Hello. My first time on discussion. The sermon index site has been great food for my soul. Im a 33yoa pastor and criminal investigator. I have a deep desire to receive more of God. The message of Bro. Ravenhill will grip your soul and shake it! I beleive that for the most part churches and the ministry have lost a vital connection with God. We have become a people that chooses rather not to suffer but operate from our comfort zones. But the proof is all around us today, there is no powerr int he comfort zone!! God help us to realize that his coming is near.......... God has brought us to the water as Gideons army and he is trying us. The time that we are in now is qualifying time. If we cannot qualify in this present time how can we ever make at the battles front line. We are not ready to fight yet. We must take this time to get equipped for satan. God is watching me right now and he knows whether Im fit for battle. What shall we do in the swelling of the Jordan if we haven't prepared? It's not easy nor do I like it, but, we must learn to suffer for Christ sake again. We are going to tried as gold tried in the fire. Please pray for me and my family as we seek his will for our pastoral ministry. God bless you..............
