Re: threshing floor...threshing floor...on the wall...

What Greg said has everything to do with this!

This ends when God ends it...and I know that no one would be so foolish to argue with that and say otherwise!

When you pray...pray this way...Daniel 9:1-19

Hi Savannah,
In fairness unless you were a mind reader you couldnt link anything about Gregs Post to my post except for he mentioned Corona 19 and your answer is vague on any link.I put a perfect post I got from God an encouragement to his people and you guys are unhappy. If we play you a happy song ur unhappy and we play you a dirge ur still unhappy.

Dont be Angry
5:22
"But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother shall be guilty before the court; and whoever says to his brother, 'You good-for-nothing,' shall be guilty before the supreme court; and whoever says, 'You fool,' shall be guilty enough to go into the fiery hell.

 Re: Threshing floor

Would you please show me chapter and verse where it says "Jesus shed HIS blood on the "threshing floor"? Thank you.

 Re: agreed

But your post also brings up another question. I do appreciate what you said. But the question is, does this mean the exclusion of "Easter" and "Christmas" also?

 Re:

Hi Onesimus
Things we do Know from Scripture
1.That the Plague stopped at the threshing Floor
2:An altar was built
3:A sacrifice was made
4:All Godly sacrifices in some way point to Jesus for instance the bullock on Mt Carmel signifies Jesus burdening our sins because a bullock was a beast of burden
5:The temple was built on the Threshing Floor on Mt Moriah
The Temple was the place of Sacrifice

2 chron 3:1
Then Solomon began to build the house of the LORD at Jerusalem in mount Moriah, where the LORD appeared unto David his father, in the place that David had prepared in the threshingfloor of Ornan the Jebusite.
or a better translation
'" 2 Chronicles: "Then Shlomo (Solomon) began to build the temple of the LORD in Yerushalayim (Jerusalem) on Har Moriyya (Mount Moriah), where the LORD had appeared to his father David. It was on the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite, the place provided by David

Commonly held Jewish Tradition

Their is a commonly held belief that Isaac was offered up on the same spot and indeed God also halted Abraham .The threshing floor is a place of Sacrifice

 Re: perfect...?

staff,

Firstly, the "Dont be Angry" quote you reference is not applicable. A more fitting description of how I'm feeling in regard to your reply would be pity.

Secondly, you write these words;

"...a perfect post I got from God..."

You really do believe this don't you!

...And...you also expect me and others reading this to believe it!

We all may as well just place those words right into our Bibles along with the rest of Scripture if, according to you, they're indeed "perfect" words which you "got from God."

But then, I don't expect you'll readily see how erroneous you are and reconsider. Such words only show how inflated the blimp you're aboard is.

Here's a much better word for each and every one of us to meditate upon;

1 Peter 5:6

Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time.

 Re:

Hi Savannah,
Yes the God that told me along time ago that he was lord and I was saved is the samy God that told me these words

Where will this end? This ends on the threshing floor

All words from God are perfect, given at the right time and so was this one.

The problem with alot of SI members is that "persecution, drudgery and hardship" is ingrained in their minds and their theology .They say things like " My Joy in the Lord " etc but in reality they cant except anything positive or uplifting .Their are times of great persecution like Corrie Ten Boom but their are times of little persecution like the times of Billy Graham. They are actually disappointed when persecution doesnt happen which is amazing .Paul didnt like persecution ,he learned to be content with it but the the book of Acts remarks that he got to live in a house and minister.
If you want to mediatate on 1 Peter 5:6 please do and no one wants your pity Savannah .You answered my post with a very bad attitude and it continued all the way through, staff

 Re:

I wouldn't worry too much about your critics here staff. You heard from the Lord and shared with us in the sincerity of your heart. You meant it for good. I got what you meant and appreciated it as did others. It was easy to tell what you were trying to convey. I'd just go on about my business and rest content.

Thanks.

 Re:

staff
slow down please
You believe that God has told you these words. You are free to believe this.
But God told these words only to you and nobody else here.
You don't provide a Scripture reference.
We have no obligation to accept what you are saying.

Using Scripture would give us all the same foundation and hopefully some unity.
If not it just causes disunity.
"All words from God are perfect, given at the right time and so was this one."
The Bible, and therefore God, doesn't say that.
