"Anyone who departs from evil makes himself a prey." Isaiah 59:15"In the world you will have tribulation" John 16:33"All who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution" 2 Timothy 3:12Every Christian makes the decision at some point in his walk whether or not he would be willing to lay down his life for the gospel if the time ever came. As Ravenhill said, "Jesus Christ didn't die on the cross, he died in the garden." Have you died in the garden, so that if the cross of martyrdom came you would bear it for Gods glory?Download:http://www.fireonthealtar.com/martyrs%20prayer.mp3Listen Now:http://www.fireonthealtar.com/compilations/ra/files/Martyrs%20Prayer.ramWhat is the lost worth to you? What is the gospel worth to you? What is Gods glory worth to you? Is it worth laying down your life? How much are you willing to pay? Because there certainly is a cost!Listen to this message and post your response; if you had to, would you lay down your life? Not that your asking for it, but that your able to say with Christ, "Not my will, but thine be done".I'll be the first to say, THE GREAT COMMISSION AT ANY COST!!!
I've heard this one many times. It is one of my favorite comps. I especially like Steve Hills story about 4min 50sec in about the little girl Rebecca and the marriage supper of the Lamb. They should play that clip in every church in the country this Sunday. You better have something to say!
