THY WORD, WAYS, WORTH, WORK&WILL!

1. Knowing of thy Words, Jesus!
So it illuminates the darkness within,-----
Piercing apart self in pieces,
Only for thou to mould in Christ image.

2. Knowing of thy ways, Jesus!
In this day of darkness and gloom,---
Never to wander in the wilderness,
Of this age's ignorance and blindness.

3. Knowing of thy worth, Jesus!
To long for more of thy embrace,---
Seeking to please and praise thee,
From time to all eternity, Halleluyah!

4. Knowing of thy work, Jesus!
Fully to be discharged, emptied for thee,----
Labouring only for thy glory sake,
And none of me be found in ditto.

5. Knowing of thy Will, Jesus!
That in thee l labour not in vain,----
Making mistakes in all life's angles,
And never achieving and finishing thy perfect will!
