Thanks for bringing this back to the surface. The process of crucifixion is never ending: It just grows deeper and deeper. But, oh the blessing when we can let go - even of those things/activities which would seem honorable and good. (I have recently been tested in this)

Think of Jesus' parable of the field with the great pearl hidden in it - and the person who was willing to sell everything in order to purchase the field.

Jesus: You are my all in all... more precious than silver... more costly than gold...
