Those are very common verses many in the church use to justify this. Heard them many times. They however do not resemble the falling down of what we see today. Think about this, in all those verses, they fell face down, they drew back, etc. is not what we see when people fall to their backs, and someone is expected to catch them. Falling to your face was a reverence to God rather than falling to your back which and someone catches you. Today if you do not fall back then its most likely the spirit did not fill you. This is the reality. It has gotten out of hand in the church. I have even heard of a situation where a woman was prayed over, she apparently fell back, someone caught her but layed her down to hard on the floor and she damaged her head a little. She complained after. Other situation where brothers said that they felt the preacher push them a little. Very different.
