It's very very possible. Right across the parking lot from our beloved church, there is an islamic center. We allow them to use the parking lot for friday prayers. Quite frankly, they've abused this privledge and Ted has shown them lots of grace.
That wasn't my point in posting this, I wanted to say this, I see a day when there are few, if any muslims, living in america. I see a day very very soon, when the islamists use a nuclear weapon in the heart of an american city, or outside disneyland, or outside a sporting venue. It will be one single day, and there will be thousands dead, maybe hundreds of thousands, only God knows.
And when this happens, literally all "hell" will break loose, the uproar from the electorate will be so great, that under the banner of "protection", those of muslim and arab background will no longer be "welcome" or tolerated in america. This is what I see.
Back in the 90's I read of an exercise FEMA conducted with the Department of Defense in 1984 called REX 84 Alpha/Bravo....meaning it had two components...allow me to paste bits that will explain what it was:

"In January of 1982, FEMA and the Department of Defense issued a joint paper entitled, "The Civil/Military Alliance in Emergency Management" which specified many of the provisions of Reagan's policy on emergency mobilization preparedness. This document indicates that FEMA had been given emergency powers to acquire resources from federal and state agencies (including National Guard personnel) and the private sector (banking, communications, transportation, etc.) "for use in civil disturbance operations."

"According to these sources, the primary goal of the vast police operation, codenamed "Rex 84," is to detain and deport illegal immigrants.
But these sources say "Rex 84" has another, even more closely guarded and carefully orchestrated objective: To apply so-called "C&C" ("capture and custody") measures against political opponents, resisters or even outspoken critics whom the administration considers "dangerous."
According to the information obtained, the four principal civilian concentration camps to be established under the "Rex 84" program will be located at Ft. Chaffee, Arkansas; Ft. Drum, New York; Ft. Indian Gap, Pennsylvania and at Camp A.P. Hill in Virginia. Each one of these camps is being laid out to hold 25,000 civilian prisoners under the guard of American troops.
Additional emergency custodial facilities are being readied at Oakdale, California (reportedly for 15,000 detainees) and at Eglin Air Force Base in southern Florida, at Vandenberg AFB in California, at Ft. McCoy, Wisconsin; Ft. Benning, Georgia; Ft. Huachuca, Arizona; and finally at the southern Justice Department detention and interrogation center known as Camp Krome near Miami, Florida.
A major national task force of federal intelligence and law-enforcement agencies--including the FBI, the CIA, U.S. marshals, the Immigration and Naturalization Service, Customs, Coast Guard, and so forth--will join with local and state police in massive roundups to haul in lists of suspects who will fill these improvised stockades."
Instead of relying primarily on what I read, I actually one day called FEMA HQ in a major american city, and asked about this....mind you this was in the clinton days under a reno ag. This man, who identified himself as head of the FEMA region came on the phone, I asked questions and he succintly answered them.
I asked him what REX 84 was, he told me the Bravo component, which he participated in was a joint FEMA/DOD operation and it was classified secret. He told me that the hypothetical was a NATO/Warsaw Pact conflict and the mission was to round up 250,000 people that the NSC ajudged to be risks to US security.
I asked him how it went, and he said , great, it was a success. I asked him if I could FOIA (freedom of info act) any after action reports and he told me not to waste my time coz he shredded them all. the whole coversation I was kind of in shock coz this guy was telling me EVERYTHING! He didnt know WHO I was, but he didnt care, which indicates to me the veritable omnipotence these guys must feel...
so, if the islamists make a blindside nuclear attack IN this country, there will be some very very rough sledding for all muslims in america.
and the really SAD thing is, on that day, they start rounding people up, we stop being , America, Home of the free and Land of the brave.
We then , become a land, where ANYBODY could find themselves getting rounded up in the middle of the night.
