"Our Lord Cometh"! Amen!

Does the coming of the Lord excite you? Can we look forward to that day? As days pass by, does it excite you that this life will soon pass, and we will stand before God?

Let us be eternally minded, and prepare for His coming! Lets get excited about this, and encourage one another with this fact

1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. [u]Wherefore comfort one another with these words.[/u]"

Woo Hoo!

Ya know, it's nice to know that things are pre-planned. I'm specifically referencing the fact, that if you're like me, it's way too easy to get caught up in things we can control.

Actually, a few columns have been talking about the end times off and on for the last couple of weeks. In one of them, someone made the comment that we need to be watching for Christ's return, and not so much the antichrist. Now while I think it's a good thing to be prepared and be able to interpret the times, people often talk about the gloom and doom of that day, and not the glory of our Lord!

But to know that he's got this world under control, even as we write. Man, that's awesome.
