Because someday, we soon, I do believe, that we, God's children, are going to bow on our knees at the feet of the Lamb. And for all eternity, unhindered by the flesh and by sin, we will raise our hands and our voices and say, You are worthy. You are worthy. My uncle just passed away. My dad's brother. He was 82 years old. He lived a wonderful life. He lived a life for Christ. And I sent a message to my aunt and said to her, We are sad for you and the loss that you experience. But we are rejoicing that Uncle Randy has dropped every ounce of flesh and is now, in this moment, in the presence of the Savior, worshiping unhindered. And do you long for that? Do you really want to worship Him that way? Revelation chapter 5. And I saw in His right hand of Him who sat on the throne, a scroll written inside and on the back, sealed with seven seals. And then I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the scroll and to loose its seals? And no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll or to look at it. Did you hear that? Or to look at it. And so I wept. John, as he sees this scene playing out before him, he weeps. There's no one worthy to open the scroll. Because no one was found worthy to open and read the scroll or to look at it. But one of the elders, don't you love those little transitions in Scripture? But one of the elders said to me, do not weep. Behold the Lamb. Behold the Lamb, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll and to loose its seals. Amen. And I looked and behold, in the midst of the throne of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders stood a Lamb as though He had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth. And then He came. He came and He took the scroll out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne. Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. And they sang a new song saying, you are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, for you were slain and have redeemed us to God by your blood out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, and have made us kings and priests to our God, and He shall reign on the earth forever and ever, unhindered by the flesh. We will worship the Lamb. Let's start this morning. Can we do that together? He is worthy of it all. And all the elders cast their crowns before the Lamb of God and sing. Sing that again. And all the saints and angels, they bow before Him. And all the elders cast their crowns before the Lamb of God and sing. You are worthy of it all. You are worthy of it all. For from you are all things, to you are all things. You deserve your glory. Saints and angels, they bow before Him and sing. You are worthy of it all. You are worthy of it all. For from you are all things, to you are all things. Day and night, night and day, you are worthy of it all. To you are all things, you deserve your glory. For from you are all things, to you are all things. You deserve your glory. ======================================================================== Video: https://sermonindex2.b-cdn.net/wLIp3po0kFs.mp4 Source: https://sermonindex.net/speakers/donny-coulter/we-will-soon-behold-the-lamb/ ========================================================================
