The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. (from Mark 1:15). This is the message to this generation but I would certainly be praying rather than relying on this.

 Re: Scripture on wall

Something short and to the point. Given the fast pace of the common lifestyle in this country
the attention span is short and hard to grab. Something to long could easily be dismissed as people walk by chatting with each other.
example: Mark 8:37 Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
Most people acknowledge they have a soul.
A question provokes thought to an answer, or the seeking of an answer.

Is only one able to make this decison?

Can you have prophetic paintings?? instead.

The pastor should know how he views the sheep and what 'idea' of a scripture best describes them.
(if the painting is a bad idea)

Thank you for all your replies, I agree this needs much prayer.

Ultimately the Church elders will decide what goes on the wall (if anything at all), but I am leaning towards Mark 1:15 in this form:

The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.
