A thought I wanted to share in the context of seeking great things. While we seek great moves of God to grow churches (this was stated in this thread), and equate evangelistic success with sweeping outpourings of revival (also stated in this thread), the angels in heaven rejoice over just one single sinner who repents. I wonder... Do we have our priorities mixed up. God wants His bride to walk with Him, not seek mighty things from Him. Learn of me, follow me; simplicity. Perhaps our seeking of great things is why God doesn't give them to us?
