Some think He is in the Heavens

Some think He may not be...

But, everything I know of God,

Is held within the heart of me.

Oh, I think not of Him...as only afar

In some splendorous, bright abode;

Because I've felt Him walking with me

As I've traveled this life's road.

I do not question that He is...

For where I am, He is there;

His presence illuminating every space,

Surrounding me in tender care.

His gift of love warms my being...

It surges through my soul,

I live to hold, to share, this wondrous gift,

As my life on earth unfolds.
