Changes all around, I see: From decay's claws, none is free --- What is, and is not passing? Earth's fashion is ever fading!
Visage even, soon coarse: All earth-born run like course; Fair today, tomorrow blackened; Body, firm now; anon, slackened!
Earth's adamant is but cloud wall; A spider web, shaming all, Nay, letting down at long last, Any, who himself into her arms cast!
Saviour divine, my aplomb, In aught of this earth-dom, Pray, sink in the ocean of thy will: That I mightst grind only in thy mill!
Away from my heart, all passings; Oh, welcome all ever-abidings: My faith hath espied eternal treasure, Kept safe, for my eternal pleasure!
Amen! -Ojo'je Ad'eyi _________________ Ojoje Adeyi
