And it's been such a pleasure just to be here and just to know that even though we are confined to our homes, we can still be an encouragement one to another. This is the great advantage of the technology that God has given to us in our generation. I personally believe this is how the gospel is going to be preached in all nations in the last days. Now, I have a particular thought in my heart today from Genesis chapter 12, and it's about a man called Abraham. Abraham was at home. He had a family. Most likely, he was a patriarch. He had a reputation, no doubt, in the community. He might have had business ventures ongoing. And then suddenly, God speaks to him at 75 years of age. Can you imagine God calling you at 75? I'm getting closer to imagining that because I'm 66 now, and I feel God calling me into something that I don't fully understand. I just know it's going to bear fruit. It's going to bear life. I don't know the exact path it's going to take. Matter of fact, I've never known my whole life. I just learned to pray, and when he speaks, I learned to obey him. And here's what it says about Abraham, chapter 12 of Genesis, verse 4. So Abraham departed as the Lord had spoken to him, and Lot went with him. And Abraham was 75 years old when he departed from Haran. 75 years old with a promise that I'm going to do something powerful through your life, and it's going to become a great blessing to many families throughout the earth. I was thinking today about something. I was thinking about what if everybody who shut up in their home today, what if everybody just began to pray, Lord, what do you have for my life? What do you have for my future? What if everybody's ears were really open to hear what God has? Because everything that God does is miraculous. Everywhere he takes us, it's supernatural. Everything that is born into his kingdom is done for his glory. Can you just imagine that if every one of us at home more or less just dropped our plans, our image of the future, the pathway we've charted for ourselves, and just prayed this simple prayer, Lord, what would you have me to do? I think it's unfathomable the great good that could be done, the ministries that would be born, the places that we would be taken to, the people that would be blessed. I don't know about you, but I want my life to be a blessing. I thank God for the past, but the past is over. I'm 66 now, and maybe God will give me maybe another 15 or 20 years. If he does, I really hope it's fully lived for his glory. All I know is that I want to be in a place where people will be blessed, that they will find out that God loves them, that they will know they can be forgiven, and that heaven can be their eternal home. What a better way to spend your days and finish your days, but just telling anybody and everybody about this incredible blessing of God. Have the courage to pray this simple prayer today. Lord, what is your plan for my life? What would you have me to do? And then when he speaks to you, as Abraham did at 75, take that first step in the direction of a journey of miracles. Love you so much. I love you so much, and thank God for you. Have a great day. ======================================================================== Video: https://sermonindex2.b-cdn.net/dpaKzLekkLo.mp4 Source: https://sermonindex.net/speakers/carter-conlon/a-journey-of-miracles/ ========================================================================
