I fully agree that he is not being treated fairly.
But the same can happed these days to anyone who doesn't toe the line, we could see this often, just in the last few years alone.

For our gospel did not come to you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Spirit and in much assurance, as you know what kind of men we were among you for your sake.

Apart from the word of God you need four things when proclaiming the gospel:

Power, the Holy Spirit, much assurance and a living testimony that confirms your message.

I am glad to hear that Torben is suffering well for Christ. How would some of us (here in America), suffer being in jail for no good reason? I think we'd be a bunch of whiners.

For to this you have been called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, so that you might follow in his steps. (1 Peter 2:21)

Torben has finally been released from an US detention centre in Florida after 412 days of detention. This duration is almost unheard of. During his detention he managed to lead a number of people to Christ. They deported him back to Denmark and he was not arrest upon his return but was granted free passage. He has now reunited with his family at an undisclosed location.

You may disagree with this brothers theology, but keep in mind that he is a brother in Christ, who has been held for unfounded reasons based on unfounded accusations because of his Christian ministry. There is some mastermind behind the whole thing.
