
telling you guys, he's doing, and listen, David had 3,000 paid musicians
and singers on staff working full-time in the temple.

They were paid musicians and singers in the temple. Non-stop what?
Worship. And guess what was going on in the temple 24-7? They were
making offerings.

Non-stop prayer and worship. Incense and worship. Thy kingdom come on
earth as it is in, what's going on in heaven? Prayer and worship.

What do we need on earth? Prayer and worship. You know why there's
nations across this globe that are dark? Because there's non-stop prayer
and worship to false gods. That's why it's dark in other nations.

You want to establish a beachhead like Normandy against Satan's kingdom?
Get people in a room that just want to behold the beauty of Jesus and
sing, and sing, and sing, and pray, and sing, and pray, and pray, and
sing. See, prayer and fasting, here's the secret. And I really will get
to the Bible.

It's this. Prayer and fasting is the weakest things that we can do. Yet
it's the most powerful thing that God uses.

You don't need a PhD or even one of Pastor Greg's PhDs. You don't,
listen, you don't need to be a great singer. You don't need to be a
great communicator.

You just need to stop putting food in your mouth. And you just need to
tell God what God tells you to tell him. I mean, it's not that hard to
stop putting food in your mouth.

And to tell God what he tells you to tell him. Because I don't know what
to tell him. Say, Jesus, I love you.

Jesus, you're faithful. Jesus, you're faithful. Because you're faithful,
show your faithfulness more to me.

Show your faithfulness more to me. and help me be more faithful to you."
Prayer begins with God, comes to us, and goes back to God. If there's
any part of you in this room that wants more of God, when you came here,
it didn't start with you.

It started in heaven, because God loves you so much. He's drawing you to
Himself. We are His beloved.

Alright, there you go. Now, Mark chapter number 9, verse 29. You know
this verse, alright? Man, I want revival.

Revival. God never repeats revivals. So He'll never repeat the first
great awakening, or the second great awakening, or the prayer revival,
or the revivals in India and China.

He always is doing a new thing. His work is always advancing. God never
retreats.

He never backs up. He never makes excuses. It says here, you heard
Pastor Greg quote this verse.

And you know, many of you know the context of this, and I will, for sake
of time, I'll briefly go through it, but I want you to catch this. So He
said to them, this kind come out by nothing but prayer and what?
Fasting. Some people have argued that this kind could mean one of two
things.

This kind is referring to a specific demon that can only come out by
prayer and fasting. And my answer to that is, yes. And some people have
thought that this kind, in reference to the previous verses in this
text, is in reference to a type of faith.

And my answer to that is, yes. Alright? I solved your problem there. So
God says the most powerful acts that move heaven and earth are the
weakest things that we can do, but God empowers them.

Because prayer and fasting lead us to greater revelation to who He is.
You don't need another song. You don't need another book.

You don't need another sermon. You need fresh revelation from heaven
about who Jesus really is. That's why we pray for a spirit of
revelation.

But many of us in this room, we've gotten bored with who Jesus is. Give
me something different. Give me something better.

Give me something more profound. There is nothing more profound than the
Son of God. There's nothing more profound than Jesus.

And I want, listen, I want to be like David, who said, I just want to,
he said, I just want to be a doorkeeper in God's house. I want to dwell
on His beauty. I want to know His emotions.

I want to know His heart. I want to know why His heart beats. I want to
know why He weeps.

I want to know why He's mad. I want to know Him. Ladies and gentlemen,
give the rest of your life to pursuing Jesus.

Not pursuing a platform. Not pursuing a name for yourself. Pursuing His
presence.

The Bible says in the book of Malachi that His name would be great
everywhere where incense was offered up in His name. We offer incense up
in His name by prayer. And God wants to raise up a praying church.

You will never have a deliverance ministry until you have a prayer
ministry. And you'll never have a prayer ministry until you have a
prayer life. That's what we have to have in this hour.

That's what we have to have. That's what we have to have. No more dead
churches.

No more dead youth groups. No more dead kids' ministries. No more dead,
we need revival.

And it's only going to come when God's people pray. And I'm going to
tell you, you're going to get in a place of prayer and you're not going
to know what to pray. So practical tip, I journal my prayers.

Why? Because I'm ADHD. I'm shocked I even brought notes and I don't even
think I'm referring to them. I journal.

So I read something in our church on Sunday. I was in India 21 years
ago. And I read, I was reading back a prayer.

We were in India. And we saw a demonic activity take place in India. And
we went to a village where they never heard the name of Jesus.

And then we saw a demonic activity. But we cast out demons in that
village. And we saw God save people who had never heard the name of
Jesus.

And we saw someone who couldn't walk, walk. Is it because of my prayer?
It's because of his prayer threw me back to him. God raised up a praying
church.

So young people in this room, I am asking you to consider, to consider
to give your life to loving Jesus, serving Jesus. I'm not talking about
full time ministry. He may want you to do that.

God called me to preach at 13 years old. Thirteen years old. I was
adopted when I was three years old.

My birth parents were drug addicts and alcoholics. My birth mom died
when I was three because of drugs. My family adopted me.

They didn't go to church. But there was a church that had an old school
bus ministry. And I rode the bus to church.

I gave my life to Jesus Christ. Some of you in this room, you might need
to give your life to Jesus Christ. Just saying.

All right? And then I went to church camp that first year. And someone
paid my way. Some adult in the church.

I don't know their name. They paid my way. And the last night of youth
camp, I didn't know how to put it into language.

I just said, I want to do what that guy's doing. And God, I came to the
front. I don't remember what I said.

But I knew God called me. And I went home. Next thing you know, I'm
standing before a church on a Sunday night.

And I'm telling the church that I want to be a preacher. And they clap
and they shout. And then my pastor takes me under his wing.

I'm telling you, my pastor was in his 50s. I was like 12, 13. I mean, he
probably could have made excuses why he shouldn't have done that.

But he did that. The greatest impact we can have, ladies and gentlemen,
is on the next generation. Next generation.

I'm giving identity to some of you young people right now that need to
surrender your life to serving Jesus. I'm giving identity to some of you
in this room that you feel like you're a failure because who am I? I
don't have anything important to do in my church. You're a man or woman
of prayer.

You're a man or woman of prayer. You know, if you're watching online or
here right now and this is not your home church, the best thing you can
do is text your pastor and say, Pastor, I'm praying for you. Pastor, I'm
thankful for you.

I'm grateful for you. You say, well, I don't know if I thank that about
my pastor. Then get out of your church.

If you're going to be divisive in your church, you need to get out. You
need to get out. All right? You need to get out.

Listen, I'll be the first to tell you, pastors don't get it right all
the time. We don't get it right all the time. I tell people all the time
this, I'm often wrong, but I'm seldom in doubt.

Seldom in doubt. But listen, pastors are quitting the ministry because
they feel like no one cares. No one appreciates them.

No one's serving. No one isn't making a difference. You could change the
trajectory of your church by being an encouragement to your pastor.

Don't come in and say, Pastor, you've never done deliverance ministry.
It's time to do deliverance ministry. I heard this, this, and this, and
this, and this.

And pastor's like, I just hope we make tithe next week. I hope we make
the budget. Be an encouragement to your pastor.

All right, let's press through this text fast. We need revelation of who
Jesus really is. Now, if you love Jesus, say amen.

Say yes. Say yes. All right, you don't understand Mark chapter 9, verse
29, Pastor Greg, until you understand Mark chapter 9, verses 2 and
following.

Look at what the Bible says here. This is the transfiguration. After six
days, Jesus took Peter, James, and John.

Why did he take all of the 12? Because Jesus had favorites. No, I
believe that. I mean, he loves everybody the same.

All right, but he has favorites. I want to be one of God's favorites. I
want to be one of those ones that when he's like picking the A team,
he's like, listen, I know I look like a professional football player,
but I'm not.

All right? I was just glad to be like, I feel like I can be 12th man on
the basketball team, because that at least gets me to go to some
tournaments, you know? That's why I'm a runner, because I'm running from
my past, you know. But there's, listen, God's looking, what makes you
one of God's favorites? Love, devotion. You didn't realize this, let me
give you this, because I'm talking about fresh revelation here.

John the Revelator was John the Beloved first. You don't get revelation
until you learn that you're the beloved, until you walk in your identity
as a son and daughter of God and dwell in his love. The Bible says that,
Jesus says, the love I have for the Father, the love that I dwell in
with the Father, that same love I want you to dwell in.

And so we go on here, it says here, high mountain, far from the cells,
transfigured before them, his clothes became shining, exceedingly white
like snow. And I love how the New King James says this, as no launderer
on earth can whiten them. He's just like, I don't know what to say, so
I'm just going to say this.

I mean, his presence. And then Elijah appeared to them with Moses, and
they were talking to Jesus. The law and the prophets there with Jesus,
the one that came to fulfill the law and the prophets.

And then look what Peter said. Man, every church has a guy like this.
But he got this one right.

Peter answered and said to Jesus, Rabbi, it is good for us to be here.
Well, thank you, Captain Obvious. Of course, it's good for you to be
here.

Like, you're like one of a handful of people that have ever seen me in
my glory. Of course, it's good for you to be here. It's good for you to
be in the glory of God.

Peter didn't know what to say. So the Bible goes on and talks about he
didn't know what to say because he was afraid. But he was in the glory
of God.

Do everything you can to be under the glory of God. Do everything you
can to be under the glory of God. Get your kids under the glory of God.

Get your grandkids under the glory of God. I think Peter was having a
little revival right there. He's in God's presence.

Jesus has been transfigured. Listen, if Jesus came transfigured in here,
we call it revival. Some of us might pull out our phones, take some
photos, post on Instagram, you know, do something.

But we say revival has come because Jesus has come. But look what the
Bible says here. We're moving on.

He says in there and it says, verse seven, and a cloud came and
overshadowed them and a voice came out of the cloud and said, this is my
beloved son. Hear him. Hear him.

Hear him. Connect, hear him in chapter nine, verse number seven to
chapter nine, verse number twenty nine. This kind comes out by prayer
and fasting.

Why is that? Because demons hear him. Why is that? Because those of us
offering deliverance ministry are seeking to hear him because it's his
voice and his power and his touch and his anointing. It's all about the
Lord Jesus Christ.

Hear him. Listen, some of you need to stop listening to your friends
that are critical of you being here. Some of you need to stop listening
to the voices, the voice in your head that's simply that doubting voice
that says, you know, you could do something better with your time.

And they say a million things. Stop listening to doubt. Stop listening
to fear and hear him, hear him, hear him.

Stop. Listen, I'm all for the books that we're giving out. Please get
all the books and sell them online.

No, you know, but listen, if you don't spend time in God's word, those
books are useless to you. Do you know the voice of the shepherd? Do you
know it? Do you love it? Listen, if you learn to hear him, then it's if
there's a crowd this large, great, if not great, you're here for him
anyway. Do you know why large gatherings move us, whether it's this or I
think there's a football team that plays in Nashville called the Titans.

I don't know. I'm in Kansas City. We have the Chiefs anyway.

All right. But you know why we all love large gatherings with lights and
loud music? It's because we're hardwired for heaven, because in heaven
there's large clouds in heaven, crowds in heaven. There's thunderings
and lightnings and many voices.

Something's triggered in us to go. There's something about that that
brings life. But listen, if you only get life when you come here and you
can't get life in the prayer closet, something's wrong.

Something's wrong. Something's wrong. Something's wrong.

Something's wrong. Some of you are going to leave here and go, man, I
can't wait for another one. Great.

But you need to you need to go establish a prayer room in your house.
You need to go get you a holy place. You go find you a tree to go pray
at.

You need to get alone with God. This kind comes out by prayer and
fasting. We need a revelation of who he is.

He is the beloved son of God. He is greater than the angels. He is
greater than the prophets.

He is greater than all the famous preachers you could ever name. He's
greater than Billy Graham. He's greater than Malachi.

He's greater than Greg. He is greater. And one day every knee will bow
and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord.

He is greater than the Senate. He is greater than the Congress. He is
greater than the presidents.

There's never been one like him and there'll never be another one like
him. Jesus is greater. He is greater than the name of every demon in
that book.

He is greater. He is greater than a red sea. He is greater than the sun
that needs to stop.

He's greater than your mountains. I don't care what the critics say. I'm
listening to him.

I don't care what the doubters say. I'm listening to him. Some of you in
this room, you want to get closer to God.

But there's a trouble in your marriage right now. Because your spouse
does not like the decisions you're making. You go, how do you know?
Jesus said, I didn't come to bring peace, but a sword.

If you decide to follow Jesus radically, your kids may disown you. Your
spouse may leave you. I don't want that to happen.

I'm not like, yeah, no, you know, your in-laws may not like you. But
actually, do you know the difference between in-laws and out-laws? I
don't make jokes. You need to laugh when I say this, all right? The
difference between in-laws and out-laws are outlaws are wanted.

Anyway, all right. I like my in-laws. Thank you.

You're probably not watching, but thank you. Hear him. Hear him.

Hear. Stop. Listen, I tell my Baptist friends all the time.

I always like to joke, Greg, when people want to make fun of Baptists,
which I don't mind. And I say, you know what I mean? If I wasn't
Baptist, they'd go, what would you be? I'd be sorry. And but but I mean,
I tell my I tell my Baptist friends, it's not Father, Son, Holy Bible.

It's Father, Son, Holy Spirit. I tell my charismatic friends and I am a
I'm full blown charismatic. All the gifts, all the offices, as I tell
them, your feelings aren't God.

Your feelings don't trump the Bible. Your experiences do not trump the
word of God. Pastor, I just I feel like God wants me to do this and
that.

Well, that goes against your that's not God. You just told you what you
want to do and then you're doing it. All right.

Moving on. We got to move fast here. Chapter nine, verse 14.

And he came to the disciples. Jesus, he saw a great multitude around
them and scribes disputing with them immediately when they saw him. We
need to see him.

All the people are greatly amazed and run to him, greeted him. And he
asked the scribes, what are you discussing with them? Do you think Jesus
knew the answer to this already? Yes or no? Yes. He already knew the
answer to this.

We need fresh revelation of who Jesus is. You know why they're disputing
back and forth? Because they don't really see him. You know why those
arguments in your marriage and your family and your church and your
life, why their disagreements, why people like to squabble and argue
about things that don't matter because they don't see him, they don't
see him.

I don't have time to land on that one. But a lot of the division, the
body of Christ is simply because most people don't know him and I don't
think they're saved. But all right, we move on.

This is then one of the crowd answered, said, teacher. Mostly says
teacher is going to use a different word here in a second because he's
going to get fresh revelation of who Jesus is. Teacher, I brought you my
son who had a mute spirit.

And whenever it sees him, it throws him down. He foams at the mouth,
gnashes his teeth. He becomes rigid.

So I spoke to your disciples that they should cast it out. But they
could not. Let me stop there.

He didn't bring his son to Jesus. He brought his son to the disciples. A
lot of people base their view of Jesus.

On what they experience or don't experience through us. And I wonder if
this world does not see him for who he is and love him for who he is,
because if they look at our life, they don't see anything they want.
They look at our churches.

They don't see signs, wonders and miracles and think they want. They
don't see people being saved, people being baptized, people being
delivered. I don't want to be someone's excuse.

I don't want to have an impotent church that doesn't know how to get
hold of the throne of heaven and see God move. This last Sunday, we had
a lady saved during the worship time. OK, we had a lady saved during the
healing time.

Our services are going to two and a half hours on Sundays. And I pastor
a rural church and I love it. Why do I love it? Because Jesus is not
about it's not about big or small.

It's about better. And the presence of God is better. It's way better,
way better, way better.

I love the church. I love the church. You should love the church.

I don't want to be someone's excuse. People go, well, what do you get
people to sing so long? We just sing because their names aren't in the
songs. I mean, their names and we're not singing to them.

You know, I heard one preacher say this. What happens if they leave? I
don't know. They go home.

They go out to eat. They go to the gas station. Right.

You know. You know, stop letting lukewarm people make the decisions in
your church. Amen.

Amen. Don't let people lead in the church that do not have the fire of
God flickering in their eyes. If they're not willing to come to a prayer
meeting, don't get them in any other meeting.

The best business means of the church are prayer meetings. I don't have
time to go into all that, but I got history and I can tell you more. We
need a revelation of who he is.

This guy says teacher, but go on here, says and Jesus answers that of
faithless generation. How long should I be with you? How long should I
bear with you? Bring him to me. I'm going to get to the prayer and fast
thing in a second.

We're going to bring this home and it's going to stay with me. And they
brought him to him and we saw him immediately. The spirit convulsed, the
spirit convulsed him.

He fell on the ground, wallowed, foaming at the mouth. It's in the
Bible. So don't be shocked when you see it.

So he asked the father, how long has this been happening to him? And he
said from childhood and often he's thrown both into the fire and the
water to store him. But if you can do anything, if I can do anything, I
mean, I can Jesus do anything like there's the understatement of the
year, you know, but if you can do anything, here's what he wants. Have
compassion.

What God was going about to do was to be the greatest act of love this
father ever experienced. Yeah, deliverance ministry is an act of love.
It's the love of the father to his children that he is greater and
stronger than anything that could ever come against his children.

And the Bible says he says it says Jesus said to him, if you can believe
all things are possible to him who believes immediately, the father of
the child cried out with tears and he said, teacher, no, so he said he
said, Lord, something transpired in the conversation that the father had
with Jesus between the first remark and the second remark revelation
came. If you're going to see Jesus move and work in your life, the
revelation you need is not that he's just a good teacher, but he's Lord.
Some of the problems in your life is you've not you've not let Jesus be
CEO of your life and you resigned from the board.

All right. And the father says, if you have compassion, oh, Jesus had
compassion. What amazing compassion.

We need a revelation of Jesus is and this is why prayer and fasting is
important, because without prayer and fasting, you'll never know who
Jesus really is. There are some things God will only give you in prayer
and fasting. The second greatest thing, maybe it's the greatest thing
there Prince is known for, but if not the greatest, it's the second
greatest thing Derek Prince is known for.

It's fasting. It's fasting. There are some miracles global vision will
never experience until you learn to fast and pray.

So here's a personal story on prayer and fasting. In 2011, I was in
seminary because I thought degrees would make me happy. All right.

I'm one of those guys has more degrees in a thermometer. All right. I
don't remember anything I learned in seminary.

I don't. And that's not that's not a knock on it. It's just I was just
anyway, my people be like, of course, we can tell.

And it's like the lady at church one time said, I can tell you study
this week. Thank you. Thank you.

You know, and but I remember being in seminary going 2011. I'd already
transitioned denominationally, but it was God was taking me deeper than
that. I was ready to quit the ministry because I was reading the Bible
and something in me says I'm not seeing anything like the book of Acts.

I'm not feeling anything like the transformation that God can bring. I'm
not experiencing the miracles that Jesus said that would come. I'm not
even just really feeling God.

And so I kind of had this ultimatum with God, I said, God, I'm ready to
quit. And I was in a class and seminary and I saw this video of when
revival came to the First Baptist Church of Springdale, Arkansas in
1995. Pastor Ronnie Floyd is a mentor and a dear friend of mine.

More stories that Greg and I could tell, we don't get time. But we
watched a video of a revival came in 1995 to his church because his wife
had gotten cancer. He was in his late 30s.

He wanted a 40 day fast and then asked God if he could tell his church
the fast he went on. And God said, you can tell your church. He got for
his church and confessed pride.

And what happened on that day, and I'm shorting the story, was revival
came, their service went way in the afternoon and it forever changed
their church. That church of less than probably a couple thousand by
that time, it's well over 10,000 now, multiple campuses. A year later,
Ronnie Floyd preached to a million men on the mall for promise keepers.

He was desperate for God. He fasted and God met him. And so I was in a
seminary class, watched that video and said, OK, I'm going to fast
tomorrow.

40 days. So I went home and I told I told my wife and she knows I say
the story, I say, honey, I'm going to fast 40 days. What do you think?
She said, no.

But I was desperate. I was desperate. She's like, you're skinny, you're
going to die.

I'm living proof you won't die when you fast. All right. But listen,
hashtag disclaimer, I'm not a doctor.

Well, I am. But anyway, that's neither here nor there. But fasting
changed my life.

In the 40 days of fasting, I experienced the supernatural presence of
God, the things that were walking. And now I experience the miraculous.
The first 21 days, God was convicted me of sin.

I left the church. I was an arrogant, prideful youth pastor at a church.
I thought I was smarter than the pastor.

All right. He'd been there 30 years. I've been there 30 days.

All right. And I just I was that Bible college kid who thought he had
all the answers because I went and took a class. Don't come out here
taking a class thinking all the answers.

And I left that church and there was some not all the blames on me, but
I take that fasting. I didn't care anymore. I wrote a letter to every
one of those deacons.

I said, please forgive me. I was an arrogant youth pastor. You guys gave
me a great job.

Thank you for the job. God led me away. But I'm asking you to forgive
me.

I didn't care anymore. In 1995, let me just go to some stories of prayer
and fasting, I'll give you something to move you. I'm just shifting the
sermon for this.

Revival bursts, men, women, ministries and movements. And in the early
1970s, there were a couple of girls that met at, you know, in in
Kentucky, Wilmore, Kentucky, at Asbury College, believing that God
wanted to visit their campus and revival. They got in a dorm room and
they prayed and they prayed and they prayed.

I believe they heard a word from the Lord that God was going to show up
in chapel the next day. And so, again, J. Edwin Orr, the great revival
historian, had been to Asbury College. He taught on revival.

It sparked their heart. They wanted more. They covenanted together to
pray for revival.

You need to be covenanted together with people to pray and fast for
this. Yeah. So they have a chapel service that day in Wilmore, Kentucky,
and the chapel service starts and a student gets up and confesses sin.

I'm a senior. I'm ready to graduate, but I'm a fake. I'm a phony.

God, forgive me. I want God. And he goes to the altar and prays.

And another student does that. And another student does that. And then a
professor does that.

And all of a sudden that chapel service, which you can watch online, you
can watch the video of this. It didn't go for one hour. It didn't go for
two hours.

It went continuously for seven days, seven days. And students began to
leave that chapel and they would go all across the nation and wherever
they went and give a testimony, revival would break out. They went to
Liberty.

They went, I think they went to Lynchburg Baptist College at the time,
Liberty University now. And God showed up. They went to Southwestern
Seminary and God showed up.

It had a greater effect in the Baptist world than the Methodist world.
But God showed up because it's the fame of revival that spreads the
flame of revival. And that's why we tell stories.

I want you to be. I want you to be somebody. So dissatisfied the status
quo that you'll settle for nothing else in the presence of God.

And you would rather die than not have revival in your life. America
needs awakening. Yes, but it will never have awakening until the church
has revival, until the church has revival.

That's what you got to have. Somebody in this room needs to pay the
price, pray the price. Somebody needs to begin a 40 day fast.

In 1995, God put on the heart of Bill Bright, founder of Campus Crusade
for Christ, to call two million people in America to fast and pray 40
days. And so people signed up. John Piper did a 40 day fast.

This is around the time that his ministry took off. Louis Diglio did a
40 day fast. What came out of that? I don't know.

You know, passion came out of that. All right. You know, I'm telling you
some things that birthed out of things.

Well, in the Jesus movement, what got birthed out of the Jesus movement?
Focus on the family got birthed in that time. Lynchburg Baptist College
got built around that time. Crew had its greatest growth during that
time.

The it was, you know, church history, the independent Baptist movement
had its greatest growth during the Jesus movement, even though they
renounced some of it because God was moving. Calvary Chapel was really
birthed and growing during that time. The Vineyard Movement was growth
and birthed and growing during that time.

And although revival things like that died, the young people that were
touched in that revival became leaders. And in 1995, Bill Bright calls
people to four days of prayer and fasting. And Ronnie Floyd does that.

And God moves in their church. Steve Gaines, the the pastor of Bellevue
Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee, did a 40 day fast in 1995 and he's
in Gardendale, Alabama. They were on the bad side of town.

And yet they they saw God move in such a way for 20 years. They lived in
continuous revival. In 1995, I mean, what in the Baptist world, there
were some students in and Brown and Brownwood, Texas, that got up and I
think Howard Payne University may be getting the schools wrong, but
confessed sin in a church that was going to the school, confessed sin.

Awkward sin. Like I'm going to blush kind of sin. But in revival, you
don't care.

People think about you more. You don't care what Jesus thinks about you.
If Jesus, if everybody knew what Jesus knows about you, none of us would
be qualified to get on that platform.

Period, period. So God moved and all of a sudden revival went from
college campus to college campus and college campus. But it didn't just
happen in the Baptist world to happen in the charismatic world.

So Brownsville, Florida happens. All right. There are word centered
revivals and experience revivals, and I'll take them both.

I'll take them both. I'll take them both. And in the history of revival,
you can't you can't control the flame.

You let the flame burn. We have whitewashed revival history. So you
don't know that there was some crazy things happening in revival
history.

In Toronto, crazy things happen. But God moved in the in the in the Cain
Ridge revival. People were rolling in the aisles and barking like dogs
and it's weird.

So they don't put those in the books because that makes people very
uncomfortable. And I'm not giving you a theology for that. I'm just
telling you, sometimes God's if God offends the mind to reveal the
heart.

And so here's I want to give you don't go seeking a sign, seek the
Savior. And if however people are experiencing God, don't judge their
experience. Don't judge their experience.

Let them experience Jonathan Edwards in the first great awakening when
people were asking about all these things the Holy Spirit was doing. He
says it's not a sign that God's doing it. It's not a sign that God's not
doing it.

Listen, I had a guy tell me one time like this. He says, I may not be
old enough to start a revival, but I may be old enough to stop one. The
reason why revival flows to most young people is most young people
haven't been churched enough to realize that God can still answer
prayer.

God can still do things. God can still say and God can still heal. The
problem is you had that fire in your 20s and 30s and 40s, but you got
disillusioned.

That father in that passage is disillusioned. He said, since my son was
a child, he's been going to the fire, going to the water. He's basically
saying nothing works, nothing works.

Jesus, nothing works. You're my last ditch hope. And I don't even know
if it's going to work when you get in those moments when nothing works.

You prayed for years. The prodigal doesn't come home. The spouse doesn't
come back.

What you need is a fresh revelation of who Jesus is. That's what the
father God, that's what we need. And so I'm here to tell you, just like
Reinhard Bonnke said, America will be saved.

America will be saved. I don't care how it looks right now. I don't care
if it looks like all these things are going on and churches are falling
off and pastors are quitting.

Here's what I know. The gates of hell will not prevail against God's
church. And America will be saved.

And God's raising up pastors, men and women and young people who are
going to believe the promises of God for revival, for revival, for
revival. I'm discouraged. Get a revelation.

I'm disillusioned. Get a revelation. Listen, listen, there'll be
leaders.

Listen, every other week, there'll be a new Christian leader on the news
that will fall and just be glad they don't know your secret center.
You'd be on the news, too. All right.

Many of us in this room are too addicted to failure porn. Oh, we like it
when other people screw up because we usually say, I well, I would never
really, really. We've got to stop taking joy when other people fall.

We got when. Oh, I could give you story after story, but I got to move
on. Billy Graham was a fan of many preachers that fell and most people
don't know it.

Solomon jail, most people don't know it. Why prayer and fasting, because
it shows us who he is. Life and ministry and kids and marriage is about
Jesus.

It's always going to be about Jesus. I want to know the name of Jesus.
This kind comes forth by prayer and fasting, prayer and fasting.

In 1995, God birthed some things. The men, the young people that got
touched in the Jesus movement are now older in the mid 90s. They get
touched.

And what does God birth in the mid 90s for revival? He births promise
keepers. It had its day. He birthed passion movement.

He also birthed two day and night prayer ministries that started on the
same day, month and year on different continents and people didn't know
it. In England, with Pete Gregg, 24-7 prayer in Kansas City with Mike
Bickle and International House of Prayer on the same day, month and
year, unbeknownst to each other, day and night prayer starts. The only
way to be sustained in revival is a life of prayer and intimacy with the
father.

That's what God is. He said, did revival come? A hunger for God was
birth. A hunger for God was birth.

Most people, when they're in revival, they don't know they're in
revival. People will write books about what happened here under the tent
in days to come, but I'm not I'm not living to find the right history. I
might not just want to make history right now.

All right. I don't care if any of you know who Malachi is ever, ever,
ever. I don't give you all my crazy running stuff or political stuff or
anything like that.

I want you to know there's a God that revives. I want you to be like
Martin Lloyd-Jones, who prayed for his Bible his whole life and never
really saw it, never really saw it. But he prayed for it and believed
it.

Don't let God grab the promises out of your heart, even if you prayed
10, 20, 30, 40, 50 years. I'm praying God raises up some Anna's in this
room. Anna was a lady who was widowed in her 20s, did not get remarried
and gave the rest of her life to a ministry of prayer and fasting in the
temple.

That was her ministry, prayer and fasting in the temple. I pray God
raise up Mary of Bethany's, who will just sit at the feet of Jesus and
just love him. I pray God would pour oil on your life that you get out
of the rat race of ministry and the rat race of busyness and you just
find time to be alone and you cut out the things that stop you from
being alone with God.

You just be with God. You just be with him. He's the only one that can
satisfy preacher.

No church, no platform, no accolade. Will fill the desire of your soul.
Only Jesus can.

He is the bread and he is the wine. Let me take you to one more thing.
Tell you one more story.

Why prayer and fasting, Pastor Locke? Jesus did teach on this, though,
earlier in the book of Mark. I don't try to preach sermons that that win
an award. I just care that you're marked forever.

Matt, Mark, good, Mark, chapter number one. Real fast, real fast. We
love Jesus, amen.

I'm bringing this to a close. You're going to want to listen to what I
have to say next and then a video I'm going to show you, a picture of a
video I'm going to show you in a second. The disciples of John and the
Pharisees were what? Fasting.

This was common for them. They fasted. Again, now, again, let me tell
you this.

The fasting I'm telling you to go on is food fast. I know there's a
movement where you can give up. I'm all for giving up social media.

My family thinks I should do that. But but I'm telling you, the fasting
here is talking about food. Now, if you can't give up food, give up
something.

Go on a Daniel fast. We've made we've made so many fasts that people
don't actually have to stop eating food. But you need to fast.

Forty days of fasting changed my life. I started with some friends of
mine. John's gone, but Todd's here.

So I think all the roaring twenties fast before before Covid hit in
nineteen and twenty nineteen. We a friend of mine said, I believe God
wants to call a new generation to prayer and fasting, just like the the
Jensen Franklin's of old did and the Ronnie Floyd's of old did and the
and the Derek Prince's of old did. And so we I called Jensen Franklin
and then he just gave us some stories and said, you guys should do this.

And we called 10,000 young people to fast and pray for America at the
beginning of 2020. And what happened? God knew what was about to happen,
so he put it in the hearts of people to fast and pray. He knew what he
was doing.

The roaring twenties started with with fire and ended in depression. But
the roaring twenties now are going to are going to start with depression
and end with fire. OK, that's what God's doing.

If you if you if you want a touch of God like you never had before fast,
you say it'll kill me. It won't kill you. The first three days it might
kill you.

And let me just give you a piece of like expert advice. If you're like
if you like caffeine a little too much, take Excedrin or drink coffee.
Don't be legalistic about it.

But don't like caffeine. Headaches are the worst. I'm just saying.

OK, all right. But look at the Bible says here. I'm telling you guys,
some of you in Global Vision, some of you need to start a 40 day fast
this week.

You need to. We start a fast every year as our church for 21 days. We've
seen miracles and I don't have time to go into that.

Bible says here that Jesus said to them, can the friends of the
bridegroom fast while the bridegroom is with them? As long as they have
the bridegroom, they cannot fast. Fasting creates hunger for Jesus.
Maranatha, come Lord Jesus.

But the days will come when the bridegroom will be taken away and then
they will fast those days. They will fast. Who is they? Who's going to
fast in those days? Friends of the bridegroom.

So you don't fast? Then you may not necessarily be a friend of the
bridegroom. I want to be a friend of the bridegroom. You know, I kind of
feel cool going back into secret rooms back there and having tags to get
me to secret places.

And I've gone into places I shouldn't get into because it makes me feel
special. I want to listen, I want to be a friend of the bridegroom. Now,
here is the revelation on fasting you need to catch and then I'll go to
the story will be done.

You know this story, no one sews a piece of untrunk cloth, an old
garment, or else a new piece pulls away from the old and the tears made
worse. And no one puts new wine into old wineskins or else the new wine
bursts from the wineskins. The wine is spilled and the wineskins are
ruined.

But new wine must be put into new wineskins. Fasting and prayer creates
new wine and it creates new wineskins. How do I know that? Let me give
you let me give you some things the Lord downloaded my heart a few weeks
ago.

I felt like it was a spirit revelation. To make wine, grapes have to die
and be crushed and be under intense heat. Jesus was crushed.

Jesus was under the wrath of God on a cross, intense heat. Jesus is the
new wine. So is the Holy Spirit.

Jesus is the new wine. Wineskins are made out of two predominantly types
of animal skins, goat and lamb. On the cross, Jesus Christ was both the
lamb of God and he was the goat on the cross as well.

And that's not the acronym I'm talking about. Jesus is both the wineskin
and the wine. How do you get new wine and new wineskins? Jesus had to
die.

How do you get new wine and new wineskins? God is calling his church to
die to themself, die to their selfish ambitions, die to their dreams,
die to their everything that's not of God. Everything is not born of
him. It needs to die.

The best things that will grow a church is not new marketing, but
Pentecost. It's not it's not a 10 page strategic plan. And I'm not
against that.

It's Jesus. It's not even new music. If the singers on the platform
don't have new wine and new wineskins, it's not of God.

I don't care if it's hymns. All right. I don't care if it's southern
gospel.

I don't care if it's praise and worship. It must have the kiss of heaven
on it. So you got to have people that have died, that have died.

That's what we got to have. That's what we got to have. And God is
calling many of you to this for the first time.

Some of you need to begin a fast. But young people, I want you to serve
Jesus. I want you to serve Jesus.

Pastor Locke, for this church to go next level, you both have to go on a
serious fast journey. And you have and you have. There are some things
that only happen.

There's some things that only happen. Deliverance only comes. How did
Jesus cast out the demon before he went into ministry there in the
wilderness? What was he doing? He was fasting.

And he was talking to his father. Prayer and fasting. If it worked for
Jesus.

It can work for us. And guess what? Jesus cast out the biggest one of
them all. Yeah, I'm not convinced the devil has come against me like the
devil.

I think like maybe a little devil, you know, like, you know, the little
one like the C team, but not the devil. But Jesus, because when he was
weak, he was strong. Fasting may make you weak in the flesh or make you
strong in the spirit.

I pray anything that's not born of God in this hour in the Church of
Jesus Christ dies. I pray the fake church dies. I pray the dead church
dies.

I pray that powerless youth groups die. I pray that powerless kids
ministries die. I pray that worship that doesn't have God on it dies.

I say all of it dies. So Jesus can live and live and live and live and
live. And here is why it must live.

Church, here is why it must live. Adults in this room, adults in this
room, raise your hand. You're an adult in this room.

You got kids, grandkids, you're an adult. OK, all right. You may have
your hand raised.

You may not act like an adult, but you're an adult. OK, the next
generation needs you to lead the way in prayer and fasting, to lead the
way in humility, to lead the way in brokenness. When's the last time you
wept when you open the scriptures? When's the last time you just got on
your face? You didn't care what anyone said.

Pastors, when's the last time you didn't care if you got paid or not? I
was doing this before I got paid. Yeah, we took a massive pay cut at our
church to bring on staff. I'll do that.

I don't care if I'm paid. I'm not saying that to you. I was doing this
and I made my first 20 bucks preaching a youth rally when I was a
teenager.

It was the most unbiblical sermon you ever heard. But I love Jesus. I'm
addicted to him.

Now, here's the deal. You may have seen it. Here's what I want to give
you.

I want to tell you a story. It's very personal. It happened almost four
years ago, right around this time.

Once you guys have the media team, put up a picture here on the screen.
I'll bring this to a close. So if we got the picture here, I know John
sent it.

We'll see if it's there. We got it. There we go.

Yes, it's right back there. OK. In 2018, we had a prayer meeting in our
church on a Friday night.

And we had someone that just really felt like the Lord said to them,
believe me for a miracle. Believe me for a miracle. Believe me for a
miracle.

We didn't know what that meant. But the next day, we was about to find
out what that meant. The next day, I get a call from as a pastor saying
from a guy in our church, you may be watching now, that his son had fell
out of a tree house in Harrisonville, Missouri.

And there was a metal meat skewer on the ground. The boys had picked it
up, thrown it down. They climbed up the tree house.

There's wasps in the tree house. So he tries to get out. He falls face
down onto a metal meat skewer.

It goes almost all the way through his skull. And it severs his jugular
vein. It came within one millimeter of his carotid artery.

You know, that vein that takes everything to your brain, like if it's
sliced, you're gone. It is funny, though, that everybody's carotid
artery goes a different path in their head because we're all made unique
and different. So God knew it was going to anyway.

And so we begin to pray. We don't know what else to do. Pray.

We pray. We pray. I mean, this kid's a goner.

They rush him to the hospital. He's waking in and out of consciousness,
singing the song Reckless Love, singing Reckless Love. I texted Corey
Hasbury.

He said, he's singing your song. And we just prayed. We got everybody in
the world to pray.

Paula White to pray. I texted everybody that could pray. If you like
prayer, pray.

You know, we'd have Sunday morning service. We prayed. We prayed.

We didn't know. I was with I was with him in the hospital. They did not.

It was so bad. Children's Mercy couldn't keep him. If Children's Mercy
can't keep him, that's not good.

But you know what happened? His life is on the line. Doctors from all
around Kansas City, from different hospitals, got together all through
the night. Because when it's about saving the life of the next
generation, it doesn't matter what's the name on your jacket.

Something's more important. As I said, OK, we're going to do the
surgery. Now, if this goes wrong, this team comes in immediately.

And if this goes wrong, this team goes in immediately. It's going to be
a long surgery. I mean, it's a millimeter from his carotid artery.

They nick that he's gone all through the night. The doctors meet the
next morning with the family and the doctor comes out and says, I'm not
going to make any promises to be a long surgery. And we don't know if
he's going to make it.

I want you guys to watch the video here. You're looking at a metal
barbecue skewer sticking out of a 10-year-old boy's head. It goes from
below his eye to the back of his skull.

How could anyone survive this? Well, this kid did. This was definitely
just the most terrifying experience I've ever had. Xavier Cunningham was
playing with friends in his backyard in Harrisonville, Missouri.

They threw the skewer into the ground where it landed with the sharp end
sticking up. Then Xavier was climbing down from a treehouse when he lost
his footing and fell right on the skewer. I opened my eyes and I was
like.

And just cut my head off. His mom, Gabrielle, fearing the worst, rushed
him to the ER. Even Xavier thought he was a goner.

He could barely move his mouth and he'd go, hi, mama. Hi, baby. And he'd
go, I love you.

And he goes, the last words I'm ever going to say on this earth are I
love you, mom. But by some miracle, the skewer missed all his vital
organs. This thing missed the eye, missed the brain.

It missed the spinal cord. Dr. Koji Ebersole, a brain surgeon with the
University of Kansas Health System, was tasked with removing the skewer.
The X-ray is unbelievable.

That lets you see for the first time how close this thing is to the
carotid artery. That's the major artery that goes to the brain. This
remarkable video shows the surgery.

You can see the doctor's hand carefully and slowly pulling out the
skewer. When the doctor came through the door and he just said, he goes,
it's out. Just the relief.

I was like, can I hug you? And here they are moments later in Xavier's
hospital room. We got something for you. Sure do.

The doctor hands him the skewer as a souvenir. And this is Xavier today,
just five days after the operation. The hole where the skewer went in is
covered by just a little Band-Aid.

He's still swollen and sore, but his doctor says he will make a full
recovery. The whole thing's a miracle. I want you to remain standing.

I'm going to get ready for the invitation. Let me tell you one final
part of that story. His dad's now our associate pastor at our church.

Yeah. I am here to tell you there's power in prayer and fasting. I went
into the room before he left the hospital on the Monday after the
surgery.

And he said this, and this is not on any of the news stations and CBN
didn't cover this part. But he said, I knew I would be OK. I said, well,
how'd you know you'd be OK? He said, because I saw Jesus in my room and
his eyes.

Lit the room and he told me I'd be OK. So you say, Malachi, do you
believe Jesus was in that room? I am here to tell you, those of you that
are here for the National Deliverance Conference. There's power in
prayer and fasting because Jesus is all powerful.

Jesus is amazing. It's the revelation that comes from him. I don't want
to get caught.

I want more of God when I'm 80 or 90 than I have when I'm 39. I want I
want to go after him. I want the fire to burn in my eyes and to beat in
my chest and his presence in my lungs.

I want him. Don't ever get satisfied. Even if you get hurt, don't stop.

Even if you get disillusioned, don't stop praying. Even if it doesn't
make sense. Don't stop.

Don't stop. I am I'm asking you adults to fast and pray for your family.
And I'm asking some of you young people in the room in just a second,
I'm going to call you forward.

And here's going to be the prayer. And I'm going to as soon as they come
forward, I'm going to let Pastor Greg and you and your wife pray over
them. But I am going to ask right now.

It's a prayer fasting simple, I could have just preached a two minute
sermon, say, don't eat, talk to God, done. And he's going to do cool
stuff. That would have been a sermon.

But I needed you to get some revelation, hear him, hear him. God will
change it when you're in your desk, when you're desperate, you'll fast
and pray. And if you say, what if I fail? Get up and do it again.

But when I went forward as a 13 year old boy, God changed my life. And I
think there's some young people, this thing's heavy. Wow.

You know, I'm going to give up on that. I'm a runner, not a. But what
I'm going to say is this, I'll step on the platform. I believe there's
some young people in this room, young adults, young men, young women.

I don't care if the kids want to come. I was forever changed when I went
forward in a service similar to this when I was 13 years old. I still
believe God.

God, I just want you to be called to a life of serving Jesus. I don't
care what it is. But I want you to surrender your life to him.

He's worthy of it. Thank you. Yes.

Yes, yes, yes, yes. So when I count to three, if you're a young person
in this room, young adult, young person, teenager, young man, young
woman, when I count to three, I want you to come down, be here in the
front. We're going to pray over you, for God to anoint you, for God to
bless you, for God to touch you.

Are you ready? One, two, three. Come now. Come now.

Young people, come now.
